I was so excited for my BBL in July with Dr. Carvalho. My coordinator johanna doesn't talk to you and doesn't answer back to anything and you can never get ahold of her. I changed my phone number and emailed her the new one. I was texting her with nothing back 5 weeks before my surgery I told them to call me because I have not heard back from johanna. When they got back to me they told me my surgery was canceled because I didn't pay even though I told them I would be paying 30 days prior on multiple occasions. Johanna's assistant was able to book me on the 8th instead of the 14th. So I was happy. Then a few days ago, 3 weeks before my surgery after I had paid in full, they call me and tell me I am canceled and that she wasn't given a reason!! After I paid for supplies and everything! Do not go there unless you want to take a 50/50 chance of being inconveniently canceled! Luckily spectrum anesthetics had a cancellation the same week and was able to fit me in! They took great car of me and have been so responsive and I am able to actually get in contact with people. Even if you are on hold and hang up, they call you back! Listen to the reviews people! Now the Assistant said it would take quick for my full refund, now the accounting department t is saying 30 days! I just disputed with my bank. Thank you to spectrum at least my trip wasn't completely wasted!

I've been researching different places and spoke with someone today about getting surgery done in May. The lady was extremely fast talking and asked what I wanted. Which I don't know cause I've never had surgery before. I do want a breast reduction. I almost scheduled and paid in full today but the lady said it was 9000 but on there website it says 7000 right now so I just told them I'd get with them some other time. They have false advertising going on and the lady said it must be old . No its not old because it just said something else a month ago. Then she said the price goes up during tax time so I need to handle it now. She didn't know I was trying to pay in full now but i was too nervous to ask her anything. I can't do the surgery until May because that's when I can take off of work.

I came with a friend to Miami to help her with the surgery recovering and everything. First impressions that we had right at the door, the guard was not very welcoming and warm, he was very cold. The girl Camila who was guiding my friend during the whole process since the beginning from financial to appointments to getting here always kept changing up the information, first she told my friend that she was done paying and when we got here that wasn’t the case they put in the file that she paid but didn’t charge her card, then told her she had to pay. We wouldn’t even be here in the first place if she didn’t finish paying. Also she kept changing her word about post op follow up, first she only had to come the day after her surg to do follow up then she called her saying she needed follow up the day after and three days after, then when we got here she only had to come the day after and we had already change hotel reservations and flight we had to pay more for both to only get here and not even need it. People were cold at the reception and let us know wrong information. The surgeons are amazing, incredible at the job they do the only problem is with the information the guides tell us and everyone who I asked also had problems financially with them. Because of missing information we ended up paying more and losing money. We don’t recommend Camila Martins as a guide coordinator. I hope the results from my friend’s procedure compensates all that we had to go through.

From the beginning to the end this place is nothing like how others described. I guess different strokes for different folks. My coordinator communicated well with me through out the process. Love her to death, even asked to speak with her supervisor. Pre op appointment wasn’t so bad. Frieman have me in love with my body all over again with these breast. My post op medical appointment I was literally in there for 30 minutes that includes the wait time. I would give this place a 9 out 10 !!! Will refer others but at the same time my body will advertise it enough :)

My wife had surgery and had a very bad experience, first she did not have an appointment prior to the operation but an hour before the operation, secondly they changed her doctor at the last minute, her breasts were of different sizes and one of them due to malpractice A fibrozoid tissue was formed, this clinic only took long and never saw a doctor after only nurses and they proposed to us that we pay for another surgery in the same conditions without prior appointment only that it was the day of the operation, we had to pay for an operation of Again in another clinic and the fibrous tissue was almost stones just because the nurses said that we had to wait a few months. For me, they have unlicensed doctors, that's why the mystery they had from the day of the operation. Very very Bad Doctors .

My overall experience was ok, in the beginning we had a hiccup about the dr I wanted not being in... then the coordinator said “they had the days mixed up it was an error to disregard” once I said I did not want another doctor that looked like he specialized in breast and I was going for a tummy tuck.... pre op was exactly what they tell you 4-5 hours. Everything was ok there. Surgery day I met Dr Loessin, he is what his reviews say, amazing results and straight to the point.. (SB my surgery was scheduled for 2 I didn’t go upstairs until about 4pm) post op appointment the next day was not too bad, the ladies at the front desk always seem like they have an attitude or your bothering them if you ask a question but everyone else was very personable.. my 1 week post op was a tad unorganized I was giving 2 different appointment times via text... then when I got into the office there was about 15 ladies all waiting to be seen (overbooked it look like to me) I signed the wrong clip board due to the security handing me the wrong one to sign in on, so when I checked with the ladies she had an attitude and said the top of the sign in sheet says what it’s for follow up or massage... I’m happy it’s over, I got the snatched stomach I wanted and I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

The staff was completely attentive and amiable and the Nurse Greta and my massage therapist Aylin was the absolute best. She made me laugh, gave me advice and had the most gentle hands. absolutely the worst experience i have ever been through. the staff is GOD AWFUL. don’t expect to be treated anything but like a number. they don’t care about you it’s a surgery factory and they are just trying to push you out as soon as the job is done. don’t expect to have any type of follow up questions because they won’t answer the phone. pre op wait time was about 3 hours past my appointment time just because of how many girls they had waiting to be seen. no personal doctor patient experience at all. you will see your doctor 30 MINS before your surgery. you better know what size you want because as soon as you say it that’s what your getting in 30 mins. you will never see your doctor after surgery. although he did a great job that’s the only thing i can say positive about this place i have called the past 6 days asking for a medical excuse to go back to work and school. nothing. they don’t have enough time for that. i’m an out of state patient and need clearance to get my stitches out from my primary. they refuse to answer any type of call regarding that. absolutely worst experience of my life.

The staff is filled with very low IQ individuals with zero etiquette and interpersonal skills, English language knowledge, vocabulary and communication. It takes 2.5 to 3 weeks just to schedule an appointment. You are just a number there. You work so hard for their business, and not the other way around. There is no personal service because the place is a meat market, with tons of women in the waiting room. Pre-op takes 5+ hours. Each person you communicate with, gives you different information regarding the same matter/question, and that is extremely frustrating. You will never see your doctor again. You will never get to ask him anything again. The initial consult is a few minutes long and pray that you get what you want. If you ask to see your doctor post-op, they don’t acknowledge your requests or even inquiry on the matter. My BBL was performed by Dr. DeSouza on 9/17/21. The lipo was not thorough enough, and there is much fibrosis even with constant lymphatic massages and cavitation treatments in the subsequent weeks. Would not recommend this establishment. There are plenty of surgeons in Miami with comparable pricing that deliver more individualized service and treatment. It’s ghetto. I wish I had gone elsewhere. Would not recommend, nor would I return here. Best of luck to you.

Its been 4 years since I had my breast augmentation by Dr. Lesson. I am extremely pleased. My breasts look absolutely perfect. The experience was fine for me. It was quick and to the point. If you expect the staff to hold your hand through the process, its not going to happen. What do yo expect for the price. Nevertheless, everything went very smoothly for me. I went back to work the VERY NEXT DAY. I am extraordinarily happy. I would recommend to a close friend.

My surgery was canceled on the same day/time by the doctor Dr.DeSouza on 11/19. The administration and owner wanted to keep $1000 non-refundable from me even though was not my fault and the doctor's choice. I've been waiting on my refund for Alpheon credit since 11/19. I have sent multiple emails to CG Accounting and just waiting and waiting. I will be taking legal actions and filing a lawsuit against this practice due to fraud and misinforming patients. it is my money, I did not have the surgery, and it's my right to request my money back due to the contract I signed.

I got surgery in this place with Dr.Loessin 6 weeks ago and i can’t lie about the results so far it’s looking really good. I don’t regret getting the tummy tuck done but i wish the staff, coordinators administrators and nurses were more caring. The way this entire place runs is mind boggling trying to get in contact with cg cosmetics is nearly impossible. I have not been able to reschedule my month follow up because none of their staff answer the phones or care enough to call you back when you leave a message. When i was 3 weeks post op i tried contacting them so they can remove my drain and i spent 3 days calling them, emailing my coordinator who is supposed to be there for support and even reached out on the website through chat. The day of my surgery i had so many unanswered questions and I’m still dealing with the lack of contact with this place. The stress and feeling of helplessness they cause you to feel is not something anyone needs right after surgery. I’m baffled; i hope after this msg someone can give me a call back. Ladies if you’re considering getting surgery in this place make sure your coordinator is caring enough to keep in contact with you even the day of surgery and be prepared to leave many messages in the post op department.

Spear yourself the headache and time. And did I mention that I made the trip from out of state to have surgery done only to get there and find out that I couldn’t do the surgery. Very disappointing. Preop blood work positive for pregnancy. A surprise blessing but surgery had to be canceled. Now they are giving us the runaround and delaying giving back our payment and it’s been over 60 days. Deposit is non refundable but the $2500 is due back per the contract. Frustrating but may be a blessing in disguise to avoid this shady business. Also Said we had to switch surgeons at the last minute as the one we chose had an emergency. So unorganized. They claim to never have received the preop bloodwork even though That would be very important to have before the scheduled surgery. we called them personally numerous times and tried to communicate the situation, Dealing with different individuals and it sounds like a very loud room full of random workers and a lot of broken English. Not good. I feel lucky to have avoided.

