This was the best experience I could have asked for. From the beginning of this process when I was just looking for information to the end today, when I had my drains removed - it has been fantastic. Originally, I thought I was going to go with another surgeon in the area. However, the staff there left me feeling as if they were shady. I went with whom I felt most safe, and that was Dr.Salama. If you are looking for a doctor to just take your money and give you what you ask for - go someplace else. Dr. Salama is very honest and thorough. He told me what he could do for my body and what he couldn't do. I appreciated that. And not only did he deliver - but he exceeded my expectations. His staff is WONDERFUL. I actually cried as I was leaving the office today. They aren't just drones who don't care about you. They really become friends. They are caring and understanding and with you every step of the way during this process. If you are looking into going with Dr. Salama as your surgeon, just do it. Trust me. Choosing elite plastic surgery was the best choice i did! All the staff were friendly and answered my questions quickly. Im about to be one week post op and I’m loving my results. Another great thing is they offer a recovery house and it’s great if you’re traveling alone or just want a quiet place to recover. All the nurses stay on top of things and are always checking in on you to make sure you’re doing ok and don’t need anything. I would definitely recommend both of these! I’ve had a great experience.

I specifically decided to go with Dr Salama due to all the wonderful things I’ve heard of him. My experience was very pleasant. I am a week post op from having a BBL procedure. So far I am loving my results! I’ve had friends who have had the same procedure and they have described the recovery to be horrific. For me mine has gone very smoothly. Yes I’ve had pain. But nothing that was unmanageable. The nurse and massage therapist have been very helpful with taking care of me before and after surgery. Dr Salama also gave great patient care, he answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had about my surgery. When I was in the process of booking my surgery, my patient coordinator was on top of everything especially in making sure to work with my schedule and get me in for my surgery when I needed to be. This office is 5 starts all around, thank you everyone!

I got a BBL and edging done on my stomach and the surgery came out good .. but I feel like this facility is under staff .. the day on my surgery I had to wait 4 hours before my surgery even started and every day after that which is post OP appointments I had to wait. Several hours before even being seen .. I had to lay in the room in pain before a nurse or even the the massage therapist (Wally ) seen me .. the day I had to go back home ( because I’m from out of town ) once again had to wait several hours to just go get my last massage .. I had to cancel it and get my money back .. I felt like they were rushing me out and didn’t want to give me the massage so I got refunded and left ... I feel like the Lymphatic massage is very important but the massage therapist isn’t that great here ...

I have always considered a BBL but wanted to be thorough and deliberate in my research on the procedure. After reading countless reviews, I felt that Dr. Salama was the perfect choice for this mind and body-altering procedure. I don’t really have any con’s other than it’s very cold in his surgical center but that is to be expected in Florida. The pros are numerous. I would say because I had the J Plasma procedure, my recovery and drainage has been very minimal. Additionally, news flash – Waly gives great massages!!! Further, I was not rushed to fill out my paperwork and everyone was very patient with me. After my procedure, I was NOT wheeled out of the back door and I respect that to the upmost. Very customer-centric, considerate, and respectful organization and procedure. My experience with Dr. Salama has been amazing. I had done tons of research on my own and My experience with Dr. Salama has been amazing. I had done tons of research on my own and through social media. I been wanting to get a BBL for about two years now but it had to be a doctor that is highly-skilled, very successful, and passionate about his work. I subsequently narrowed my selection of doctors down to one and that special doctor was Dr. Salama here in Hollywood, Florida. Then I joined Dr. Salama's Surgical group on Facebook, and this is where I learned a lot about his amazing work. I was very impressed by his before and after photos and I personally read the comments that the dolls were saying about Dr. Salama. That's when I knew I was making the right decision. I decided to proceed with booking my surgery and was asked to send in photos. I started off working with Jesenia and she was very nice and kind. She answered all and any questions that I had via phone and email, She was very good with returning my calls and responding to emails. I also worked with Nomie who is the nurse and she was very nice as well. I also did a lot of my research on a website called RealSelf and the staff received some very good reviews. I had set my surgery date for Sept. 24, 2020. When I got to the office in Miami it was very clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The staff was once again very nice in person as well and very compassionate about how you are feeling. I did not feel that I was just a number - I felt like they genuinely cared. When I met Dr. Salama in person for the first time, he was very nice and he listened to what I wanted. I showed him my 'wish' picture that I got off of his website and he proceeded to mark me up. The anesthesiologist then came in and he was very nice as he started my IV. I felt that I was in very good hands and knew I had made the right decision at this point. My after care was also amazing and I met Waly who does Waly Wednesday's on YouTube. She gave me my first message. I am now 5 days post-opt and my results are amazing. I am very happy with my decision and glad that I chose Dr. Salama for my BBL. All of my expectations were met and then some. I have officially been SALAMLIFIED!!!

