My husband, myself and our daughter have been clients of Norfolk Family Eye Care for many years. They have always gone above and beyond to make our experience an extremely happy one. They are very courteous and spend whatever time it takes to explain anything you may not understand or are not sure you are uncomfortable with. Truly a pleasure to deal with!

For 2 days I tried to get through(phone calls, emails and text replies) to set up a simple eye exam and got nothing but initial text msg that they missed my call and response that I was not texting with a bot. Supposedly you can make an appt on their website but options are not there. Made one call to another clinic and appt setup for next day.

I had the best experience purchasing eyeglasses at Norfolk Family Eye Care. In the 30 years I've worn prescription glasses, this was the smoothest process with the best selection and excellent customer service. Buying glasses can be stressful but I highly recommend seeing Dr. Katie Ryan and Lauren who were very friendly, professional, and experienced.
