At first I was skeptical of the reviews of Jolie. But decided take my chances. I end up choosing Dr. Joan Valina by the way after a lot of research. No lie communication at Jolie was a little unorganized but when it got close to my dates they really were on it. So ladies don’t expect them to email you back directly with answers if your date is far out. They’re handling upcoming surgeries. But I will say I’ve had my surgery and Dr. Valina was honest about what my results would look like and sweet as pie. She’s very welcoming as well as the rest of the Jolie staff when you meet them. I’m still calling with post op questions and concerns and get answers…. Everything isn’t always perfect, everything has its flaws. So ladies just take a chance and be patient: Thank you Dr. Valina & Staff. No complaints from me. Only thing I would recommend to Jolie is the doctor checks there patient the next day after surgery….beside manner goes a long way. Other than that go with Valina…. PERIOD❤️

First off Dr. Hasan is a dream worker and was an extreme pleasure to have as my doctor. He made me feel very comfortable prior to surgery. He spoke with me for quite a bit and was extremely honest and to the point which I love. After he performed the surgery he came beside and shared his experience with me on how the surgery went and what he was able to do. Takes a lot of pride in his work and cares. He completely changed my body for the better, and did really an amazing job. Jolie has been very pleasant, friendly and caring to work with. I've found them to be very easy to talk to and sort out any questions or issues that may have risen. Yes they’re very busy, which is understandable because of how many doctors they have under their name, but be patient with Jolie. They will make sure you’re taken care of throughout the process.

I JUST watched a documentary on this so called plastic surgery center, and it was nothing but bad, bad, bad news!!! Ladies, listen up!!! Do your research before you put your lives into this Ishmael doctor!!! I give them zero stars... they have had SEVERAL deaths. Typically after a death, they will change the name of this "factory plastic surgery clinic"... the doctors will be performing MULTIPLE surgeries (typically 2 to 3 at a time) and have the "TECHS" doing the surgery while the doctor goes into the next surgery room. No supervision of doctors during surgeries. They claim they perform EIGHT-TEN Brazilian butt lifts a day...I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL FACTORY TO ANYBODY. Women: educate yourself before doing this. This could leave you dead or have horrible health consequences.

This was my first cosmetic procedure and It was on 1/14/21 with Dr.Boulos and omg! He’s such an amazing doctor I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to do my surgery but him. He was very informative and realistic with me when marking me up. He explained the whole procedure and more to me. He definitely put my mind at ease. I had 2 massages scheduled with rosey she does the massages and omg! She was awesome and very sweet. I loved her so much I came back today 1/19/21 to get one last massage with her before I fly back home and once again she was great! I would recommend her every time. 10 stars for rosey and Dr.Boulos. The staff at Jolie nice and helpful and the establishment was very clean. My experience with them was amazing!

I’m scheduled for surgery in my mind this upcoming November. I say in my mind because each time I follow up I’m being told different things. I originally scheduled with Ghurani but he’s not offering j plasma at the same time. So my coordinator said Valina. So I switched and was given a new date. The new date hasn’t been updated. My surgery asst or the initial person I worked with to book is great, knowledgeable, and answers your questions. My issue is the surgery coordinators you speak with after you pay your deposit hoping that’s what you call them. Some are just outright rude while others are pleasant and helpful. They need to understand they are the face of Jolie until you actually meet your surgeon. You work with them a lot until surgery and pre op. Just a suggest they learn great customer service.

I am very upset on how they go about with dolls! We pay our hard earned money you tell us we are good candidates then tell us after we pay out money that the surgeon goes off pictures, however the contract does not state that. It’s all a money scheme and no doctor should be allowed to do all these surgeries in one day. Dr Brewster is amazing !!! I did lipo on Wednesday with him and I’m in love with my results already!!! Amazing costumer service from the front desk, to the Doctor. Horrible management. When they get your money that’s it. It’s like a chop shop. Too many procedures one day. You only see your doctor the day of surgery! I had chin lipo and 360 lipo. When I woke up in recovery I was face down in blood from my chin. It was in my eye and all over the side of my face. Dyana took my deposit I never met her and Cindy Lopez was the coordinator and she never said a word to me while I was there. The only good thing about this place was Maria who did my massages. She was the sweetest person ever. As far as my results I’m not too happy.

My Dr. was Dr. Kagan. He is an awesome Dr. I am only 2 days post op and I’m up walking around. The only issue I’d say I had was being surprised by the 550 cell saver fee. Do your research. This place was in a documentary for its malpractice. They schedule anywhere from 8-10 surgeries per doctor, meaning the surgeons will be working on multiple patients at a time and have they assistants that don't have any medical training continue the surgery. They were recently randomly investigated and found that one of the surgeons didn't even have medical certifications. They only care about the money. They don't care if you live or die. Save your money, and go to a true professional.

If I could have given a negative amount of stars, I would have. This company has been a nightmare to deal with. They send you a bunch of emails that do not indicate they are from the company. They literally just have the senders name shown. They send you the same questionnaire 3 different ways from these emails. One of the questionnaires is sent 7 weeks before surgery and you have 7 days to fill it out or they cancel your surgery, keep your deposit and charge you. They do not call to let you know your window is running out. They don’t even sent this crucial email from the Jolie account….. they are the literal worst. Then they tell you two weeks later that they canceled your appt 2 weeks ago and to go deal with it…… it’s a scam. Also, as soon as you get your quote, they add about $1500 in miscellaneous charges to your contract. Finally, come to find out, they have the most patient deaths of any plastic surgery clinic in all of FL! Save your money, time, and life by taking your business elsewhere.

I came across an article about someone who underwent liposuction with “Dr” Amaryllis Pascual (one of the doctors at jollie) who literally perforated a man’s bowl in multiple places alongside other errors. How do you just perform super sensitive surgeries without being qualified & not even feel bad for destroying somebody’s body!! Please do a LOT of research if you’re looking into cosmetic surgery so many of these “doctors” don’t even have malpractice insurance & have many files against them.

My coordinator completely just abandoned my appointment with Ghurani. I figured it was already janky when you can’t do in person consults, which is really important, but quarantining was already in place. I tried to log in to pay the rest of my balance off and I can’t get in. I emailed Cindy multiple times and STILL NOTHING. Called....I’m told my coordinator is never there or “busy”. They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them again.

I went to Dr. Fisher. He's a very cool, down to earth Surgeon. I was very pleased with him. The only thing I wish was different was that after the surgery that I could havet meet with him again. Yet, I understand why I couldn't. He's a very busy man. More than half of the people there were there to get surgery with him. He's a honest and straight forward Doctor. Funny and very witty. Every time I or my husband phoned him he answered no matter the time of day. I love my results and I am only 4 weeks post surgery. I can't wait to see my final results!!!! He's the best. I trusted him and the staff at Jolie's and they took great care of me. Everyone there was very friendly, happy, open, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Jolie's and Dr. Fisher to others. And as long as they have Dr. Fisher I will come back for my new breast once I'm fully healed from my current surgery.

I had an aortic valve replacement 7 years ago, I am on a low dose blood thinner for which I am able to stop taking (and have before) for procedures. I am a perfectly healthy and active 30 year old who does not smoke and has never had children or done drugs of any kind. I was told today by Jolie that they will not do a simple Breast augmentation on account of my valve. I have spoken to plastic surgeons here in ohio and they have said it is no problem as long as I am cleared by cardio and my pcp, which I would clear with flying colors I promise you that. I am becoming more and more convinced that these places are nothing more than chop shops with underqualified surgeons looking to make a quick easy dollar. Find yourself a quality plastic surgery establishment who will treat you like a human and spend the little bit of extra money.

I've had an amazing experience at Jolie Plastic Surgery. The staff are phenomenal. Claudia kept in touch with me pre op and she answered all the questions I had. Checking in the day before surgery was smooth. The front desk staff were all smiles, they were very helpful. Claudia came out to meet me to introduce herself. I did my height and weight and went back to do the other required medical stuff. I got fitted for my Faja. Alexandra was very sweet. She had me try on the Faja to see which one did the best. Before leaving I was able to schedule my massages. Post op day: I arrive and was greeted by Brenda who was my pre and post recovery nurse. She was so nice, she answered all the questions I had. I'm met with the anesthesiologist he made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Then I met "The Man" Dr Hasan. We talked for a while and he was honest with what he would be able to do. I appreciate his honesty. He didn't try to sell me a pipe dream. Today is Post op day #1: I checked in at Jolie and was met by Mauricia she was so sweet and all smiles. Her customer service was top notch, she made me feel comfortable. I'm not one to give 5 stars, but Jolie Plastic Surgery customer service is worth the 5 stars. I don't regret choosing Jolie Plastic Surgery.

I had a great experience with Jolie Plastic surgery, I usually don’t do many reviews but I feel like this one Is a must. My experience was great from start to finish. I booked my surgery for April but I had to extend the date to May 28th due to covid, my dr was Ghurani and he was amazing. The front desk girls was extremely helpful throughout my process and the nurses are amazing. I didn’t have long wait times and the massages was the best. Thank you for making this a smooth process for me.

HORRIBLE!!!!! My girlfriend came here and all i can say she was treated terribly. From the beginning dealing with 15 different coordinators and having to call them about 30 times to ask for steps. Very rude staff . Inattentive nurses who “ take care of you “ afterwards. While waking up from anesthesia she was told in spanish “ es que ella me esta demorando demasiado “ which translates to : she is slowing me down too much. While forcing her up and not helping and just tossing her onto a wheelchair where I HAD TO do all the lifting trying my best to get her into my car. She was crying because they wouldn't wait for her to pee and rushed her out of the bed only letting her rest 1 hour in the recovery bed. She was not given any medications. Be ready to pay 90$ for medications for you to feel better and an additional 200 for other testing maybe more. oh yes and you will have to go to the pharmacy and wait hours for the medications. These people only care about your money . The post op care she received was a doctor taking pictures and telling her “massage like this” and not to lift her arms . Took less than 10 minutes . She also only met her doctor once , he was okay she says. Did not see him during or after the surgery ,just to mark her. The anesthesia woman was not sympathetic and had HORRIBLE bedside manner, she did nothing to comfort her and she didn't say not a word to make her feel better as she was crying afraid. Recovery was difficult as we had to somehow get funds to pay for meds for her pain and before was told no your doctor will give it to you when she asked. Staff doesnt know what theyre doing at all. I feel horrible she had to come here. Nobody related messages and impossible to get a call back and do way too many surgeries and i assume thats why they treated her so poorly. JOLIE SHOULD BE ASHAMED . Save your money, stay local and pay a bit more . Good luck to you all coming here at this uncoordinated place.

