I interviewed 3 doctors for TT & BA then chose Dr. Larsen and I'm so glad I did. He is amazing, very experienced and one of the best. I can't tell you how many times I've teared up because I'm sooooo happy with my results. Everything I try on looks amazing! I know Dr Larsen is more expensive than other surgeons but he IS worth it! He is a perfectionist and really cares about your looks. I just wish I had done the surgery sooner. Absolutely no regrets, just smiles and tears (because I'm so happy). Schedule your surgery today! surgeon has great personality. however i do feel as if surgeron does not have enough experience in BBL or how to make a black womens body appealing. i had my BBL here done twice and both times i have been unsatisfied. The first time i feel as if nothing was done and was supposedly given a discount for the next procedure where he failed to go over all of the past areas that i complained about. Finally after the second surgery and being over charged again. i was unhappy again with the results. i never returned for my follow up visits or massages, at the point they were both a waste. I however got a third surgery after careful research and found a Dr. Cole of Atlanta Liposuction Center. He gave me the roundness i wanted in my butt and curves all for a reasonable price, and i honestly wish i did a little more research before coming here and spending 20,000 cash to look like NOTHING! i highly recommend Dr. Cole, everything is done in the office and he also offers scarless breast reduction which i think is great. i hope my review can help someone else spend there hard earned money else where,

When you meet Dr. Larson he is very personable and knowledgeable. Taylor and Denise are also amazing; very high energy and sweet individuals. — I give it 3 stars because it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment and not have to wait 1.5-2hours just to be seen for an appointment that only last 10-20min. Even after you wait the initial 1.5-2hours you are often times placed in the patient room for another 20-30minutes — Great Doctor, beautiful place, but the extended wait times take away from the overall experience.

I'm 5'11 and 173 lbs. I have always had a decent figure with no more than 10 pounds over weight which was ok on my large frame. But menopause caused a lot to happen. I lost volume in the upper part of my breast. Dr Larsen did an awesome job giving me a "fill-up" I am very happy with the way they look and feel. Very natural. I will be going back for a few more procedures when the time comes. I had gone to three well respected and popular Plastic Surgeons in Atlanta. He was my last stop and by far my favorite. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Larsen was horrible and I wish I knew then what I know now. This is in hopes to warn others. I had a rhinoplasty and under my eyes done. I was fine with the shape of my nose prior, but didn't like the length. After surgery, I have weird lines that go on the outside of each side of my ose close to my eyes. Also, my nostrils are crooked and are raised so that the middle part hangs low, there's no gradual slop ( looks like a round bubble at the bottom of my nose), and also my nostrils now indent on the sides ( it reminds me of Beavis and Butthead ). They showed me a computerized image of what we were going for in which I liked, but that did not happen. I'm more self conscious now than I was before. My eyes now lost their natural ease when I smile and look like I had work done. They look strained. I was told that this was a simple procedure and it would be a subtle change to make me look more youthful. When I returned for my 6 month appt, I was in tears when showing Dr. Larsen my before and afters that I had on my phone. He aknowledged that he saw what I was talking about. It was too soon to discuss what my options were to fix the situation because you have to be at least a year out after a rhinoplasty. When I came to my 1 yr, he said he couldn't do anything to help me and eventaully referred me to another Dr. who specializes in reconstructive surgeries. This Dr. will cost me about twice as much and isn't able to fix everything Dr. Larsen did wrong. They were quick to take my money and return my calls/ emails before the surgery, but trying to get some sort of response on how I can be compensated for what Dr. Larsen did took forever. I would wait weeks to get a response to my emails and would have to usually be the one to check in and to please have someone get back in touch with me. After several emails, it took them almost 6 months to let me know that they won't give me my money back or offer anything. The lady I spoke with brought up that they referred me to someone, as if I was supposed to be more grateful for that. She also said that unfortunately sometimes these things happen. I'm aware of that, but what I wish I was aware of before is how they would handle the situation if things didn't go well. Please take this into consideration before getting anything done with Dr. Larsen. If things don't go well ( which she mentioned happens) , be prepared to feel like you were hung out to dry and not shown empathy or compassion to what happens. There are hundreds of great surgeons out there. He was not one for me. I urge you to find someone and an office that treats you with compassion and isn't just supportive when things go their way. She even threatened legal issues with me if I left a bad review. I had my surgery here a year ago with Dr. Larson and I have been waiting for better results and/or a corrected lipo procedure on my breast (which Dr. Alan recommended to correct his error; at an additional cost). The staff is great and the surgery was painless. My breast are not the correct size cup as I was promised they would be, one breast is bigger than the other and the scars are wider than expected. I have a friend whos scar lines are very minimum. I would not recommend him for a breast reduction. Additionally, the wait time at the Henry County location would be hours!

Came in for simple smart lipo in the torso and upper chest area. Was fully awake during the procedure. Everything went fine except when he got to the left chest area the numbing solution wasn't working at all and I was experiencing a great deal of pain. Larsen eventually stormed out of the operating room & didn't finish the procedure. I now have one side full of breast tissue and one not at all. I was told more lipo couldn't be done because of scar tissue, and no alternatives were offered. He got paid in full and didn't finish the procedure.

