I must say that I am so excited with my new bod. I can't get over the changes. All I do is look for new things I couldn't wear before or that I would just not buy. I have 5 fabulous new bathing suits, dresses, etc... Must say that Dolls is definitely the place to go. Great price and the staff was fabulous. Dr. Masri was my doctor and kudos to him. The staff was very caring and definitely stayed in touch all the time. Will post pic later.

Be AWARE! This place will take your deposit and find a reason not to refund it, even if it's their fault and not yours. I sent in pictures, had consultation, then gave my $1000 deposit. Had a surgery date supposedly scheduled however once I was at my PCP for clearance, I was told I had no surgery date scheduled and verification was even proven because I had no confirmation email from them. I then set a date up and to my surprise received a phone call that I was no longer a candidate and they couldn't schedule me. I asked for my $1000 deposit back and they refused. They tried to say I canceled and forfeited my deposit. Remind you...they couldn't provide me a confirmation email stating I EVER had a surgery date scheduled. I asked several times for my money to be returned and they constantly refuse to give it back. I then contacted my bank to dispute the charge and my bank said the time had lapsed and it couldn't be disputed however somehow Dolls Plastic Surgery tells me, "since you tried to charge this back, you won't get your deposit back now" so they made it seem like they were going to but now they aren't, like it's revenge or something. I don't know about you, but I work a lil too hard for my money not to want it back especially for services I didn't get.... UPDATE: YES, my name is in your system. Last name is my married name of Chowdory. Now what??

I am 5 weeks post op and I am so happy with my results. I had my surgery with dr Harry and he answered all my questions and concerns and listens to my goals. The staff is friendly and they always helped me when it came to answering my questions. The day of my surgery I was shaking and super nervous and the surgical staff along with dr Harry we’re so friendly and made me so comfortable! I highly recommend them! ❤️

My experience with dolls was pleasant … My sales coordinator was Claudia and she always was available to answer my questions. Tany was my surgical coordinator and was on top of everything making sure I was cleared for surgery. She was extremely responsive as well. I was nervous the morning of surgery but Dr Berman put me at ease. Something about meeting him made me feel like I was in good hands. The preop and post op team was pleasant and speedy. I 100% would recommend dolls

Dolls Plastic Surgery is simply amazing! The customer service was exceptional throughout my entire process. Everyone there was beautiful and friendly! Again, the staff at Dolls made the process very smooth and easy. Dr. Harry did my surgery 11/16 and I am now obsessed with my body. He did such a good job on me. His bedside manners A+, professionalism A+, listened to me and gave realist and honest feedback on what could and could not be done. He was gentle from the moment I met him until the anesthesiologist put me under. By the way I do not remember the anesthesiologist name but he was super upbeat, knowledgeable, explained everything to me and funny. Dr. Harry and the staff checked on me when I woke up after surgery. (Which spoke volume to me) :) Thank you Dolls Plastic Surgery and Dr. Harry for taking great care of me.

I'm only giving 2 stars only based on the surgical team, the Dr, and the massage therapists being phenomenal and great at giving me what I wanted (I'm still recovering at this moment). They were great, on it, and everything was smooth once I got to their surgical building. In regards to the coordinators and them keeping you up to date and their pre-op building, they were absolutely terrible and they deserve 0 stars. Everyone raves about how great coordinator Mindy was, however in my experience she was poor at being attentive and communication and wish I had a great experience as well. Once I paid my surgery in full, she basically went MIA & it was like pulling tooth and nail to get a response from her. I would email, call, and text, and it would take literal weeks for her to give me a half answer to any question I had, and an answer that honestly didn't make a lot of sense (their responses have a lot of errors so you have to filter what they're trying to say). It was frustrating because numerous occasions they would give you mixed answers, and if you ever spoke to them on the phone they act like you personally offended them with your questions and they would have a chimp on their shoulder and not want to help you. I never got to meet Mindy in person and ask her why she acted the way she did, because when it came to pre-op, she refused to see me and someone else had to assist me to sign my paperwork 4 HOURS LATER (I know this because I'm Hispanic however I look Caucasian and all other patients in the waiting room were African American, so the girls up front would comfortably speak in Spanish thinking we couldn't understand them, and they would make their side comments on the patients in the waiting room looking "trashy", & they would giggle with each other, which is truly disrespectful since we're all the reason you have a job here). Maria the surgical coordinator (not the massage therapist) was absolutely terrible, that woman would lose her head if it wasn't attached to her body. She's lost my medical clearance SO many times, and would always ask me to resend it. I sent my medical clearance 16 days before surgery, and I've contacted her more than 8 times to confirm if I'm cleared, and 7 days before my surgery (4 days until I fly out there) she finally contacted me back and said I had a infection and couldn't have the surgery. I called and called and called, leaving messages and emailing non stop to see where on the report it said I had an infection. Of course I could never get a hold of her and Mindy had to be the in between of us, and Mindy always had an attitude because she didn't want to be in the middle between Maria and I even though she was my coordinator. Finally after basically tormenting the front office for 3 days, I got ahold of Mindy, Maria, AND the lab tech, and was put on speaker phone and basically had to tell them all how to do their job and how to read my medical clearance and break it down to them, because I never had an infection and it said I was cleared for surgery. After my conversation with them, I was magically cleared the next day and didn't have an infection after all. While at pre-op, a lot of the other girls had the same problem with Maria, where Maria supposedly never got their forms even though she told their medical offices she got them, or she didn't clear them for surgery and the girls couldn't get ahold of her for more details. A lot of the girls/patients were open and expressed how they all had really bad experiences there too with their coordinators, but usually people don't like writing reviews since it takes time and/or it gets you upset all over again. Once I was done, I emailed Mindy since I was told I could get my before and after pictures, but of course, I still haven't heard back from her and it's been two weeks. I'm back in my home state, and never received a follow up with my coordinator to see how I was doing or if everything went well. This place has SO much potential, but with such terrible customer service and disorganization, you'll lose future clientele.