This place runs like a meat factory. You won’t get a consultation prior to until the day of the surgery. You won’t see the surgeon afterwards even upon request or complications, you only see their PA or NP. They don’t tell you this until you are already fully paid for your conformation for the surgery. I had Mommy Makeover with little extra skin and the incision line Dr. Pane did is horrible looking. I am not happy that he made the shape of the incision the way he did. If you can imagine a full shape of a uterus “M” than that is what he did! I had complications healing where my breasts were and requested for the doctor to see them if I came in, nope. You only see the NP. Do not go!

Jolie plastic surgery has horrible communication! Once they take your deposit, they literally want nothing to do with you! My coordinator was changed 3-4 times since I changed my deposit. I applied for a certain credit to help finance and even sent it to my many coordinators. Just to hear last minute that my doctor won’t be able to use that financing program. I am beyond annoyed ! Whenever you call to speak with your coordinator you cannot get in contact with them. When you call them they act like they don’t care about this life changing/ threatening surgery you are about to under for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I am 6 weeks post Op with Dr Boulos. My results are just OK. PreOp is unorganized, be prepare to stay 4+ hours. Facility cleanliness could be a lot better. Recovery has terrible bedside manner. I was literally kicked out the moment my eyes opened. No one contacted me after my surgery day. Not even to schedule my post Op checkup or first 2 massages. I spent my 7 days of recovery calling them to get things squared away. My main issue was a third degree burn left after surgery caused by over aggressive procedure. During my check up, I was advised that it was normal bruising and to apply Arnica and continue to compress. So here I am, further damaging my now burned skin by doing what my trained AND PAID professionals advised. I reported it several times &request to speak to Elizabeth just as many. It’s always an excuse for me to have to leave a message. I’m am still waiting on her to respond. If this is your first procedure, as it was mine, seek other options!!

SCAMM!! DONT USE THIS BUTCHER SHOP! I had Coordinator Roberto Morales and he is the reason my surger was canceled. I had all of my labs done and he emailed me and canceled my surgery because he said my labs weren't done. So I canceled my fleight. Air BNB, and car rental. These Thieves charged me $750 cancelation fee because ROBERTO MORALES canceled my surgery. (DUE TO HIM NOT DOING HIS JOB).Magaly Caban (REFUND COORDINATOR) called me about my refund and tried to get me to REBOOK my surgery and KEEP ANOTHER $1000. I was promised a FULL REFUND of $3250 and now today when my refund is due. It's late BTW, I call the office and Magaly no longer works there. Now there's some lady named ELAINE VINAS and she won't do nothing about it. She's RUDE and ignorant. She spoke over me the intire conversation. But I recorded the conversation with her and Magaly. Morgan and Morgan Law Firm will be sueing their office . The medical board has been contacted and an internal investigation is about to be done. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY ARE TRASH ????

After researching online i made the decision not to go through with the surgery. Although I made this decision one day after paying the deposit, i was told that I would lose my deposit. Even after stating that I knew the business bureau states you have three days after signing a contract to get a full refund. I decided to not get the surgery after learning at least two people had died frim this clinic in the last two years. I never saw any info on being board certified either. I rather have my life and a piece of mind versus a cheap surgery. The customer service was good but i decided it was not the best decision for me. I am now recovering from getting the surgery at another place, even though I paid Double the amount, i had a peace of mind and my surgery turned out great. I have kids to live for. Don't risk it with your life.

My bbl and 360 lipo was done on November 30th 2020 with dr hasan, and my surgical coordinator was Jonathan at Jolie’s office and he has been the most helpful and kindest ever!! Seriously, I was texting back and forth with crazy questions almost every day since I have scheduled my surgery and he has always been so polite and patient with me. My whole experience with jolie was a good one, from the beginning to the end. Dr hasan himself was very humble and snatched me to the Gods!! My life has truly changed so much because of him. He really does love what he does and it shows. I never leave reviews but I HAD to on this one. Thank you again Jonathan for all the help and dr hasan (you are definitely the GOAT!!) Do not and i repeat do nooooottt pay a deposit with Frank Rodriquez unless you have the surgery actually confirmed with post op... he over promises dates then when you try to call them back they hang up on you. I am going somewhere else with my money. Ps they refuse to refund any kind of money once you put that deposit down and sign the non-disclosure even though if they accidentally overbooked they will try and force a different doctor on you and say that that was the original one when it wasn't. Like they did to me. even tho in contract it doesnt say non refundable deposit only non refundable cancelation fee horrible customer service dont waste your money

I had surgery 12/4 with Dr. Robert Kagan . He did a great job reassuring me everything was going to be ok and I was going to look great . He did just that my results are much more than I expected. I look FABULOUS !!!!! Highly recommend him ! Staff : moments before surgery my nerves was bad . I walk into the operating room to laughter and smiles . There was even a little music playing . I instantly felt better I started dancing a bit shaking off all my nervous feelings . The staff are very fun !!!! Im very pleased !

I came to this location about 4-5 years ago for some facial treatments. However, I stopped going after I found out about the owner/doctor of the facility allowing people other than doctors do procedures and several people dying during facilities. They have killed over 5 ladies and changed their solution is to change their name after that happens. I honestly did not plan on writing a review, but I have asked over 5 times to be removed from the calling list as I will not be going back and they keep sending me marketing things through different numbers by calling and texting. Harassing customers will not get you sales, it will get you reviews like these. Im starting a new journey I’m a little nervous but hopeful so with all the negative comments and post it I’ve comments I’ve been wanting this for so long and now that I’ve finally got the chance to get it done I am due to have surgery the 30th of July they was amazing over the phone and got me in a lot sooner than I thought I do wish there was more communication and that we was able to speak with the dr doing the surgery I did a little research and found my dr has his own practice but looks nothing like the dr at Jolie so that kinda makes me nervous but sometimes they don’t update there web pages so it may have been really old I can’t wait till I get this done and I know recovery will be painful but if we’re willing to allow it to be done we can handle the cost that comes with it.wish me luck and if anybody has any recent reviews please share ASAP.

I don't recommend Jolie to anyone! They are crooks! My doctor faxed my labs and clearance letter twice. I got a confirmation email from them each time letting me know they received them. I even called them and they said they received them. A few days later I get an email saying they haven't received them and they canceled my appointment. They refuse to refund my deposit when I did everything correct within the time frame. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Make sure you leave a paper trail and have things in writing. I should have done my research. BBB has a lot of reviews and disputes about theirbusiness practices.

Dr. Hasan gave me exactly what I wanted. He made sure to answer any questions I had before my procedure, his staff is amazing as well. The massages at Jolie plastic surgery I would recommend. Please read before making a bad decision. I had a very poor experience with Jolie plastic surgery. My consultation was over the phone with a sale person name Angela. Every time I called I was on hold for at least 30 min and my questions was never answered by a professional/Doctor. Even I had doubts about this surgery/clinic I still went ahead and scheduled a surgery (bellybutton reconstruction). The reason why I scheduled the surgery was because no other plastic surgeon would touch the area of my concern. Angel sales representative at Jolie had made a promise that Dr Pain it’s a professional and specializes in reconstruction. After speaking several times with Angela I requested to speak with the Doctor or a assistant to the Doctor so I can ask more detail questions such recovery time details about the procedure... Angela had someone by name Ayda give me a call (very sweet lady). Ayda had Confirmed with me that everything is good from payment, to lab results, and that the surgery is confirmed with Doctor Pain for the scheduled day. The following morning I received an email from Anyelin Munez stating that my surgery has been canceled. I called back right the way being concern. I requested to speak to Anyelin or Ayda. I was told that Anylein is not available, I was placed on hold at least 6 times. Finally I requested to speak to Ayda since I had spoken with her the day before. I was told that Ayda has never spoken to me and she does not speak English (I still don’t know who is the person I spoke over the phone the day before my surgery was canceled when I asked Angela to speak to a assistant to the Dr. and she put me on phone with Ayda ). I never got to speak to a professional consultant, nurse, or a doctor. My deposit is still held by Jolie, I been calling every day and being promised that someone will call me back, so far no calls or responds back to my emails. My advice to all who is reading this... please DO NOT rush because of a poor advertisement or a promotion. Do your research let at least 3 professional plastic surgeons/Doctors see you in person, hear your concern. Don’t let a sales person make a promise that “it can be done”.

There’s literally a documentary on Netflix called trafficked and this place is in one of the episodes.. they’ve had 8 deaths in 6 years and have had a surgeon performing surgery that wasn’t even licensed to do surgery there. The day of my appointment I called again and the receptionist said she couldn't answer my call again. I later find out its because my medical financing company was still in the process of paying them so she didn't want to help me after they were paid. Got 360lipo only w/ Dr. V pretty cool surgeon. Doctor was very clean, professional, board certified experienced, a Lil arrogant but straight to the point. Didn’t meet with him at post op appointment, he barely spoke. unbeknownst to me Miami surgeons are only allowed to take off a certain amount of fat. However you’ll only receive that info and meet the surgeon once everything is paid in full and ur surgery is booked. In my face to face pre op appointment with a non refundable $5,000 already spent including RH& flight. He then tells me a extra $2,500 is the only way he can give me the results I desire. I didn’t get the results I was looking for might do a round 2 elsewhere. Moral of the story RESEARCH EVERYTHING, pay the extra money so u can get the results u desire.