I had a Mommy makeover in Dec ‘20. Best decision I’ve made was going with Dr. Larsen as my surgeon. His techniques are what made the difference. He uses a chair position at some point and I have a surfboard flat stomach for the first time in my life. My breasts are great too. My case was difficult due to a previous chest surgery(medical not plastic) and I truly believe no one could have repaired them better. I let him decide the size and he used two different sized implants so now I have even breasts. I’m not married and no plans to be. I did this for myself and I’m very happy with the results. The staff at BPS are great as well. The overnight stay post op made me feel very cared for and prepared to go home. A week or two later I had a small infection in one of my sutures which is no big deal. I was responded to immediately and given oral and topical antibiotics. The infection cleared up within 36 hours. I really feel like the recovery went exceptional. Minimal pain as long as you follow instructions. Every concern or question I had was met with respect and compassion. No one made me feel annoying. Oh and I fainted in the office a couple times post op because my blood sugar likes to be dramatic. Dr. Larsen and Trudy literally caught me and cared for me until I could walk safely. They’re really great! My advice is save up and only see a quality surgeon like Dr. Larsen!! Update 1/12/22 - just had a follow up appt after 30 lbs weight loss post mommy makeover. Going to have my backside repaired next. Lipo and remove the excess skin. Excited to be continuing my body makeover with Dr. Larsen. No one will make you feel more welcome than Trudy. She is just fantastic. I took her advise one year ago and kept a lifting bra on 90% of the time and my breasts are perky as can be.

I had a breast augmentation and lift, tummy tuck, and flank lipo with Dr. Larsen in March 2021. It has been almost six months out and I can happily say that the results are phenomenal! He and his team did an excellent job before, during, and after the surgery. They were always available for my questions and concerns. And I have never loved my body as much as I do now! I would highly recommend his services as a surgeon. Yes, you may have to wait sometimes but I expect to wait for a reputable doctor. Thank you, Buckhead Plastic Surgery!!!

I do not recommend this doctor. From the moment he took the wraps off I was upset & knew that the surgery went wrong. I have 2 ligaments (1 on the inside of right breast & 1 under my armpit) that stick out and used to ache but now are painful. The implant is under these ligaments & is super noticeable. On top of being painful, it shows through my clothing, looks terrible in a bathing suit, again is painful, it also makes my right breast about 3” higher than the left one. He said, & I quote, “it was the best he could do”! He told me to rub out the ligament as post op advice & wear a tight sports bra even to bed. I feel this may have made it worse, even with massaging to prevent capsular constricture (scar tissue around the implant). I have read at least 4 other reviews from the last few yrs that have the same complaint. They all are offered no redo or compromise (the same happened to me). I just want the implants out not even trying to get him to do extra anything. My quote to do so was $9,353 & $4515..what? This is how you correct your mistake? This is not a fix or compromise. I went by 2 recommendations & have been disappointed, uncomfortable and now in pain ever since he did my surgery. Do your research.

I go to another plastic surgeons office but will occasionally pick up product here since it is close by. I was shocked to see that not a single employee or patient was wearing a mask. When asked about it, the employee stated they will if a patient requests it. A little too late considering how many people they see a day. Convenience isn’t worth the risk here, I’ll stick to my normal surgeons office for any product from now on.

I had been considering breast augmentation for probably 10 years but wanted to wait until after kids so the final look wasn't affected. I researched and contacted no less that 30 plastic surgeons, looked at thousands of before&after pictures, and can honestly say I picked the one I would pick over and over again. Dr Larsen is so knowledgeable and his results looked the most natural in all the pictures. I met with Susie first for the consultation, and she is an absolute sweetheart and so helpful throughout the whole process (and me being indecisive, she met with me probably 3 times just to try on sizers!). I knew I wanted to book with them after all the research and meeting everyone at the office. Next I met with Dr Larsen and Renee for the pre-op where he told me exactly what size I could go up to, and what size would fit my frame best. The surgery went great, not much pain post op. I did have a hematoma burst a few days later, but he also is great with that procedure and all was better a week later. Each post op visit was wonderful, I knew exactly what I should be doing for the best results. The nurses and receptionist are the best as well! Kim always greets me with a smile and is sweet to my kiddos when I have to bring them to appointments. Overall, I LOVE my new breasts, they fit my body perfectly and I had an amazing experience with Buckhead Plastic Surgery and Dr Larsen. I wouldn't have gone with anyone else!

