Nice place.. Clean. Most staff is awesome and talks to you politely, like a human being. Dr Bazzi was slightly rude when I asked a question and seemed he likes to talk down to his clients. I dont personally see him but my sister does. I wasnt impressed but him one bit.

Dr Bazzi and his team are very professional and honest I saw doctor Bazzi about a year ago regarding my nose I am 4 months post op and I love my nose. Dr Bazzi explained every detail that was going to happen during the surgery and the healing process after. My results are amazing and I am still healing. I recently saw Zainab just to enhance my upper lip and her work is amazing you come out with natural results. Also, Caian facials are amazing I did a diamond glow facial a couple days ago and wow my face after was so soft and very much lighter. Thank you for everything and a special thanks to the amazing and friendly Jamie and her front desk staff!

I had a very bad experience with this Doctor he explained information a bout an hour?? But when it’s come to my face and what he had done with my face! It’s not good at all ? I don’t like it at all . For me it’s bad experience and I never gonna trust any doctor after that.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Bazzi, he have no professionalism or respect for his patients feelings. Dr. Bazzi is very disrespectful and does not know how to speak with his paient for their concern. I'm displeased with the outcome of my breast reduction. Dr Bazzi botch my breast and I'm really dissatisfied with his unprofessionalism and lack of concern for my health and feelings. I have been in the hospital three times since my surgery on May 24, 2018 due to his lack of concern. Dr. Bazzi refuse to take a hematoma out my left breast that I have been diagnosed with on June 19, 2018 that resulted in me having staph infection and psuedomonous until now and released from Beaumont hospital on July 3, 2018. I have been on daptomvcin antibiotic injection almost a month now and had blood transfusion for loss of blood while in the hospital also I have lupus. I have tried to cooperate with him, but I can't!! I refuse to let him touch me again or send anyone his way for any work. My medical insurance paid for this work and now I have to come out of my pocket to get this situation fix. I'm very sad and disppointed over this matter and need someone to help me try to fix this problem that he have caused. I had breast and now I look like a man that have small breast thanks to you Dr. Bazzi. I pray God help your conscious and help you find a heart to do right by your patients. So no one else will have to go through this situation I had to indure as your patient. Further more knowing that no other surgeon will not go behind your work, which make this harder for me to deal with. It's better to be honest with your patients instead of covering up your work. Honest is key and your patients can respect and trust you better. Please check the review and do your research on this doctor's and surgeons because your life is in their hands. No one I Should have to go through a botch experience. This is not to discriminate his character, but my experience with him!!!

I been going to his office for 2yrs NOT once have he ever rushed me out, or fast talk me he explained everything in detailed. He so patient, calm and confident you can tell this is his passion ,to see his patients feel and look amazing it’s not just for the money, he make you feel comfortable. Do not go to Celestial Institute for rhinoplasty! Dr Bazzi severely botched my nose. I had to consult with multiple doctors before I was able to find a doctor that could reconstruct my nose.

Yesterday I got my first dermalinfusion and I am so in love! The staff was great! When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the front desk! Caina was so sweet and talked me through every step as it was my first time ever receiving any kind of facial treatment. She explained everything and was very well educated on what she was doing. When I left there my skin was glowing!! I woke up this morning and my face is so smooth and soft! I was able to wear the lightest amount of makeup and my face was still glowing and looking good. Thank you so much for this great experience, I will be back!

I booked my appointment for 10:30 AM, the receptionist took me to the room at 10:42, I went up to check on what is taking so long at 11:05 letting the receptionist know that I’ve been waiting for over 40 mins to be seen by Dr. Bazzi she proceed to say that she “did not know the doctor was going to be taking this long” and that he’s not even at the office yet. Don’t book a early appointment at with this doctor I waited for over a hour for the doctor to not even be here. I asked why they booked me a appointment so early knowing that he doctor wouldn’t be here, or even put me in the back room for so long, she had no response besides “ he should be here any minute now” or “I didn’t know he was going to be taking this long”. No accountably or respect towards their patients time or money being spent.

I am still recovering from a botched microneedling procedure that Cayna did on my face, During the procedure, she kept telling me that she was "using an agressive approach" on me. After the procedure, I looked in the mirror and could not believe what I saw. I asked to speak to the pa or doctor on site, there was neither. The only person available was the person who did my procedure who admitted I was only the second person that she did one on. The first person was her mother. I was left with deep burns all over my face. Since the procedure, I have been on three rounds of antibiotics, another oral medication and five creams and facial medications. My face has still not recovered from the damage. The clinic took no responsiblity except for a refund.

