Went there for a consultation as to see if there was any improvement for my burn as my attorney sent me there for a narrative back in October 2020, It’s almost 1 year and i still haven’t received my final narrative and or any pictures that my attorney paid for$$$.. I called and spoke to Susan who always says she’s gonna call me back! They’re very unprofessional and takes your $$. I will never recommend ANYONE to get fillers and or botox there they are the worst. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere where they care!!!

Phone call just to inquire about certain procedures they do and to see if they accept my insurance and to see if I can make an appointment for a consultation . A very very RUDE Registered male nurse Jay had the nerve to say “ your a problem patient I can see already because your asking questions and said we don’t need you and have a good day and Abruptly hung up. Well that’s not a way to speak to anyone and I suggest the doctors monitor their workers. Such poor behavior from a “professional “ I can’t even imagine what the docs are like if staff are behaving poorly.

Dr. Hassan seemed nice but unfortunately his staff is horrible. They never filed my paperwork to my insurance company, I always had to call them on the status of my surgery. Its been weeks and they still haven't called to finalize a date for my surgery. Absolutely horrible customer service

I have never written a complaint review for any business and I preface this because I am more upset than i have ever been with a doctor office or any business for that matter. I was treated by Dr. Hassan for approx 6 months because I was new to the area and he was the only doctor that I could fid easily to treat my condition. He seemed nice enough every visit (his bedside manner was less to be desired, but he did the job so I did not question it). His Staff, on the other hand was horrible. I cannot express in words how disrespectful, Rude, and unprofessional the entire staff is... from Susan the receptionist, to Jay, and all the way up to Laura the office manager. I would strongly NOT recommend this office for anyone. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the board of health as they refused to release my medical records to my new doctor office because they said Dr. Hassan was on Vacation!!!! Stay far away. If I could give ZERO stars on the review I would do so.
