My Experience with Dr. Krau and his staff was nothing short of Perfect. I decided to go in for a rhino/septoplasty procedure and also wanted slight changes to be made to my nose and for it to look Natural and not obvious. I was very concerned about the outcome! After researching his extensive background, reading many reviews and viewing his amazing before and after photos, I know that he was the surgeon for me! Boy was I right! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to undergo any surgical procedures from this office. Dr Krau did a horrible job on my breast. Immediately after my surgery I noticed my right breast was bigger than the other as well as a number of other issues. Ive been blatantly ignored since February. You would think after spending $8,900 I would be treated with some care and concern. To make matters worse I was told I have to pay $2000 for a revision. Why am I being charged for Dr krau mistake?? The staff is rude and incompetent I wish I never went to this doctor.

Even the debtist told me about it, and asked me how I did a rhinoplasty and I didn’t fix it but a rhinoplast plastic surgery wasn’t able to tell me!! Now I will have to do all over again to fix it? What a disappointing and unpleasant experience. Took the day off from work and drove an hour for this rhinoplasty consultation. He touched my nose for about 5s and said “your skin is too thick. I will have to refer you out”. I have never heard of anything like this before. Mind you the doctor he referred me to has a 2.8 rating on google. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.

I had a brest reduction with Dr. Krau 3 months ago. Everything went fine, but after 3 months some stitches has not healed. I started to get worry about 1 month after surgery, as I have had surgery before and the healing was always smooth. All follow up appointments are NOT with Dr. Krau. You see a doctor or a nurse (I don't know). After 3 months, with a few stitches still open, wounds still bleeding and no improvement, I requested an appointment to see Dr. Krau, First, I was given an appointment for the next two weeks. Then, I called the office and they said that I could go next friday as Dr. Krau only see patients on friday. Then my husband said my breast looked too bad and I called my coordinator Tatiana and she said that i could go on wednesday (it was monday) it was ok, based on the fact the the first appointment given was for the next two weeks. When Dr. Krau sees me he explains that is normal, the healing may take longer for some people etc. I've been suffering from pain, bleeding for 3 months and the response that I get is that this is normal. First of all, I don't think this is normal, and second, I think is very wrong that a doctor of any kind doesn't have and doesn't find the right amount of time to see his patients. He only have time to see new patients. He got really mad and said that I was taking time from a person that was about to have surgery and that I was being selfish... I can't believe that a doctor can talk like that to a patient that goes to "his" doctor to get answers from a procedure that he made himself. I've never seen a doctor that does a surgery and then don't see their patients. That is just wrong.

Scheduled a surgery, paid $1000, and needed to cancel due to nervousness because the staff here never answers the phone or emails and could not care less about your concerns and questions leading up to the surgery. Not to mention you don’t get to see the doctor until the day before you’re scheduled for surgery, giving no time to weigh your options. When I asked if I could use the money for another procedure such as Botox they simply answered my email with “no you cannot”. READ THE REVIEWS!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did. On the appt the Dr Krau checked on me, told me what it needed to be done, explained to me carefully why I can’t have implants and answered my questions. That’s it. Next day surgery. I have only corresponded with a patient coordinator and based on the lack of professionalism I have received I would not recommend this doctor. I’ve been called love twice and had to ask the same question twice, only to receive a price with no other information. Also when I submitted for a consult via the website I was contacted by Ms. Nunez via email requesting all my information and photos again but was not told why nor did her email to have any identifying markers (such as position tile, contact number, office logo) zero signature that one would expect from any business or medical office. I’m looking elsewhere.