DONT GO HERE !! For soo many reasons. First of all , check out the Instagram @chcosmeticsurgery_botched ! The location listed on their site isn’t even the location where the surgeries are done !! This is where the surgeries are done and it’s a little piece of white paper on the window that says CGCOSMETICS. THEY TOOK MY SISTER’s money and told her they decided they can’t do it. She was scheduled for two months for implants. Then she was told she needed a breast lift. After seeing photos of breast lifts from them, of course that was out of the discussion !!! This place is so ghetto and overly packed . They also said it’s ok if you smoke marijuana before surgeries !

I am very happy with my surgery results. The customer service from pre-op team, and coordinators, had some hiccups and I really pray and encourage them to work on improving that drastically.they also cancelled my surgery twice almost a month before my balance was due without prior notice and I had to call to get it corrected and paid my balance ASAP to avoid losing my appt, again before the balance was even due according to my contract paperwork. I didn’t choose CG for their customer service, I chose them for the work by the doctors. Dr Loessin had good bedside manners with me and he listened to what i wanted, he shared his medical and realistic opinion and we were on the same page, which was important for me. the anesthesiologist and OR team was kind and caring as well. Massages are way too short for what you pay, only 10-15min and i wish I would’ve got the name of the first massage therapist who did my first two massages. She was gentle and patient with me but the last one I had out of 3, she was super rough and not very patient or helpful in removing or helping me as I struggled to remove and put my clothes back on and she was rushing me to get out.

This practice has declined tremendously. On the date of surgery, you are placed in a “closet room” where they put an IV and you will wait until they’re ready. No one is allowed to go in and wait with you, they don't even have a lobby or waiting area for surgery. Then you walk holding your own IV into the surgery room. Once you’re out of Surgery and your eyes open they kick you out still under the anesthesia. We tried calling them because I passed out multiple times at home right after surgery and no one answered. I had this experience on Monday and I will NEVER go back to CG again. All they care about is collecting payment, once you are paid in full they are very unprofessional and no patient care whatsoever.

Since my surgery I have not been able to get ahold of anyone . I have emailed my “Corrdinador “ a few times as well as trying to get ahold of post op department. The first was to schedule my follow up appointment over the phone since I was not in town anymore. I never heard back from anyone. After that I emailed because I had some questions concerning my healing process since I have not talk to anybody since surgery. Just some basic questions and I never had ANYONE respond. I have become Extremely sick since the surgery. You would think CG cosmetics would want to at least talk to their patient at least once after undergoing mayor surgery to find our if they are alive or not! I feel as though as soon as I paid for the surgery communication stopped. Their was a change in the coordinators demeanor , not really caring. I have had other cosmetic procedures at different facilities and had a completely different experience. I feel from the day I got to the clinic for my pre op , that I was treated like cattle. So many girls waiting. The docs seem over worked. I waited hours for pre op “appointment” and you don’t even get to meet your surgeon. After waiting hours for pre op they asked if I wanted to go into surgery right then. It threw me off balance so much. I told them I ate and drank earlier and it didn’t seem to be a problem. They said my doc had too many appointments the next day and it would be better for me to get it over with now”. Major surgery is something you don’t just “get over with”. It felt like I was getting surgery done in a third world country . The day of my surgery they asked if they could switch my doctor! This place might have cheap prices but it’s not worth it for the experience I had . This has been the hardest experience I have ever had. On my right side it is dipped in compared to the left. I am so sick I am considering going to the hospital. I have felt so alone in this recovery. All they care about is money! I spent so much extra money on top of the actual surgery. For what I ended up paying I could of gone to a real plastic surgery facility. Do research before surgery and if you start seeing red flags don’t ignore them like I did!

I think the receptionist at this place are terrible specifically a lady called “Angel” not professional at all… (she gave bad actitud because I had an appointment for Saturday and the person who did the appointment “didn’t know” the doctor do not work on Saturday’s) that receptionist told me “Saturday there is no managers and NOBODY IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOU! “ they didn’t care I was standing there waiting for an answer they ignore me and start taking care of other people. Im not from Florida so it was a big waist of time and money! My name was not even showing in the chart, Also I think disclosing what I need to have done to the security guard at the front door in front of everyone it is a violation of privacy for the patient!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, I requested a refund due to poor customer service and it’s been 3 months even though their return policy says I would get it in 30 days. I keep getting pushed off and told, “you’ll get it next week” and I never receive it. I don’t get quick replies, I have to wait a few days or even send multiple emails before they simply push me off again. Would only recommend if you want to throw your money at people who do not care about you or listen to their own policies. After marking me he provided a detailed description of the procedure and what to expect. Once we were done he informed me to reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns. I booked my surgery July, 2021!! I had to pay in full in order to have my surgery booked. From that day I booked till my arrival No prep email, letter or call nothing at all. I called to confirm and took forever. So arriving expecting your paid in full to get extra charges was uncalled for. Purchasing things i did not need or even used. But I kept my hopes up because I really wanted this surgery!! September 28, 2021 Day of surgery, I was already super nervous based on being scheduled at 8pm for a surgery, then arriving everything was very top secret and seemed very underground operated. The anesthesia Tech was by far the BEST ever. I met my doctor Dr. Lossein in 10 days of being their 5 minutes Top. That was very uneasy for me. After the procedure I was not even awake more then a second and I was being throwing up on my feet and what felt like being thrown out the back door. All follow ups were long wait times but the staff was very friendly with me I must say since day 1. October 5th, 2021 I was approached in the office to put a review a tall blonde woman who kept trying to do the review for me and I said I’ll take care of it when I have more time. I traveled from RI for my New Look! This is something I have wanted since 2017. As of October 14, 2021 Needless to say I’m back in RI and I’m not healing like I should be and my expectations are not shrub expected. I hope things get better. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and now I have to find a doctor local who will help me answer questions or put me at ease. This is not fair and very unprofessional… I’ll keep everyone posted!

This place is horrible. First off I had to call my coordinator multiple times about being able to pump and store before surgery and continue after surgery once I am not taking meds. She told me that she asked the doctor if that would be okay and she said he said yes. I paid my deposit and later come to find out from my doctor that due to the hormones I produce while breast feeding it can react with the anesthesia. They knew I wasn’t going to get cleared and took my money so they can keep it after having to cancel. Dr.Desouza is not board certified and I was also not informed of this. When I canceled my appointment because they lied to me about being able to breastfeed, they still kept my hard worked $1000. They take advantage of people and are just money hungry. I will make sure this gets out to everyone. I wanted my deposit back because this was a mistake on their end for lying to me instead of telling me the truth about the complications that could happen.

Honestly CG was a really bad experience for me. Since day one at preop, I got there at 7:30am and didn’t leave until noon. There was an hour and 30 minutes of just waiting in the lobby to only go back for a COVID test. The day of surgery, I was scheduled for 8am but I didn’t get pulled back to surgery until 9:30, while the anesthesiologist was externally rude to me and harassed me for my age, saying I was young and didn’t know what I was talking about. The anesthesiologist didn’t even tell me when I was going under, and she scraped my throat and cut it while tubbing me causing me extreme pain in my throat for days, I’m assuming due to how rough and careless she was. Dr Carvalho only spoke to me for a total of one minute before surgery, and didn’t let me communicate much with what I wanted for my BBL. He seemed super rushed and careless as well. The next day at post op, I was scheduled for 8am while I’m not feeling good feeling super nauseous and lightheaded, I waited over an hour after my appointment time. Not to mention there were 30 other girls here that all got scheduled for 8am. This place just wants money, they don’t prioritize their patients whatsoever, and it seemed like everyone (nurses, MA’s and even doctors) were just rushed to move onto the next patient for more money.

A few people came after me for follow-up and massage and they went in before me. I was waiting for both, when I went to the front desk they didn’t even acknowledge me, they are so rude. Definitely if you are thinking of having surgery at this clinic. don't do it! Search before, there are other excellent doctors! Firstly, this clinic is not willing for you to have pre-operative care, so you can talk to the doctor, and explain how you would really like your result to be. You only see your doctor for 5 minutes, ON THE DAY OF SURGERY, YES, ON THE DAY OF SURGERY, and then you have no follow-up with the doctor who operated on you, only with nurses, YES, only with nurses. So it's even difficult to know if the doctor or any other nurse operated on you. My doctor, Dr Freiman, was not at all interested in the several emails I asked about the size of my breasts being different. They don't care about you after you operate, listen, the various bad reviews, don't do your surgeries at this clinic. Our money is too hard to earn, to spend it like that and we are unhappy with the result, and worst of all, with no return from the doctor! The doctors disappear, and you can never talk to them again! I have a friend who is also going through the same situation, and they just don't care about you!

