I had such an excellent experience with this office from the moment that I walked in the door. The receptionist was friendly and down to earth, as well as the doctor. I had tried other doctors at " med spas" before Dr. Grant and had very bad experiences with botox. They always insisted on over injecting and injecting very close to my eye. I was convinced that maybe botox just wasn't for me. Dr Grant listens closely to your needs and is able to explain why my past experiences have not been good. Being a board certified plastic surgeon, he understands the nerves in the face. He understood that having had Ramsay Hunt in the past I require a very conservative dose and skill as to the placement to even my face out. I could not be more happy with the results. I will be a lifetime patient. If you have had a bad past experience come here after it wears off and give him a try. I never thought I'd try botox again but I'm very happy and I don't look frozen at all. I just look more refreshed and evened out.

I am a Licensed Esthetician and I have my own business Pure Joy Skin Care and Wax Studio. It really isn't fun doing treatments on myself, so I decided to try Cascade. The staff is welcoming and the facility is beautiful. Stephanie Bumgarner is the one I see. She is very educated and professional. My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced at Claire's in the mall. After the piercings were placed, I knew right away the positioning was incorrect. The holes were placed too close to the edge of her ears. I took her to Dr. Grant and he advised us to let her piercings close up for a few months. Last week, we returned for the re-piercing procedure. He was VERY patient with my daughter and answered all her questions. She loved him and her correctly re-pierced ears! I got my lip and cheek fillers done at cascade and I love the results! Most importantly I love how the nurse cares about the safety of the patients and makes sure to only give out what is safe for the body, in my case she made sure the the amount of fillers and location of the filler I was getting was safe to do. I’m thinking of going back to get forehead fillers for my fine lines and to add more definition.

My surgery was everything I could want and I have to admit I did not expect it to turn out so well at my age - 83 years. Dr Grant not only is a gracious man but is extremely skilled. I am a medical provider myself and was impressed at the underlying work he does on your face and eyes to achieve a very natural fresh look. This is my second facelift and the first was performed by a well known surgeon and I can honestly say Dr Grants work outshines by a landslide. I would only recommend him to my friends and colleagues. Went in for a mole removal, didn’t know what to expect but it was quick , and not painful at all if you get nervous or anxious just remember to breath. But other then that I had a great experience . Dr. Grant was super understanding and gave me supportive advice on what I should do..it was not as scary as I thought it would be. I will be back in the future.

I'm very happy with my results. There is no need to drive to Seattle when there is such a skilled surgical staff in Mt. Vernon. I would suggest those considering facial surgery in Seattle schedule a consultation with Dr. Grant and staff before making a decision.