I did Lipo 360 + Fat Transfer with Dr. Berman. While getting prepared and cleared for surgery is a journey that takes time, once the Day arrives the experience is so pleasant. Dr. Berman did an amazing job on me and surgery was free of complications. Dolls is located in a beautiful area and recovery is soothing , getting to take walks on the beach. The Dolls Plastic Surgery has a strong family and team of ladies working to keep all ladies on the right track leading up to the moment of surgery. Amazing OR staff. So comforting! Amazing anesthesiologist! And amazing Pre-Op team ???? Thank you Dolls for changing my body... AND MY LIFE

My bbl at dolls plastic surgery has been my 5th plastic surgery. I flew in from Boston just to come to this office and it was worth every penny. the owners, staff, surgeons, massage therapists and nurses are all extremely professional and kind. They truly care about you and it shows.

I would like to start by saying that my results are overall good I will be 6 months Post Op on January 2nd. Now to the customer service, it was excellent with constant communication until my surgery was paid for, when I made it there the front desk ladies were very short and not very friendly. My surgery was 1st of the day so there was no wait, however I was wheeled out the back door in like an alley still out of it, I don't even remember getting into the car. I never received a follow up with Doctor, I called several times to schedule one. I developed a seroma and notified my MA and they never checked on me even though I informed them that I was admitted to the hospital. My stomach was flat before the seroma however now it is hanging low no matter how much I compress. I will be getting a TT but not here...ever. If you all are going to accept out of state patients, check on them. I could have died and Dolls would have never cared. When I was admitted to the hospital I was told that my hemoglobin was at a 6, when I went in for surgery I was at a 12 so I lost half of my blood and they never checked on me. My doctor was not in the office on the day of my post on appointment although I did get 2 massages that day and was completely out of it still. Do not go here if you don't care about being cared for after the surgery. I don't have any instructions, I had to learn everything on my own from surgery groups.

I wish I lived close by so I could finish my massages with her. I can honestly say I think she went above and beyond. Thank you Maria for making my BBL journey a good one.

Up until my surgery everything was smooth. The level of communication from the practice was 10/10. Once I had surgery, everything legit went downhill. I needed up being admitted to the hospital the day after sx, requiring an emergency blood transfusion. Myself as well as my family tried several times to notify Dolls and Dr. Harry, there was NO on call nurse, NP or MD! After that issue was resolved, I returned home and my hemoglobin began to drop AGAIN!! Notified Dolls and was to find a doctor where I live to handle the issue, even though I’m technically under their care for 6 weeks after sx! I definitely felt like this was a case of negligence!! When it’s time got money they will contact you in 0.2 seconds, but when it comes to your health they will drop the ball! I will NOT be going to Dolls ever again!

I would like to say thanks to Dr. Keith Berman for getting my curves right and being such a easy doctor to talk too, THANKS AGAIN DR. BERMAN!!! Heads up: for those of you recovering in a hotel or Airbnb make sure you have the proper blood proof coverings in your vehicle because when I was released after surgery blood was dripping all over the ground. This will save you from cleaning up a big mess. Peace!!!

I had a great experience with Dolls! I’d been looking for a surgeon for two years and, as a nurse, I had a very strict list of things that were non-negotiable for me. They hit all those marks! I was always able to get in contact with my coordinator, my doctor was board certified with years of experience and they had an anesthesiologist who routinely worked with them. Dr. Masri and his team helped me achieve the results I was looking for, would definitely recommend!