Only reason I am giving a 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option. The only positive thing I have to say about this company were the massages I received from Evelyn, and I am satisfied with my results. Ok so I don’t even know where to start, these women in here are extremely rude and don’t care about you or what your going through. Once they have your money don’t expect to get any answers to questions or any type of advice. They will provide you with paperwork and it’s up to you to figure out how to take care of yourself. From the time I checked in for pre op to my last appointment to have my stitches removed in post op it was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. Keep in mind this is my first cosmetic procedure ever done so all of this is new to me. I had a BBL done by DeSouza. The doctors are amazing don’t get me wrong but it’s the staff and coordinators who make the experience terrible. They are very unprofessional and will brush you off so be prepared to put your foot down in here. The stress and trauma from the staff was worse than my actual surgery and recovery process. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I came from CA and did my research so just be prepared if you do chose CG cosmetic to do your procedures. Pre op was 5.5 hours keep in mind I had bloodwork, EKG,and medical clearance from my doctor in CA but per staff in pre op it wasn’t good enough the wanted their own version. Post op appointments were scheduled for 10 am I wasn’t even seen until 1130-12 each time so patience is something you will need to have.Very unsanitary as well blood on walls in massage areas and old dried blood was on drug tests in room where I was examined by my doctor right before surgery. The only time you will get to talk to your doctor is ten min before you go in the operating room and never again after that. Please do all your research if you plan on coming here.

I came for both a breast augmentation and a bbl. (Procedures were 9 months apart) My results are great! Dr. Freiman and Dr Carvalho are both phenomenal. I would recommend CG to a friend! I would just inform them of the experience they will likely receive. Overall you’ll have great results, but mediocre service due to very long wait times. You definitely get what you pay for at CG cosmetics. You’ll have hour+ long waits and not so thorough services. If you have earlier appointments they typically go faster. The staff overall is nice. However, if getting massages I would recommend somewhere else as the ones at CG are good, but are only 15-20 minutes long. The first few days after surgery you probably won’t want to wait an hour + for a massage; especially considering that companions aren’t allowed in the waiting area. I had Sabrina as my coordinator for both procedures. The first time she literally tried to scam me out of $1000 and the second time $500. However she will get you the date you want. Other than that, she is friendly, honest, and will answer all your questions!

First, for the consultation the doctor is not going to see you. The coordinator is the one who will do your evaluation. The only day the doctor will take a look at you is the day of your procedure to then tell you that you need something else. Your post-op will be in a little room with 15- 20 girls waiting for hours for their appointment, they are never punctual. If you buy their massage packages, they offer you for $150 for 3 massages but don’t be surprised because they only last 15 minutes. If someone is with you to help you out they will be sitting in the elevator hall. The worse clinic in Miami when it comes to customer services! I am truly so disappointed because I expected so much more from this clinic.

(No one speaks good English) so be prepared to not get any questions answered unless you know Spanish. I took a covid test 2 days before my preOp and they made me pay $100 to take another one because it had to be done there on top of having to buy all my materials for surgery spent $270 at pre-op smh I left and was told I’d get a text at 5:30-6 telling me when my surgery would be the next day no one texted so I reached out to the person who manages their Instagram (MOST HELPFUL PERSON EVER) they got all my questions answered and got my surgery date crazy huh Ig lady cool Surgery day comes they say bring a companion but they don’t really mean it my companion walked me to the door just to be pushed away rudely by another security guard they were so unorganized one nurse said my prescription was ready and could be given to my companion then when he comes to pick it up they keep pushing him away I had to send him a picture of the prescription so that he could show the lady it was ready smh Now DR.LOESSIN HES THE BEST STRAIGHT TO THE POINT VERY KIND AND INFORMATIVE (NO COMPLAINTS & I LOVE MY BODY) but the staff needs to be changed after I woke from surgery I was shaking cold and asked a nurse for pain meds she ignored me a couple times then finally answered and said “no mami we just gave you some” cool but very rude much I saw them bring someone out of surgery wake them and 10 minutes later put them in a wheel chair and roll them out to the car so ( NO RECOVERY TIME ) same for myself I asked to be taken to bathroom lady rolled me straight out to the car. Now for Follow up (again security guard is rude) (no one speaks good English) and my appointment was at 8 I didn’t get seen til 9:30 people who came after me were seen before me I had to ask the lady why and she said they marked my name out as if I were seen smh after I was seen I was asking about the fajas cause I didn’t know what to buy the front desk lady was so rude and said she didn’t know to wait and ask my nurse then someone who looked as if she was the manager approached me and asked me to leave a review (while standing over me) and I’m glad she did I left the top review for dr loessin because he was great but this bottom part I couldn’t wait to go home and type cause ppl do need know about this experience. And even now post follow up I can’t reach anyone on phone with questions I have about meds or things to take for stool movements since I haven’t pooped in days guess I’ll Google answers BE AWARE when booking the doctors are great but staff is HORRIBLE. Lastly The Massages! They charge $160 for 3 massages 15min each Book elsewhere You can get 3 Massages for $$50 each for 45min other places that will drive to you ! Any future surgeries I’m definitely not traveling to Florida atleast I’ll get better customer service and attention back home in Texas ????????‍♀️ Hope this helps ladies !

Then days before the surgery, they can tell you they dont have that doctor anymore (Yes the one you paid more for) and make you have the surgery with another person. It is completely disgusting the treatment I received here. Catherine (my "coordinator") completely robbed me of my money and was so inconsiderate and unprofessional. Now I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months and will most likely have to take legal action against them to recover my money. I am 100% sure the reviews with 5 stars are created by them. The only reason they are receiving 3 stars is because Dr. DeSouza was the bomb! I had Liposuction 360 and my results are amazing ! The team in the surgery department was amazing and very kind. If this was based on surgery alone, definitely 5 stars. The doctors do really good work. But beware, the customer service department when you first arrive is very nasty and shady. I can only remember one young lady in the customer service department that was really sweet and professional. But those other workers, they talk to you any kind of way, show your records and will leave it on the counter displaying personal **health *** information. When the aid was reviewing my medical documents, she left my file open in front of another customer, in which if there was something there, I would’ve been totally embarrassed. I mean they are okay; however, this is not my go to for my next surgery. I would love to stick with Dr. DeSouza since he’s a really kind individual. I suffered from anxiety the entire time I was here not knowing what CG was going to do next. They will cancel your appointment, ignore your calls and respond at the last minute.Again, I’m not discrediting the work. However, their professionalism sucks and some of those people need to be fired!!!

He definitely understood the assignment and delivered fantastic results!! Now my most favorite part of my experience was post op ! Omg the women that I am about to mention made me feel so comfortable and at home it’s almost scary lol I was sad I had to leave them everyday :( . Annabelle , Alejandra and Sophia are the ladies that check you in and honestly they were so amazing and always made sure my appointments were scheduled to my convenience. The manager daynis works just as hard as her employees and takes time to make sure you feel comfortable as well . Janet was my nurse who checked all my incisions and vitals to make sure I was ok & even she was super friendly and informative. AYLIN !!!! Was my massage therapist and omg she was absolutely AMAZING . I left every massage feeling better than what I did when I walked in . She is such a beautiful spirit & if I could steal her from CG I would lol . Overall my experience with CG AND THIER STAFF has been truly amazing and I can’t wait to see them again for my breast augmentation!! My advice to anyone looking into CG is to make sure that you are paying attention to the information that they provide to you wether it’s on their IG page or from your coordinator , be polite (they are human just as we are) , and RELAX (they got this) !! I regret so much that I made the decision to go with CG cosmetics if I could give them a no star I would I’m two week post tummy tuck and I’m currently hospitalized 5 days I tried to contact the office several times and didn’t get a response u til yesterday. The day I went the the hospital I called the office and spoke personally to the doctor and he had the audacity to tell me that my incision was not infected and was only irritated. I am now sitting in a hospital with a new drain put in because the amount of fluid I had inside of me because the drains were taken out to soon and what they call “irritation” is an infection that the center of disease is trying to identify what type of infection. I waited many years and have never regretted a decision so much like I currently am. Don’t let yourself be fool with there Promotions (Update) I spend 10 days in the hospital with many complications and finally made it home today with even home care nursing. I will update my results.... and review on 4 months. They really irritated me this time around. I had a tummy tuck November,15th and only wrote a script for 20 pain pills and told me to take Tylenol. Other than than everything else went smooth. I originally wanted lipo 360 and bbl but they said no i needed a tummy tuck. While I'm here recovering at the BEST recovery house I ever been to (Bliss Recovery House) girls that are bigger than me got exacting what they wanted and didn't get tummy tuck. One girl did get exactly what i wanted tummy tuck and a bbl at seduction cosmetics. I REALLY REALLY wish i would of went there and got everything done at once. It would of been cheaper and 1 time of pain and recovery.

