I cannot say enough about Dr. Shridharani -- and really with the totality of my experiences with him, his staff, and the Luxurgery facility. After having had breast augmentation with Dr. Shridharani last year (a complicated case with stellar results), I recently decided to do "a little something" with my face for the first time. At age 39 the options are wide ranging, and Dr. Shridharani took an amazing amount of time and care describing all of my options and the expected results. With all of his work, I feel he starts from a wonderful place of "Here's what we DON'T want" and goes from there. As a result, I came out with a small amount of Juvederm filler and some Botox in key areas -- without looking frozen, overfilled, or artificial. He achieved his stated goal of making me look and feel rested, refreshed, and ok a little younger! I highly recommend Dr. Shridharani for any procedure you are considering. You couldn't be in better hands.

You’ll be welcomed by smiling faces, sparkling water, cool music and TV’s featuring fashion shows while you wait to meet the coolest Doctor! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He instantly makes you feel comfortable and builds his rapport, while making sure you know he’s knowledgeable enough to be trusted! And I’m glad I did! I am extremely happy with the results of the surgery. His stitching is perfect. With just a couple days post op they seem almost invisible. Giving him a rating seems so inappropriate because what he does is so personal, but on any scale, him and his team deserve the highest ratings.

Dr.Shridharani gave me the consultation of my life. I went in for botox and some facial fillers and wanted the Docs opinion on what we could do about my abdominal area and flanks. I have gotten lipo two times before years ago and have a bit of unevenness and extra skin. Dr Shridharani was so thorough and blew my mind when he started assessing the area and generating a treatment plan and gave me various options and plans of attack for the area. As for the botox and filler treatment that I got done same day. Absolutely exceptional service, I had previously been going to a med spa for botox but I knew once I started playing with filler I needed to goto an expert and this office is probably the Rolls Royce of offices in NYC. The best bed side manner I have ever experienced. I have been terrified of needles my entire life and he keeps me so calm. My dermatologist recommended biopsies for some beauty marks but because it would be visible she recommended a plastic surgeon. There is no scar whatsoever - and I have had similar procedures done by other plastic surgeons. So happy with the painless procedure, and scarless! After that I tried botox and not only did it not hurt but everyone tells me I never age ;) Dr S. is my fountain of youth!!

I underwent a miraDry procedure with Dr. Shridharani in the spring of 2016. I am now 4 months odor and sweat free! It’s almost surreal not having to worry about sweating through my shirts or getting deodorant on my sleeveless dresses. After just one treatment, I don’t even need to wear deodorant or antiperspirant anymore. The treatment took about an hour and half, relatively quick considering you get results that last forever. The procedure itself wasn’t painful, and I was able to continue my day normally after I left Dr. Shridharani’s Fifth Avenue office. I have recommended this procedure to all my friends with Dr. S specifically because he is one of a handful of doctors who have actually been trained by the makers of miraDry. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Without making this overly wordy - Dr. Shridharani is the absolute best there is. It's that simple. I have never experienced a doctor that makes you feel so heard and seen and completely cared for. For years I've struggled with the decision to undergo a tummy tuck and after consulting with several "top" tier doctors I can unequivocally say I never felt safe and reassured enough to go through with it until I met Dr. S. He is not only incredibly charismatic in his approach, which certainly helps if you're already a bit anxious to get any sort of treatment but he's so informative. He explains his procedures in detail and recovery expectations. I'd also add that his staff is incredible!! If you're getting any sort of surgical work I can tell you with all confidence that you won't find a better team. I worked closely with Kasha - she is brilliant!! The anesthesiologist called me the day prior to go over details and that was such a relief since I had a fear of being under general anesthesia for so long. Dr. S checked in constantly and even with his follow up's he takes his time. I think the main take away here is that you're handing over your body and health over to someone. You most certainly want it to be someone who cares and who is INCREDIBLE at what they do - so Dr. S is your answer. I'm going on week 3 of my recovery - I feel great and my results are coming along better than I anticipated! I wouldn't trust anyone else and any future treatments I decide on will most definitely be with him and his team.

I am absolutely loving my results from Kybella and miraDry treatments I had undergone in Dr. Shridharani’s office last week. I am still amazed that my underarms are sweat, odor, and deodorant free, and that pesky fat deposit that bulged around my bra straps is shrinking away with each day. During the procedure Dr. “S” was fantastic, as always, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was extremely nervous, but he reassured me every step of the way. Prior the treatment he numbed the areas with several lidocaine injections, which felt like a mosquito bite. Once the areas were numb, both treatments were absolutely painless. Immediately after the procedure I experienced some soreness, mild swelling and bruising, but icing and ibuprofen helped ease that away. Today, I am more than happy to report that my money was well spent. Both procedures were a great success. I am enjoying this hot, steamy NYC weather with no drop of sweat, or odor. Total bonus that my underarm hair is gone, as well. And, since I did not have to undergo liposuction to eliminate dreaded fat bra bulge, I am sporting my smooth silhouette without wearing full body spanx. YOWZA!