Hi there, My name is Trinya and I flew to Florida from AZ to have my BBL and 360 Lipo done by Dr. Salama on 12/13/21. From beginning to end ALL the ladies in that office took care of me and they are still answering any questions I have. The day of my surgery , 1st cosmetic surgery, I had no fear and knew I was in good hands. I had the pleasure of having Wallie do my last two massages and she was very informative and funny. They made me feel like I was the only patient and that was reassuring to me. Now as far as Dr. Salama, THE GOAT of plastic surgery, he recommended a tummy tuck but I wanted the 360 lipo w/bbl and when I say he snatched my waistline and got me right, he did just that. 3 c-sections and one hysterectomy by c-section method later I felt hopeless in getting rid of the extra belly but it's gone and I love my results. I've had a great experience with Dr Salama and his staff! He is an absolutely amazing doctor and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. He is very professional and delivered to all my expectations. From the moment I booked my appointment and spoke to Cynthia, she was so sweet and helped me with my very first questions to the moment I walked into the office for my first consult everyone was very nice and welcoming. Nomie made me feel very comfortable on my consult and I felt more at ease for my SX the following day. On the day of surgery everything went by pretty quick, but Dr Salama was very nice and patient and he answered all my questions. After surgery everything went great, of course I had my up and down days but who wont after surgery. I would call the office and speak to Nomie and she was always able to get on the phone and reassure me and let me know what to do to feel better. I did have a little scare a few days ago because my friend said she thought she had seen some puss so I called Dr Salama, it was on a Sunday and he literally called me back one minute later, told me to send him some pictures and he eased my mind and that everything was ok, Thank God! Also all my massage appointments have been really good too. My first one was super painful because I forgot to take my pain meds but my message therapist Eileen was great, she tried her best to make it as comfortable as possible. I wish I could take her back with me to Phoenix, she is so amazing and overall and awesome person. So in total if anyone is looking for a bigger butt and coke bottle body, you should definitely go with Dr S! He is an artist and I am really happy with my results. My experience at Elite Plastic Surgery was very pleasant. The front desk staffs were amazing as well as the care staffs. My surgery was on a Thursday, I flew in that Wednesday to meet with the doctor. He was attentive to what I wanted, he shared his opinions and thoughts, to my request. Overall Dr Salama was very pleasant. On the day of surgery I came in at 10 am, I checked in and I was attended to right away, I met with the surgeon again, and the anesthesiologist, he was also very attractive and pleasant to my needs. I just wish I was able to have more direct time with Dr. Salama but I understand that Covid19 has changed the normal protocol. So our personal interaction was reduced to the day of the surgery. I had the opportunity to meet him in person for a different consultation back in 2017 when things were normal and he was very personable and very detailed explaining the procedure. It’s been a week and half from my bbl and butt implant procedure and everything seem to be progressing as expected.

Dr. Salama and his staff are an amazing team focused on excellence. Simply put, they are a team of elite professionals. Dr. Salama performed a Brazilian Butt Lift/Fat transfer surgery less than 2 weeks ago and the results are amazing. Even as all the swelling didn't do down I can see the difference. His staff was kind and caring since the moment I emailed them to schedule a consultation. Everything was excellent, he spends all the time to explain the procedure and the pre and post operative requirements. There was no time waisted or hiccups the day I'd the surgery. He even gave me his personal cellphone number in case I need any clarifications or complications after the surgery. The massage girls are awesome and will answer any questions. It's really worth all the money and pain. Pain is temporary, but the booty is forever :-)

My whole experience with elite plastic surgery was wonderful! All the staff were so helpful, sweet, and caring. At one point after a message I became very overwhelmed and started to cry and unfortunately I forgot her name (ilene or irine?) She hugged me and held my hand and made everything great. Wally did my messages both times and she really has the magic touch. I felt so much better after both. I also stayed the 9 days at the elite recovery house and I felt very welcomed and safe there. They really try to get to know you and give you the best possible experience while also making sure you are eating enough, sleeping, and drinking enough while also keeping track of your medication and teaching you what to do when you leave. Jenine, wally, and sue were my favorite caregivers but everyone was amazing. I had a brazillion butt lift and if I ever wanted anything done again there isn't any other place I would consider.

