"Horrible" is the "THE" word defining my experience at that clinic. The dentist didn't care one bit and was telling me that she couldn't do anything to treat my daughter right away and that the next appointment was in January and that my 5 year old daughter would just have to eat on the side where it's not hurting. Absolutely no empathy, never again will I go to this clinic. And there's no privacy in this clinic as it's built like a dental production chain where a bunch of patients seat in the same room. DO NOT go to this dental clinic if you want your dental problems fixed efficiently! I must however admit that the staff and dental assistant were very nice.

Very long wait times. Waited 1hr 20min last visit....They have a pediatric clinic but they lack children's skills and often are not able to convince my child to get a simple work done. They were not able to do a basic xray, and after taking a whole afternoon off, they insisted to "come" back. At every appointment they find a reason not to complete the work so that I would have to make another appointment. I was not satisfied so I've switched to another clinic for those reasons and i'm glad I did!

Everytime I bring my daughters for exams they ask to do an x-rays (which is always cover by the ramq or the private insurance) to make sure there is nothings to worry about. I asked a my friend who is a dentist in another province and he said it is ridiculous to do so. They just want to do that to earn money. So please be aware of this situation and don't allow them to do it. In addition you are exposing your childen to too many doses of x-rays which may affect thier evolution (body). I just relay the advise recieved my friend and hopefully you will think about it seriously and you can inquire about it your family doctor or another dentist to get another opinion.

Horrible service. Instead of taking an extra 15 mins to fix my son's cavities during the same appointment, I had to take another full afternoon off and come back...not ideal when you're still lucky and grateful enough to have a job today! When I explained why I needed the 3 to be done at the same time, all I got as an answer was "nobody told me I had to fix them all today", and walked away. I am not naïve in believing that this review will affect this dentist's business but with dental work costing more or less the same no matter where you go, what sets them apart is quality of work and service.