I was waiting for the year they tell you to wait to see the final results of your surgery to give my honest opinion about this place. I got a lipo 360 last year. My first sign that should have made me stopped the procedure was the fact that I never met the surgeon in person until the day or surgery. Second, apparently the original surgeon who was supposed to do my surgery cancelled last minute and they had changed surgeons under 24 hours. After surgery I was very concern because I was having difficulties since the drain holes closed in my really fast and when I requested to see the surgeon he never showed up to my appointment it was only the nurse. Lastly after 6 months of surgery I could see my stomach was botched. It just didn’t look right, may back which one my main thing I wanted to fix looks crazy. I called several times to the place and they requested pictures which I sent and after 2 month of me trying to reach out to them they told me the girl o reaching out to had quit and I had to start the whole process again, which I did. Mind you that was in May. Today August 20 I am still waiting for them to “review my pictures by the surgeon”. If you ask my why I haven’t kept trying to get an answer is because honestly why would I want to get myself in the hands of surgeon who did a terrible job on my body already?! Btw he’s name is Dr Pane. Ladies honestly there are 1000+ places in Miami it’s better to pay a little more for something that you will actually enjoy looking at it after. Take advice from me. So please for your health and mind DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I got here at 1030am and it's now 3pm and I'm still waiting. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I knew they operated the way the do I would have never came here. I did my first review because I was asked to by the staff at Jolie. When I first went in to do my consultation, everything was great , everybody was friendly. Besides the friendly part, they do not care about their patients it’s all about the money! I had my surgery Nov 15, 2018. All the swelling went down and I was left with a lump in my right butt cheek. I have constantly called and reported the issue so I can get it resolved they constantly ask my to send pictures and I do. The doctor has reached out to me once and told me what the lump is and said massage it and in 6 months if it’s not gone I can remove it. The lump is still here and it is very painful, hard and even hard for me to sit or even touch it. They no longer answer or return my calls! I have been very patient and cooperative with them.

My consultation and the work performed by Dr. Boulos was good but I am not happy with your facility as it relates to wait times, and returning calls. I waited five hours on Thursday to get a massage and to see the medical assistant or whatever the medical person is you’re supposed to see. The wait was so long I didn’t even get a chance to see her/him. It is now seven days since my surgery my compression garment bruised me on both sides I sent pictures to Shaya. I’m still waiting on a call I have simple questions that I haven’t had answered so Dr. Paul Boulos is a great doctor. He is detailed and was very informative but everything else with the visit I’m very dissatisfied.

Sadly this clinic wont even allow in person consults. They ask for naked pictures to be sent via text which is incredibly uncomfortable seeing as I dont trust that but the worst part is how can you possibly make such an incredibly important decision like plastic surgery when you cant even have a face to face consult with the doctor who is going to operate you. Using covid as an excuse to not do consults is pure BS. They are going to see you for surgery so to say no in person consult is an excuse. I cant properly vet the doctor or get my questions answered if I dont meet said doctor in a proper medical evaluation and consultation. They will take my money and will not refund it should I change my mind. This is a bad practice and if a patient wants an in person consult they should be allowed to. You have to be insane and desperate to send pics and go into surgery with a surgeon you know nothing about, INSANE!

My Doctor was Dr.Boulos. I had lipo 360 with Bbl. Im six weeks post op and he gave me everything i asked for. He's aggressive with the lipo ( Thats what we all want right?) And shaped me so well. ( I was the shape of a box)???? He he's very informative and gave me my confidence back. What i really loved about him is he didnt sell me a dream. He told me what my Body was capable of getting and delivered!! I will never let another Doctor touch me!!!! Jolie was great also! My coordinator was Anyelin she always got back to me within 24 hours. Pre-op was easy. They give you an appt now so its not that crowded. My experience with jolie and Dr.B i would give 5 stars! No complaints.

I recently had lipo 360 and BBL with Dr. Ghurani! I’m one month post op! He’s super honest and made me feel extremely comfortable upon meeting him! It’s always nice when your Dr shows you their personality and love for what they do! His assistant Laura was also extremely kind and answered all of my questions once I arrived back home. I also received massages there from Rose and she’s literally an angel on earth! Everyone that I met there or had an encounter with literally treated me like family! I’ve been raving since I left! I took a chance on this place after reading the bad reviews. I should have listened to the reviews. I had a booked trip to Miami with everything paid and got cancelled less than 30 days away. My surgery was scheduled for Sept 8th with Dr. Carega. I would not even known I was cancelled if I did not keep calling. I got an email saying I would be refunded in 21 days and the refund never happened. I emailed them and still have not received a response back. These people are crooks. Don’t waste your time energy or money. If you are going there from out of own you are definitely taking a huge risk. Beware of this place it’s a scam imagine how many hundreds of dollars they are making off of cancelling people.

So happy with my Laser Hair Removal Treatments at Jolie. I must say I was skeptical about removing my hair, but after the first appointment I noticed my hair was coming off and not growing back. I am in and out of my appointment. The staff is very welcoming and catering. I have been going for a couple of months to treat other parts of my body because I am so impressed with the outcome. The machines they use are the latest technology and the procedure does not hurt one bit. Thank you Jolie for this life changing experience. Not having to shave is one less thing for me to do.

My first visit to the center was Tuesday February 27, 2018. I was greeted great by the front desk staff. Over all so far my experience has been great! Surgical Coordinator Lina Huertas was excellent explaining prices ( I booked Immediately). I also had my blood work done at the center not knowing this was able to be done and Milagros is an excellent Phlebotomist (not a single bruise). Over all It has been great with the entire staff! I woke up from anesthesia and the nurse put me in the wrong gown, wrong slippers and gave me the wrong personal belongings bag. I did voice this as I was very aware and either she didn’t speak English or chose to ignore me because she kept saying don’t worry it’s the anesthesia. I did not get my phone back until late and my family was worried sick. Also no one wants to stress after just waking up from anesthesia. That was so unprofessional and unorganized. My name was clear on the bag and the other girls was clear as well so it was blatant incompetence why this happened to a patient. Hope it never happens to anyone else. I wasn’t even offered anything to “make it right”!for that ordeal. My surgeon was great and his nurse was also great, but the customer service and every other part of the business is unorganized. I wish my surgeon was at a stand alone clinic.

Fortunately I did not go to this place for plastic surgery, I went for laser hair removal and even at laser hair removal they suck. They are very unprofessional, have little to no knowledge on the actual laser hair removal process and don’t speak english. They are unable to answer simple questions related to laser hair removal. They overbook & cancel appointments on the regular. Overall not a good place for laser hair removal. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices , ultimately it’s more of a headache and you won’t get your monies worth.

I had to come on and edit my original review. Okay so i wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe some of the doctors in a private office . So at first when they're trying to sway you to book a date they're so nice and get back to you at every moment. Well , when I told them I had did some research and decided I'd rather entrust someone else with my body and requested a refund its been radio silence since. Thankfully it was only $800 but still. Im in a support group and this place has SO many bad things. From infection, to botched results and after care is awful unless you go private as well. Save up and go to an astounding board certified PS. Many PS are NOT board certified bc anyone with a medical license can perform plastic surgery

Everyone was nice...had a really good pre op appointment, even though they were really busy & slow. Dr. Pane and his surgical staff were fabulous...very patient and explained how everything would work. However, the only thing I didn’t like was being rushed out of recovery and that group of staff members need a bit more training in “bedside manner”. Hi everyone! I rarely write reviews on google for companies but something inside me needed to spill the tea on this one....I don't look at reviews much either when it comes to picking places because it can be polarized, but the Poor Customer Service and Hostile Phone Etiquette caused me to write about my experience with the Refund "Manager" Elaine B. (If that's even her real name...) I called to see if I could get a refund because this company does not accept cash payments. I was unaware of the $750 cancellation fee, so technically this means whatever you put into your account to "save" for your surgery and if that amount is under $750 that money is there's. I understand that. I went back to my portal and saw that I signed off on it and it was the first sentence on the document, so I'm not angry about money not being refunded. It's okay. What I'm angry about is the way Elaine B tried to handle me and my frustration over the phone. She would not let me speak, she kept interrupting me, and she sounded like she had a really poor attitude while trying to explain to me the process. My tone was calm but irritated about the situation. I did not use profanity and I tried to let her speak, but the way she was talking to me was as if I was a child...infuriated me. I hold multiple degrees, I understand why it could be irritating to be in her place and to explain these things to customers. Her Poor Customer service should not go IGNORED. I asked for a supervisor and she told me that she was the supervisor, so then I asked for the person who hired her, because she isn't the owner of the company...someone must have employed her. So I asked for that person, she refused to give me any information about this. I thought this was odd, she said that since she works in the Refund Department that she was unable to give out that information........really, you could've given me more information so that I could file a proper complaint. But since we want to be childish, I guess a google review where it stays on the internet FOREVER. Will do. xoxo Anyway, beware of the documents they send you and please please please read through every detail at your own pace and don't let them rush you through the process. It's a trap. Previously known as encore, vanity, just to name a few. The doctors are NOT board certified the amount of surgeries that happen in one day makes it impossible for the doctor to be present at every operation which means you have someone operating on you that's not even a surgeon. I'm here now, 2nd day post op. I almost passed out after each massage. Because the front desk changed my appt when I called and didn't tell the person doing the massage, she was upset. I advised I called yesterday and made a later appt. Once she finished my massage, she left me in room to get dressed alone, with my almost passing out on 2 other occasions. So, I get dressed and go to front desk and have to stand 10 more minutes while the front desk talked to another MA about something Maria said. I had to interrupt her twice to get help. Elizabeth, over post op, was very helpful but her MAs are very unprofessional. I called them MAs cause I know they can't be nurses acting like they are. I gave them 3 stars cause the little girl directing traffic was great, Dr. Valina was great. Im sure they deal with rachettness often but they could be way more professional. I am a nurse Practitioner and have worked many different places, this place could be so much better if the staff attempted to be professional. I left out lab lady, spoke very little English but was also great!