I've always had the hips for a butt without having the full butt for the hips and when I gained a decent amount of weight, I thought "Why not?". The consultation went really well, Dr. Salama made me feel very comfortable from the start. He didn't sugar coat anything and was very upfront with anything and everything that could happen, but hasn't happened with his patients. The in-office team was very nice as well, making you feel very welcome. The surgical team was super kind and made you feel safe in their hands. I was in no pain afterwards, it was mainly discomfort and pressure. I stayed at their Recovery House and it was beautiful and clean. The main nurse that was there while I was there, Janine, was the best. She was super caring and checked on us very often without making us feel like a burden. I nicknamed her "Janine the Queen" because she really was the best. The only truly painful part of this procedure were the massages afterwards, but the massage therapist, Celia, was a sweetheart. She was very empathetic while still doing what needed to be done. I felt very comfortable with her on an interactive level. (The plus side was while she massaged my abdominal area, I was able to lay on my back!) My experience with this team was overall awesome and of all the procedures I could've done with any team out there, I'm glad it was with Elite. :)

My experience with Elite Plastic Surgery started 12/11/2020. Everything was seamless from the consultation to the actual procedure which happened 10/07/2021. My review is based on my actual results, you know when you describe what you want and you get more than what you expected but in the best possible way. Well, that’s how I feel. I’m 5 days post op right now and every day I’m feeling better and more confident! My preop consultation took place with Nomi - she was very sweet, friendly, helpful & equally as excited. I met with her the day of operation as well and it was a pleasure once again. The day of operation I met with Dr. Salama. He was very informative, direct, & full of insight of how he was prepared to fulfill my wishlist (which he did - above and beyond) I also met with Alex who is the anesthesiologist, he was very warm and welcoming. The part of my operation I was dreading was the aftercare, specifically the massages. I went in the next day after operation and was able to complete the whole back but my massage therapist that day suggested that we stop during my stomach massage - she was concerned that she was making me endure a lot of pain. I returned 4 days after operation and met Eilyn for my 2nd post op massage. This woman is an angel! She distracted me from the pain by bringing up things that I love, just putting me in a grateful mindset! She gave me the best advice and the best conversation, and the BEST MASSAGE. Honestly, the massages hurt regardless but she made the pain endurable and I’m so thankful to have her as part of my experience. Thank you to all of Dr. Salama & his team! You’ve truly made me such a happier woman and I can’t wait to share my final results with you! My procedure was a BBL with 360 lipo to stomach, flanks, and full back. He really did an amazing job of giving me a proportionate hourglass shape. I look forward to sharing pictures when my drains are removed.

I am not even a week post-op and let me tell you I am obsessed with my results!! Cannot wait until everything is healed, settled and fluffed. When I had my consult with Dr. Salama I didn’t bring wish pictures with me. I told him I wanted to work with what God gave me naturally; to just enhance that. The knowledge each one of his staff members have, showed me how much he invests in his employees. I never felt rushed at any point in time. I don't know where to start... My experience couldn't of been better. I work in the operating room, and when i decied to get a bbl i already knew without a second thought who i would go to. I have assisted Dr. Salama in performing this exact procedure on other patients, and out of the 30 plus other plastic surgeons i work with I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE ANYWHERE ELSE!!! He listens, he's honest, he has a great bedside manner and mostly he's an expert and a perfectionest. There is so much that goes into a bbl. It's not just getting a bigger but. It's the art of sculpting. My entire body has changed. It's proportionate, and it matches my frame. I absoluely love my new body thanks to Dr.Salama. As far as post operattive pain, it's not too bad. Im only 4 days post op and i havent had too much pain. It's more of a discomfort. Getting in out of bed is difficult. Overall, the experience was great. Dr. salama is honestly the best and his entire team was very conforting an sweet. I wouldn't have changed anything about my experience!

My procedure is tomorrow and I'm having a bbl with buttock implants. I'm down here from ri and because none of my family members we're able to come down with me I decided to stay at the recovery home. Let me tell you it was the best decision I've made. It's great. You share a home with 4 other patients where you can talk about your experiences and/or what to expect. There is a caregiver there liz that helps you with everything from putting on your garment, making meals, and washing your clothes if needed. There is also a driver justin who is really nice and brings you to all your appointments and to and from the airport. If you want to have surgery and not have to worry about anything else but relaxing, then I would definitely recommend staying at the recovery home. Also, I had my preop appointment today, the staff was very kind and informative as well was dr salama. He tells you what will look good on you and not just what you want to hear. I'm so excited for surgery tomorrow!

