I had an appointment to have the Dr look at a couple spots on my face that i thought might be skin cancer. He suggested a cream that I would apply on my face 2x a day for 2 weeks & he said it would kill any skin cancer I might have & it would just die & flake off. After I got home & started reading the side effects I was VERY worried. I feel he did not explain this cream very well AT ALL & that I was misled. Had I known more about it, I probably wouldn't have taken it. He never mentioned that it was a CHEMO cream & that there were a ton of side effects associated with it. My vision was affected, my skin was raw & burning & i was more fatigued.

I carefully chose this facility but unfortunately did not have a good experience. I would not recommend MSA or Pure Medical Spa. I had Face injection fillers and Fraxel laser surgery done here last summer , total cost $2250. I also had Dysport injections performed by the RN, After I told her I wanted Botox, because I had it prior with no negative results. She insisted on Dysport, total cost $450 which caused severe drooping in my right eye and a downward angle to my inner eyebrows which made me look angry . No offer was presented to me to work toward a solution of better results, unless I paid again $450 after the dysport wore off. When a procedure doesn’t turn out satisfactorily the staff blames the patients anatomy. The plastic surgeon said the solution was to perform injections higher in my forehead and toward the center of my face. After the dysport wore off in 11 weeks I did not choose to get any more. The facial fillers wore off in 6 months, and I was told the results would last a year! I wish I had been given another filler option that cost more money but last a lot longer. The results of the fraxel laser are visible. I have 2 small square shapes on my face in the texture of my skin; one next to my left eyebrow and one on the far side of my right cheek. I went back to consult with the plastic surgeon and expressed my concern and disatisfaction with the results. He suggested to perform a mini facelift and fat grafting injections for several thousand dollars. I feel saddened by the suggested best treatment, the level of care and concern presented by the medical staff, the poor results, and the snotty unfriendly attitude the doctors scheduler portrays. Any attempt I made to effectively communicate or resolve an issue with the management last year was ignored. Sheila Curtis

My review is for massage services: I’ve been receiving massages by Nicki M. for a while and I love love love her. She is very personable and I love her vibe! She is so down to earth and follows whatever mood I’m feeling during my massage. If I’m talkative, she will talk. If I’m quiet, she will be quiet. Her technique never wavers no matter if she is talking or laughing. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!