My Doctor was Keith Berman I had a BBL & Lipo 360 Surgery and I must say my experience was pretty pleasant. Surgery and my recovery went very smoothly and I thank God for that. And I love my results I'm 4 weeks Post-op now and the swelling is pretty much going away But overall I give Dolls Plastic Surgery 5 stars. I am 10 days post op ( lipo 360) and I love my results . Dr.Berman was very nice and explained everything I needed to know . The anesthesiologist was also very nice and comforting. The only thing I would say is the staff outside of the operation room should be more attentive before the patient gets there . They didn’t explain anything about any massages , extra garments , cell saver , etc . I had to do my own research . Other than that I will definitely recommend this place . Absolutely the best place to have your Lipo 360 & Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. Being this is my first time ever having cosmetic surgery I can tell you first hand it is not an easy process. The staff at Dolls Plastic Surgery has been very patient and understanding to all of my needs and concerns during the booking process. I was able to book one of the top BBL doctors in Miami with my wonderful coordinator Adlin. She has been with me every step of the way. BEWARE, I was scheduled with Dr Masri for a MMO. I sent in my $500 deposit and was set for a date. 2 weeks before surgery I was told I needed to send in 80% of my balance because they could not accept the full $8000 the day of surgery. Before sending in the $1000 I spoke verbally to the finance department and was told IF ANYTHING CHANGED MY $1000 would be refunded, it’s the $500 deposit that’s none refundable. So I sent it in and that’s when the communication went downhill, I was told a week before surgery by Mindy my coordinator that Masri changed his BMI requirements, mind you she has my number and NEVER informed me of any changes so because he changed them I would have to reschedule! I had already paid for flights and Airbnb so I didn’t want to reschedule. Found a different doctor at a different place and was able to have my surgery! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY $1000 REFUND BACK SINCE JULY! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL TELL YOU ONE THING OVER THE PHONE AND MAKE IT SEEM A DIFFERENT WAY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT NOT SEND IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN A DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOU THROUGH HELL EVENTHOUGH THEY SAY ITS REFUNDABLE IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR SURGERY. I’m still fighting this matter and will be reporting this place to the bbb!!

My experience with this place was awesome. Preop was smooth, surgery day was easy as well. I wasn't left waiting on the doctor all day like some places. Dr Harry was my doctor and our before surgery meeting was very detailed and he listened to my issues asked questions for clarification and went over the surgical plan in depth with me. I love the anesthesiologist as well. He was engaging and answered all of my questions. After I woke up in recovery they went over and beyond to comfort me not like some places that throw patients out the backdoor they made sure I was secured in my vehicle. The postop department has even been checking on me and has exceeded my expectations as well. This is the only place I plan on having surgery at in the future.

I recently had a Lipo BBL done on 5/14/20 and Dr. Kreegal was my surgeon. The nurse and coordinators were there for me from start to finish. Even before my surgery they gave their cell numbers to be reached if you had any concerns or questions and booyyyy did I have a lot. They didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them at all. The pre op experience was good and I recommend writing down all your questions cause when the doctor say in front of me my mind went blank and I had so many..lol..After surgery was amazing as well and the customer service is exceptional!! Thank you to all of the girls at Dolls Plastic Surgery and Dr. Kreegal. If I ever decide to do another procedure I wouldn’t go anywhere else!’ I’m so excited to see the final results in a couple months!!!!

Three of my family members including myself made a deposit of $500 each for surgery. This was back in January with a scheduled date for July. Ever since we made the deposits, we have not heard from Dolls. I have been calling them for months and finally got someone on the phone after I told them that my family is no longer comfortable with having them perform the procedure. If this is the behavior what if something goes wrong? After speaking with a representative about the the issue, I asked to speak with a supervisor and I am still waiting...apparently I will not be able to get the $1500 back due to their negligence. I would not recommend not even my enemies to Dolls.

Greetings... to all viewers! I decided long and hard before writing a review. I went to view the reviews at Dolls just to make sure that it was not just me. The process was rocky to say the least, you ONLY get to see the doctor before your procedure, its about 15 minutes. Dr. Berman was pleasant, but I think overall the experience at Dolls is a BOTCH job and you know what's even more sad... I think its the norm. Especially in Florida. Lets face it... they have cheaper rates than most places. That's why everybody is traveling to Florida. What I disliked mostly was the unprofessional staff. The staff is rude. This place is a hit or miss. PERIODT. Either you are going to love it or your not

This place is very unprofessional. The doctors overbooked and staff needs to trained to give professional feedback when being asked questions. My niece is here from out of town her appointment was at 930 it is now 1201 and still waiting on the doctors. They have not issued her medication to be filled and she's just sitting waiting. This should be a calm, relaxed environment to have procedures like this done. I suggest you go to Sono Bello where I did. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZING!!!!

I had a wonderful experience. My coordinator, Abbie, was extremely helpful, reliable, and a real sweet-heart. Real genuine and the communication was excellent. All the staff have been really patient and helpful, from the labs to financing. I had a Lipo 360 + BBL by Dr. Berman, he did exactly what I wanted and gave me an amazing shape and body. I was in pain when I woke up but the nurses were all really nice and supportive, accommodating and sweet. I went to my post-op today and, and Maria, who did my lymphatic massage did an amazing job. I had an excellent experience with Dolls! Thank you to all the team for your amazing work!