My pre-op process went so smoothly (be sure to have your medical clearance and labs IN HAND) I can’t believe it! She answered all my questions (yes, I ask a lot), again she was very reassuring and I couldn’t be more grateful! Yes, you’ll be waiting for a little but as long as you’re patient and/or bring an iPad, book, companion, you’ll be good to go! The supervisor Judith she helped me out SO much! I added the jplasma last minute and it was a breeze. She even went out of her way and got me the first time slot for surgery Monday (27th)????, if you have any issues that arise she’s your gal. She’ll make whatever you need happen in minutes! I know some of the reviews are crazy negative but there’s two sides to every story, I was skeptical, nervous, and afraid, especially since I flew in from Houston! But everything was clean, the employees wore they’re masks, and they were UPFRONT with the cost that you needed to pay! Ladies, be responsible and come prepared, things will go by so much faster thank you expect! Stay tuned for my results with Dr. Dillion! Let me be real with you all. I waited a few months to give my review, so I can be genuinely honest with you all. CG was pushing for me to leave a review a day after my surgery, and I refused to do so. I don’t see many reviews that give you a update a few months after surgery, so here we go! If you notice the 4 or 5 star reviews speak highly about the post op appointment. Because they are really sweet when you’re finally seen; and at that moment is when they ask you to leave a review. But I want to hear the customer ENTIRE experience. . First and foremost I have a love/ dislike relationship with my breast. Dr. Freiman was my doctor, he is amazing at what he do but I didn’t get what I wanted. The clinic experience isn’t the best, it is definitely a transactional experience. Versus going somewhere that makes you feel taken cared for (definitely pay the extra money to be well taken care of. This is a big surgery and you deserve that. So let me add, It’s not about holding anyone hand. It’s about properly communicating to your client so you BOTH can have a clear understanding of the ends and outs!) what I’VE experienced at CG you’re just another number. Sofia disappeared after she received the rest of my money, I kept leaving her messages. I received a phone call every week before my final payment was given, and heard nothing from her afterwards. Big thanks to whomever is running their IG page because he/she answered every question I had. Since I live in Atlanta I couldn’t go in for a consultation, so we did a virtual consultation. Every surgeon I visited prior let me know that I needed a breast lift and a implant to receive the look I was going for. But I genuinely LOVE Freiman work so I wanted him. Sofia told me that I didn’t need a lift at all and that I only need implants. I mean she showed me pictures of other results and all, she definitely convinced me! Twenty minutes prior to my surgery, unfortunately was my first and last time I was given the opportunity to speak with Dr.Freiman, sir I am not going to drag you in this review. But my best advice to you is to take a extra step to speak with your clients and not just the day of surgery. Maybe a virtual conversation with you prior to that will definitely help. I understand having the staff to make things a float. But it will make the client feel better discussing surgery results with you prior to the day of surgery. I understand you’re booked and busy it just made me feel like you did not care for me. I was another name just on the roster….. Surgery day he viewed my breast and told me that I could NOT receive the look I was going for because I need both implant and a lift and unfortunately I only paid for a the implants, not the lift. Thanks Sofia! At that moment it’s too late to change the plans. I’m already out here, been anticipating and excited for this moment this entire time, to be let down in a split second. Like who has a few extra thousand laying around to make that quick change. If I was properly informed I would of made sure it was paid in full, to receive the look I was going for. After surgery (body shaking from the anesthesia) I was immediately rolled out and put in my moms car. Post op took FOREVER so prepare for that ladies. ! I felt horrible for the ladies with bbl and tummy tucks. They were in so much pain waiting to be seen. I was in pain but a breast surgery isn’t as painful as other surgeries. After 2 months I receive a text saying that I had an check up appointment the following day. Well damn CG, can I get a proper notice so I can plan accordingly! I only but live in Atlanta. I am 4months post op today. My breast doesn’t look horrible at all, but since I didn’t get a lift I have a weird gap in between. Hoping that shape up better with time. Freiman made my breast bigger than I wanted since I did not pay for a breast lift. My breast looks great, but they are super huge with a big gap! That isn’t what I wanted. I hope this help whoever that wants a honest review!

First of all thank you dr. Friedman even though I am one day post op I am feeling great . If I was to rate dr.Friedman and his team I would rate them a 5. My coordinator catherine was almost impossible to reach and her “assistant “ would give me constant attitudes and barely respond to my calls or texts . On the day of pre op be aware that you will not be out on time even if you have an appointment set up . My pre op appointment was at 2 pm and did not get seen until about 7 pm . The place is cash only for any supplies and for the covid and drug test both mandatory ($100). Make sure you print out copies of your labs and medical clearance and ekgs. All my paper work had been faxed from my primary doctor and I was ready . I cannot stress this enough make sure your primary care doctor fills out a detailed medical clearance not a one page sheet , a girl I talked to had to pay $200 since her doctor did not fill out the Information correctly . All the ladies at the post op were super sweet and welcoming I only wish the front desk and coordinators were more helpful that is why I would not give Cg cosmetics a 5. Make sure you bring a lot of patience you will need it when you go in for preop. Again thank you Dr. Friedman for your excellent work and the staff during surgery .

Updates coming in a month ????????‍♀️ 3 weeks post op They are cheap so expect cheap results at least in my opinion with Scott Loessin who I got the mommy makeover with. The stitching is horrible. My belly button does not look like one. It is UGLY. My areola is not a clean circle. It looks like a ? mark literally! I was supposed to get Liposuction, it was never done. I actually met this surgeon the day of the surgery. The Instagram post looks attractive but don’t be fooled…you get what you pay for. The offices are poorly run and very disorganized. Pictures coming next week which will be a month post op.

Dr DeSousa is great , he was super professional and nice , it made me feel secure . On the other hand the staff can improved, it was hard to get in co tact with the rep. Assigned and they don’t give all information patients really need. You need to pay in cash for the pre- op test if you are doing it with them and it will take around 4 hours to be ready to wait. Also, they called the day before my surgery to let me know my surgery time was 8 pm and received at text around 7:45 pm not between 6 and 7 like they advise. Also, they “offer “to reschedule which mean I had to pay extra fee, obviously I refused. For the post op visit they will ask you about the massage and tell you that they won’t remove your stitches if you don’t get at least a massage with them ????.

I really was hoping CG could’ve met my expectations, I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews and still went through surgery I had a tummy tuck. The two stars I gave in this review is for the PACU nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr, Loessin, and the staff at the OR.They were professional, caring, and helpful. However, I can’t say the same thing about the customer service and all the pre op, post op and follow appointments. Their organization skills is very poor and so disappointing. I left from my post op appointment with more questions than when I arrived and very confused. They try to rush you out not giving you the proper care or the right information. I didn’t even do the massages there because you pay $70 for a 10min massage, not to mention that the girls that go in come out traumatized, because they’re too rough. After my follow up appointment I had questions about my care and I called nearly 15 times, I left a voicemail message and I sent them an email and they never replied or answer the phone. They only thing CG is good and well trained at is to take your money fast. If I ever do another surgery CG wouldn’t be the place to go.

I loved my results from there but some service providers leave a lot to be desired. After I paid and scheduled, I got a genersl list of surgical supplies. I didn't know what applied to me and what didn't. I emailed back, got a non answer from my surgical coordinator. I emailed, called , left a voice-mail and texted her cellphone number. Never heard back. Two days before my procedure and one day before my flight, I called the front desk, someone gave me a list of supplies specific to me totalling $270. Then my coordinator, Samantha Heredia called me back she was so rude and practical dismissed me and hung up. She was so different when she was accepting payment and scheduling me. I could have sourced all of those $270 items on Amazon for less but I had no time so I got a few things in my city. When I got to the pre op, I get a list of those needs plus more. I bought some on Amazon right on the spot and paid for others. What is with these hidden costs?? Mind you, cash only. My medical assistant, Roxanna Mirena was the most dismissive and rude of ALL. When I went in with her she gave me a list of instructions for my operation the next day. It included instructions that I wish I had before flying down the coast. I told her that that information would be good to know beforehand: like I need someone to sign me in and out and fetch my prescriptions, that I shouldn't have nails or nail polish, that I have to fast 12 hours, that I needed open front clothing, that it would be general anesthesia... So I told her that they should include this information in the emails. She so didn't care. At all. My surgery went well and I like the results, great environment, and well contained. But everyone at the post op said they wouldn't be back..for different reasons. I spent so much extra money and among those items, I didn't need right away. Could have bought after.