I was advised that they do NOT do in person consultations but only via email, phone call and I have to send them pictures of myself. Since I was 13 I had a belly, as I grew and after 2 kids it got bigger and I wanted lipo & tummytuck so bad. But was always afraid. I did exercise but never was able to lose the hanging belly. While it could have been convenient (and cheaper considering flights, hotel and a rental car)for me to find a doctor closer to home, I am so glad that I chose Dr. Salama and his team. My experience at EPS was great! I arrived at EPS the day of my surgery and i was terrified. As soon as i walked in everyone made me feel better and helped me be calm. Kudos to the ladies at the recovery house. Dr. Salamas what would you do without them? The amount of sweat, empathy, and dedication these ladies show is unreal. Depending on them to help me use the bathroom, feeding me, and emptying my drains, I couldn't ask for more kindred spirits. Without them, there would be no recovery house. I don't know how they deal with the attitudes and ungratefulness. I pray they get paid the amount they truly deserve! I myself left a tip but it's not nearly enough. Dr. Salama is the best at what he does and i have referred a couple of people as well. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. Cynthia and Nancy truly did made me feel welcomed.

My entire experience was phenomenal with the entire staff! I had some obstacles to jump through for clearance and the staff was was so patient with what I had going on. In every conversation they kept me calm and helped reduce my anxiety! Day of surgery, I was nervous for the operation as it was my first time going under a knife and yet again the staff kept me calm. Dr. Salama talked me through the procedure and could still tell I was anxious and just had casual conversation about where I was from, my family, etc and it really helped calm me! When I first started my journey, I orginally contacted 3 offices in my hometown. No one contacted me, i just recieved an automatic email. I found Dr. Salama and his team on YouTube by doing research on Tummy Tucks. I sent an email and I actually got a call!! I freaked out! Just because this was something I always wanted but I felt I would never have the resources for it. I guess over time it became unreal.The staff have been super nice, responsive and helpful. I contact a doctor in my hometown to have a consultation. The experience was so different. The office at my hometown was dry, and unwelcoming- I felt they didn't care... long story short I gave my downpayment. My surgery date is October 4th! It's still unreal. I have yet to meet Dr. Salama! (I'll update my review when that happens! Thank you girls for making me feel at ease, welcomed and comfortable! Update: OMG! I had my surgery 13 days ago! I'm in love with the office! Everyone was great. I met Dr. Salama and he is amazing! He was honest and sounded caring to me.The only down part is that I saw him once! He never saw me after. I rated my procedure as a not sure at this point because results are not final. I believe I will be happy with the end result in a few months. As far as Dr. Salama, I believe he is good at what he does. I am satisfied with his credentials and work, I'm not 100% satisfied with the recovery house and the office staff. Everyone is very cordial and pleasant, but I feel like there is miscommunication between the recovery house, office staff and the patient. I was an out of town patient and I recommend asking very detailed questions prior to make sure you are not stressed when you arrive. The driver is not always available for extra trips as I needed to see another doctor for another unrelated medical issue and had to give up that appointment. Also, the recovery house does not provide gauze or additional medical equipment. Ask before hand and be prepared to shop upon arrival. As far as the procedure, the recovery is up and down. I was doing pretty well the first 5 days, but it went downhill with my unrelated medical issue. It's very up and down. I'm not looking forward to the long recovery process but I hope it is all worth it. I will post before and after pics after bruising is finished.

