**UPDATE** It has now been 14+ years since my implant and I am still having the same problems. I will definitely be going to a different surgeon for my explant surgery. To Dr. Jones office: You wouldn't find me in your patient files because I got married and my name has changed (it has been 14 years after all). You would know that if your office actually reached out and tried to address your patients concerns and not just brushing it under the rug through a google review. If I could give zero stars, I would! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Jones where the implant fused to my chest muscles. When I went in and showed him/explained my pain and desire to have it repaired I was told I 'would get used to it'. Needless to say, I haven't gotten used to it and it has caused more problems. I will be going elsewhere to have it repaired.

I have loved working with Dr. Jones and all of his staff members. Very experienced doctor as you can find more about him and his work on RealSelf. Grilled him for an hour about procedures, care after, fat grafting, etc. He answered all of them like a pro. He really knows his stuff and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him. I was first so impressed by their office manager, Jen, who is so knowledgeable and competent. The office is beautiful and so relaxing - as if you’re walking into a spa resort. Very comfortable feel. Their in-house masseuse is also incredible. So nice to have one in a convenient place. Wish I could give Dr. Jones more than 5 stars!!!

Dr. Jones and his staff took excellent care of me and were fair and transparent in pricing and services from the get-go. There are two reasons for which I rated my experience 4 instead of 5 stars. 1: I wasn’t prepared for just how painful recovery would be (I realize this is subjective and varies from patient to patient). In retrospect it was much more painful than what had been described to me which left me feeling underprepared for the healing process. 2: I wanted to re-up my anti-nausea medication shortly after surgery and the staff member who took my call wasn’t as helpful as I would’ve liked. She was sweet and kind, but there seemed to be a breakdown in communication and I wasn’t able to get the help I needed as a result. Overall my experience was good and I would see Dr. Jones again in the future.

My Dad DIED the day after this man performed liposuction on his abdomen and back. My Dad was 73. He had a history of high blood pressure, was a diabetic, had just been treated for blood clots, and this man told him he would love how he looked in about 6 weeks and that it would be fine to perform a surgery on him. He was sent home that night and died the following night. What kind of "surgeon" would EVER tell a 73 year old man that he was a good candidate for lyposuction?!

I don't even know where to begin... but I can honestly tell you that this review will not justify how extremely happy and OVERLY-satisfied I am with the office. I noticed right away that even though they were constantly busy, each of the staff treated each potential, current and post-patients as if they were the only patients they had. Dr. Jones definitely took time to listen to my concerns, offered suggestions and made sure I was happy... and that goes for the staff as well, everyone is just amazing. So that's just the personal aspect of it. The surgery itself (I had upper/lower abdomen, flanks and inner thighs liposuction) was a new experience for me but they held my hand EVERY step. I recovered well and holy cow, if you're reading this, I just want you to know that I have never been so happy with my body. I've been into martial arts for over 20 years, Army veteran of 10 and I am very active... yet no matter how good my diet was, I could never tone as much as I had wanted to. Well, the surgery revealed all of the sculpting that I had been working on and man, I'm not shy about my belly peaking through things and my legs look extra sculpted now. I promise if you're even thinking of wanting to do something, just at least have a consultation... you'll see what I mean with the atmosphere and then more. I'm going in for another surgery and I'm so stoked, I know it'll go well :)

Dr. Jones is just the best. Great bed-side manor. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Really takes his time answering questions and making sure you have a comfort level with what he is doing. I've had my Botox and fillers done there for the past several years. Always had great results. I recently had a consultation for a full face lift. Dr. Jones made recommendations I never considered before. Some that were much less expensive than the procedures suggested by 2 other plastic surgeons. When all was said and done, a full face lift was not what he suggested. He said I only needed my lower face and neck done, saving me thousands. You'll love Dr. Jones and his staff. They all work together to make you comfortable and answer all your questions. You won't be sorry you visited them.

I had my first visit with Dr Trenton in January of this year for my consultation, I was nervous as could be. I surely came out of my shell when I was watching the heavy material video and then when he came into the (I like to call it "The Meeting Room.") I then again was super nervous, but at the same time, I was very comfortable. I had gone over with him of the procedure and the size that would seem best for me. After it was time to try on the new girls, I was more than pleased of the size I picked, but I asked for his opinion and I am very happy that I did! He helped me claim the confidence that I have been missing with my breast size and oh my do I get asked who I went to and if I would be willing to give my girlfriends a throw, they were like " show me your scar!? no f*ing way did you have them done, they feel far too real!" They were my nice but I had a breast reduction and I was left with dog/elephant ears. I learned that most surgeons actually correct it but I was asked to pay more in order for me to fix the surgery which I actually almost paid and I realized why would I pay the same person who messed me up to possibly mess me up again. I paid everything out of pocket and I personally would have chosen another doctor.. I still have the issue with the elephant ears and most doctors I speak to say they would have corrected the issue if they had done the surgery.. I will be getting them fixed but going to another doctor.. fool once shame on you.. twice shame on me.. my advice is to research your surgery and ask all the necessary questions.. and consult with more than one surgeon!