For a mommy makeover.She was great the whole time of me dealing with her. She answered any questions I had(a lot of them) and answered in a timely manner. It is true, I did not meet DR until the day of (only downside) but he did stay for any questions I had and the comfort I needed, as I was super nervous . Although I had some complications, I can’t blame anyone. Every body is different and responds differently to things. While in the ER, the DR called personally to check in. DR and staff continued to make me feel as a priority. They are some staff who are better with their customer service but luckily I experienced some excellent staff members. Thank you again

Firts!They will charge you $250 CASH consultation fee and if you prepay your surgery and change your mind you will be charged $1000 cancellation fee! They WILL make you wait at least 2-4 hours for each procedures you come to clinic! 3rd- Do not wait for a follow up nor checking from your doctor! Obviously she is making money and doesn’t care about customer service but I believe this won’t last for a long time. 6th-Pre-op staff was nice and comforting so far I didn’t have a negative experience. 7th-All mandatory lab work will cost around 400-500$ - drug test and covid test must be in clinic and i will cost 200$ Postop bra is $50 something...buy from Amazon! 8th- According to someone who works in the clinic- this places operates min 30-100 surgery a day! Think about it! Your doctor is working like in factory! Ugh!! So disturbing to think my surgeon had least 30 other Patients before me! Lastly, lets be honest no one forces us to go there but from the beginning to the end it wasn’t a pleasant experience and PLEASE! do your research read the comments and most importantly pay visit to 7th floor post-op clinic talk the ladies who is waiting for their follow up..after that choice is yours! My friend went here for her BBL... well, she tried to. She made her appointment four months prior and once she paid in full two months before her surgery, they stopped responding to her. She tried to figure out appointment times, send in her pre-op test results, etc. and her “coordinator” never responded. She got to Miami and they told her she couldn’t have the surgery done because her potassium levels were too high, then they called back later that day and changed their minds I guess? And scheduled her surgery. She had other sketchy things happen there too. When the owner became aware of the experience she was having (she left a two star review on Google explaining what had happened and that she would update her review after the surgery), instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, they cancelled her surgery. AFTER she was already in Miami, had paid for airfare, hotel, took off work for two weeks, paid for pre-op tests and post-op care, etc... turns out they aren’t a BBB accredited business, surprise surprise. PLEASE listen to the other reviews left by people with similar experiences. Pay the extra money to go somewhere that will take care of you and treat you like a human being, which my friend is now going to do.

I had surgery 2 weeks ago with Dr. D Carvalho.I was waiting to finish the whole process before I could leave an honest review from Preop to Postop. Let me start off by saying that preop is an absolute mess. The whole process was very hectic and they need to manage it better. tons of ladies waiting around, no place to sit and the frustration starts to build up. specially when you are from out of state. the day of surgery things went ALOT smoother. I got to my surgery center and honestly I was alot more comfortable because it wasnt the same CG location. No madness, everything was calm and not rushed. my nurse jennifer was honestly the best part of this experience. She took me into a room gave me my stuff to sign but she was very peaceful and calmly explained everything i was signing (unlike preop who rushed everything and barely spoke english) then i got to see dr carvalho. the person who put me to sleep was nice too. When i woke up i was very cold and confused but she helped me. she gave me warming blankets and was there with me. answered all my questions and did not leave my side. I didnt get to see her again after discharge but honestly, i hope everyone at CG gets jennifer as their nurse. its the kind of treatment we deserve after flying in to have surgery. at post op the ladies were also very nice but it is also poorly managed. had to wait around for a WHILE and couldnt sit down. its sad seeing things not run as they should with girls who JUST HAD SURGERY. I am loving my results. Just be prepared ladies, its not a walk in the park. Thank you DR CARVALHO, jennifer and the staff who ACTUALLY helped me.

whole crease in my breast and ripples in my implant (2nd surgery in less than 8 years and they messed up both) Not only did I call before I booked my ticket to miami they didn’t let me see a doctor (saying it wasn’t any around and that I needed an appointment. I called October of 2021 just for them to give me this same information they gave me on the email, they said to just walk in Monday-Friday. They also won’t have the doctor FaceTime me or anything due to the inconvenience from me flying out and wasting more money. I tried to upload a photo of my breast but I’m unsure if it will upload. The whole point of post op is for a follow up with a doctor. They never email me back or contact me back and the woman rolled her eyes like I was lying. These are chop shop. Save your money. FYI all post op have a doctor on call that’s the whole point of follow up…!!! They just didn’t want to see me!!

I’ve been a ER registered nurse for 15 years and I’ve never seen such poor customer service and dishonesty as I’ve seen at CG cosmetics. I had a BBL with Dr. Desouza in April of 2021 and I was left with two major flat spots. I reached out 3 days after surgery which is when I first noticed it. I couldn’t reach anyone. I went to my follow up appointment 1 week later, did not see the surgeon, only a NP who told me if I had concerns I needed to email the Post Op department, so I did. I’ve been communicating with the them via email ever since and they kept telling me there was nothing they could do until I reached 6 months post op. This Monday, October 4th I completed 6 months post op so I reached ou. I got an email back saying that I didn’t have fat in that area and that the reabsorption rate is 30% in that area so this would not be considered a review case, if I wanted the surgery it would be full price. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. They have pictures of me 3 days after surgery. The fat was never placed on those areas. I wish I had read more reviews before deciding to spend $8000 at CG cosmetics. Don’t waste your time or your money there!!!

I do not recommend this place! I went first time to get a breast lift with dr freiman, second time I went for lipo and bbl with dr de Souza I am unhappy with my results! First he told me he would fill in the dimple I have on my butt, he did not! Second after my lipo after 30 massages and 8 rounds of carboxy and Venus skin tightening I’m left with lumpy stomach. After I sent a couple emails called several times he got back to me and told me to touch base in a month. Btw I had a Pocket on my stomach that kept filling with fluid for 3 months. I wore my faja and foam pads along wit the board the whole time! Now we are 9 months post op and I’ve tried reaching out again and have not heard back. Whoever is in charge of the ig page they have continued to delete my comments.Now I am left with a botched job and no word from DR DE SOUZA!

I wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional place to anyone ... Judy the manager is rude... they over book and reschedule you like people have all the time in the world . My experience was HORRIBLE . I traveled all the way from Texas paid for a recovery home just to be told at my pre-op appt that the dr wouldn’t be in the next morning to do my surgery. Judy tried to make me have surgery that day so abruptly with any surgeon .. I declined . I was told by Judy that another surgeon would be available the next morning so my scheduled surgery was still going to be on time. CG called that night and told me come in at 4pm for surgery. Didn’t eat all day just to get there and they tell me that surgeon was out and couldn’t do my surgery . Either have surgery with another dr (I didn’t want) Saturday or wait until Tuesday (it was Thursday) and Tuesday was the day I left for my flight ... remind you I paid for a recovery home ... I had to pay extra for my recover home and change my flight (money down the drain) I waited until Tuesday for surgery with the dr I wanted just to be told MONDAY he wasn’t going to be in at all and they can schedule me for the following Saturday (5 days) with the same dr I didn’t want .... I told them I’ve wasted enough time and money on waiting 2 weeks in Miami to have surgery and I wouldn’t wait anymore ... refund my money .... just for them to tell me all money except $1000 is no refundable (SCAM) if I paid $4500 on the day I scheduled (MARCH) months ahead of time before July no deposit only surgery money and no surgery was performed how are you going to keep my money .... (I will be going to court about this matter) the coordinator signed the 15 signatures needed not me so I didn’t read that that’s how much Judy was rushing us I couldn’t figure out how to sign the documents so the coordinator signed the documents .. this will be settled in court DO NOT GO TO CG they don’t give you your money back even though it’s their fault . Rescheduling after rescheduling and over booking as well as RUDE AS HELL

Dr. Desouza was amazing, the surgery only lasted 2 hours. As far a pain very minimal like having cramps. Was able to walk after. The only thing was when you call it’s hard to get thru coordinator. The coordinator with Assitant was rushing with consultation not answering question throughly but very short. Costumer service over phone was hard to get thru. You have to call several times within hour or two to get thru. But everything else from the receptionist to the nurses was good, and able to instruct me with the correct guidance need in my first stage of preop and postop. Dr. Desouza did wonders with the 360 lipo, j plasma bbl procedure. He truly does a work of art, and makes you look natural. I been only two days after Procedure. And feeling great. Walking normal and as pain is like having cramps and like someone punched me in the buttocks

Cg cosmetics definitely surprised me in a good way. Despite my coordinator not being that great the service was great. Pre op was only 2 hours for me I had my cards I paid with, ID, labs from my doctor, $100 for COVID and drugs. After that the process was fast and they were all super nice. Then the day of surgery they called and asked if I could come in a little earlier at 9:30am which was fine. I go in with my companion wait an hour and they take me in. I then got my IV right before the doctor marked me. As he was marking me idk why, but my nerves had me fainting Dr. Freimen was amazing he laid me on the bed with a hot blanket till I was better for surgery. I ended up going to the operating room the surgery team was so sweet wish I knew their names. They put a hot blanket on me which feels amazing. I ended up getting a BL/BA and so far I like my results. 10/10.