I see Caina for all my skin concerns! She is so knowledgeable about everything I would like to change about my skin! The first time she suggested I start using Clenziderm my face started to clear up in a week and it continued to work! I’ll never use another product or see another Aesthetician. I do NOT recommend this plastic surgeon. I was not happy with the results of my rhinoplasty at all to the point where if I knew this is what it would turn out to be, I would of never done it!! It is crooked, uneven and the tip moves out of place. It’s horrible! When I would tell him my concerns he would always lecture me for hours telling me it’s swelling give it time, which I did! I gave it 5 years and I am still unhappy. He would also bring up Michel Jackson to me regarding how many rhinoplasty’s he has had???? He didn’t care about if I was happy or not with the results he just lectured me for hours trying to convince me to like it and to just accept it. He would also act like he doesn’t see what I am talking about when I try to point things out. The rhinoplasty he did on me has lowered my confidence if anything. I DO NOT recommend at all!!!!!

I went to Dr. Bazzi for my breast augmentation in July 2020, and the whole process was wonderful! He has an amazing staff that is so welcoming and truly cares about their patients. I would recommend him to anyone, and will continue to see him for anything else I wish to have done. Absolutely amazing!!!

I purchase my Obagi nu derm system from here and go to see Zeinab through out the process and I am very pleased. She was very informative and patient with me. I am very selective with what I apply on my face and Zeinab was able to answer all my skin related questions and direct me to which products would be most beneficial for my skin type. Overall from the receptionist to the doctors everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful.

Be careful of Dr. Bazzi. I feel he told me a lot of things that I wanted to hear but in surgery he made his own choices. After my surgery he explained how he only gave me half a neck lift because that was all he thought I needed. This was a decision he made on his own because that was not discussed before the surgery. After the surgery I disagree and wish I had the full neck lift I paid for. I also believe Dr.Bazzi made a mistake during the surgery. I believe this because half of my bottom lip is paralyzed. When I talk, eat or smile my large smile only half of my bottom lip goes down while the other half stays up. This was not a problem before the surgery. Dr. Bazzi checked it out at my 6 week appointment and said there was no nerve damaged and the paralyzed lip would return to normal. It has been a year since the surgery and it has not returned. My new doctor says he believes there will be little change over time. I had my nose done as well. He kept talking before the surgery about how he was going to balance my nose and make it fit my face. I wanted a smaller nose and agreed that if my nose was smaller and balanced it would be great. The main goal I insisted was smaller. However, I have a nose of the same size, bigger in some places. I also have one nostril larger than the other and it curves at the tip. I am not sure if he doesn’t know what smaller means or he just does whatever he wants. I have corrective surgery scheduled in February, with a DIFFERENT doctor. My new doctor very diplomatic and doesn’t comment on other doctors work. However, he did say he was surprised about how my first nose procedure from Dr. Bazzi turned out. I spent a lot of money for Dr. Bazzi’s work. I am still making payments on the loan I got for the procedures. I am unable to explain how disappointed I am with the results I got from Dr. Bazzi. My new doctor has done some fillers and a string lift to help improve my neck/jaw area. That has helped. Hopefully the new nose procedure will help too.

I highly recommend Dr. Bazzi's office! Everyone from the front desk to the staff who work in the back are so welcoming and nice. I had the pleasure of working with Caina. I go to Caina for skin care. She knows exactly what she is doing and is highly educated in everything she informs you about. She not only is very informational, she also is not pushy. Usually when you go somewhere they rush you in to giving them a definite answer or enforce something upon you, but she sent me home with paperwork to make sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for. Not only that, she gave me products for my face that I saw miraculous results within a few days. I have been using different skin care product for months and did not see fast results like I did with using these in just a few days. I definitely will keep going back there for whatever I need.

I booked a consultation and was told there was a $150 consultation fee. I was not told the fee was non-refundable if I had to cancel in advance. I called EIGHT DAYS BEFORE the appointment to cancel and was told then, and only then, that the $150 was non-refundable. Makes you wonder about this kind of greedy policy - Is this how the surgeon makes his money?! Obviously, his main concern is money not patients. I wouldn’t trust a doctor with this kind of policy. I will be contacting my credit card company.