I don’t know why people always write bad reviews on this place i actually had a pretty great experience. The blonde short girl i saw the day of preop I believe her name was Gaby, She was super sweet and nice she made me feel very much comfortable with my surgery my pre operation (pre-op) . She took my before pictures on my preop day I also showed her some paperwork for my job and she said she actually does the forms, seems to me like this girl is all over the place and really know her stuff. As I was there I was seeing this girl go in and out with patients going back and fourth helping the WHOLE clinic out. She made sure I was happy when I left and ready to go into surgery the following day. This girl is the face of Jolie! My post-op was amazing with Dr.Kagans assistant Osvaldo, answered all the questions super sweet and the man cares for his job truly!! And as far as Dr.Kagan, thank you so much I truly appreciate you and your work of art!! You are THE MAN!!!! Moral of the story do not believe everything that is said about this clinic. Recommend 10/10. See you soon for my tummy tuck!

Wish I could leave zero stars. I scheduled and paid (in full) for a surgery clearly letting the coordinator know I had heart surgery as a child and had been cleared for surgery and my heart was perfectly fine. I wanted to speak to doctor fisher before hand to make sure this was fine, I was told he was informed and agreed. Once all the paperwork was signed (with his name as my doctor on it) and I paid. I was then informed he was refusing to do my surgery and wanted another doctor to do it. I only went to this place because of dr. Fishers work. So instead of a full refund they kept a deposit pointing to fine print on the contract that stated they could change my surgeon. Over all I was very unhappy with the lies I was feed from the coordinator just so they could make a sale. I’m fine with a doctor refusing to work on me for their own protection but overall this whole ordeal was infuriating and wrong. Costing me money and wasting my time. So now you know they can change surgeons on you last minute and if you have any medical problems that doctor can deny you after you’ve been scheduled for surgery already.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I was scheduled for surgery on 6/24 and received a call after boarding my flight to tell me I was canceled. This very unprofessional especially after calling to follow up to see if everything was good to go and they told me yes. This has cost me money and time on hotel and airfare that I can’t get back. I'm 6 weeks post op. My Doctor was Dr.Boulos. I got a 3rd degree burn cause of his aggressive lipo. I had to go to the hospital I was admitted for 3 days. I had to get a blood transfusion. I never got to wear the faja because of my burn. My stomach is hard because I have fluid in my stomach. The fluid has to come out naturally. My results would have been better if I didn't get burned. I was hearing all the time about how aggressive he was but I didn't listen. I wish I would have stayed with Dr Kagen. Im just trying to warn others. Dr.Boulos does know about my burn but never said Sorry at all. Came here first with dr brewster the consultant was great than I wanted. Around two with some other dr the consultant Named Lisandra LIED clearly on the phone said you get the surgery and have 24 months to pay it off it’s called after pay so I’m all excited and kept calling me to make the deposit of 250 than she emails me and says full pay due 2 weeks before scheduled date and makes it look like I’m lying then has the audacity to ask if I’m still interested 2 weeks later after I requested a refund They never refunded Lisandra arias is a fraud and should not be your consultant DO NOT TRUST HER ask for another consultant that knows what’s she’s tLking about she is a loss to this surgery center because my friend wanted service here too but I told her about this woman who ripped me off just to get her compensation smh such a shame

Billing department stop responding.... I only need my $2000...... Dr. Pane doesn't respond either.... so... after reading all these reviews.... I realized I'm not the only one......I'm glad I got canceled.... I needed my refund but they seemed they love your money but not you as a person........ Dr. Fisher did an AMAZING job considering what he had to work with. I got my BBL on 22 Jan. I was nervous about going with Jolie, but I picked Jolie only because of Dr. Fisher. He truly is as amazing as all of his reviews. He is funny, professional, and I'm so happy I went with him. On the flip side, if you've done your research, you may have had issues with the "staff." The girls in the office were always so nice to me and I personally had no issues with their work ethics I thought they are all very kind and nice. Overall I did not have issues with my surgery. I even recommended them to everyone who is interested in getting a BBL.

Worst place ever!! Don't go there! Very unprofessional, They Lie, They loose your paperwork over and over. They say your price is locked in then raise the price. I was told my cell saver was $550 then when I get there they charged me $600. But there was another girl they only charged $550 for the cell saver the same day I paid $600. These people took $5600, tried to reschedule me for next month. I canceled and requested my money. On Friday 9/24/21. I called today 9/27/21 and they said I have to wait 24-48 hours for billing to call me. Then wait 35 days to get my money back. BS you know as well as I do it takes 7-14 days to refund back to a card. But I paid cash for the cell saver and still didn't get that refunded back. I was scheduled with Prestige then the day before my surgery they sent me here to Jolie Plastic Surgery, very unprofessional.

I made my appointment for a breast augmentation in April. Sent pictures and answered questions. They called me back saying I can get the surgery and if I paid in full I can lock in my surgery with Dr.Pane on Nov. 2nd as his first appointment. Between April and November they tried changing my doctor twice and making me pay more. On the day of surgery Dr. Pane saw me and told me after seeing my pictures I couldn’t have an augmentation only but I needed a lift also. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want the scars from a lift. The doctor coordinator told me Dr Pane said he can do my implant and lift with just the one scar underneath my breast. I ended up having to pay $1,700 more for the surgery. I was scheduled at 7:30am and didn’t go into surgery until after 3pm. The doctor had to do all the scars I didn’t want and said he didn’t tell his coordinator that he could only do one scar. This place lies just to get your money. I would never recommend it. All the other ladies there had similar complaints about their schedule and being told they had to change their doctor. Never go here. It’s like a chop shop. I never got to see my implants before they were put in. My post op was less than 5min. My tape wasn’t even removed to check my stitches.

I am impressed and happy with Jolie Plastic Surgery's exemplary customer service skills, especially from their surgical coordinator, Madison Martinez. Throughout the beginning of my BBL journey, she was very thorough and accommodating toward any and all questions I had. In attempting to locate the right place for my procedure in Miami, I was met with many pleasant coordinators, but they never followed through or called me back - or I received the same messages via text multiple times as if they forgot we were just talking over the phone - or generally it was obvious there was a lack in professionalism in addressing concerns. Madison did an excellent job representing her office, she followed through and ensured any and all needs I had were met and has given me personable advice, catered to MY surgery and what would benefit MY outcome. I was treated like a person and not a check simply scheduling to come in and get work done. Outstanding customer service, if you're considering getting anything done; definitely recommend!

Went to Jolie for BBL with Dr. Kagan. The staff was great. I was super nervous on my pre OP day, even thought of backing out of the procedure, but like I said staff was awesome. They talked with me, heard me out, and took care of my worries. Shout out to the lady who gave me my massages she was kind, gentle, and helpful. Wish I knew everyone's name who helped me throughout this journey. The only thing I'm a little annoyed with is I had no time with the surgeon. Didn't meet him till a few hours before the procedure. I would have liked some time with him so he could get to know me as a person and not like a production line. Like every girl is different. I did mention to him I didn't want to be overly exaggerated which he did listen but wish I had more time with him so maybe we could of gone over what was best for my body type and so on. With the info that not all fat cells survive in the areas makes me think if I had that time with the surgeon maybe we could of discuss putting in more or as much as possible. Didn't even see him after my post OP visit :0( I knw he was busy in the OP rooms. Let me tell you this place is poppin. I'm only 1 week post OP and everything so far so good. No complications. I had my BBL with Dr.Fisher in May of 2018 and I just had a tummy tuck on April 9th 2019 with him and I must say he never disappoints. Dr.fisher if very precise and very detailed orientated in his work. I told him to make me look the very best of what I can look Andy he did just that. My sister came all the way from Las Vegas for her surgery scheduled for tomorrow July 6th. The office JUST called her today July 5th at 9:36am telling her they canceled her surgery because the doctor is not going to be there tomorrow. Also, told her that she won't get her refund for her deposit of $7200 for 21 days. This surgery was scheduled ONE YEAR AGO ! This is the most ridiculous, unprofessional thing I have ever seen! At first I was skeptical about the whole thing, Once I spoke to a manager she got me someone that helped to get my appointment scheduled. Upon arriving I observed a lot of young people handling the front between 18-25 that made me super worried. On my day of surgery all the adults where in the hospital with great customer service they answered all my questions, I had the day before and made me feel supported and comfortable. The Surgeon came in explained everything to me again and I was in surgery after that. Thanks guys I look super natural doctor Potparic is one of the best and truly cares about his clients. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because of Mercedes, the girl who took my payment to schedule my surgery. My surgery coordinator Anyelin, HORRIBLE. she never returned emails never called me about my lab work my covid testing. Any questions I had. I originally was scheduled with one doctor then they changed it with out even telling me. They thought I wouldn’t notice. Once I asked about it they try to make you feel like you are crazy and that you talked about it. If I had a question Mercedes would call me or email me right away. Once I paid in full to have my date immediately they no longer cared. Pre op is a joke. You go in full out paperwork which you NEED to read over since nobody even explains the contract to you. You get fitted for your faja you get your blood pressure taken and you done. They say they’ll email you with your surgery time. Surgery day you get in quick you meet the doctor then you wake up and are wheeled out. Post op even bigger joke. I came for my massage included in my package 1 out of 2. You have girls leaking fluids all over and 1 I repeat 1 older lady trying to clean it up. You go to your massage if I can even call it that. It lasted a whole 10 minutes. Then sent to see medical assistant . She literally just takes pictures of you and say your done. I’m calling asking for my surgery information (liters removed and placed) and nothing , nobody calls and checks on you afterwards. This place is a joke. Now for my surgeon I will leave him review on his personal page ( Dr. Potparic) jolie is LUCKY to have him there.

I received great service from day one. I had a LIPO 360 and BBL . My doctor was Dr Kagen. My surgery was Oct 11 2019. I just would give a suggestion to have the doctor personally call the patient with a follow up call within the first 24 hour to make the patient feel a little more love. The staff is really friendly though and I’m very thankful for the beautiful experience. I totally recommend them. Also Laing did reach out to me after surgery to check on me.