I believe I owe every woman and man who are thinking about getting plastic surgery, an honest review that can potentially save them from the pain and discrimination that I experienced with Dr.Salama and his staff. My hope is that you don't go through this, and that your journey is a safe one, unlike mind. Dr.Salama and his staff showed a total disregard for my safety, and the successful outcome of my surgery. Here's my story. During my post op visits I was repeatedly given contrary instructions of care not once, but eight times. When I told Dr.Salama and the office manager, who is Dr.Salama's brother, how his nurses were giving me incorrect post op instructions, such as how to read drainage sites, how to clean wounds sites, what medications to take and when, what not to wear, what activities to refrain from ext. Dr.Salama clearly told me (on audio) in his own words "Move on!" I was crying and I felt so unsafe, but he didn’t care. I still can't understand how a doctor would respond in this manner. How can you be ok with your nurses giving wrong instructions? He then proceeded to tell me to get up while I was laying naked on the exam table (my surgery was done just a few days ago, and I could barely lift myself to get up.) with horrible pain in my right thigh. He said “We aren't going to do your post op massages”. Even though I had paid for them in my surgery packet. I asked Dr.Salama how he could do that, if just yesterday he expressed concern about a potential blood clot developing in reference to the huge, hard lump on my right thigh and instructed me to come in to his office to get the post op massage ASAP. Dr.Salama answered "This is how we are going to do things." I was denied the post op massages I bought, and the post op care that was included as well (the post op care is critical to the success of this type of surgery.) I told him that I was going to call the police, and he said he already had. I knew something strange was going on because they weren't the standard police that come out to these types of calls. They were SWAT! When they arrived Dr.Salama and his staff proceeded to take selfies with the SWAT team and laugh at me(I had on post op garments, foam sheets and drainage bulbs) This is so demeaning. I think any female or male would feel shame in being forced to openly talk about their medical history to a laughing audience. I was so weak and in pain I couldn't stand, the officers told me and my aunt to leave, or they would arrest us, all the while they kept hiding their body cams. How can this abuse of power happen in this country? The next day I was admitted to the ER. Where I was given a blood transfusion due to the fact that the drainage sites were left on too long by Dr.Salama and his staff. How is a patient supposed to react when you feel that the consultation was just a gimmick to get your money, and that soon after the surgery is completed you become useless to their business. The money is obtained, and then the reality of their ethics is revealed. It is truly sad when a surgeon cheats a patient out of their money and not just that, but intentionally puts his patient in harm's way, and denies them help even though he and his staff were directly involved in the complications of the surgery. I wish you all luck in your journey to find a plastic surgeon that will make your dreams come true, but please remember that this doctor and his staff are avid buyers of social media followers. I was told by one of the nurses that if I wrote a good review they would offer me discounts on other procedures. I can testify to you that courtesy, respect, dignity, and the oath of caring for your patients is not in this doctor’s heart. I understand that this may seem shocking, but I assure you it's true. If any one has any doubt please write back. I wish someone would've stood up and reported this doctor before I chose him. I'm not the only person this has happened to, but sadly many are afraid to speak up.

I had my procedure done on May 18th but ended up going to the er the next day because my blood pressure went down due to the pain medication. I reached out FOUR MONTHS in advance and they said they are going to take 10 percent of what I payed ahead of time. I payed $8000!! They are now saying that they are going to keep $1200!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Salama and his entire staff. Every interaction I’ve had with everyone is so warm and welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable and taken care of while undergoing something rather stressful. I have had 2 BBLs 3 years apart. 1st round went better than expected. The process and recovery was SO easy! This recent round was a little more challenging. I unfortunately had an issue with nausea after surgery and couldn’t eat or drink anything and vomited a few times- resulting in severe dehydration. And so unfortunately I had to go to the hospital where I stayed a few days getting IVs. Dr. Salama visited me in the hospital twice to check on me and make sure everything was okay! After I was discharged he then made sure to see me again at his office to make sure I was back to myself and on the right track to my recovery. Staff was also extremely accommodating and comforting with the whole process. I’ve loved my results every time and my experiences have been amazing! And yes even with my hospital event I would absolutely go back!! I would recommend anyone wanting to do a cosmetic surgery to go with EPS because they really are the best!