1. During my pre-op appointment, I was given a surgery time of 1:30PM. I then received a call at 6:10PM on Monday 11/23 from Nicole (light skin brunette, acne on cheeks) telling me that my surgery time was moved up to 11:30AM. I was informed to not be late. On Tuesday, I showed up at 11:30AM & proceeded to wait 2 hours upon which I inquired with one of the front desk receptionists about why I was not being taken care of. She told me I was early because my surgery time is 1:30PM. The doctor that I chose required me to hire a nurse so I needed to be in communication with my nurse about timing so she can also coordinate her schedule as she had other clients. It was extremely unprofessional to not communicate to me any changes happening regarding my surgery time. I incurred a financial expense of paying for a nurse who was waiting for me to leave surgery at 2PM when I did not go under anesthesia until after 4PM. My nurse is refusing to refund me even though I did not utilize her services for 6 HRS due to your facility's negligence. I should not be held financially liable for this mix up. During my pre-op, I was also told the surgery will take approximately 3 hours. I used this information to coordinate my schedule for my nurse who was contracted to escort me from the facility after my surgery ended. If I was told during my pre-op that surgery time is 3 hours, however, I would have to take a pregnancy test, & wait while multiple diagnostic tests were completed, I would not have misinformed my nurse. There needs to be re-training that happens so that first time surgery patients are made aware of the facility's proceedings. 2. I showed up to the facility on Tuesday at 11:30AM & did not go under anesthesia until 4PM. Due to the fact that I did not eat or drink anything, my total fast time was 22 HRS. This is also something that I should've been made privy to. I could've passed out at that office if I went much longer with no food/drink. I've never in life gone one full day without food. So this was very traumatic and the facility should've trained the staff to notify patients of this being a potential thing that happens. Had I been made aware of the facility's proceedings, I would've been able to manage my expectations and I would not be writing in dissent to you right now. 3. After my surgery was complete, the nurse wheeled me outside & I was sitting on my bottom for 30-45 minutes as we waited for my nurse to show up. I was in extreme pain and was given 2 Tylenol pills. This experience was egregious & completely unacceptable. I should not have been sitting on my bottom for that amount of time, especially given the nature of the surgery I received. To make matters worse, my prescriptions were given to my best friend (who accompanied me the entire time) at 7:30PM after I was released from the facility. I'm not sure what the facility's operating procedures are, but I would suggest handing the prescriptions off to the patient's accomplice before the surgery starts. I was in severe pain for hours until my prescriptions were filled (@9:10PM). My best friend was not contacted at all in regards to picking me up by the facility even though I submitted both my best friend and Nurse's contact information on my forms. The worker that wheeled me outside after my surgery expressed visible & verbal impatience at the fact that my nurse was not magically outside waiting for me. Given the disorganization that the facility displayed, I was shocked and appalled to witness such behavior. The communication between my nurse and the facility could've been optimized in more ways than one. My newly operated on derrière had to pay the price of this miscommunication as I sat on my bottom for a prolonged period of time even though I was instructed by workers of your facility that I should not be sitting on my bottom.

My whole process has been quick and easy. I told Dr. Harry to go big or go home lol. He delivered. My first few hours were awful cause of the back pain. I have 4 kids so it reminded me of back labor. My new babies will be a year old in a couple days. Let me start off by saying my experience with Dolls was a breeze. I wanted my surgery as soon as possible and my consultant made sure she did just that, safely. Once my nurse at DPS got my lab results, she immediately called to let know I needed to do xy and z in order to have the surgery done. I appreciated how adamant they were about health precautions. pretty much, I had to take iron pills for two weeks to increase my blood levels. My doctor made it very clear that if I was not at that number or better the day of pre-op I wouldn’t be getting surgery. Now I must say, I did do a lot of waiting around the day before surgery and the day of, but no big deal because I didn’t feel rushed or brushed to the side. The place was beautiful and clean. Now I’ve been to other offices, in Florida & Dolls is top tier. Very pretty, organized and clean, down to the staff. Everyone was nice, professional and attentive... from the front desk to assistants. If I choose to get any surgery in the future I am only going to dolls. My breast augmentation experience was amazing!!!!

I had an amazing coordination abbie who not only answered and responded fast but was also responsive with me even post procedure with any issue I had. Dr Harry was amazing I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. My only bad experience was when I had woken up from the surgery I was in so much pain and the nurse removed my IV. Instead of giving me any pain meds. I woke up on my side and I thought I was going to die. The nurse was far away and I didn't feel like she was compassionate. When I saw another nurse and asked for a blanket she closed the curtains and walked away. I also had an issue when I ran into some complications it took a few days before I could speak to the Dr and they Def need an on call Dr or someone incase of situations like this.Im currently waiting for my results to fluff. I had a BBL. Wish I got my prescription the day before surgery or even 1 or 2 pills of pain meds post surgery. I was in so much pain. Took a whole day to get my meds from pharmacy it was a disaster.

When I talk to my advisor I was told my surgery was 4500 and 500 was for the kit that paid for the massages, faja and bbl pillow when I arrived at pre-op I was told I had to pay 142 for w faja the day after surgery going to post-op thinking that I’m going for a massage i was told It wasn’t included so again I had to pay $415 for a faja, bbl pillow and two massages I would have rather been told up front the total smh what if I wasn’t prepared to pay $500 dollars what would I have done?!

Dr. Harry deserves 5 stars. Wonderful and very talented doctor. Was very patient explaining everything and listened to all of my concerns. Very happy with my results. His staff was also very nice from the intake nurse to the anesthesiologist. Only issue I had was with the very rude nurse that I had once I woke up from my surgery. Had a very bad attitude and seemed frustrated when I woke up. Wouldn’t help me and talked down to me. If you don’t like your job go into another profession. We pay for these services and health care workers should be more professional. Also didn’t like that my pain meds were given to my caregiver after my procedure and I spent 4 hours in agony until she was able to pick it up from pharmacy.