If I could I would give Jolie Plastic Surgery10 stars. First I was meet by a beautiful young blonde with long hair. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't get her name but she was super nice to me and made sure I was OK everytime she seen me. Then I meet Beth I believe she is the manger. She made sure myself and the other ladies knew and understood what was going on at all times. She wouldn't ask her staff to do anything she wouldn't do I witnessed her rolling her sleeves up helping patients out she is amazing. Then I finally meet Dr.Ghurani he is amazing in everyway he is straight to the point will not sell you a dream and very passionate about his work. He makes sure you have everything before you even have your surgery which is a life saver. He has a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. If you want any work done I highly recommended Dr. Ghurani. Then I meet Laura Dr.Ghurani assistant she was so nice and loving she even checked on me the day after surgery to make sure I was up walking and staying hydrated she is truly a beautiful caring person. Finally I meet Ailema the masseuse when I say she is a diamond I really mean it. I had 5 massages and ever time I came to get my massages Ailema took her time with me made me feel real comfortable made sure I was draining properly she really loves her job and make sure she puts her all into it she loves her job with a passion. Lord they are so unprofessional. They deleted my comment on Instagram when I dm them about my concern. At this point I need to go to another facility. So my procedure is on the 29th of this month. On December 2020 I had a great coordinator. But things started going left once they assigned Alondra to me. She never calls back or responds to emails. I even logged into my portal while I was in Miami and left a call back number and email. I got a call the next day and it was Alondra’s assistant who wasn’t much of a help. I will call them every other day but I will be on queue # 20 or something as soon as I get closer like to 5 or 3, I get dropped. So I decided to fly and meet with my doctor hoping to talk to someone. So I went there on the 20th of May waited for 3 hours to see my doctor, which is understandable cos she was working. We decided that I can’t get a 360 with the lift for safety reasons which makes sense. Therefore I was told that it will be a new pricing and I will have to hear from my coordinator. Still haven’t heard from Alondra. So today I am having a rough day because my due dates for labs and medical clearance is the 8th of June. It’s even worse because I found out about all these when I was looking for an email as a means of contacting them. I can’t get a mammogram because they need the order faxed to them and they need to know if it’s diagnostic or screening mammogram and they need codes. The other places don’t have appointments until the 17th or June 28th and my surgery is the 29th. I called pre-op to let them know, again I was on hold and still didn’t get to someone. They asked for a $250 and I put $500 with the intention to pay ASAP. I reached out to my first coordinator who is still in contact with me and she has been helping the best way she can. And I am just finding out that I have a 3rd new coordinator. As of now I might go back to spectrum aesthetics, or call Dr. Krau or Dr Williams because there are lots of options. So if you are ready to go to Jolie be ready for the hassle. I wish google had zero stars cos that will be more accurate

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. It has an F on the BBB for a reason. You get the complete run around and nobody ever knows the answer to a simple question. Their communication and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. If you get Celia or Anyelin as coordinators then I feel so sorry for you. I drove three hours and sat for another three hours only for them to turn around and say they never told me I could get products here and they had the audacity to say I was told I don’t have enough fat for surgery. Why would I pay a deposit if I was told I didn’t have enough fat? That right there tells me a doctor never looked at my photos. All they want is your money and then it’s up to you to try and get a hold of someone. Go to Dolls Plastic Surgery. They are nice and attentive there. No run arounds and no second guessing. I called in on November 13,2020 for a BBL with Dr. Valdereas for the first of Dec 2020 but I noticed how Jollie answered all my calls before they had any payment for me but then took my money never answers the phone from Natalie Perez or the office just the call center for roll over calls . I'm on the phone now speaking with Natalie Perez and now she trying to switch my whole doctor to Dr. Vallena which I never wanted or never requested for. I feel like the office personnel are definitely focused on the money . I still haven't received anything from Pre-Op for a doctors approval for lab work. I have scheduled my whole life around this surgery and I'm coming from Texas so for me to have to call several times this morning to get to Natalie Perez when I called the cellphone she was texting me from and she forward my calls and no answer or even return a call is very very very unprofessional.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. When i initially contacted them the communication was great. I set my surgery date. Weeks before my date they sent over lab work, claimed they didn’t receive the results. I tried to email and call my coordinator ANET VALDES who would ignore my emails, never return my calls. I contacted their Instagram page and was told someone would be contacting me. My surgery date was in a few days and i still haven’t heard anything back. Once they get your money they don’t care about anything else. I’ve never been so frustrated with a process before in my life.

The customer service provided by Julio (has a beard) at the front door is HORRIBLE. He does not great patients with a smile or a good morning. While I was standing in line waiting for him to get my info, I saw him writing the telephone numbers of patients all over his clip board . He would not ask for the patient’s name and would not write the Patient’s Contact information in order of arrival. A Total JOKE to the image of Jolie :((((( He would approach us saying .... what are you here for? with a nasty tone on his voice. Pure arrogance and nastiness. I have been a patient of this center over 12 years. Even before Jolie Ever existed. I come for Mirella’s services - amazing person and very professional. May days are counted at this center. I have never seen such bad customer service at the front desk until today.

My over all experience was good. The staff was very nice. The only issue is that they see so many people and I feel like they are very inconsiderate of your time. For my preop appointment I arrived at 10:30am. I didn’t see dr. Fisher until 5pm. So basically you’ll have a consultation between his surgeries as if your time isn’t as valuable as his. The following day, which was my surgery day, I arrived at 5:00 for a 5:30am surgery. My surgery wasn’t started until 11:00 am. Thank goodness I bought my own blanket because I would’ve been left alone in a room with a paper gown and no blanket freezing.

Yesterday I got lipo360 from Jolie with Dr Brewster, my experience was amazing. i was extremely nervous but him and the anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable. Had a surgery scheduled for June 28th, Switched my coordinator last minute and didn’t communicate and only sent an email, didn’t receive any courtesy phone call about my labs not being in. My dr said they faxed them over and they said they didn’t receive it and removed my surgery date without contacting me via phone after I already paid all my money. Now they are trying to schedule me for aug when I own a business and can’t be out during aug due to it being a busy time that I need to be at work. Tried to say they couldn’t give me a sooner card because of my glue close levels being not normal so it would give me more time to get them normal but if that was the case they wouldn’t have cleared me for surgery. They over book themselves and try to find any way to remove you and reschedule you. But My birthday is Aug 2 and have a trip planned for the 6–10 I have already purchase clothes and etc for my trip and already gained weight for my procedure so obviously I don’t want to go on my trip without my new body I planned for. I Already planned on being out to heal for 6 weeks during the summer for the slow season of work and already have booked hotel and flight and got everything ready and also had my BF to take off the dates i was going to be out to take me and they just expect me to be okay and my surgical coordinator keeps avoiding my calls and they said they will give me a call back but this is a timely sensitive matter that I need dates. I shouldn’t have been removed in the first place but They told me they would try to put me the same week as my old surgery but now they are tying to say mid aug. very disappointed

The staff is absolutely amazing! Every single person is very pleasent, patient, understanding and informative. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely knowledgeable and comfortable during this experience! Cindy my surgery coordinator was on point with her rapid responses (via email and phone). There wasn’t a question that I had that didn’t get answered! Diana also made sure that I was taken care of, as I initially was promised a free garment(cause I booked with my bestfriend) but when I got there they didn’t have it in the system! However Diana fixed the situation to make sure I was satisfied! I definitely recommend Jolie based off this experience... it’s making me super comfortable for my surgery with Dr. Valls! I’m excited!

Omg where do I begin , how about from the beginning , ok I came to this place seeking a tummy tuck , sent in my photos and was recommend for a “BBL “ I paid the full amount no problems but I noticed the moment I paid my money I wasn’t as important I couldn’t barely ever get in contact with anyone , I never got to speak with my coordinator , so I requested for my money back they immediately called me and tried to help so I gave them another chance again it was not working out so I requested a refund again ! They tried to help I was originally scheduled to have surgery September, I was rescheduled, 3 times once I was able to finally get a appointment set in I arrived in Miami on Tuesday oct 13 thinking my surgery was Wednesday oct 14 . I got rescheduled to Friday oct 16 , later that day they called me with a new doctor and a rescheduled date so now I’m a bit upset because I’ve already studied my original doctor and new a bit of his back ground now at the last min I’m getting a new doctor and also being rescheduled so I said I’ll come Tuesday oct 20 but either I’ll be having surgery or my money back “ mind you I was suppose to get the BBL which is the most popular procedure there and I switch to the Tummy tuck . So come Tuesday 7 in the morning I arrived for surgery everything went kinda smooth besides the fact that soon as your surgery is over still under anesthesia they kick you out maybe 30 40 mins after I didn’t like that part at all . Then i had to come back the next day for a post opp check up went smoothly on time and everything , 7 days later I had to come back to get my drainer removed when I came back a nurse “ light skinned guy really bad attitude “ and a security guard is telling people to go wait at star bucks or in there car because they can’t let people in saying that it’s too full and they’ll call your number when it’s your turn mind you all us women have appointments that’s been scheduled at the same time so now we have all these bleeding woman in pain being made to stand outside , so the general manger comes outside and say if you ladies don’t leave I’ll call the police and everyone can get a citation by this time I’m furious so I tell her “ call the police “ the police shows up and basically say ma’am you can’t make these women leave if you business is open they have all right to be here so she was upset the police was on our side which was correct we paid thousands of dollars and don’t deserve to be treated that way . I finally get in side around 12:30pm my appointment was at 10:30am I get inside and end up sitting another 30plus mins i believe the general manger lady didn’t want me to be helped because she was upset I stood up for myself out side with the whole Police situation I began to get impatient and started seeing women who were after me get called before me so I snapped A very nice guy name “ Henry “ came out and said Ma’am tho your doctor is not my dr I’ll help you come in my office “ and he began to help me get the drainers out so I can leave and that’s the only reason I’m giving a star because of him I really appreciated that guy “ besides that you pretty much see my experience I would never come back to this place or recommend anyone else to come here. It’s very unorganized very very unprofessional and ran poorly but my doctor is pane Thomas and overall he did pretty good on my surgery I’m happy with the results I see so far .