Hello ; I've been anticipating a BBL now for the past three years, I decided to chose Dr. Salama after doing the thorough research, reading reviews, and after all that he was the best person for the job. I am 5'8, 173pds from out of town. I initially went with Dr. Salama because I wanted some shape something that would be cute and subtle. I've seen a lot of his work, and I liked how the shapes of the patients looked. I came to Miami twice to meet with Dr. Salama, and discuss what I wanted done, and if it was a good idea to stay at a recovery house or at a local hotel. I eventually decided to stay at the recovery house that Dr. Salama recommended for outpatient care. My surgery was scheduled for 1pm on 8/27/2015, which didn't start until 4pm (so expect to wait ladies). It's been 1 week since I've had my surgery done and I have to say that the pain has been overwhelming but it's definitely not something mentally or physically that you can prepare yourself for. I find that I'm constantly questioning myself why did I do this, but then I quickly think back to the benefits and the rewards. I'm swollen and still in the healing process, but I can still see the shape and I have to say so far I'm pleased. I'm looking forward to the swelling going down and really seeing the final work that's been done. Everyone on the team from the office to the recovery home is so nice, and Grace has been with me through this process and I have to say that she's spoiling me a little, but I'm sure all the girls can say that as well. I share a room with another young lady that has had the same procedure done, and for the most part we get along, we even help one another, and take walks together. If I had to give you ladies some future take-a way's I'd say: Make sure that you pack everything that you need, do not cut corners, bring your own pillows, fight through it by moving your body (don't just lay in bed all day), and most importantly have realistic goals set for yourself. My surgery was the Brazilian Butt lift, being the first time going under the knife throughout the whole process and post op I was confident that it was going to be a success and it was.Even the recovery was a breeze. If I were just rating doctor Salama alone, he gets a 5/5. This was my first time getting any plastic surgery, I did my research for about 4 years before going through with my BBL. I was nervous but after seeing a lot of his staff and other patients in person that had his work done, I realized that I had nothing to worry about because they all look amazing. As of his staff, for the most part they are great. I will say that if you go through them, you’ll be dealing with Nomie a lot, before, during and after surgery. She gets busy, but she’s one of the two reasons I did not rate 5 stars. If you have a complaint, concern, or medical issue, when calling for her you’re always told, Nomie will call you back and she never does. If she does, it’s only in the beginning before your surgery. She is very unreliable which can be stressful. At one point, someone in the office scheduled a new girl to come into the recovery house while I was there and she said if I slept on the couch(although my room was paid for), she would give me 2 garments and one massage. She even said this to someone that worked on the house. After all was said and done she tried saying she was only going to give me one garment. She just seems not to like her job as much as everyone else that works there. And I had an issue with a recovery house staff member (Helena) who found it appropriate to slam dishes in the sink, turn bedroom lights on at 1am while patients were sleeping because she wanted to get her cleaning done because she couldn’t sleep, resulting in me and a another patient getting out of bed at 130am because she was so noisy and going in and out of rooms. This was brought up, but Naomi of course never got back to me about this either. Other than those couple of things coming off as unprofessional, everyone and everything else was perfect. I recommend if you do this, to pay for the recovery house. One girl in the yelp reviews had an infection and that’s because she went home and tried doing everything herself. The staff was great. They’re on call. Very nice facility that you’re staying in, and they assist you with showers, moving around, changing, absolutely whatever you need which is crutial in the first week of recovery. I do wish they kept the house a little cooler because it was 75-78 degrees most of the time, but I’m also used to colder weather so that’s just my preference. I paid the additional $1500 to get Vaser lipo instead of regular lipo, which was a good investment. It tightened the skin on my stomach and I am only two weeks post op, but I like my results so far. Listen to the doctor when he says YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR RESULTS UNTIL 6 months. At first your butt will look too big from all of the swelling, then too small when the swelling is gone. It’s not until the fat reforms that you get your desired look, so if you are not the patient type, then this is not for you. I was unaware that I’d need 10-12 post surgery massages which can range anywhere from $500-$1000 total. Make sure to have that much set aside because it is crucial to get those massages to push the fluids and lumpiness from your skin. Overall, I like the new location. I like the staff, I think that it is well worth the cost and I will be posting before and after pictures at a later time when I have my full results. Dr. Salama is great. I plan on going to him again for under chin fat and arm lipo.

I traveled from NYC to Florida to have a BBL, 360 liposuction, and breast reduction with implant replacement. My breast came out perfect, however, during my liposuction, the tissues were so traumatized that he damaged the blood vessels and they stained my skin on both sides and my back. I also had an area that was at risk for tissue necrosis and was not allowed to wear the faja (compression garment) to prevent the tissues from not receiving adequate blood flow. The tissue never died, however I have a large scar along with the blue-brown staining all over my waist and back. I did the 360 liposuction to remove the excess fat on my abdomen and waist from 2 pregnancies and now I still have a small belly. My waist and butt looks great from the fat transfer, but the belly and staining are a problem. The doctor tried to deal with the staining by sending me bleaching creams and it did work to a point. The staining is lighter, but still very obvious. I looked forward to wearing a bikini this summer for the first time in years and now that won't happen unless I put tons of concealer all around my waist and back. Ugh. Since there isn't anything else they can do, the recommendation was to go see a dermatologist. Who's paying for that?! Not me!!! I didn't cause this. When I mentioned that I already paid $13K plus another $2K back home for lymphatic massages, I was not going to be paying who knows how much for derm treatments for something I didn't do. I received no response regarding that. Thinking about legal action to be honest. I can never wear a bikini again. I'm embarrassed to even get naked in front of my boyfriend. This has ruined me. So disappointed. Has anyone else gone through this? I see so many people who have had lipo and they don't have this scaring or staining. Why me? Was he overly aggressive with the canula? I don't know. Maybe they video taped the procedure? I need a copy if they did.Would love some feedback on how to lighten the skin back to normal. Otherwise there's going to be a very large tattoo covering it and I'll be sending him the bill.