The doctor was great bt the attitudes of the staff.. I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone here.. They are money hungry and don’t try to work with you at all on anything. I purchased an extra Faja for $140 and I did not receive it. I informed the nurse the day of my operation that I would not be coming back there for my postop visit and to have my bag prepared for me after surgery. When I noticed I did not have the extra faja. I called and asked if it could be sent to me via mail. I was put on a 45 minute hold just for the nurse to come back and tell me that they cannot refund the money for the faja.. nor are they willing to send it to me via mail. The only option that I would have to get what I paid for is to drive 3 1/2 hours back to Miami when I live in Orlando Florida. The entire experience was stressful. My surgery was scheduled for December 3 I did not receive my surgery until December 6. The office staff has bad energy and attitudes and the environment was uncomfortable. Dr. Harry was the only pleasant person along this journey.. And he did a great job.

I’m not exactly sure who they have that supposedly make the call backs but they really need to fine tune the functionality of client/business communication. They reach out once , you fill out the asked information , then they “ claim” to have tried to call you when in fact they have not . I call anyway after their “alleged” attempt to contact me and tell me they will have someone call me back . With all due respect , a busy business is a good business , thus meaning the most important part of a SUCCESSFUL business being in proper communication with both potential clientele and clients . For the consumer to have to publicly reach out to one of your actual surgeons in your establishment for lack of clarity in services that you provide is simply just sloppy and a sheer embarrassment to your practice in itself ... and also a slap in the face to the client . I wanted to truly like dolls but unfortunately it all seems scammy considering the lack of how you barely handle intake of new clients and please this is not about popularity and I’m SURE you can afford to hire adequate office staff . UPDATE: Responding to owner. I emailed the owner after she said she can help me with my situation and have not received a response. All the bad reviews about this company is absolutely true ! I was hospitalized after leaving this establishment and the owner failed to reach out to me ! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I hope people take this review into consideration because it is the absolute truth. I went to go get 360 liposuction with Dr. Harry a month ago. I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to have a small waist. However, after my procedure was completed I loss so much blood I ended up in the Emergency Room. My blood count started at a 14 and ended up at a 7 and I had an extremely high heart rate. I had to get blood transfusions because I couldn't walk long without fainting I was so weak. So after almost losing my life I was discharged from the hospital and developed a super large seroma on my pubic area. I wear my garments consistently and I have been getting expensive lymphatic massages and the seroma have slightly went down but it is still there. I know we all want the cheaper price but go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.

I’m extremely satisfied with my results. I received a breast augmentation about 3 weeks ago. My coordinator was Sofia and she was very nice and communicated very well while preparing for surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Berman and he was nice and made me feel comfortable during my pre op appointment. I did have to wait 4 hours during the pre op process but the day before they send you a text informing that you could be there a while. When I came on surgery day I waited probably 30 min to go to the back and from then on everyone I came in contact with down to surgical assistant was very friendly. To be honest the reviews on google did frighten me but because I knew someone who went here I decided to trust the process and I am definitely satisfied. I feel like a whole new woman ! The only thing I would say bad about this process is post op. I called trying to get after care instructions and whoever I spoke to was very rude. I would however recommend Dolls to anyone in need of surgery !

so amazing! i went to dr harry and he is super duper nice. he is a super safe doctor so i highly recommend him. all the OR staff are amazing too and genuinely seem to love what they do. i expected to feel a decline in health after surgery which is normal but i actually felt healthier and more energetic coming out compared to how i was before i went in.. i didn’t even need to take pain killers after either! soo crazy! idk what they did but whatever it was, i am so grateful. everything with dolls went smooth for me even as a patient from another country. my coordinator is melissa and she is the best! always a text away and even goes out of her way to get back to me during out of office hours in her own time.. bless her soul! she was on top of everything and there was no hiccups at all with her my whole journey. she still checks up on me after surgery and that just goes to show how much the staff here really care about patients. i hear about a lot places lacking on the customers service after receiving ur money and dolls is def not one of these places. thank u so much everyone at dolls i love u! i would def get surgery here again! ????

My massage therapist Maria, who worked on my lymphatic/drainage massages was so amazing. She was so great and took very good care of me, I definitely recommend if you get surgery with any of these doctors that you see Maria and only Maria. I stayed 7 days post surgery, by the time I flew home my body looked smooth and had no more fluid. I am healing incredibly fast and loving my results. I suggest you book your lymphatic massages with Maria once you know your surgery date. She books fast ladies and gentlemen, reason being is she's very great at what she does. Best of luck everyone.

Pre op went smoothly took about 2 hours meet with Dr. Berman the day before to make sure I was getting my correct implants that I wanted. I went to Maria for my massages and I definitely would recommend anyone to go to her and only her! She was very friendly, informative, and gentle leaving me with great results! She was very attentive. My experience at dolls was easy and worry free, although one thing I disliked was that they don’t call your companions while you’re in surgery to get you pain meds, they wait until you are up and ready to go to hand them the prescription. This can be a issue if the pharmacy might have a long wait time to fill it. I had to wait almost 30-45 min after my surgery and it was painful. Other than that I would recommend!