Amazing Is an understament for Dr, Krau. I love my breast revision and it's only been a few days. He know what he's doing, with his measuring tape and all lol. He's sweet with a sense of humor as well. Yes it may be busy but what do you expect when everyone is after the best? Edit/update: after 2 revisions, I AM SO HAPPY. Yes, my body rejected implants twice. So I've had 3 surgery's with Dr Krau and ultimately had to have my implants removed and I got a lift to help with the excess stretched out skin. I'm almost 3 months PO and feel amazing. Dr Krau is incredible! If you are contemplating Breast Augmentation contemplate no further. 18 months ago I had a mommy makeover and the breast augmentation portion was never done properly. The implant never sat correctly and my nipples fell out of every piece of clothing that I had. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. 12 months ago the original surgeon attempted to fix the original work and nothing changed. My breasts remained lopsided and my nipples were still in the wrong place. 3 months ago I had him look at them again and because I was hesitant to repeat the same failed process I decided to get a second opinion. I had seen some of Dr. Krau's work in person and I was greatly impressed so I scheduled a consultation. After assessing the damage, which included slipping implants, dimpling off the skin and my nipples being located too high, he also found capsular contraction in both breasts. After he assured me that there was still hope and that he could fix the work that was previously done, I confidently decided to try again. WOW is only three letters but it says so very much. I cried when I first saw my breasts only a few hours after my operation. Dr.Krau, moved my implants to under the muscle and even swollen they looked amazing. I am now 17 days post-op .and I can not believe my eyes. Not only are my breasts perfect but even the scaring this time is 80% less aggressive and my healing process has been amazingly fast. If you want to have your breasts done, look no further, don't make the mistake and have to get them fixed again, have them done right the first time. If you have issues like I had, or want to enhance or reshape your breasts, the answer is simple. Go see Dr. Krau ! I did not believe this level of repair was even possible and I am blown away by the results, they have far exceeded any of my expectations.

**Rhinoplasty** I did SO much research, and then, a little more. I had narrowed it down to two doctors, Dr. Krau, and a doctor from Tampa, FL, who strictly did facial surgery, and mostly specialized on rhinoplasty. For more reasons than one, I went with Dr. Krau. I read all of his reviews (on any, and every website you could imagine), looked at all of his “before & after” rhinoplasty photos, looked at his YouTube Chanel, and finally had the courage, and went for the surgery appointment Oct. 1. I was SO nervous, the entire week (before my post op apt - which was today) I was a complete mess, I was so scared to see the results, and after today, I can say I am SO thankful I chose Dr. Krau, and I will be sure to always go back to him for any cosmetic procedures I ever consider. From the beginning of this journey, I’ve made several comments to family, and friends, that I don’t care about bedside manner, or how long I wait in the waiting room, or hold on a phone - as long as the doctor knows what they’re doing. I have to tell you it has been about 11 years since I had my reduction and lift. I look like I was butchered. I have No nipples at all- completely flat. Apparently, the blood supply was cut off too long and they didn’t come back. I am very self conscious of them and have lived with this tragedy for the past 11 years which has been a huge blow to my self esteem. My breasts are so ugly/mutilated. I can’t tell you how much I miss the sensation/arousal. It’s sad, I will never have that again. The actual surgery was another failure, my husband came back to pick me up at the expected time and they kept telling him to come back repeatedly for several hours. Clearly I was given way too much medication and I wasn’t coming out of it. I would seriously suggest you look somewhere else if you are doing any type of reconstruction or lift. I had a partial lift from arriola & teardrop gummy implants 15 years ago different doctor. I ended up with double bubble. I found Dr.Ary Krau & thanks God! He was nice. He listened to what I wanted. He looked at my wish pictures. I understood I wouldn't look the same as the pictures however it was more about the look. The office & staff were awesome! The physician assistant Victoria answered every question even though I had a lot & probably drove her crazy lol.She always ended her reply with a heart or smiley face. I'm sorry I said I would remember the nurses name but I didn't. She was awesome as well. The anesthesiologist was also great because I usually get nervous with that but he was so fast I just woke up & they were finished. I had I think 475 cc before. With Dr Krau I got 800cc with a lift. Which I was a little nervous about the scars. But it's only been a month I haven't even started scar treatment & they already look awesome & scars are actually quite tiny which frankly amazed me. I don't know what kind of magical way of making scars look so not noticeable right off the bat but I'm very happy! Thank yo so much Dr Krau & staff! I've already started recommending you to friends.