I found Dr. Salama in 2012 on RealSelf. I finally had the time to do my BBL this year. From day one his team has been extremely attentive and quickly responsive. The Dr. ran a bit behind on the day of my surgery which showed me that he takes his time and strives for perfection. He is very friendly, to the point, and answered all my questions before even having to ask them. During my surgery I got two bumps, one on each cheek, which he explained had something to do with my skin. I was nervous about this but he has made me feel calm about it and reassured me that it would be fine once healed and if not he would fix it with a revision. I also had a hard time getting my hemoglobins back up after surgery so he had me come in everyday to personally check on me until I was normal. This shows his level of care and concern for his patients. His nurses, the girls in the front (especially Camila), and the massage therapists are beyond sweet and knowledgeable. I started to research BBLs surgeons in New York (where I live), I found a few doctors but no one really stood out. I asked my mom to help me research some potential surgeons (she is a RN). After our individual research on doctors from out of state, we both came to the drawing board with Dr. Moises Salama. I called the office to get more information. I spoke with Nancy, she was very informative and patient and addressed all my questions and concerns. We were on the phone for about 30 mins, I e-mailed her pictures of my body (front and side profile) to get a virtual consult. After a few lengthy phone calls with the office I decided to book a surgery date, this did require a down payment. Even though I did receive a virtual consult I needed some reassurance that I chose the right surgeon. I decided to take a 3 day trip down to Florida and visit the office to meet Dr. Salama and get a live consult. I met with Dr. Salama in May, he was very patient, he answered all of my questions and his bedside manner is excellent. After I left the office I felt great and I felt even better about choosing this doctor.

I had a BBL, w/liposuction & fat transfer on November 21st 2019. My journey was a bit rough at first trying to meet Dr Salama’s, requirements to be eligible for surgery. Everyone that I’ve come in contact with in the office and surgery facility has been very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would also like to note that their facilities are modern and very clean. My patient coordinator, Cynthia, answered every question I had patiently and efficiently before I made my decision and subsequently placed my deposit. It truly was the warmth that emanated from Cynthia that played a key role in my decision to go with Dr. Salama. I am now 6 days post op and very happy with my initial results. My expectations were realistic and his skills are phenomenal; that’s a winning combination. I realize that it will be a couple of months before the swelling subsides and everything settles for me to know what I’m really working with; however, Dr. Salama and team have set me up for success and I am confident that the final results will be stellar. Elite Plastic Surgery has been a really positive experience for me. I got a bbl with 360 Lipo and dr.s worked with me and my way to create a shape that Ive always wanted. The preop and surgery experience was very professional, and all the stuff is on the same page with procedures and aftercare. They were extremely efficient, which means no anxious waiting! I have zero complaints about the surgery process and after care. It was wonderful. The only reason this review is getting four stars instead of five is because of their rescheduling fee. It is quite high and I did have to reschedule my surgery for circumstances beyond my control. Which I was charge for, they did lower the price because of circumstantial reasons. But I wasn’t expecting to have to pay rescheduling fee.

I am so glad I trusted my gut and went with Dr. Salama. He was professional, thorough, and honest with what my results would look like given my body structure. I never felt rushed when meeting with him and saw him twice after my procedure. The office staff has been great to work with, always returning phone calls and/or responding to emails in an adequate time. The two front office girls were always accommodating while waiting in the lounge area. Nomie and Nancy have been wonderful to work with and answered my questions throughly which helped ease any pre-surgery jitters. I was fortunate enough to stay at the recovery house. The house and caregivers where phenomenal. I was never left alone, had all my meals cooked for me, garments and clothing laundered, assisted with getting dressed and undressed, drove to my appointments (thanks to the wonderful driver, Alexis) and checked on every couple of hours for the first 24 hours after surgery. I cannot say enough about the care that I received at the recovery house and will be forever grateful for Janine and Irene for their love, kindness, and patience.I had three massages with Waly while I was in Miami. I am positive she has magic hands. After leaving her massages, I always felt so much better and like a new woman!It is too early to tell how my final results will look but I can already tell that I am going to love them. I am so thankful for Dr. Salama and his team for giving me the body I have always dreamed of. I would 100% recommend him!