PLEASE BEWARE - Please make sure you are able to have surgery before scheduling your procedure. I paid a deposit of $500 and I am unable to have the procedure and asked if my money could be transferred to my daughter's surgery date or refunded back to me and they declined both. I am very unhappy with a facility that seems to be making a substantial amount of money, but are unwilling to refund back my deposit that I will never be able to use. They are still scheduling people and my date was given to another person in which I am sure they will make that money and more. It is unacceptable and horrible customer service especially considering we are in a recession and no one can afford to take a loss of their money. I wish your facility the best, but I will never refer anyone that I know to your facility.

Communication from post surgery it’s awful they never respond. I have emailed several times and called and left messages since no response it’s been several weeks. I have even developed fibrosis and suffered from lipo burn and wanted advice on recommendations for care. Once they get your money and perform the procedure your a non factor to them your left to figure it out on your own. Very disappointed at the beginning they make you feel well taken care of but after your last post op massage they ignore you!

Everything was great right up until surgery day , I was asked to come in at 7 in the morning after fasting since the night prior and was put in a room for three hours freezing. By the time Dr Harry was ready it was almost 20 hours with no food . Although I like my results these things can be very well avoided . When I asked why is he taking so long no one had a direct answer so I was told that he comes in whenever he wants . Please be more professional when it concerns post op the front desk ladies seem as though they don’t know what’s going on and are not welcoming at all. Have some consideration for the patient . LOVING my results! Mostly everybody at Dolls is very attentive and caring and nice. Nicole that does the massages is AMAZING at what she does and i highly recommend her. The only complaint i have that turned me off was Karla in financing she was rude and demanding because i wanted to finish filling out the pre-op paperwork first before paying my balance but no she demanded i pay it immediately. i don’t understand what’s the difference. My sister and I wanted do a tummy tuck. We decided my sister would go first and after she heals then it would be my turn. Our co-ordinator Eve was wonderful, so my sister booked a Tummy Tuck in April 2020 for surgery in Feb. 2021. I have to tell you that since the New Year we cannot get a hold of Eve. No one at the office is helpful. We have left numerous messages for Eve and anyone that can talk to us asking questions about the surgery. My sister was thinking of adding breast implant to her Tummy Tuck but no one in the past week has gotten back to us. When we call I feel we are getting blown off. One coordinator Mindy said someone will call us back in 24 hours but no one has called. This is making me very nervous. I'm becoming quite concerned for my sisters well being as this is such a poor reaction to her basic inquiries.

From the start I received nothing but great customer service. The staff at the pre op building as well as the surgical center were very nice and made my experience pleasurable. Dr Berman gave me exactly what I asked for and once I was awake from surgery I didn’t feel rushed out of the recovery room. They made sure I was alert and comfortable. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU DROP YOUR DEPOSIT! Ladies I traveled all the way from California just to get there and undercover find out they overbooked appts AND couldn’t see me. My surgery was suppose to be on a Monday so I did pre op Saturday I did a drug and urine pregnancy test both passed with flying colors , Come Monday they gave me a drug test and after me waiting in the back undressed and waiting to speak to DR Harry a lady come in and says the anesthesiologist says your pregnancy test came back positive which I knew was a lie As well as the blood test that I demanded (knowing there was no way I was pregnant), which they made me pay for. The same pregnancy test that came back negative 72 hours before, and the same pregnancy test that came back twice negatively at another facility 24 hours later (that I had to find after they told me they couldn’t see me). Please note this was on surgery day, 7 girls scheduled when there should have only been 4, I saw the charts. For hours I asked to see proof of this test in which the attendant kept saying I called down as a courtesy for you we don’t have it here in writing yet aren’t you ready to go. You can get it later. AND to THIS DAY they have never let me see it, still tell me they are going to email it... ALL this because they overbooked and they want to still keep your money by having people forfeit their deposits mind you they make you pay in full before you come to surgery. Luckily I found another dr who rearranged their schedule and fit me in the next day. He was such and upgrade (Dr Nees) I’m still fighting using all my paperwork to get my money back from this facility. But this experience was horrific! Their work may look great.. if you can even get it done... Save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere! Not to mention I seen two other girls get canceled the same day if he was overbooked and or running behind they should have just said that.

I was told to be here for an appointment at a certain time and waited over an hour to be seen . I had massages booked and when I arrived they told me I couldn’t get it because they were double booked. I had a bbl done on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and I have yet to see the doctor that did my surgery to ask certain questions about the work that was done on me. When it comes to putting on your faja or any of the padding needed to help with the shaping of the body there’s nothing that shows you how to properly wear it and they act like you should already know how to use and wear it. Also there’s very few people here that speaks English. I got a bbl done 4 months ago, i came off the table with nothing done like i asked, i asked to talk to the doctor and never heard from him (berman) its like once they take ur money your just a number. All I wanted was my hip dips filled i have pictures day after surgery not one dip was filled i gave it time and no fat even out. I saved for years my hard earned money, & it feels like it went down the drain. I do not recommend i tried to ask for revision and they tired to blame me for taking my faja off for one day, i came off the table looking like that. Ever since that i never too it off, STILL wear it along with waist trainer and NOTHING. No one answer me or call me. TERRIBLE service once u give your money up.