Dr S. is hands down the most friendly, caring and knowledgable doctor I have ever met. I had a large mole on my arm which I have been insure about since young and I got it removed through a minor procedure, followed by scar laser treatments. It has been three months and my scar has almost disappeared, it is as though I didn’t get surgery at all! I had the miraDry procedure with Dr. Shridharani in my underarms in April and wow my life has changed! I used to have to apply my deodorant several times a day, and now I no longer wear deodorant. I used to carry antiperspirant/ deodorant in my purse and I actually threw it away after the procedure. I work out several times a week now I do not sweat under my arms during my workout. I no longer have to worry about sweat or deodorant stains on my nice dresses. My dry cleaning bill as decreased as well. Dr. Shridharani and his team are wonderful. I highly recommend the miradry procedure with Dr. Shridharani. Miradry is really for anyone that uses antiperspirant/ deodorant, I am so thankful I had the procedure done! I am in my late 20s and I have been to several plastic surgeons for Botox and fillers, but Dr. Shridharani is the BEST plastic surgeon I have been to in Manhattan. His office staff is so friendly and I did not have to wait for my appointment. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Shridharani took his time to address the wrinkes and asymmetry of volume in my face. He recommended Botox for my forehead, Voluma for my cheeks and Restlyane for my smile lines. I am extremely happy with my results! With two previous out of town rhinoplasties and serious breathing issues, I made up my mind I would have corrective and aesthetic rhinoplasty done. Dr. Sachin Shridharani is excellent. He's one of those rare doctors who genuinely cares about his patients and takes their care extremely personally. He's an incredibly gifted, talented, attentive surgeon who works with precision, always with the goal of wanting his patients to be happy with the results. He does not cut corners, never pushes anything unnecessary, and will be refreshingly honest if he doesn't think something is a good idea. His staff is every bit as lovely as he is, which always makes the experience of visiting his office pleasant. I am a 49-year-old woman who has seen him for botox, fillers and most recently, liposuction. For facial botox and fillers, including lips, Dr. Shridharani has always used just the right perfectly light, gentle approach, never overdoing anything, so that people always comment on how fantastic I look, but nobody has ever guessed that I've had anything touched up. For the liposuction, the only way to describe Dr. Shridharani is that he's an artist. I am in great shape for my age but following a c-section, I was unsatisfied with the way my waist and belly looked. I am only 4 weeks post op, and already, I can see that the way Dr. Shridharani was able to re-sculpt me has made me look like I did when I was 25. And, the incisions are so tiny they are imperceptible. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon in NY, run to Dr. Shridharani, don't walk, and don't even think about going anywhere else.

Dr. Shridharani is fantastic!! I heard about him and a special treatment he offers called miraDry from a friend who has been going to him for 2 years now for injectables and her breast augmentation (which looks so good!). So, when I visited New York over the summer, I decided to pay his office a visit. First off, his office feels extremely luxurious...more than you would expect from a doctor's office. Then again, this is Fifth Avenue. The space he has really makes patients feel welcome and warm. Making an appointment was easy and when I got there, there was absolutely no wait time, unlike most other doctor's offices! The treatment I was going to undergo was rather minor relative to other treatments that Dr. S offers, but he still sat patiently with me and explained the science and entirety of the treatment, making me feel comfortable about it. His patience and willingness to sit down with me made it feel as if he genuinely cared. The treatment itself took around 2 hours but ran extremely smoothly and as painlessly as you can imagine. Everything was done extremely efficiently. His staff also made me feel as if I was in great hands, taking good care of me before and after. Post-treatment, Dr. S was incredibly sweet and called me the next day to check how my swelling was. I was definitely a bit nervous as the areas of my treatment was quite tender but Dr. S gave me great advice on how to handle the pain. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Luxurgery, Dr Shridharani and his staff. I have never had a treatment like this before and I really felt lucky that my first one was at Luxurgery. I look forward to coming back and recommending this place to my friends.

The very first time I stepped into Luxurgery I felt like I was stepping into a spa. The place has a really good positive warm vibe about it. The staff here are so down to earth and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. When I met Dr. Sachin Shridharani for the first time to go over what procedure I would like to have done. I was expecting him to spend about 15 mins tops with me which is what most of the other plastic surgeons did. I was so impressed by how thorough he was. Dr. Shridharani must have spent a good 45 mins examining me. He was very patient with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions as well as going over the ins and outs of the procedure. Dr. Shridharani went out of his way to make me feel at ease about the surgery. He was not pushy like some doctors and had a wonderful bed side manner. Dr. Shridharani is very genuine and kind. There is no pretense or phoniness going on here.

Excellent experience with Dr. S. and his staff. Doctor is very patient, friendly, and skilled. He listens well and answers all questions to make sure you are comfortable. He also educates the patient. I had one large banana roll that was resistant to CoolSculpting and TruSculpt ID. I consulted with several surgeons that tried to push lipo and one surgeon was kind enough to share his wisdom online and informed me that lipo to this area has a low satisfaction rate and could potentially alter the support that holds up the buttocks and could result in the buttock collapsing (this is very difficult to reverse once it happens). Through this process, I also learned about the important distinction between a cosmetic surgeon and plastic surgeon and advise that patients ensure that they learn the difference when seeking a surgeon. After learning this, I wanted to try Kybella, which is a slow process that gradually reduces the fat and ultimately cost more than lipo, but with much lower risk to the buttocks collapsing. I saw a dramatic reduction after 1st and 2nd round treatments. I did a 3rd and the fat that remains is now negligible and I may just leave well enough alone at this point rather than chase perfection. I was aways very self-conscious about this area and tried to conceal it with clothing, but now I don't have to worry about that. I am super pleased with Dr. S. and his warm and lovely staff.

I viewed Dr Shridharani on instagram and found that he was the thought leader of Kybella injections. I was skeptical of the results because they weren't instant but as he promised overtime it was the best results I could have imagine after the first round which depends on your facial features. To further my experience with Dr Shridharani being a seasoned woman with other medical conditions. He contacted all my Physicians and they had a meeting of the minds, the surgery was blessed by all with a plan in place. I recently about 11 days ago had a breast lift and reduction which was fabulous and artistically built to fit my body. My concern was the sensitivity being restored which it is all over. Some people don't go into detail however I choose to do so, when I was searching I want as many questions answered by someone who had the experience with the doctor. The place is clean and beautiful. Dr Shridharani and all the staff is great.