I was so nervous at first with the covid epidemic but the staff kept things clean and orderly so there was minimum interactions between patience. I highly recommend elite plastic surgery! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and literally guided you step by step through the whole process. I reached out to salama's wonderful team for an email consult, and they worked with me and my schedule and finally I was booked for surgery two months from then. I had a consult scheduled with other doctors in new york, but I cancelled it because quite frankly from the results i've seen, salama's butts were bigger, and that's what I wanted. I feel pretty fortunate because a lot of reviews I read said that dr. salama rarely saw them, but i've met with him about four times including just before surgery, and I knew he was my doctor. He didn't sugarcoat anything, he had a very no bs approach, and he didn't try to be nice and placating like a lot of surgeons. It's not for everyone that type of attitude, but it made me trust him because I respect those qualities in a doctor. When I looked at myself immediately after surgery I got what I wanted I just prayed it wouldn't shrink. I trusted my doctor, and I am happy i did. Salama did his thing, and now it's up to my body to not absorb the new fat. Overall, I am happy with my experience and results. His whole team and massage experts were wonderful :)

Terrible costumer service !!!! I have to cancel my surgery because of that! First of all , their employe barely speak any english , I had have a hard time to understand what they was saying to me on the phone. I also was trying to talk to them via text ( email) they would spell words wrong+awful grammar , and they are never ever would be helpful to me , they never even texted me a simple standard phrases like “ Hi, how are you “, “ Hope you are having a great day “, “Bye “ or anything like that !!! I asked so many simple questions multiple times about their locations , preop details ect - Guess what ? I never got the answer . I know , their 10% deposit is non-refundable , BUT I want to cancel my surgery with them not because I want to , because I can not trust them anymore , I don’t like their customer service ! I have to text/ call them first , make sure everything is right - dealing with them cased me so much stress and I feel like i even have a fear right now with plastic surgeries. By the way they charged me more than 10% for the deposit for some reason, and never explained why .I never ever will recommend this place to my friends or family ! Be careful about them , if front desk and other employees does not know how to make happy their customers and keep them calm what to expect from the doctor !??? I even asked to talk to a manager and never got the respond . Anti-friendly place ! If there is any chance that manager or a doctor will read this review - please contact me, and I hope now you know the truth how I was treated like a costumer! ( I have screen shots of the conversations).

Great experience with Elite Plastic Surgery! Dr Salama is amazing. He is very professional and upfront with his clients. He has great bedside manner and all around made me feel very comfortable and calm about my surgery. His reputation and experience is what what made me choose him for my BBL, and I was not disappointed. His staff is so nice and answered any questions I had. Wally is the sweetest person and a great massage therapist. She talked to me the whole massage which really helped take my mind off the discomfort. Nicole, Jensenia, and Zuny were very responsive and helped me set up my surgery date and consultation via email. They answered any questions I had before I arrived for my pre op appointment. Nomi really cares about her patients well being and makes sure whoever you bring to take care of you knows what to do. She is blunt and direct like Dr Salama and will make sure that you are following pre and post op instructions. All around I would highly recommend Elite Plastic Surgery.

#BUTTGOD! BEST EVER! If you're considering Dr. Salama for a bbl, just do it! Artistically gifted plastic surgeon. Really knows how to make nice butts! I think his ig/websites don't do his real work justice. I flew in from Toronto to get my bbl done by him (June 12/17) and all the other girls I saw in the clinic that had had bbls done by him looked amazing! I love my results so far. His entire staff is beyond accommodating, loving and kind. All his nurses, staff and himself give you a comforting relaxed feel that you'll be so well taken care. Great experience overall. I am a registered nurse who recently (11 days ago) had a liposuction and BBL procedure at Elite Plastic Surgery Miami. I am still recovering, so I cannot give an objective opinion on the results of the procedure yet; however, I must speak about the excellent service I received from the office staff. Everyone working at Elite Plastic Surgery Miami office should be made the Poster Children of Customer Service! The service they provided was so outstanding that I give the entire crew a grade of A+! They were all very attentive and professional and answered all of my questions, no matter how many questions I had. In addition, the staff was always welcoming, and was concerned about my comfort and well-being even while I was waiting to be seen by the doctor or by the massage therapist; I was always offered something to drink each time I made an office visit. My experience with Dr. Salama's office staff was truly wonderful, which is very refreshing, compared to the horrible customer service I have received from people at other business entities. They are truly an amazing bunch of workers who consistently portray the epitome of professionalism! Although I did not get to spend much time with Dr. Salama prior to and immediately after the surgical procedure, I must say that what little time I spent with him was worth my while. Entire staff were very nice and helpful during my entire experience. They kept me updated and informed during my journey; which was about a year long. I live out of state. They made everything as easy as possible through email and phone correspondence. when I met Dr. Salama he explained all complications to me and explained to me the methods he used to prevent those complications; which I really liked and appreciated. He explained what he could safely do to my body type to achieve optimal results. The OR nurse and CRNA had a great bedside manner.