I had my breast augmentation last October. I came to CG thinking I would get a great surgeon for a better price. Instead what I got was a rush job that felt like I was at a boob factory and they were doing me a favour. There was absolutely no consultation with the surgeon, I only met him ten minutes before my surgery and he gave me zero input on the size or type of implant I had chosen. The person who helped me choose the implant was a nurse who knows nothing about breast implants and has zero training in plastic surgery. When I asked the doctor (Dr. Krau) what he thought of my implant choice before the operation all he said was "seems reasonable". My friend and I had surgery at the same time and when she asked the same question he gave the EXACT same response, "seems reasonable". As a result my nipple sits WAY too low on my breast and my scars are not neat at all. My friend is also concerned with her shape, her nipples are almost on the side of her breast. This is a scam DO NOT trust them with your body.

Finally after a lot of phone calls they gave me an appointment and charged me $300 in advance and said that they were going to call me to give me an estimate which they never did. I called and asked but I didn’t get the information I wanted. I was very disappointed so I got my surgery done with another doctor. I felt like I had been scammed for $300. Dr. Krau's truly a factor in improving my quality of life and my happiness factor. I was very unhappy and for years wanted to improve the look of my breasts. Finally I began researching top MD's for breasts and Dr. Krau's name came right up along with other bay harbor MD's. However in discussions his name has also come up. On to my experience; Previously I had two other consults where one MD was abrupt and I felt uncomfortable and the other MD really wasn't offering what I needed. As soon as I walked into Dr. Krau's office I felt very comfortable and his staff was also personable and confidant. My consult was on time and Dr Krau immediately came in to the exam room and we spoke at length about the numerous issues; I wanted a breast lift and a way for my breasts to look more full and round. Specifically Dr. Kraus technique is cutting edge and offers less scarring than traditional with a better recovery time. His suggestion for implants to add the fullness and clevage was impressive and exactly what I wanted. Most importantly DR KRAU was the person bringing up all the ideas, advice, information and techniques. I spent the afternoon thinking and booked my surgery for my vacation time during work. On to one week post op at this time and I'm super happy with my results. I felt completely at ease on my surgery day and woke up surrounded by my family and a trained recovery RN. Granted I was very mentally prepared for my surgery as it was booked 2.5 months in advance and it was something I really wanted. Having Dr Krau was just the icing on the cake. I like to add that I am a RN myself and was very impressed buy his surgical staff and office. They catered to all my over the top questions and safety concerns. Especially liked his anesthesiologist who went out of his way to detail everything about my surgery and was by my side at recovery. I know this is a long review; but it is important because surgery is always a big commitment. These days everything is much safer and general anesthesia risks are somewhat lower. however it is still a daunting decision and i couldn't have made a better choice than Dr. Krau.

I have had at least three surgical procedures done by Dr. Krau throughout the years. The last one I had done was a good ten years ago. Even though I moved to Costa Rica fifteen years ago, where a lot of people go to have "cheaper" procedures done, I would not even think of letting any other doctor touch me other than Dr. Krau. In fact, I have had more than one friend that I have referred to him in order to correct what another surgeon did. The last surgery I had done was a breast reduction and lift, and ten years later my breasts look perfect. You may find a doctor who will do it for less, but don't forget that you get what you pay for.

I saw Dr Krau almost 3 months ago for my breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, and waited to review to make sure I could rate properly. So first off, it’s EXTREMELY hard to find a GOOD Dr that can do both breasts and nose WELL. Dr Krau is absolutely AMAZING!! My nose is perfect! I had a smaller nose, but a bump and I just didn’t like the shape as I aged. For breasts he first did a little scar revision using my own fat (I then used some of that fat to put into my cheeks) took out my old 800cc silicone implants and put in 800cc saline overfilled to 1300 cc. That may seem like a lot, but I’m 5’9 and 170. I’m soooo happy with all of my results. Dr Krau is an absolute perfectionist. Also, quit complaining about the wait. He’s a busy dr as you know (and have probably taken more of his time then needed on busy days) so there is going to be a wait.