I was referred to this practice because I was told I could get scheduled quickly. I went for a consultation on 6/16/21 and was scheduled for surgery the evening of 6/17/21. An ambulance picked me up from the surgery center after excessive bleeding (1200-1500 cc) and bruising was noted on my back where I had lipo of the flanks. I spent 6/18, 6/19 and 6/20/21 at Northside Hospital as a result of the blood loss from this surgery with Dr. Larsen. I was iced down with ice packs and received blood transfusions because I was bleeding out. I was anemic for weeks following the hospitalization but thankful to be alive. I could have left 3 children behind with no mother as a result of this. Dr. Larsen told me he did a great job and I would love him in a week, that was June 30, 2021 and I still feel contempt and disgust. I received my medical record from this practice and Dr. Larsen notes in there that I would leave a negative review. The nerve to think his reviews are more important than my life. Why was it necessary to write that in my medical report? I have the ability to share my story. I paid a premium for Horrible treatment both surgically and personally. I was excited to spend $16k with Buckhead Plastic for a procedure that Denise recommended—a tummy tuck and flank lipo. As a result, I paid that AND have over $32,000 in hospital bills from my stay at Northside Hospital post operatively. $50,000 to look tragic! I was mocked when I requested a refund and I was released as a patient as Dr. Larsen detailed I sent hostile emails. That letter is attached. I left a voicemail which I assume they concluded as hostile which was noted in medical record as well(attached). I FILEd A COMPLAINT with the GEORGIA MEDICAL BOARD as a result of his failure to provide proper antibiotics post treatment in addition to all of the above. He only prescribed cephalexin, no bactrim even though every doctor should know cephalexin does not kill all bacteria. It was not a good experience for me. I do not have the body I wanted. I have paid a premium and he has refused to refund any portion. He offered to operate again and perform “clean up” and I declined given the initial experience, my anemic state and lack of confidence in his ability.

Buckhead plastic surgery gets a 4 star in the beauty of the office. Dr.Larsen is very pleasant; however his cosmetic skills on me were unsatisfactory. I had a liposuction of my abs done 4/2018, as of today; I see absolutely no results. This is an update: I received a letter from Dr.Larsen attorney saying that I need to rescind my review, I have the right of amendment 1, Dr.Larsen did a horrible job on my procedure. I asked for half of my money back so that I can go to a more skilled surgeon to fix the disfigurement that Dr.Larsen caused.

As a Registered Nurse myself, I was very nervous to have a surgical procedure and finding a reputable and professional surgeon was of the utmost importance to me. Dr Larsen was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the post surgical appointments. The CRNA called me prior to my surgery and went over all of my questions, including medications that would be used, which was above and beyond in my opinion. Everyone in the office and everyone in the surgical suite was so kind and accommodating, so professional and knowledgeable, they all put me completely at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love my results and could not be happier! I tell all my friends and family to go to Dr. Larsen! If you’re on the fence I would highly, highly recommend this office and Dr. Larsen! Dr. Larsen is kind and inviting and his attention to detail with my chin implant and rhinoplasty has made me so pleased with my results! An excellent surgeon, the only one I will let touch my face! The nurse Tara took such good care of me before and after my surgery I felt like she was family! I couldn't be happier. She made me feel at ease and did an excellent job helping me prepare for my surgery and any question or concern I had after surgery. I was also pleased with the nurse Sonia who performed my botox injections. She is the only one I will go to for botox from now on. I have a smaller forehead so its more difficult to inject but she had no problems whatsoever and made me feel 100% comfortable. I am so glad I decided to go to Buckhead plastic surgery.

I am from out of town and found this spa online. I am so grateful I did! My skin did not react well to working out of town but Natasha is amazing and helped me turn it around. She performs the absolute best facials I have ever had and recommends amazing home regimens. My skin is now flawless. Old scars and dark spots have even resolved with the new regimen I follow. I would recommend you give this spa a try anyday!

I had chin lip and fact tite procedure. Happy with my results so far. Dr. Larsen is a top notch professional and his staff and offices are very welcoming. My only minor issue is that my surgery was the last of the day and I did feel a bit rushed by the on site staff when coming out of anesthesia to get dressed. It felt like they were trying to get out for the day. That said, I will go back to him for two other procedures I want to have.

Dr. Larsen is a surgical mastermind and perfectionist and I’m beyond thankful that he performed my cosmetic surgery. After carrying and birthing two kids (now ages 2 and 4), my body was less than desirable in my eyes and a mommy makeover was in order. Dr Larsen was amazing!! My wife got her Breast augmentation 5 months ago, they are gorgeous. Very minimal scaring.. the swelling is a real thing so do NOT judge until atleast 3-5 months after surgery. my wife was completely flat chested and now she has 650cc of beauty.. the only thing she regrets is she didn’t do 700cc. Ladies 700cc is perfect, but so is 650cc if you ask me.. Dr Larsen is no hack. Very professional, very knowledgeable, we were going to go to Miami bc it is known to be cheaper there. A lot cheaper, but if you do your research you will find they will Botch you beyond belief.. Buckhead Plastic surgery is not cheap but hey you get what you pay for.. very satisfied, 10stars frfr ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife had her BBL done by Alan in April 2017 and the only thing that me and my wife were happy of the results was the bra roll. They did a great job on that area but other than that we believe the lipo and fat transfer wasn't what we expected the before and after photos weren't that different.