I had surgery in November and had Dr. Pane, I paid for a Tummy tuck, a breast lift and Lipo of two extra areas on my back. My tummy tuck and breast’s came out great but the Lipo to my back was NOT done when I called to explain on several occasions. I got the run around, I have photos of the areas that the Dr circled I explained to them I can prove those areas weren’t done. The end result was basically I can pay again to have those areas Lipo’d. Why would a pay again for a service I paid for and wasn’t completed. I asked to speak to management and still haven’t spoken to anyone from management since. I’ve gotten no follow up call post surgery. I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend Jolie plastic surgery. I only gave 3 stars because I actually like the work. I just wish they would’ve completed it.

This facility is a nightmare! They lack professionalism, time management, communication skills and customer service training all together! They are so rude and blunt when inquiring information. It was almost impossible to receive a returned call from the surgical coordinator Cindy actually I’ve never spoken to her on the phone she does not return calls. Despite all the red flags during the pre clearance phase I was still willing to go ahead with my procedure because the surgeon I selected (dr.ghurani) did good work based off my research. During my pre op appointment the service was even worst!! They were so unorganized and rushy. They definitely violated all HIPPA regulations. They discussed your procedures in an open area with several other patients and had everyone signing their documents in this area as well. Nothing was exclusive nor did they attempt to protect patient privacy in any way. I was informed the day before that I will meet my surgeon on pre op day but that never happened! Which was disappointing because I had a few questions and concerns which the staff members couldn’t answer. The young ladies that did the pre op (before pics) were so unprofessional they never introduced themselves they just said take off everything. First I was confuse as to why I need to get completely undress including underwear if I was only having a breast lift. When I asked this simply question the girl rolled her eyes and basically was like you just need to get naked and take the pics. Oh they also have me the wrong surgical forms to sign I was doing a a breast surgery and they gave me liposuction forms to sign. Maybe this was an honest mistake but also a dangerous mistake! So please make sure read all forms although they stand over you rushing you! This pre op day was so long and drawn out then they tell me I won’t be seeing the doctor until the day of surgery! This was mostly concerning to me because the day before my surgery AFTER I paid my money. They inform me that I won’t be getting an implant with my breast lift as I was signing consent forms. The staff members were unable to tell me why this decision was made and said discuss it with the doctor before your surgery! They just blew me off basically. On my surgical day still no one can explain to me what was happening I was uncertain if I was getting implant or just a lift. Therefore I asked to speak with the surgeon before I continue. After a long wait dr. Ghurani came in and was sooo rude to me. He stood over me and told me that I was demanding to have breast implant. This was far from the truth. I never demanded anything! I simply said I needed to speak to the surgeon so I can understand what was happening and the reasonings behind his recommendations because his staff was clueless and couldn’t answer any of my questions! He raised his voice at me and said I was aggressive because I had questions. I was never rude I remained calm and very professional. He appeared very arrogant, entitled and superior that he shouldn’t have to answer questions. It’s as if I must just go along with whatever he says without even meeting him. After being in the room shouting at me for 4 minutes and not allowing me to get a word in he decided to walk out and tell the nurse to find me another surgeon. I decided that I ignored way to flags from the start and this was not the right or safest place for me to have my surgery! I chose not to allow another surgeon to jump in ON the day of surgery to do my surgery when I haven’t even researched them or know anything about them. Word of advice it’s your body, your money, your life that’s on the line be very careful this is clearly only a business for this place! I can’t speak on the other doctors there but dr. Ghurani despite his nice work is very rude and arrogant with no bedside manners! The only good thing I can say about this place is its a clean facility!

I was super nervous going into surgery but he made me really comfortable he was super funny and answered all my questions. The whole staff was very friendly & professional, they have a personalized customer service since they all know your name... Kristin in the post op center was amazing she checked up on me all the time when I would go get my massages done... & talking about massages Maria was everything I was really scared about the massages hurting but she was very careful with me, she would talk to me so I won’t think of any pain...& one thing I really appreciated from them is that they would constantly call me when I was home to make sure I’m good and that made me really happy... I had surgery on 22 September from my coordinator Alondra so the anesthesiologist down to Dr. valina, everything and everyone was simply amazing. I had a BBL last year by Dr.Kagan. He was nice and staff was nice and real friendly up until now. I expressed my concerns about how I looked and I told Dr.Kagan at my postop appointment that I looked boxy and I still looked flat. He and the nurses told to to trust the process. Wait until everything fluffs and fall into place. The nurse even checked on me a month after surgery and I was still worried about my shape. She explained to me I could have a revision and called back in 3 months. So I waited about 6 more months, called back. They told me to send in pictures. Called back to check and the office manager todld me that Dr.Kagan denied my revision and told me he used the maximum 4000 liters of fat and he suggest I have another bbl a round 2! I am so disappointed and disgusted, bc I feel like he didnt shape me right. I'm still flat and shaped like a BOX and it's like I paid all that money for nothing!

I did everything they asked of me and my coordinator was patient with me and Dr.Valina was amazing. I had a mommy make over with Dr.Pane 8/22/19. When I decided on Jolie I was nervous and hesitant. I was switching from another facility and taking a loss because I couldn’t stand the way that facility was operating before my surgery. So I knew I couldn’t stay with them. So I switched to Jolie after doing some due diligence. I selected Dr.Pane. I watched his videos online from his private practice and as a healthcare professional myself I could see he was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. When he does your pre op appt he is very soft spoken and makes you feel comfortable. He discusses your vision and your possible outcomes. He’s honest and fair. I left that day knowing exactly what I could expect. And he didn’t disappoint. I will say I was a little let down by the post op care. The post op nurse seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the care. However all that aside I still rate them 5 stars because overall I was blown away. I will be doing another procedure with Dr.Pane for sure.

I am writing this into regards of the lipo 360 bbl that was scheduled for February 23rd 2021 originally & pushed back to the February 24th 2021 due to Dr. GHUARANIS surgeries running late. My name is Brittany Swiger, I was on Dr.G'S operating table on February 24th 2021. I had already been cleared by my pcp, cardiology, bloodwork, covid 19 tests, etc. Jolie Plastic Surgery confirmed my dates knowing I was a low risk & good candidate for surgery. Furthermore I was all prepped all approved to have the surgery to be on an operating table with an IV to find I could not get the surgery bc of the anesthesiologist said my normal heart rate is too low. She gave me a medication in my IV to speed up my heart rate & still wouldn't put me under anesthesia (My standing heart rate has been this way my whole life. I've been under anesthesia several times. I do hit training 6 days a week, I was told I was a perfect candidate. This was all made well aware of before I traveled to Miami & BEFORE I WAS LAYING ON AN OPERATING TABLE) I spent $ to get to Miami obviously & put deposits in for recovery home, hotel stay, surgery supplies etc. When I went to preop I had the same heart rate as I did day of surgery, who the hell would mark you up and put iv in you, put you on a table & not follow through with a promise when like I said day of preop had same heart rate. I feel as though I have been failed by Jolie plastic surgery, Dr. GHURANI & THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST, because of the false hope that was gave. The procedure was not followed through with and I never received a referral. I am still in FL looking for another surgeon, I want this surgery more than anything. To have a medical professional mark on your body with a marker & explain all the imperfections that you have, an be on the operating table to believe you were getting them fixed is an understatement of the trauma I feel. Then I was put in a room by myself in shock & disbelief. I was still offered no referrals no emotional support over 1,000 miles away from home, broken inside. I was also not rewarded back my full payment amount. I was failed from the beginning to the end. I feel I am owed an explanation in addition to a referral, if the Dr. GHURANI Does not feel comfortable operating on a low risk healthy person I would at least feel like he was obligated to refer me to someone that is. That is the least you could do, I am extremely traumatized & I deserve answers. I was not refunded my full amount of $$$ i have been contacting Jolie for over a month trying to get my medical records. They even had me sign documents to get them through my email, still never received. I found another surgeon & was trying to have those records sent to him.

I honestly enjoyed my experience with Jolie. After reading so many negative reviews about this medical center I was skeptical that I might have hated my experience with this facility but everyone’s experience is different. I flew from DFW to MIA because I had my pre-op November 25th and my pre-op appointment went by so quick and smooth and it wasn’t even busy at Jolie that day. I was only at Jolie for probably a hour and a half or less which is super fast in my opinion. I met my coordinator Yisel that day and she’s so friendly and she had me scheduled to arrive at 6:15am Monday the 27th for my BBL surgery with the immaculate and impeccable Dr. Jonathan Fisher which had me super excited because I actually got an early time which I wanted. Surgery day went by super smooth as well! Dr. Fisher is the BEST plastic surgeon in the world! He’s so funny, knows his stuff, and will keep it honest with you about what he can do with your body during surgery and your body goals for after surgery. Not to mention, he’s DOUBLE BOARD CERTIFIED in plastic surgery, went to Harvard, and he’s sooo handsome! I was definitely excited to meet him and I was so happy that he was the doctor that was going to give me my procedure. I ended up getting cell saver which I didn’t want to get at first but I honestly recommend it to ALL patients going under for surgery especially a BBL because I believe that’s what gave me so much strength to walk around and be full of life after surgery. I was surprised that I had so much energy after surgery and everyone at my recovery house was surprised as well. Post-op was awesome too. I understand Dr. Fisher is super busy snatching waists and giving dream bodies so it was cool that I didn’t get to see him after surgery. Yuliet is his assistant and she is very honest, knowledgeable, and sweet and I saw her at my 2 post-op appointments. She made sure I was putting my garment and foams on correctly, she made sure I was really cleaning myself well, drinking lots of fluids, and she made sure I talked to her everyday if I had concerns after my surgery. Like I said, I honestly enjoyed my experience with this facility and Dr. Fisher and the ladies who work for him at Jolie. The staff at Jolie is so sweet and they made it comfortable for me every time I was in the facility. By the way, I forgot to mention that my results are everything!!! Dr. Fisher is the King of BBL’s! I’m happy that I decided to go to Jolie and I honestly would recommend them to anyone.