Humility goes a long way and Dr. Krau needs to understand that they have jobs because people like us are willing to pay in exchange for services. With that being said, I went today to my two weeks post op check up and I shared a concern with Dr. Krau, I know he is experienced but his reaction with me was extremely rude. He shut down, and did not listen to my concern. He got on my face and told me that he had done this more than anyone and he was the best and disregarded my comments. He walked out and I was left with the nurse. I had to remind him that I was the client and part of his job is to address concerns. For the past year or so, I've been consulting with different doctors who would be able to do my rhinoplasty. The second I walked into Dr. Ary Krau's office I knew he would be the one. The office is beautiful, and the whole staff is really there for you throughout the whole process. When I first consulted with him, he knew exactly what to do and made me feel extremely comfortable. Krau's work was an utter disappointment and when I went back to him to show him his work was even more of a disappointment. Krau immediately said they never dropped and wanted to charge for another surgery. I went to Krau based on all the hype and reviews and sincerely wish I never did. Krau spends absolutely very little time with you and is easily annoyed. Krau is not a very good listener and rushes to move on to the next patient, which is probably why the surgery turned out the way it did. Krau's secretary will lie to you and tell you that you need to buy new implants when in fact, I called the manufacturer and they come with a lifetime warranty. The experience was a complete disaster, which explains why his rating is only a 3.9. If only i had the hindsight. I will be making an appointment tomorrow with another Doctor to correct his mess, smh! Its so sad when all Krau cares about is the $$$

I am a RN, working on my APRN-FNP, have worked for plastic surgeons in the past and of course, I did a lot of research on which dr to go to and asked friends that went to Dr Krau about their experiences. Day of surgery was well explained, I really appreciated the anesthesiologist at his office who explained everything he was going to do in detail and was overall kind and personable. The pre-op and post-op nurses are awesome ???? I had an easy recovery (I went home from his office, took a nap, woke up at 8 pm feeling surprisingly good, never had to take my prescribed pain medicine) and back to myself the next day. Travelled from PA to FL for a breast lift with silicone implants. I was provided with 25 pages of specific information pertinent to pre op and post op care. My pre-op appt was on Monday. He was very informative, and took his time reviewing benefits and risks of my procedure. The next day I underwent my procedure and was we'll cared for approximately 1hr post op in their designated recovery area. It's been almost 24hrs from my procedure, I feel pressure. No true pain.

7 weeks post rhinoplasty and I am extremely happy with the work of Dr. Krau! I consulted with plastic surgeons in Houston and Orlando and he was by far the most thorough and genuine when discussing with me the processes of my procedure, expectation and the ideal outcome (which he achieved). Dr. Krau was very welcoming and had a great sense of humor proving that he is passionate about what he does and making sure I was happy which helped put me at ease going into my surgery. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he would do and why. I am so impressed with the job that he did on my nose. He took the time to understand what was important to me and obtained the goal I had in mind. As an African American I had no bridge and a wide tip. He gave me definition and synched in my tip good enough to where it didn’t seem like a drastic change, but still fit my face perfectly. I went to this Doctor because he was recommended to me. This was the worst experience and very traumatizing. I had my implants replaced and Ary replaced with different size. They said, "you are swollen, but it will be the same" that never happened. The same day of my surgery, I was forced to leave pretty much sleep walking because they had to close. It was like i was living a NIGHTMARE. If you Cant accommodate patients, dont take them so late. I am a Massage therapist and he NEVER explained that i would not have as much strenghth anymore to do massages. I could not work for months. Please go to another Doctor. This place is all about the money. This is a big procedure and we are humans that should be treated as patients having a very serious surgery done, not just a number. I Will NOT recommend this place at all. PLEASE DO RESEARCH AND GET A BETTER DOCTOR.