I have been researching Dr. Harry since the beginning of 2020 when he was at another clinic. He then went to dolls and when I was ready I contacted dolls clinic I originally spoke to Stephanie and she was my coordinator. I had tried to get a hold of her to send my deposit but I assumed because it was around Thanksgiving time that she was on vacation but after about almost 2 weeks of not being able to get a hold of her I called the front office and that’s when they told me that I had a different coordinator and her name is Melissa and she would be contacting me. And let me tell you it was The best thing that ever happened to me, Melissa has been so attentive, sweet, caring, extremely patient throughout this whole process with me. She has gone above and beyond and has exceeded my expectations. I am scheduled to have surgery with Dr. Harry for a BBL plus Lipo 360 and arm lipo on January 28, 2021 I can’t wait to meet Dr. Harry and Melissa. I will definitely have a small gift for both of them because they truly deserve it. Thank you Melissa for everything!!!

I give. The process is to submit an application with pictures that they call the consultation and then a coordinator should call in 2 days to finalize everything and schedule. I've submitted this "consultation" 3 times and while the gals who work the phones tell me they got it, no one can say why I haven't been assigned a coordinator. I thought it odd, among many things, to require essentially naked pictures before being able to ask any questions, but I thought c'est la vie. Yet still, it seems my "consultation" just went into a pit of disorganization. Bottom line, the doctors obviously do great work and it sounds like the new coordinators aren't bad either. But if people can't establish care due to poor business management, it pulls down the whole business and reflects poorly on the good doctors we came here for. Most of the bad reviews are problems of this type. They should start taking note of them. It would pay off for them to invest in professional office management and update their new client process.

After dolls got ur deposit u couldn’t hear from them it was a run around, with getting in contact with any one at they facility. To top it off they throw my retainers(very expensive) in the trash and act like they give them to the man who did my anesthesia I give them to him he didn’t even want to address the issue. They give me so much anesthesia to begin with and they had a hard time woking me up I was so cold they just throw me outta of the facility. I had natural lipo bbl with dr Harry. My coridnator was Melissa. Dr Harry gave me great input. On my surgery and my results look great. He even fixed some things on my stomach from my previous lipo. Melissa is GREAT ... like awesome. I had her personal number. I’ll call her anytime and she answered all my questions. Guided me in what she thought would be best for me from day one. And I gave her such a hard time. I would do it all over again. They are so professional. I’ve had surgery 5 times and have not met any office as professional as dolls. I give them 5 stars and I will refer them to anyone and everyone.

Don’t trust the recovery homes they steal your cards that you paid for the surgery with so that they can charge you an extra $500 to reschedule your surgery for not having the cards you paid with for the surgery not to mention extra days you would have to stay at the recovery home from not getting your surgery when you were scheduled to. You’ll end up having to pay about 2k more than you intended. These people are so money hungry that they are taking advantage of these girls and it’s sick! Also the so called “nurses” need to have their degrees on the walls of the recovery home cause no one believes they are actually nurses.

This my Third operation and I wish I have found Dolls Plastic Surgery years ago when I first started my surgery journey! They were very professional answer all my calls from the time I signed my contract to the day of my surgery. The office was clean and nice. My Doctor was Dr.Masri He was wonderful couldn’t had pick a better doctor and he snatched my waist and definitely understand my assignment. I had a Lipo 360 done with Dr. Berman 2 weeks ago. The whole process went so smooth from the moment i had my first consultation with my coordinator Melissa. She answered all my questions and had me stress free throughout the whole process. When I arrived, the doctor was very nice and put my mind at ease and the surgery went very smooth. My recovery has gone by so smooth til this very moment. I am so excited about my results. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The facility is so clean and organized. The doctors are good but everything else is trash. I was given a surgery time of 8 and didn’t go back till 1 because of them overbooking everyone, nobody ever knows anything and when you need something they don’t answer the phone or call you back. The front desk people are unprofessional, have attitudes and act like they don’t want to do any work and the facility is dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else that will treat you better and will know what they’re actually doing!