My experience at Jolie was a bit challenging but when I met Christine, dr Kagan’s tech, she truly changed my whole attitude. I cannot tell u how frustrated I was with the process but Christine was fabulous! She was kind , patient and funny. To be honest she’s the only one who took time to explain things to me. I was lost previously. She answered all my multiple questions, put me at ease and made me feel special. Like her only patient. If u ever get the pleasure to be one of her patients you will like her one and only patient. Such sweet. Very caring. I’m so happy we met. I guess they are removing reviews now, so I will post again. To be honest, my doctor (Potparic) did what he wanted to do instead of listening to my requests. Now, I will be paying for a second procedure (to have my implants removed and a bigger size implanted) with a different facility entirely because I am not happy. During my visit, I spoke with someone else who was having the same procedure as me with the same physician, and he stated that Potparic recommend the same size (450 CCs) for him as he did to me. Once I realized that the doctor was recommending both MEN and WOMEN the same breast implant sizes, I knew it was a general bias within my doctor's mind of how big he felt like a person's breast should be, instead of what I was actually wanting and - let us not forget - paying for. When I told him I wanted to do 550 CCs, he replied "that's too big." He reluctantly put them in, but in actuality, I was expecting to go bigger than 550 CCs - more so 750 CCs. Now, I have had a procedure that I am not happy with because, in fact, they are too small. Keep in mind, I am not a small woman. I weigh approx. 200+ lbs and have had a BBL, so my hips and buttocks area are big. My breasts were supposed to match that after this procedure, but they do not. I basically paid for a procedure to still be disproportionate. I won't go back to Jolie or Potparic for anything else. I really wish I had chosen another doctor/facility all together. Seriously, everyday I look at my breasts and think about the money I wasted, I get more and more upset.

From the moment I put my deposit down to my date of surgery everything was very professional and I was treated with the upmost respect and very well taken care of! I had a bbl with Dr.Ghurani 10/29 he was very professional and so sweet explained the procedure and was very realistic about what he could do with my body ( I love my results) after surgery his assistant Laura stayed in constant contact with me making sure I was ok and scheduling my massages. I had 4 massages with Rosa she’s an angel each time very gentle with me and made me feel extremely comfortable during the process. In this profession, I’m sure the entire office staff is swamped so it’s important to be patient. I have researched my Doctor, Valladares for MYSELF and I am looking forward to my procedure. I have read some good/bad reviews about the facility. However, I plan to go in with a positive mindset. Having access to a patient portal makes it easy to pay towards your balance. I also found it easy to retrieve my documents from it as well! My doctor has even communicated with me via Instagram. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Fisher. I was originally scheduled for a BBL. However, my iron was too low && Fisher was able to accommodate me with a breast lift && reduction && I love my results. My chest looks amazing && surprisingly in no pain. Both Dr. Fisher && my anesthesiologist were extremely helpful. I wasn’t rushed && they answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable. I guess they have been working on their customer service, because both of my coordinators Nancy && Yisel were great. I had a 360 BBL done 3/4/21. Before my surgery I was really skeptical because they were not very thorough on what was needed, what should be brought or anything . Then when I got to my post op appt it was overflowing with people to the point I didn’t know how they could do so many people at a time like this . I still brushed my worries aside . Surgery day made me really skeptical because my appt wasn’t until 4:30 and I know how tired surgeons can get after a long day so I definitely didn’t want to be last to get my surgery done that day .I got there on time and no one acknowledged me until about 5:30 so at tht time I was crying and trying to leave because all the nurses were leaving and I seemed to be the only one there. I didn’t start to actually receive my surgery until 8 pm that night and didn’t get out of recovery until past midnight . The nurses who stayed that late seemed to not know all the information they was supposed to . So I didn’t receive my j plasma because NO ONE put it on my portal like I had asked MANY TIMES. My massages were supposed to be 30 mins long they were about 10-15 and I didn’t even receive all 5 of my massages I even tried to let them squeeze 2 massages into 1 and they FAILED to do so . They have patients waiting around FOR HOURS blood exposed everywhere. You never see the dr before your surgery or after . The whole experience was HORRIFIC, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I was scared I wasn’t gonna make it off the table and to be honest idk if I won’t have any complications because they just want the business they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS HERE !!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! This place is no better then the reviews they had before the new management came !!

This place is more like a death factory with standards of care that are far below what can be considered humane. Their Dr’s do twice the surgeries per day than are permitted by law because they leave the operating theatre mid operation and trust (sometimes UNcertified) “surgical technicians” to do the work while they are beginning another operation in the room next door. Even some of the Dr’s are not licensed and their very own employees have been quoted saying “the Dr’s don’t care about the patients at all, it’s just a “factory farm”. I implore you to avoid this place like your life depends on it…because it truly does!! Don’t fall victim to vanity and if you must then pay the money and research qualified surgeons that specialize in the procedure you desire. He came in telling jokes which made me feel very at ease because I was a nervous wreck!he was very thorough in explaining the process ,what to expect and how to properly take care of myself after surgery. I was there this morning from 9-3PM terrible customer service, lack of communication no one knows what they’re doing. The ONLY!!!! Reason Jolie’s is getting three stars is because of the helpful blonde girl running around the whole clinic. Literal. That girls really does her job. She goes back and fourth around the whole clinic and makes sure everyone has been helped. If she sees you have waited to long she tries her absolute hardest to help you out. (What she did to me) And what I saw that she was doing. I mean for being there for hours the least I can do is observe. Honestly this girl is amazing She answered all my questions directed me to all the people I had to see before surgery tomorrow for my pre op. When she has told me she has only been there for two weeks I was in absolute shock. She helped me more than all the employees that should know more than her. Blonde short girl deserves a raise!!!!!!

Dr. Hasan was very nice and straightforward. He’s the best. I love my body. My body is perfect. Surgery went well. I did bleed a lot but did receive the cell saver for my hemoglobin. Woke up shivering and very cold. I was sleepy after surgery. Pain level is like 4. Pain isn’t that bad. I have been moving and walking around. Drinking a lot of fluids (water, pineapples, and Gatorade). I have been draining a lot which is good. My massage was great. Rosie was nice and took her time. Made sure I was comfortable and gave me after care tips. Everyone was nice and very helpful.

I was supposed to have surgery December 2nd, but was told today by the bot on the bottom corner of my portal, that I was cancelled due to no longer being a candidate for the surgery that I paid for because Dr. Careaga doesn’t perform round 2 surgeries. That should have been stated before I even gave them my deposit. There’s zero communication between the coordinators and future patients. The fact that I wasn’t told by anyone, not my coordinator or any other staff member (written or verbal) prior to today is negligence on their end. I wouldn’t have even known I cancelled if I didn’t ask the bot on the bottom of my portal for my coordinators information since it had disappeared from my portal. Extremely unprofessional and infuriating, especially since they keep $750 of your money when requested a full refund. Thankfully I have top lawyers in my family if they want to play with my refund. When first I contacted Jolie, they assigned me to a doctor who isn’t that popular overthere, but anyways I accept him and I did my research. I want to share with everyone that Dr. Pane is an outstanding surgeon, he take the time to answer all your questions. I had my surgery a month ago and I already supper happy on how I look. Her assistant Anyelin, who unfortunately is not longer there, she was very cooperative, she care about you with all her passion. The reason I gave them 4 was because my last experience wasn’t that good. I was supposed to meet with my surgeon for my month follow up on Tuesday and I called the week before to confirm the appointment so I don’t waste my time and the manager confirmed that the doctor will be there, and it wasn’t true after 45 minutes waiting they told me that my doctor already left. Overall I’m happy with Jolie and I will recommend it to all my family and friends. If I decide to do another surgery for sure I will use Jolie and most important it will be with Dr. Pane.

I have no idea how so many people can have a bad review. This place is DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM. I am 2 days Post Op and Let me tell you about my awesome experience! From the beginning when I inquired Julio talked with me about the special, I had inquired July of this year (2021) and I really wanted to do my lipo 360 and BBL the next month in August, yes I know a fast turn around time. At first he said there was nothing till September, but then I put my $250 deposit down and he made it happen to where I could have my surgery August 18, 2021! Jdeville was my patient coordinator and her communication was so great. Every single time I had requested a call back she called me back within 24 hours. The labs were so simple to do and very easy to upload onto the patient portal. My pre-op appointment was quick and easy. On the day of surgery I met Dr. Careaga and he asked me to describe exactly what I wanted, and he listened and did exactly what I had asked. I am so happy with my results. My massage therapist for my lymphatic drainage massages was great as well. The turn around time from me putting my deposit down to me getting my surgery was 42 days. No scam, all professional, I am so happy!!! Do not let these negative people in these reviews steer you away from here, my experience was wonderful… honestly, anyone who is saying it’s a scam there’s more to their story or something because this was one of the easiest processes EVER! VERY WELL WORTH MY MONEY! I will be coming back for another procedure next year ????

The refund team is terrible especially the manager. They issue refunds with no tracking number, so you can’t track where your money went. I have to go get a lawyer now to get the correct amount of my refund. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody!! My surgery procedure tummy tuck was performed by Dr Pane At Jolie surgery center. I am 6 days post op. Dr Pane was attentive to all my questions and concerns. Dr Pane explained the procedure as well as what to expect after my tummy tuck procedure. Staff were friendly. Environment was clean. So far I am pleased with my results. All they want is your money! I’ve called the refund department to many times to count. Was promised she would return my phone calls and never did. I was just on hold for an hour waiting for her to answer after I was transferred to her. Still nothing. I hung up and filed a report with a bbb. Hopefully that will get my refund back! My doctor is no longer their anymore. I paid the deposit thinking my surgeon who I first chose accepted me. Then almost 3 months later and a little over a month before my surgery I got an email saying the doctor wasn’t able to do my surgery! Because he quote “didn’t feel comfortable enough to do it” red flag I should have just requested it back then but I didn’t. I chose a different doctor that accepted me. I was never notified she was moving our that my surgery date needed to be changed or anything. No communication at all. The other surgery center my surgeon is at said our files was suppose to be sent over since she is no longer employed their. She tried to look me up in the system and has no record of my file. So she told me to call Jolie back to see what was going on. She said they have no relation to each other! They do not know how to run a business at all! Do not book with them! Very very unprofessional. I should have went with the reviews I seen!