Dr krau and his magic hands . My daughter had silicone breast implants surgery with Dr krau 10 years ago . After 10 years , her breast looks beautiful and perfect. If she will need to do it again no doubt that she will choose Dr. Krau, he is one of the best surgeon in the world for breast surgery.. I make this review today Because in the last week i suddenly saw all bad reviews about Dr Krau . i noticed that something was wrong and called his office, it is impossible to get 7 bad reviews the same day. I had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Krau 5 weeks ago. I have a personal phobia of anything medical related- I've passed out getting my blood drawn before. I did enough researched feel confident in my choice of a Dr. but I didn't read too much on others experiences, because I didn't want to psyche myself out. Dr. Krau is pure Instagram hype! I had my surgery a month ago and i am stuck with uneven breasts, one is slightly bigger than the other.. In addition, i had superficial necrosis around my areolas, but thankfully it healed quickly. My areolas are definitely not symmetrical, they are super flat and I cant feel a thing . They are shaped different and the left one is not centered. I haven't reached out to the office to complain about any of these issues because they don't give a da** so i am not wasting my time. I spent 8k thinking i was going to the "best" however he is far from that. its all Instagram publicity . I met someone at his office who had their lift done 2 days prior to mines and she is also unhappy . She also has uneven areolas and necrosis. The office staff is not friendly or welcoming . Dr. Krau was nice I did not experience his snotty attitude as most have mentioned. He saw me a week before surgery but I had to wait an hour SMH! The office never followed up with me to book my pre ops i had to reach out several times. They had me trying to figure out where i was going to get my labs and a echocardiogram i did not even need. The office does not assist you in selecting a size at all, you are on your own. I know they do this because patients tend to blame the doctor if the size is not what they expected however some guidance and opinions would be helpful. The anesthesiologist was very nice one of the friendliest there, but he pricked me like 5 times before finally finding the vein. Please do your research, go look at reviews on realself all i can say is i am lucky compared to other women.

Dr Krau, seemed nice enough and friendly, the staff, well average and how I treated after surgery. After it was time for me to leave. I walked in the front door for the procedure and I was shoved out the back door, I was still very heavily sedated and couldn’t walk without help, I couldn’t see straight and I don’t remember much, but they pushed me out that back door like I was cattle. Very very poor patient treatment. Afterwards one of my scars had opened up and I was terrified of infection and wanted to do everything I could to stop it from getting worse. Trying to get help from the number you are provided was difficult. I would not recommend! My first surgery was in Thailand and I’d go back there any day, their hospitals are pristine and in comparison make most 1st world hospital or in this case the back room where this was done, look like a veterinarian hospital. The Thailand patient care was 10 star, and you are not forced out, you stay over night, they monitor you they do house call check up’s until you are feeling better.you are not treated like a conveyor belt patient. Just save your money and time. And to top it of, stop your staff making comments and talking about clients in the waiting room, some people speak more than one language!! Don’t be so damn rude!

I booked an appointment for Dr. Krau and upon making my deposit for payment I was told by Stephanie (office manager) I had to pay a 13% fee for using care credit. I thought this was odd so I called Care Credit myself to verify that this in fact was standard. However, when I spoke to Care Credit (Michelle) she informed me that this is not only illegal but unethical. Care Credit does not allow providers to charge patients for using Care Credit. In addition, Care Credit does not charge a 13% fee to providers. Therefore, there really would be no reason for them to charge me a 13% fee. I called Stephanie back to inform her of my conversation with Care Credit and her response to me was "I run Ary Krau's practice and not Care Credit." She went on to tell me that "the doctors practice is not Walmart where I am shopping around for a cheap shirt." I let her know that I am quite aware of that since I did choose to go to a reputable surgeon. However, I did not understand why I had to cover a fee that should not be billed to the patient in the first place. In addition, Stephanie mentioned to me that the other Dr. that I had thought about doing surgery with Michael Salzhauer is trying to be like Dr. Krau but would never even compare. Which I felt was also in appropriate for her to mention. Due to Stephanie’s unprofessional and insulting responses I decided not to do the surgery with Dr. Kraus office. I cannot believe how a reputable surgeon will hire such an unprofessional and impersonal office manager.

After being pretty botched during a breast reconstruction by the self proclaimed “best breast surgeon in Alberta” I traveled from Canada to get fixed by Dr. Krau. I went to his private practice- it is worth the extra money to see him privately as opposed to going to CG. You are investing in yourself and the extra budgeting is worth being able to see him privately. I have seen many girls say “he’s expensive for Miami” but his work speaks for itself- (and you can see for yourself on his Instagram) he ends up fixing a lot of bargain surgery work. Spend the extra money initially so you don’t spend double down the road!!! He is a busy surgeon but extremely patient and thorough. His entire office and medical staff are extremely welcoming. They are super helpful if you’re traveling from out of the country! I seriously can’t thank him enough.

I have been excessively sweating in my underarms for years. I was looking for a provider that I could trust to Botox my under arms and Dr. Krau came highly recommended. I went to have it done 3 days ago, and was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The procedure was pretty painless, and he took his time to talk to me about other issues I may want resolved in the future.
