I’ve gained more confidence and can’t stop looking at myself in disbelief like this is really me now?! From literally the beginning until now, I’ve received a response to ANY inquiry I’ve had in a timely fashion. All of the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. No exaggeration, I didn’t have any issues and processes were clear to me. Jenny the massage therapist is absolutely wonderful and such a sweetie!!! Dr Baltadano and his assistant were very friendly and understanding of what I wanted for myself. After my procedure, I have a way to reach my doctor and he responds promptly. My experience was great with Xiluet and Dr. Mike! Dr. Mike hands down gave me back something that I will forever be grateful for . His bed side manner was amazing , he made me feel comfortable , he listened and he provided me with what exactly I wanted . I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor. It is a process and very nerve racking when having to get everything done (labs , ekgs , paper etc) but as long as you stay on top everything , have copies of everything and just keep on your coordinator it will be fine . The only thing I would say that could try and be better is the communication . But I work customer service myself and I am sure they are really busy with the amount of people they are trying to serve . So I tried to be mindful of that. But When I arrived all the girls were super nice , helpful and I was grateful for that seeing how I traveled thousands of miles. It was a stressful process but once it was done it was 100% worth it and I would go back to Xiluet for sure !

Then you can’t get them on the phone to answer any questions. I canceled my surgery over a month ago and they still have not given me my 5200 dollars back. I have talked to a number of women who have said there is no aftercare hardly at all! The horror stories from this place are getting covered up!!!! This place has been reported to the BBB MANY MANY TIMES!! I don’t understand how it’s still in business!!!! The infection rates are high and there are women who have had to go somewhere else and get it redone!

He was very informative of the procedure that I was going and gave me tips on things to do even after surgery. My starts were 5’6 and 218 and let me just say I am loving my results. Let me just brag on Jenny the massage therapist! I went in not knowing what to expect she was polite and explained everything that was going to happen! My experience in Xiluet Plastic surgery was wonderful. From walking in and walking out they attended to me nicely and they treated me great I was happy. My surgeon was DR.TOM when he walk in he was wonderful he heard me out with no problems and told I him what I wanted with my BBL and he delivered it. I put my deposit down in September 2021 and schedule for March 2022. I am approaching my date and can not be cleared for March. I emailed, called and Chat to ensure I spoke with the right person to see my options after reading their cancellation policy. Each staff member took the time to help me as best as they could, down to Jasmin, the Social Media Department! I was contacted by my coordinator within 24hrs and all my needs and accommodations were met as clearly described in their policy. I can’t wait to actually be able to get to meet them if possible but everyone was professional and timely in responding and made sure there was no misunderstandings or most important for me EXTRA CHARGES, lol!

The woman doing the anesthesia picked up a very tiny blurb on my clearance that said I needed to be cleared by cardiology! I'm a nurse, I knew right away when she saw it! Now I had already did the clearance with cardiology but I had it on my person, I was very pleased ☺️ she says “i hope you were cleared by cardiology” I smiled and said sure did! trust me she was about to send me chucking! Today I had a massage by the kindest woman name began with a B she came in before the place opened to give me a massage, because she was all booked up! Well where can I start…first, my friend was so into getting a bbl she started following Xiluet IG, and I got hooked. After 1 year I finally got my TT surgery with Dr. Baltodano at Xiluet. Dr. Baltodano was very informative in my pre-op appointment, and of course I was nervous on my surgery day, but he gave me reassurance and felt more at ease on my big day!!! But let me also give thanks to my coordinator Olga amazing personality. I am definitely happy of the decision that I made. Gained confidence ! And if I were to make more enhancements, I would definitely give Xiluet a call and talk to my friend Olga to book me for my next procedure.

I would call them every other day with questions or concerns. I became their good problem child. Living with PCOS it was a struggle for me with my weight. I went from 298 to 195. Dr. Rodriguez (Dr. Magic Mike) did an outstanding job on my Mommy makeover! My incision for my ETT looks great and I can cover it up with a bikini. That was one of my concerns. I seen the doctor the morning of my surgery and he is fast, but, he will pause if you have any questions or concerns. I had did all my research with the clinic, procedures and doctors. I had only one problem with the drain and the nurse in the office handled it and I was able to see the doctor to make sure everything was ok. Benjamin to be evaluated…… continue with my journey I just get out of the the place at 6pm. I want to recognize the only one with patient was Francis the pre-op because I never see my coordinator Lauren Diaz. They have a strategy that the Ofer you a package or especial. But when you get there they change you everything that way you pay more. And tell all the patients that was there 75% they change the package or especial and in that moment is no special for not want. Main office is horrible the customer service. Now in the other building we’re the do the surgery is completely different I going to give 5????. Be aware when they give you a especial because when you arrive is not special for Xiluetesergury. The sad part you pay and is not refund back to you.

Dr. Benjamin Liliav did an amazing job on my procedure! My surgery was on Nov. 16, 2021. I originally went in for a BBL, but he told me it wasn't possible because of a surgery I had in the past. I have to say, I was a little disappointed but I appreciated and respected his honesty. Because of his honesty, I trusted him and took his suggestion to do a Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation, instead of Tummy Tuck and BBL. My husband and I are both glad I did. My nurse who took care of me after my surgery said, he did an amazing job. She contacted me days later to recommend him to some girls who were interested in doing some work. When I went to purchase a new faja, the lady who assisted me, asked me where/who did my procedure and told me he did a great job. I have had a lot of compliments. At first, I had a very bad experience with communication from my coordinators and I had to reschedule my procedure because of it. However, the second go around, it appeared things were changing and their communication was much better. At the end, the outcome of the procedure is more important, which is why I give them 5 stars. I'm glad I was patient and stuck it through with Xiluet. I am beyond pleased with the work performed by Dr. Benjamin Liliav. He's a wonderful surgeon!!