These people are thieves! They take your deposit money after confirming that you’re a good candidate for the procedure you’re inquiring about. Then wait till weeks before your procedure to inform you that the doctor has made a recommendation that is MANDATORY. Then indicate that you’re not entitled to your refund because you’re canceling, when declining the doctors non life threatening recommendation. I’ve also spoken to multiple employees there on behalf of my refund and every person I have spoken to has given me a different response as to why I am not entitled to a refund. The coordinators do not last long and you’re just switched from person to person to the point where you're no longer familiar with who your go to person is. Please do your research before coming here, plastic surgery is stressful enough and they literally, just make it worst.

On July 23rd 2020, I had a tummy tuck and breast lift procedure. The facility was very unprofessional and organized. Post op appts I did not see the surgeon. The nurses took my drains out day 5, however this was too early. 6 days later when I returned home I developed swelling/pain around my tummy tuck and fever. Now im sitting here in the ICU recovering from being reopened. I becane septic and needed urgent surgery to remove the infection caused by fluid buildup r/t my drains being removed early. Please do not come here...i wish this on noone. Im now recovering emotionally as well as physically. Also i contacted the facility the morning i woke with fever so they can contact the doctor. His assistant called me in the afternoon i advised her I was going to the hospital and she asked if I still needed my doctor to call back, I didn't know if I needed him to call back because I made my own call to go into Er but I did request she updated him on my condition. He didn't even call to see if i was alive and frankly I could of died especially waiting for a call back for instruction if I didn't follow my intuition. Be safe ladies.

Schedule my appointment in Oct. The Cordinator called me to confirm my appointment she never told me that the price was increasing $1500. There was a new machine that was added to the price that was an additional $1500 dollars. Dr. Valaderes came out and explained why he required the machine during surgery . It’s hard to find someone that speaks English to explain things to you I flew in from Texas I paid everything prior to coming got blood work done took Covid test and once I arrived the day of surgery they informed me that I would need to pay an extra 1300 for a breast lift which I didn’t want. Okay so just a little back story before I start my review. I had a breast aug scheduled with another clinic. I had been calling for about a week to schedule a BBL with that same clinic and was ducked and dodged by my coordinator over there, why I don't know. But immediately my sketch meter went up. I was literally calling them to give them money and I was ducked and dodged. Could you imagine how they would behave if my surgery was botched or I had got an infection?? Yeah that's a hard pass for me dog. I found Jolie on TikTok and decided to look into having Dr. Valina do my BBL instead. I was blown away by her work and her attention to detail and decided to reach out to Jolie. I was assigned to the best patient coordinator imaginable, Xavier. He is so sweet and attentive. Honestly, there are not enough words in the English language to describe how awesome he is. Originally we discussed the BBL procedure but I ended up canceling my breast aug with the other clinic and scheduled the breast aug with Dr. Hasan instead of the other clinic. I took a L on $500 but this is my body were talking about. I'm not going to run the risk and proceed with a surgeon/clinic that give me bad vibes. The decision to cancel that procedure with them was solely based on how comfortable Xavier made me feel. No, he did not persuade me to cancel in anyway, shape, or form. He honestly made me feel like I could trust Dr. Valina and Dr. Hasan with my life. That feeling of trust was something that the other clinic seriously lacked. That feeling of comfortable can't be bundled into the price of a BBL lol. Xavier represented Jolie, Dr. Valina, and Dr. Hasan very well and was extremely personable. He missed a call of mine and called me back almost immediately - which I absolutely LOVE communication is key! His communication and customer service skills are top tier - I don't know how much this man gets paid but he honestly deserves a raise. I literally cannot wait for my procedures. My advice to anyone looking to book any procedure with any clinic is your first interaction with the coordinators are very telling. DO NOT allow someone to pressure you or back you into the corner with the old oh "the price is changing soon" or "the docs schedule is filling up fast". I had called Xavier almost 3 times before booking my procedure and not once did he make me feel bullied or pressured. Talking to him was like talking to a friend who has the hook up lol. If your coordinator is not like Xavier or hard to get in contact with run the other way as fast as you can.

My experience with Jolie was amazing! The communication was A1 which is very important for those traveling out of state like myself. The day of pre-op was kinda hectic but everyone was seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Dr Kagan was my doctor, he was so caring and reassuring that everything would be okay as this was my first time ever experiencing anesthesia. I’m loving my results this far! Geneius The staff from the front desk was unprofessional and didn’t acknowledge me when I walked inside . I was told I can’t be inside as if it’s the Law smh ????????‍♀️. Don’t go to this place they stole my money , And the agent at the front desk is a woman , is very rude and she has no manners , she needs a customer service experience. They closed the department that was doing my procedure. No one has the courtesy to call me or send me the refund that I paid everything in cash. DO NOT BOOK OR PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN WITH THIS PLACE. It is a scam! You will lose your $250 because they will ultimately end up cancelling your schedule surgical date. When you go into your portable to receive a refund, they will tell you you’re not eligible for a refund due to the cancellation policy (which was NEVER mentioned). The communication is practically nonexistent. I emailed/called my surgical coordinator multiple times and received no response… save yourself the time abs money and book somewhere else.

So I recently used Jolie Plastic Surgery for services based on amazing recommendations from girlfriends that have had work done with Dr. Jonathan Fisher. I am delighted with the results of his work but unfortunately my experience with their massage spa hasn't been up to my standards. I purchased a package for 5 massages at $350 and although my massage therapist was lovely, the massages themselves have been 25-35 minutes long even though I was told they were supposed to be 1 hour. I have voiced my concerns with management and I am now waiting on a response from Diana or Magalys. This location is very far from me and I originally didn't mind making the drive down for the massages but I refuse to do so anymore. I feel that I have wasted my money , honestly. I hope this gets resolved professionally and amicably because again Dr Fisher is THE BEST.

I had a bbl done with Dr.Anthony Hasan on April 17th 2018. The whole staff from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. Very kind, caring, professional and clean. The clinic is very very busy so just be patient with phone calls and service is it completely understandable and once I went to my pre-op I understood why sometimes I was put on hold for a long time, but Jolie always gets back to you and the service itself is excellent. Dr.Hasan is wonderful, honest and straight to the point, he warned me of pros and cons prior to my surgery and my results are truly life changing and I am so happy with everything. My recovery has been good considering how invasive the procedure is but I’ve had no major concerns what so ever, just minor discomfort which is normal and was aware of prior to surgery. I would 100% recommend Jolie plastic surgery and Dr.Hasan.

This place is an absolute joke. I cannot explain to you how frustrated this whole thing is. I received a call saying that my sister would be ready in 30 minutes. I told them that it would take me about 45 minutes from my location. The man hung up on me without saying anything. As I'm driving I realise that I'm going to be longer than 45 minutes so I call this company back. I am then told that I will be charging additional $150 if She will be in recovery for more than an hour. At this point I've literally spoken to 4 different people on the phone, to get nowhere. Apparently I'm supposed to pick her up in the back but nobody could tell me that either. They also will not let me speak to a supervisor that's funny I'm sure they just don't want any complaints because they know that everyone here's going to complain about this service. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life.

The communication from my first coordinator was great. She left & the next coordinator dropped the ball. Then when I spoke with the supervisor I had to be rescheduled because everything was do to the lack of communication from the coordinator. I spoke with the supervisor & she gave me a new coordinator which was great. She kept in constant communication every step of the way. I like Jollie because I came in for surgery & my blood pressure was crazy high. The Dr. Pane refused to do the surgery & rescheduled me 30 days out to get it together. I came back with blood pressure down & procedure went well. I am exactly 8 weeks post opp today….????????

Staff and mangers are awesome and their communication is over the top.The place was very clean and they are very well organize. I was there in person to see not even a month ago. THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY. Yes they have other patients to deal with so they can’t reach you right away but if you feel like you still not getting a response ask for the manager ROB OR ELIZEBETH THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. So let me start off by saying this. My Dr. was Kagan and he was absolutely amazing! I had a bbl done with kilo 360 on December 11th 2020. I loved his personality and I loved the dr or CRNA that put me under. However, the day after surgery I was scheduled for a post op check up. Let me tell you I’ve been an RN since 2014 and I told staff I felt very sick and felt as if I was going to faint. And I did faint in the hallway. Several nurses and staff walked right past me as I laid on the floor- jp drain busted and blood all over the place. Luckily another doll helped me up and made sure I was okay. I never received post op instructions on when to take my JP drain out, like I said I’m a nurse so had a pretty good idea on what to expect. Kagan is a great doctor and I love my results, and I’m so happy he is getting his own practice because Jolie is extremely unprofessional in so many ways. I want a round two, but I will not go back here.

So Happy I booked the special with My surgical coordinator Frank! He did an amazing job on getting me the best price. He also made it easy for me when it came down to selecting a doctor. He then went out his way and got me a date of my choice, Returned all my phone calls and messages. It only got better. When I got to Miami and arrived at Jolie's the facility was super clean! The Staff was super amazing and welcoming. The guy in the front was very handsome and sweet. Some patients are rude and those are the people who write bad reviews,This short blonde girl named Gaby made my life easier by assisting me with anything I needed. I love my Bbl results by Dr. Kagan. Honestly do not listen to the bad reviews it was worth every penny! Looking foward to booking my second procedure with Frank again! :)

I wish I could give a zero. This has been the most stressful and unorganized situations I ever experienced. My coordinator Isabella knows I am not a resident of Miami. She waited until the day before I was due there to call with some mess. Again she hasn’t called and I had to go through hell to keep rescheduling rooms cars etc. Labs all kind of stuff. They expect me to keep paying for stuff to convenience the. I have all the emails. Phone calls are recorded and documentation to go to the attorney general and file my complaint. There is no making this right. I need to be reimbursed for the hotel money I am loosing, the CT scan, the labs, the physical and the money that I have paid to Jolie in full.

From beginning to end, very great with communication I came from out of state for my BBL procedure and they made sure to provide me with all the information needed prior to my arrival, with no hesitation to provide answers to every question to ensure I was prepared. Which led to a successful procedure. I felt very valued as a customer with the follow up calls during my recovery period away from the office.