I had searched through the reviews and had found nothing on his work on lip augmentations, and I couldn’t find any before and after photos either on his website, so I was kind of worried when I went in to get my lips done. But I still went in and gave it a chance, and I’m so glad I did. They look AMAZING. By day two, I had the most minimal swelling, it was barely noticeable. You’d never have guessed that I had just had them done. The shape was just perfect. He turned no lips into beautifully shaped lips with no “duck-ish” factor at all. I’m so pleased with them, and my whole family now wants theirs done after seeing the finished look. I will definitely be going back to him in 6-12 months! I give him a 4/5 star review, because my ONLY complaint was that he didn’t spend a lot of time explaining the procedure before he started into it. He kind of just went for it, and rushed my questions a little. And once he was done, he didn’t tell me what to expect, I had to ask. And I didn’t love that. He’s great at what he does and he’s very kind and funny, but if you go in, make sure you are asking questions! But other than that, I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Doctor for giving me the confidence boost I needed! I love my new smile!!

This review is to warn others. Be wary of the recent 5 star reviews *Edit* to reply: That is because I have a different name not displayed. I am in the medical field myself, meaning I am well aware of the fact that patients heal differently. Scheduling an apt will not help. Not to mention why would I got back to the same Dr. who I am displeased with. And the "see what can be done" should have been done when first addressed with the doctor during the follow up. But instead I was asked for more money for the additional sx needed to remove the extra skin. Also, I would like to mention that I am pretty sure you cannot confirm nor deny anything related to your patients on the internet for everyone to see as it is a huge violation of HIPAA. As, a medical professional I feel you should know this. I will be addressing this. *original*(slightly edited) Did my breast reduction. Not terrible but there's a extra bit of skin in my cleavage area where when sewn up it didn't meet right (dr.s words), which looks bad. And they aren't the same shape/size so finding bras are hard as my breast are wide and not deep, if that makes sense, more breast tissue near my armpits. The scaring is huge and ugly. Wanted more money to fix the things he did wrong. I am fairly dissatisfied and hope someone will read this and choose another Dr.

I met with Dr Jones for a consultation in regard to the procedure I was hoping to have. Dr Jones was the nicest most compassionate Dr I have ever been to. He took the time to thoroughly go through my medical records. The first doctor I have gone to that has taken the time to do so. To my utter disappointment I was not able to have the procedure due to some medical conditions, but Dr Jones took the time to explain the whys as to his answer. I know that there are other Doctors out there that would have done it with out regard to my safety and health. I am so thankful that He was honest, clear, thorough, but most of all compassionate and sensitive to my disappointment. He offered another solution to my issue and gave me a couple references for information. I am so happy that I went to Dr Jones. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

I had surgery done here a few years ago. I wanted to feel better about myself. Little did I know I would spend a ton of money and feel even worse about myself. I would call to make follow up appointments and no one would call me back once I started complaining about how I was healing. I’m not left with a body I hate even more. Would not recommend.

Doctor Jones was willing to perform a plastic surgery on my finger and did a great job helping me to rebuild my left ring finger that had broken bones and ligaments. I did not have insurance,but crime victim reparations paid for the bill, thanks Doctor Jones and Crime Victims Reparations. The notes at the hospital are not accurate till this day because according to the notes, it was an accident having to do with smashing my finger with the car door which is not true or accurate, otherwise, Crime Victim Reparations would not pay for this bill that was around eight thousand dollars. This painful procedure was due to a domestic violence situation. Thankfully,my finger is getting better,but of course is not the same as before,but I am able to keep my finger!

I am way disappointed in Trent and his staff, I have used Trent in the past for several procedures back when he took his time and did quality work. I have sent 2 very good friends to Trent and BOTH have had terrible experiences, the most recent experience seriously was a joke. Trent admitted to my friend FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS, my friend was traumatized from the second she woke up from surgery being treated roughly shoving her in a compression while in terrible pain, taking out the IV while on the toilet because the nurse was in a hurry to get her out of the office. Results were skin dying due to neglect, she is still recovering after 4 months not to mention he left stitches in that should have been removed saying "oh those should have come out on day 12 and it's 3 months later? That is unacceptable. Needless to say I have lost respect for Trent and its sad.