I canceled with 2 different doctors in Jacksonville near my house...I also deleted a few text from Xiluet after I requested an estimate. I think it was maybe 6 weeks ago , I received another text and replied this time. And then Mirley called... At the time I answered I had no plans on actually going through with it.. But after talking to her my mind was made up... I was completely at ease and within minutes paid the deposit. She walked me through everything! My experience with Xiluet was always a great one Nectalis is my coordinator and always answered all of my questions and made the process so simple for me. When I was requested to do a second ekg and couldn’t find a place to do it in time Nectalis referred me to a place that was very affordable as well. My pre op experience was smooth and anytime there was a change I was notified right away. My sister and mother are now planning surgery at xiluet. I am satisfied with my results. Dr stover accomplished exactly the look I said I wanted to go for. Nothing over the top but that fitted my body nicely. She was very patient and reassured me and my sisters questions. We spent a couple hours in pre op with her because she was very thorough with me. Pre op wait was ridiculous. I waited about 8hrs before I could be seen. For post of they were so disorganized and the nurse or person who did my post op was so careless. I almost fainted and had to get on my knees, she didn't offer any help she just stood there and stared! I had to ask her if she could please give me some cold water and she did so. As far as my results I'm on the edge since I am still recovery but have been in constant contact with my doctor as far as my concerns which she has been very responsive and is asking me to allow more time for the final results.

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR SURGERY!!! I have been trying for a month and a half to get the $4000 I paid for my surgery refunded to me. There was a 2 weeks span where no one would answer the phone for me they would just automatically transfer me to a number that never answered. They then refunded $200 and went another week without answering the phone. Once my surgery date had passed I was able to talk to someone who told me that I would be charged $1500 for canceling after my 30 day period. And I still have not received a phone call or anything. I am constantly told that I manager has to call me back but whoever the manager is never calls back. I was blocked from my portal instantly and blocked from my coordinators phone. Please ladies keep your money unless your willing to lose it.

They are extremely busy. I promise they will contact you. All these surgery places are busy and you will get the same response time. Even few weeks after my surgery they contacted me to check on me. Pre Op waiting time wasn’t bad at all maybe 2-3 hours I was out of my appointment. Before 8pm they texted me my surgery time. Dr. Tom did a lovely job on my Lipo 360 + BBL procedure. He was very informative and attentive. My overall experience was so so. The nurses in “recovery” were very insensitive. I woke up from the anesthesia and had to wait an hour for my ride to arrive. I asked the nurse what time they called my sister to pick me up and they gave me a shrug and walked away before I could get any clarification. I was crying in pain. I was waiting an hour before my ride arrived and I was in so much pain and I was denied anymore pain meds. When I cried out for water I was told I couldn’t have any because I was nauseated. I asked the nurse to put me in the wheel chair and she did but when she did, she turned the chair toward the door where the nurses were not in my view. I turned to see what the hell was going on because I was crying in pain and the nurses were sitting on the bed, eating a candy bar, laughing and talking in Spanish. I do 10/10 recommend Dr. Tom because I love my results so far but they need to hire some more caring nurses. I will not be returning because of the insensitive staff they have working at xiluet plastic surgery. Side note: I will say the lymphatic massage I received 1 day post op was amazing. I’ve heard that the massage is the most painful part but it definitely was the best and most relieving part of the whole process. I wish I would’ve gotten the masseuse name because I would definitely recommend her. She was very gentle and kind. She drained me very well and was very soft spoken and personable. My only issue was the nurses in recovery and how they treated me. Attached are before and after 2 days post op

Dr karlinsky did a wonderful job ! I love my results.The customer service part was horrible definitely not what I expected. A huge language barrier where it made the process very stressful and uncomfortable. I think only the last 30 minutes before I went in for surgery was when I started to feel comfortable with the process

I am giving 5+ stars to my surgeon Dr. Gary Vela. Dr. Vela is the reason why my experience at Xiluet was truly 5 stars. Dr. Vela makes you feel like you are his only patient of the day, as busy as he probably is he does not rush through your appointment, he answers all questions and concerns and provides a lot of patient education. I felt that I connected with him instantly because I felt that he truly cared about my results which led to me fully trusting him and that is such an important process of selecting a surgeon. I selected Dr. Vela as my surgeon due to the photos of his work that I saw on the website and was particularly drawn to the natural belly button that he creates on his patients. I also liked his bio and had read other reviews that stated his connection to patients was important and that had been expessed by many of the other patient reviews. Dr. Vela responded to me immediately post op when I had a question concerning my post op care. Dr. Vela is an amazing surgeon and he delivers results. He is my surgeon!

Dr. Magic Mike is the man!! My weight loss journey started in July 2020 with gastric sleeve surgery. Then, on September 1, 2021, I had a tummy tuck with 4 areas of lipo. I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Mike’s bed side manor was exceptional, and I really appreciated his honesty. After my consult, I was completely informed of what to expect, and able to eliminate my fears and my unrealistic expectations.