Everything went well with pre op I had no problems. There wasn’t really a long wait because I got there early in the morning. The staff just seemed like they were in a rush and didn’t really care about their patients, this lady charged me an extra 500$ CASH ONLY, because she said they changed the price. Honestly it felt like a drug deal . She pointed me to the atm and counted the cash infront of me, it was hilarious. Most clinics let you pay a deposit to clock in the price but not cg their unprofessional. My coordinator never answer the phone either. When I went in for my surgery I had to wait about 2 hours before going into the OR , they anesthesiologist seemed like she hated her job. Dr Desouza was very kind as wel he was the best part of my experience, my results are good but I still have fat left over because of my high BMI. I do not recommend CG . Hello dolls, today I want to tell you about my experience in CG cosmetic, first with all the bad comments, I was like predisposed days ago, but I decided to change my attitude, take everything easy and be kind, I landed in Miami at 11:20 and my pre It was at 1:00, I warn you that there is a lot of traffic, take your forecast, I arrived later than 1:00 and I decided to send a message to tell me that I was late, I answered that it was fine, they called me twice to see if I had arrived and fortunately arrived on time, ask to speak in Spanish, because I don't speak English, I use a translator, take all your physical exams, take your ID, your credit card, they really only accept cash, inside the place there is an ATM, They make you wait but because there are many people, companions are not allowed, if they buy the girdle try it in the bathroom, if you want to change the size, do it at the moment, the next day they do not allow changes, they explain that you only see the doctor for 30 minutes before your surgery, they call you and give you the time, you should not be late because they charge you $ 300 surcharge, they treated me very well, everyone was kind, I hope my experience on Monday is better than today, I decided to change my attitude, my BBL is now, I already paid, there is no going back. Come with a lot of patience, get ready to see a lot of people, I hope you do well.

The absolute worsssst place & I haven’t even had surgery here. My coordinator was Catherine who authorized an $6000 credit card balance which I didn’t consent to ! I was considering having a breast augmentation here which would have totalled $4000. I asked to have $2000 on a credit card and pay the $2000 in cash . Instead $6000 was charged on the credit card and i’m stuck with a bill & i’m trying to get a refund. I normally do not leave reviews BUT I wanted to share my experience. I am from Texas and traveled to Miami for a BBL surgery with Dr. Carvalho in November 2021. Pre-op went smoothly for me but as for my surgery day - Although I cannot complain about my results. Surgery would be at a different facility from pre op. The facility was being remodeled, I was placed in a room to remove my clothing (the door would not close/ had no door knob) I felt extremely uncomfortable. I had a virtual consultation so when Dr. Carvalho came to the room I was in (he was in there for max 5 minutes) you’d think that the person who is going to perform surgery on you would take more time than that to be able to ask questions. After that I was taken to the surgery room. There was a lady on a bed who had just finished surgery (still under anesthesia) Outside the hall of the surgery room there was men remodeling the hallway. So pretty much just anyone was able to see her. Which was also uncomfortable to me. Once the nurses are preparing you for surgery, they do not let you know one thing of what they’re doing. I also developed a cough and phlegm after surgery. I thought it was the anesthesia but started getting worried after the second day since it cough and phlegm would only happen when I was laying down on my stomach. I called the clinic since in their post op info they mention that they will help you with any questions I might have. I called to ask about the cough and phlegm to see if it’s something normal because they should know that since they’ve had thousands of patients. They hanged up on me the first time. The second time they did not let me finish what I had to say and the guy told me to have a good night and ended the call as well. The third time they said Dr Carvalho told them to tell me that he doesn’t know if it’s normal and to go to my family doctor. I’m in Miami, my family doctor is in Texas. I’ve spent thousands of dollars to be told they don’t know. I ended up speaking on the phone with Dr Carvalho and he had the audacity to tell me that I was probably already sick. He was yelling at me. Told me he had never had a patient who had cough and phlegm after surgery. Which seemed bogus to me since he has had thousands of patients. He also ended the call with me. As for lymphatic massage please do not spend your $150 dollars for 3 “massages” at CG Cosmetic. All they do is drain you. They literally take 6-8 minutes. That’s not a lymphatic massage. As my first cosmetic surgery overall it was a bad experience. It’s just a horrible first experience to have.

No JP drains, no bruises, The garment is even loose on my waist , I’m still draining I’m doing great , took only 2 Tylenol extra strength and muscle relaxer. Dr. Loessin took his time to explain all my procedures he also was friendly. My coordination Dally was so helpful I was struggling with iron and she would be txt to make sure I would take my iron and she even took the time to send a list of food and beverages to level my iron. The girls here at the follow up where so special making sure I would not fall since I was still feeling dizzy, always smiling and helpful with everything. Everyone here is so nice! I had my procedure done with Dr. Desouza and he is absolutely AMAZING! After researching him for over a year, I was positive that he was the only surgeon that I wanted to perform this very intensive procedure on me. I was extremely nervous (crying even) he calmed me down and reassured me that I was in good hands. AND HE WAS RIGHT! His customer service is top tier and he really listens to your wants and desires. He offers feedback and suggestions. I also went to the post op office for my follow up and massages .. very nice and polite staff. The doctor who did my follow up was the beautiful Dr. Ada. DO NOT, I REPEAT… DO NOT schedule a surgery with this clinic! They are very unprofessional and thieves. I scheduled to have Lipo 360 with Dr. Desouza at CG Cosmestics in March 2021. The surgery was scheduled for May 23, 2021. A few weeks prior to getting the procedure, I decided to not go through with it for personal reasons. The total for the procedure was $4,000. I paid a total of $3,900 which left me with a balance of only $100.00. Upon cancelling I was informed that the deposit of $1000 was non-refundable, which I was aware of. I followed their protocol to receive the remaining balance in the amount of $2,900 in May. After continuous email correspondence, and several lies about them processing the refund, I still have not received the refund and it’s been over 90 days. Ladies if you plan to get cosmetic surgery I WOULD NOT recommend this clinic. They are very persistent when it comes to taking you money but very unpleasant and unprofessional when it comes to processing refunds and providing further assistance once they have received your money!

The infection kept spreading through my body I spent 9 days in my home town hospital I've been living in HELL for the past 2 months I've tried getting in contact with the clinic several times but no one seems to care. I will start out by saying that I have not had any procedure by this company, so I can't tell you my experience about that, but I will say DO NOT even think of talking to this company or exploring surgery options with them unless you're 1000% sure you're going to have them do the surgery. I sent in all of my pictures and spoke with their representatives to get an idea of what surgery would cost me and what the process would look like, and after hearing the price and thinking about my future, I decided this is not the path I wanted to take. I walked away completely fine, until a few weeks later when my credit score DROPPED by over 50 points. They had taken my information I'd used for a PRE-APPROVAL, and they'd opened a credit account and taken $4500 to put towards a surgery. I found this out through Credit Karma. After hunting down the lender and figuring out it was from them, I reached out for a refund, and it's now been almost two months since I've requested a refund, and almost a month since they'd process the refund, and I still haven't gotten my refund. This has SEVERELY impacted my life, because now I'm getting denied and astronomical high interest rates for anything else I want to do like upgrade my car, because I can't get my credit score back up fast enough because they refused to refund the money. They can't even tell me when they'll do it. They just respond days later and say thanks for being patient. Thanks for ruining my credit that I've worked years on.

My total experience was ???? % positive. Starting with my coordinator, Dr. DeSouza the best surgeon, follow up nurse, massages etc. I have nothing negative to say about this company. It’s been 11 days since my surgery and I am extremely happy so far. My best advice is follow the instructions given don’t deviate don’t cut corners and you will be happy with the results.

My review is solely on the customer service end of CG and how unprofessional they are and how much false advertising they portray! My coordinator Dayana was helpful for the most part. Being that I was flying from out of state with my boyfriend and kids, booked flights, airbnb, etc you can imagine my shock when I recieved a text the day before I was suppose to fly out saying my surgery was cancelled due to a pending balance mind you I had been paid in full for months! I immediately contacted my coordinator and she assured me I didn't have a balance and to still fly out and go to my pre-op appointment and that I'd still be having surgery! I check into pre-op and was told to wait a few minutes only for the girl at the front desk to come back to me saying I owe another $1000!! Breach of contract right there!! I texted my coordinator again and she said no you don't owe $ and that she'd speak with her supervisor and the Dr. I was suppose to have for MMO Dr.Loessin. She said his price was no longer $7500 which is what I was told and paid but it was in fact $10,000! Mind you when I first contacted her about my surgery being canceled she said he had an emergency yet my surgery was still 5 days away ????. Her story kept changing. Even if I paid the extra $1000 it still wouldn't be $10k! She then tells me if I pay another $500 he'll do the surgery for me. At first I was going to pay it because they threaten to cancel you if you don't but I said NO! I decided to go with a different doctor Dr. Hunsaker and just get BA. I'm upset I didn't get my tummy tuck, I'm upset that I went through so much stress and aggrevation just to not even get what I went there for and planned for months! I also saw other girls who also came from out of state dealing with issues with them and end up not having surgery. I made sure I got a refund immediately for the rest of my surgery and I will never go to CG again nor would I ever recommend them! These doctors are too good to work for a terrible facility like them! Just know you are taking a risk losing $ on accommodations and you are risking being charged more money or being canceled when you walk in the door no matter how far you've come!!! I apologize for the long winded review but I wanted to make sure I didn't leave out any detail. Good luck if you book with them!