My experience with dolls has been perfect from the first day I gave my deposit. Communication was immaculate and they always kept me on my toes when it came to getting my documentation to them. My surgery was 2/16/21 with Doctor Berman he’s very nice and sweet he walked me through the procedure process because I have never had surgery before and going under the knife had me super nervous ???? but once I arrived at the office I felt really secured and safe. The staff were EXCELLENT I’m so excited I choose Dolls plastic surgery I will definitely recommend to another Doll To make her dream come true I can see my curves through the faja I look freaking marvelous. I love dolls plastic surgery and would recommend this place to anyone. They make sure your health is in 100% condition and thats what i love the most about them . You will not be cleared for surgery if theres anything wrong minor or major to ensure safety. My coordinator is 100% the best Roxana she was very helpful through the whole entire process she even is available after hours answers all questions honestly and transparent . I haven't met dr. Berman yet but i will leave another review after pre-op / surgery & post op also :)

My surgery was done in Sept I got Lipo 360... unfortunately I am not satisfied with my results. My back still have rolls and my waistline isn’t snatched, to be honest I don’t even believe my sides were even touched!! I’m so unhappy I reach out a couple of times and no one called me back, I even sent a email of my pictures stating I wasn’t happy, still no reply and it’s been over a month. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place once they get your money you will never hear from them again. Not to mention my friend got Lipo with me here on the same day with the same doctor at Dolls and her results are not good!! We both wasted our money.

I just got my surgery done by Dr Berman & he did an amazing job! I love my results . My surgery came very quickly . & I’m healing very quickly . The only thing I don’t like is that a few of the front desk ladies were a bit unfriendly . Especially Claudia , Claudia has a very dismissive & bad attitude.. very non chalant when she speaks to you as well.. she’s not very helpful & she’s actually quite rude.. she’s not someone I would feel comfortable asking questions to. I’ve complained numerous times about her but her attitude hasn’t changed so hopefully after this review she is much nicer & warm to the next paying customers. Other then that , everyone else was very nice. Hopefully Claudia has a better attitude because her customer service skills sucks .. ur suppose to make customers feel welcomed not burdened :)

I am going to be extremely honest with my review. let’s START with my coordinator Melissa Lorenzo, I have a very busy schedule and she was like my surgery sister, texting me from the moment I inquired and answered me so promptly every time and I mean EVERY TIME. She walked me through the process and made sure I was on time for all of my labs I needed. She’s someone I instantly trusted and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have even continued with dolls. I have went to previous other places and never got the attention I did like Melissa! I was very nervous and was missing some last minute things when I went into my preop appt (my fault) but the preop team as soon as I went in put me at so much ease and we got the last things squared away very quickly. They made instructions very clear and made sure I was ready for my surgery date. Doctor Berman (pause) is sincerely a God sent individual. No long waits and tbh I had no wish pics he MADE ME my WISH PIC! he was so honest and trustworthy and explained the process so well. He even made sure I had a clear heads up of the good bad and ugly for when I get home. I don’t think he realizes that he has changed my life. Anesthesia team?.... AWESOME, the clapping and welcoming into the back room was so cute I FELT LIKE A STAR! we were all such great vibes before I even realized I went under so fast. After op? They made sure I was comfortable, treated me so well and I was the last one out of there and a nurse stayed with me and treated me like I was fam. Massages were done by Maria and another lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name, Cuban lady with beautiful eyes).... BOTH WONDERFUL. They were complimenting my progress and made me feel so at ease because the day after can be a little scary. They relieved so much of my pain. Let me tell you... this entire team has hands made for legit DOLLS. Follow up calls from nurses were made routinely and I really appreciated that. I’m already home and recovering and they were still following up. Any question I had, they answered them promptly or got me transferred right away to who could give me the BEST and most Validated response I needed. I definitely recommend them to whoever is going through this process. Ps. I already referred like 5 people who LOVED MY RESULTS including my mom! Keep doing what you all are doing DOLLS PLASTIC SURGERY! I may add photos later, but I look POPPPPPPPIN! *all the way from NYC! LOVE LOVE LOVE MY RESULTS!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! When searching for a bbl surheon i came across Dr. Harry IG and was solddddd.. but then i started doing more and more research on other doctors.. put a few deposits down here and there.. after coming to conclusion that dr harry was the one for me .. i called and put my deposit down with dolls and I have surgery coming up in about a week with the SLIMTHICK king himself. My coordinator is Sophia, she is awesome and literally goes above and beyond to make this process as easy as it should be. She answers all my questions in a timely manner and makes me feel like this entire process is meant to be. I literally cannot thank her enough. DOLLS SCAM ALART - FALSE ADVERTISING!! I found this Dolls Plastic Surgery center on Instagram. Prices looked great so I submitted my information for a consultation. A representative called me within an hour and told me the price was $3000, when its clearly advertised on their site for $2500. I asked her why the price increased, she said it was for fees. On the website, it clearly says $2500 includes ALL FEES; NO HIDDEN FEES. Screenshot of website included to show how they FALSELY ADVERTISE. Still, I went there for consultation and waited 2 hours to see the doctor. Then they put me in this room so I can wait for the coordinator and I thought we were going to talk about the procedure and what I need to do. But NO, coordinator told me that I had to pay for the consultation but when I scheduled the consultation, nobody told me that I had to pay anything and their website and email says its "free consultation"! They’re all so rude! They only care about the money not the patients! The way the company responds is enough for me to do my business else where. Terrible service

My coordinator was Claudia and she was very good with responding to me in a timely manner, with my being from Chicago I was nervous flying into Florida alone but Dolls did everything possible to make me comfortable. This was my first time getting cosmetic surgery and Dr. Harry did an amazing job, he made me look as natural as possible and gave me an hour glass shape and snatched the fat from my stomach.