In 2007 I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck and liposuction. He was very nice. And so was very one in the office I felt comfortable with them and they’re skills. When I woke from surgery I thought I was fine. But my bellybutton is crooked it’s not even centered my scarring around my breasts are huge and thick my breasts were completely flat to my chest. I had dog ears behind my breasts under my armpits and in the back of my hips hips and upon my check in and follow ups they told me that the breasts would feel back out and that the dog ears were normal and they would go away in time. I paid To have them fixed by another plastic surgeon.

My wife suggested I have a chin lift, Dr Jones looked at the situation and took on the challenge. He had to be very careful about the scars because I am balding and crop my hair very close. There's no hiding anything. He did a wonderful job, my wife is "Over the Moon" happy with Dr Jones' work on me. The scars are not noticeable at all. Don't be discouraged while recovering. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jones for any plastic surgery for both sexes, or any procedure. He takes the time to explain things carefully and the pros and cons. He's amazing with his surgical techniques. I am in my mid 50's and needed my implants replaced. He did a fabulous job and very little pain after, actually not any at all. He also did liposuction on my mid section, and after 20 years of doing crunches and exercies to get rid of that fat, which it never did, he took care of it. I look in the mirror and am amazed everyday at the results. It was worth every penny and now I'm wondering, where else he can help transform my body. HIs staff makes you feel welcome and very comfortable, and spend time to answer questions and none of them make you feel rushed, as if you were just another patient. They make you feel like you are the most important person they have. The earlier review that was so negative, all I can say, is some people expect miracles, and they are never satisfied, no matter what. She is probably not satisfied with anything and takes her anger out on those aroung her.

Dr. Jones was really nice but I don't appreciate the fact that he didn't take the time to talk about the risk I was running by getting bigger implants. My right bag broke so my boob goes all the way to the right. Other doctors can't believe he did surgery three weeks after having my first breast implants. They clam that it was to soon, other doctors recommend to wait at least three months before having surgery again, unless it's necessary. What I'm really unhappy about it's my horrible scar around the areole from my lift. I understand that everyone's skin reacts different but heard that I'm not the first one the complains about he's work. He's wife is all about money not caring about the patients.

I took my 15 yr old daughter to Dr.Jones for a consult about a breast reduction. My daughter & I were very nervous but we knew it had to be done. Dr.Jones recommended that we wait until she was over 18, but he understood our feelings that she couldn’t wait. I can’t explain how loving Dr.Jones and his staff were to my daughter every step of the way. He was very calm and confident. He took his time on the procedure with her and treated her as a daughter. My daughter went from a 36EE cup size to a 36C after the surgery. It’s been two months and the procedure has changed her life for the good. Her scars are minimal and the pain is almost completely gone already. Dr.Jones gave me my baby back! Because of him, she is able to be an average 15 year old girl again.

Dr Jones did a breast augmentation on someone close to me after my recommendation. I feel awful for recommending her to this place now. She has since had to have revision surgery that may not even fix her problem. Dr Jones cut too big of a pocket for her implant and it caused irritation and constant pain for her. Also when they were prepping her for surgery he was in such a mood that his wife had to tell him to go take some time to cool off. All this in front of his patient who was minutes away from getting put under for surgery. Obviously his bad mood made him preform a botched surgery.

Dr. Jones is the best!!!! I had major ab separation from having 2 kids and I came in asking for an opinion on a mini and full tummy tuck. I never wanted to get plastic surgery but from everything I was reading I knew that my only option for my ab separation and loose skin was a tummy tuck. He was so nice and very honest about each procedure. He told me the possible risks and did not try to push anything on me. After much thought I went with the full tummy tuck. He was fantastic! The morning of the procedure he was cracking jokes and making us all laugh and feel comfortable! It made me relax and after the procedure he was great as well! He even made sure that I come in before he went out of town just in case I had any concerns or questions. My stomach looks great and the surgery even got rid of my scars from getting ovarian cysts removed! I will recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that is looking to get plastic surgery done. He is the best!

I got a rhinoplasty back in 2006. Very simple fix for a bump in my nose. At first, Dr. Trenton seemed like he knew what he was doing and for the first year my nose looked fine, but after a few years the tip of my nose has started to drop more and more. He tried to give me more skin between my nose and lip and as a result my nose has been dropping. Sadly, I would NOT recommend Dr. Trenton.