This review is for my masseuse Yanet(Janet) We all know that CG is very busy with tonnes of patients vying for attention with the staff but in this constantly churning machine their's Yanet. From day 1 she had me giggling literally a couple of days post-op from a TT. We were so loud that her supervisor came in thinking we weren't working. Not only did she make me feel that I knew her for years she was PHENOMENAL at her job. I was in so much discomfort with fluid buildup but by the time she was done all I could think about is when I'm coming back!!!

This place appears nice on social media but is extremely hole in wall which is not what you’re looking for when it comes to plastic surgery. This is the room you sit in for about an hour before your procedure. The bed it’s literally just wood with some thin pad on it. The staff is really rude both at preop and post op. The wait was insane and there’s like 30 women in the waiting room post op, no social distancing. One girl was waiting so long and on the ground leaning over a car (she had just gotten a BBL) and had to smell rubbing alcohol that they leave on the desk to not faint. The doctor was nice, and did a good job however there are SO many plastic surgery places in Miami in the same price range that might have a shred of professionalism.

Worst business I’ve ever dealt with! They have stolen $7,000 from me, I’ve lost $10,000 ( plane tickets, air B and B reservations and surgery) total because of them. It has been over 6 months and they refuse to refund me the $7,000 I paid. I will be taking them to civil court! Only complaint I have is the wait time for scheduled appointments for massages. I do not believe both post-op patients AND massage patients should go to the same office; wait time was anywhere from 1-3 hours on average (one day the system was down, overbooking appointment times,, etc.). If they had separate offices for separate patient types, I believe the waiting room congestion would decrease and patient satisfaction would increase. Having said that, I will leave the following review for the massage staff: Evelyn, Janet, Eileen, and Jackie were amazing ! They made my recovery process easy, helped my swelling go down faster, and helped me get pain relief following the massages from draining my incisions. Thank you so much ladies! You are truly appreciated for what you do! I had Dr. DeSouza for my surgery. PSA: he does NOT operate at the CG Cosmetics surgery center next door to the clinic, his surgery center is 5 min away (I didn’t notice the different address until the morning of surgery but luckily I made it in time! Totally my fault, but please make sure you look up the address BEFORE you head to surgery). Dr. DeSouza has a great bedside manner and took the time to calm my nerves, answer a few questions, and discuss what I wanted out of this surgery (skinny BBL with thigh lipo). I am only two weeks postop, but I can honestly say choosing him as my surgeon for this procedure was the best decision I could’ve ever made. CG no doubt gets a lot of bad press, the reviews are there. While some of them are justified, in the end I am happy with my decision with choosing this practice. I would recommend to anyone to be prepared to have patience throughout the entire experience (Pre-op: have your lab work done BEFORE you come, you will save yourself time and money. Surgery day: understand you will only meet the doctor on this day. Do not be afraid to ask questions and discuss your realistic and ideal goals for your results. Post-op: follow your doctor‘s instructions and get at least a week’s worth of massages, three are definitely not enough. You will thank yourself later!). I hope this fair yet honest review helps anyone in the future who is considering this clinic. Good luck to you and I hope you get the results you’ve always wanted!

If you don’t live in Florida do not come here. I live in CT I had breast implants done. A year ago and One of my implants dropped and I’m still in pain. Money waisted!!!!!! Flew out to get help with my issue for them to tell my surgeon fell out of a window. They took pictures gave me a prescription and told me they would contact my doctor right away and I would get a response within two weeks. I had no choice but to go back home because of my flight schedule. I called a week later and they said he was fine and back doing surgeries(suspicious) still haven’t heard back. It has been 4 months. I have been calling leaving messages, emails trying to talk to whom ever I can to get help and still haven’t heard anything back. They do not care!!!!!!!! Once you sign and get your surgery they will not help you if you have complications. Please save your money and get a real one on one experience with a real office that takes there time with patience. It’s literally like a factory in there. Wait times exceeded 3hours. I would never recommend CG Cosmictic Surgery, since day one they were unprofessional, I was supposed to get a BBL on July 17, 2021 due to medical issues my doctor told me to cancel my appointment until further tests done before she could clear me for the surgery. I emailed CG accounting department my doctors note on June 26, 2021, a few days later they informed me that it will take 30 days for my money to be refunded to me and that they will be keeping $1000 from my deposit AS per their policy I told them that’s fine with me just refunded me my balance. Today is Aug 5, 2021 every time I email their accounting department they emailed me saying that they are working on my refund. CG trying to scan me for my money, my next step is to let my attorney handle this issue at this point because they keep giving the the run around.

IF I COUKD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOUL, DO NOT GO HERE. I paid my surgery in advance and found out I was pregnant a week before my surgery. When this happened I asked if my money was going to be returned to me or if I was able to use it after my preganancy. Long story short after I gave birth to my baby I started reading the reviews and they were HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEE, complications during surgeries and more. I decided to do my research and contacted them for my refund. They will keep $1,000 from you and won't even do their part. You'll never get to see your doctor until day of surgery and sometimes not even. Ive been asking for my money for 5 months now and they either say they are short on staff because of covid (lol) or that my money is going to be in my account Monday and like I said it has been 5 months since then. There no one you could speak with, everything is through mail I even emailed the manager Tatiana and there's no answer from her either. Like I said, do not go here they will still your money, you'll never see the doctor you won't know if he actually did the surgery or his assistant.

My surgery was scheduled for this month due to the continuously alarming horror stories of experiences I came across I decided to pull back. Followed the process for a refund and for over two months now I have been waiting for a refund! The unprofessional personal running this place is by far the worse it has got for me. I didn’t once argue with anyone about the process I just continued to be patient. I agreed to my refund less my deposit which I have not received. Please stay away you are just another body walking through the slaughter house!!! I’ve seen several reviews of the same experience for other personal I wish I would of known sooner. I decided to go with a doctor in my home state and pay three times the price they are charging. How could you expect someone to trust you from 1000 miles away. So scary and glad I chose not to go with CG!

I had a surgery scheduled but had to cancel due to becoming pregnant a month before the surgery, so I’ve been waiting for 5 months to get my money back. Preop was a bit of a mess. My documents apparently were never faxed over which I watched my PCP fax them to CG. In the documents that are sent to you when you book surgery tells you what labs to get and ekg etc. I did all of that at my clinic. It never specified the EKG had to be in paper form. My EKG results were number values that were readily available. So I had to redo an EKG at preop. This should've been specified in the documents provided prior to surgery. Next for surgery, it was all smooth but I waited in this room for about an hr. I never got to speak to Dr. DeSouza, who was my surgeon, to say what exactly I wanted for results. The anesthesiologist came in and took me to the OR. I thought I'd be able to talk to my surgeon there but I was put under. I am very upset that I never even got to speak to my surgeon.. next was post op the next day. This was probably the smoothest part of the entire experience. Ada, the NP, that saw me was very polite and got me into a massage. My massage therapist was very kind and took care of me. I was in alot of pain and she helped me out.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I am so happy I was asked by my mother to go with her to her consultation because I couldn't believe my eyes when we arrived. Women standing outside not being able to go inside and arguing with the security guard about getting their money back or asking to see a doctor. There were 2 women who just got surgery and they just opened the door for them, no one to help them wait for their ride, one of them was on their knees against a bench because she couldn't sit down, the other one was moaning of pain, still in hospital gear. Horrible just plan disgusting. A big sign infront saying "NO REFUNDS" Mind you have to pay $250 CASH for the consultation and it's not even with the doctor. Then I found @cgcosmeticsurgery_botched on Instagram and read the reviews on Yelp thankfully. Please ladies be careful and don't take these reviews lightly.

Literally had to erase my review and give you guys a current update of the facilities it’s..... horrifying upon my arrival for pre op (scheduled at 10:30 by my coordinator) the door was locked to the waiting room and they make you wait outside in the heat (july heat) the security took my name and the paper said 10:30-11. I stood outside from 10:30-11:40 pretty much there is no social distancing that’s why you would think you would have to wait but it’s really just a hoard of people taking up any and every seat. A girl was there outside who had surgery the day before from Seattle she paid for thigh lipo and didn’t even get it done and they would not answer her about the refund. Keep in mind I arrived at 10:30 am I had not eaten since 9am and at 2:30 I still wasn’t even seen at all so I ordered ubereats and it took until 5pm to get any tests done didn’t finish until 8:30pm! Not to mention they tried to switch my surgery date they were canceling people and making people who already had their accommodations switch surgeons if they wanted surgery. Most people are from out of town. I even wanted to cancel but after seeing how they didn’t want to pay the one girl back I felt helpless please please please ladies keep your money and go elsewhere. Also there was rumors that people were waiting hours on actual surgery day which didn’t happen to me last time but I’m so scared! It’s truly horrible I feel like I should contact better business bureau and the health department. They are not following doctors office protocols. Also they want cash for lab work ???????????? I wanted to put 0 stars

Had my bbl done yesterday with Dr. Carvalho. Overall i had a great experience! Pre op was easy going i was there from 8am-12 pm but mostly because my pcp did not do a physical exam so i had to be cleared by their dr. And pay a extra $200 which was not their fault at all. I got my faja there and the girl recommended a xl and today at my post op they told me it was to tight so i had to pay a extra $160 which was annoying????. But my massage therapist evelyn was amazing !!! It did not hurt as bad as I thought. My surgery was at 5:00 pm last night and was told to be there at 4:30 but i left at 2:30 due to miami traffic being so crazy! Around 3:30 they called me and told me they were ready for me i got there at 4:00 did my drug test saw the dr etc. went into surgery around 6:45 and was out about 8. Nurses and everyone was very nice !!! I had a great experience and i was scared from all the bad things i’ve heard but i did not have any issues and I definitely recomend them !! And Dr. Carvalho the goat ???? im super happy with my results.

I had an amazing experience with CG cosmetic. I received a BBL+360 LIPO+ J-Plasma. Im a week and a half post op and I’m already loving my results. I’ll start with payment and coordination. I purchased these procedures on a special. CG upheld to the deal and the payment process was swift. I paid for the procedures in two payments which was perfect for me. The only complaint, well constructive criticism, would be with my coordinator. Getting in contact with her was very difficult and a lot of my questions remained unanswered. That would be the only negative thing I have to say about my experience. I had preop with Kenia (M.A.)! She was just everything I’d hoped. She was very positive and reassuring. She was patient and took time to answer and address any questions or concerns I had in regards to my surgery. Her attitude alone made me less nervous about my surgery the following day! The day of surgery was a breeze. I actually got to go in earlier than my appointment, which was good. The customer service down from the receptionist to the nurse to the anesthesiologist were very accommodating and reassuring that everything would go well. My doctor, Dr. Desouza, had an amazing attitude. He listened, gave input and I believe relayed the results exactly the way I pictured. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have no complications. Post op, I think was the best department. All the ladies there assisted me with scheduling massages and answered all the questioned I had. I was able to get in contact with someone via phone every single time I called. And don’t get me started on EVELYN!!!! Evelyn, who did my massages, is phenomenal ! Her personality made the most painful massages pleasant. I would suggest everyone to get their massages from her! She was very informing and encouraging. She made me feel perfect even with the swelling and drainage.

My girlfriend went there to see Dr. Loessin and all i have to say is horrible, horrible business. They care nothing about your wellbeing other than your money. Post op care or support is unheard of especially if something goes wrong. My girlfriend had an infection which required and emergency removal of her implant (whether or not that is due to their negligence i can neither confirm or deny) but what I can say is they ignored all forms of communication afterwards when she was desperate for info or support on how to proceed with fixing her operation. The normally responsive assistants screened her calls, emails, texts and never replied I can guarantee at the order of the business. This is two years ago now and still not even a courtesy reply. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer especially after flying in and spending so much on the operation. Please if you want any work done give your money to any other business. Hopefully one with integrity that cares about their patients well-being

I would definitely recommend CG to anyone who is interested in having cosmetic surgery. Irene is a lovely coordinator and very helpful. She made me comfortable and is the reason I followed through with my procedure! She genuinely cares about her patients and put me at ease when I was feeling very stressed. Dr Freiman is nice and very knowledgeable. I trusted him and his work. Start to finish, 5/5 for my experience.

So a lot of people think the reviews are simulated but they aren’t! The massage team was great, very comforting even though the massages hurt like hell. They were calling me beautiful, rubbing my face, it was amazing. I woke up freezing from anesthesia and I got a heated blanket put on me and a heated vent it was amazing. But the downfall to my visit was I didn’t speak Spanish. I did and still have a ton of questions that I just didn’t feel comfortable asking due to no one understanding me (again, results are still good so I can’t complain). I got a BBL and lipo 360 and I’d do it again. Pain management was great. Places are a little sketchy but it was nice!

My exprience here was great. I got a tummy tuck with lipo in my stomach. 24hours Preop and I feel good. As far a pain not what I expected don’t really have pain. My doctor was Dr loessin and he did a good job. I think the only part that I didn’t like was the fact that you don’t get to see the doctor until the day of surgery and he’s in and out. But so far as I can tell I’m liking my results.

They never respond. My surgery was a little bit over a year ago and they told me to wait a year to see if my breast changes and it never did. It’s something not right with my implant and my breast does not look right. This is not all the emails either I have about 10 other ones were they never responded. I had a BBL surgery with Dr. Desouza. My experience at the facility was great, no problems. Pre-op took a long time like 4 hours but the whole experience was made super easy for me and they made me feel comfortable. Day of surgery I got to speak with the DR. I told him what I wanted and he told me what he could do. He was a super nice guy and informative. In the OR the nurses and anesthesiologist was super friendly a spoke with me until I feel asleep. Woke up in recovery and they gave me blankets to keep warm until it was time to go and they wheeled me out in a wheelchair to my companion. Had my first post-op and it went well and was fast. Great team and I would recommend for BBl surgery. They definitely made my experience great.

I recently had Tummy Tuck and Lipo to the thighs here at CG with Dr. Sofer. Dr.Sofer and my surgery team were great! But CG post op clinic nurses and workers are rude and your just a number, getting woman in and out is all seen is their main goal.I am 3 weeks Postop and live in Ohio. I have left numerous messages and sent emails for the postop team, which I was told was okay to do, and NOBODY has returned any of my calls or emails. I’m pretty much on my own. CG was very kind and attentive when getting your money in the beginning after that, they don’t care.

The staff in itself are enough reason to not want to come here, ESPECIALLY if you’re an out of town patient. Spanish is the primary language here so if you don’t speak Spanish you might have some difficulties understanding what is actually being said when it comes to instructions. My Tummy Tuck (that didn’t occur until 6pm, left the faculty around 9:45) they scheduled another girl with the same doctor for the same surgery at the same time so my surgery time was delayed. I woke up, obviously in pain and everyone is laughing, speaking in Spanish. The anesthesiologist was also very rude and ghetto. The only person with some customer service skills who was pleasant was the doctor.

Not only do they ROB but you they cut all Communication with you once you finish paying your full amount to them.. i have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR over 2 months!!! Every time i ask for a ETA on my refund they COME BACK WITH A DATE AND I NEVER RECEIVE MY REFUND! They company is HORRIBLE! Going against their CONTRACT with PATIENTS! I am an 18 year old that was trying to talk to a doctor about the procedure on breast augmentation. My coordinator pressured me as soon as i spoke to her into paying a 1000 deposit right away without telling me nothing about them or the doctor. Well the next day i spoke to catherine trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor to give me a little bit of info about the procedure and she told me to come in. I go in the cg cosmetics and tells me that i have to pay in cash for some reason 250 for a consultation that in their webpage is free and no one told me about. I decided to pay to talk to the doctor because i really liked the doctors work and wanted to proceed with the procedure. I don’t speak to the doctor because according to the coordinator “he has no time to talk to you”. Very sketchy place and i don’t recommend unless you want to be pressured into doing any surgery by the following week of talking to them.

She was gentle while draining me and I almost passed out and she sprang into action and got me to smell some alcohol which stopped me from passing out and brought some pedialight to give me electrolytes. I got my breast augmentation done exactly a week ago with dr.freidman and he’s honestly the best. Everything went well and as of right now I’m in love with his work. One thing you must note about this clinic is the coordinators , their service is great until you pay for you procedure. It’s super hard to speak to them after you payed about any little question you have. I have contacted my coordinator after my surgery asking her the two most simple questions and she directs me to someone else. Meanwhile before paying she would know all the answers to my questions. Please be aware.

My relative traveled from Las Vegas to have surgery and had the worst experience of her life. The agreement was that she was paying for a mommy makeover and once she was there it was something completely different. Dr. Hunsaker was unprofessional and super rude. They see you as a number and they only care about the money. The results were very disappointing, do not waste your time and money and put yourself at risk. From day one, they changed her appointment when they knew she was traveling from NV to FL. DO NOT GO to this clinic. They are a complete JOKE!!

This company have been by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I was due to have surgery 7/29. They canceled my surgery 6/15, when I called the office to see why no answer. Mind you the contract states you have 30 days prior to surgery to pay for your surgery in full. I had already given them $3000 of my money and only owed them $1000. I called back several times to receive a text message, asking how can they help me. I then proceeded to ask why my surgery was canceled and they stated I had a balance, which I was aware but because the contract state I have 30 days I was confuse as to why they canceled me 2 weeks before my balance was due. My coordinator told me I had to pay my balance in full in order to keep my date and I reminded her of the contract and she just brush me off. At that point I was fed up and ask for.a refund and I was told to email accounting department. It is now 10/18/21 and I have yet to receive my refund from this company. This company is the worst, I would never recommend them to anyone. It’s sad that you have to wait months for your money back but it takes them seconds to take your money.
