On June 4th, Dr. Mounsey performed my rhinoplasty, as a way to treat my long-term sleep apnea. He was so confident and professional, I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Mounsey’s surgical skill. I had been suffering with serious sleep issues, and knew it was time to have something done about my nose. Dr. Mounsey was able to far exceed my expectations and today, my sleep apnea is resolved. I’m very happy I made the decision to discuss my issues with Dr. Mounsey and I happily recommend others to take the same first step towards a rhinoplasty.

One of the worst medical experiences of my life dealing with this place. Reception and staff are very poorly managed. If no one picks up the phone at reception, there is no voicemail or option to leave a message, it is just SO WEIRD. It feels as if the staff that work here do the BARE MINIMUM to get by for their job duties. Patient does not receive adequate examination time. Recommendation: if your family physician refers you here, ask to be referred elsewhere because no one deserves the poor treatment you get here.

One of the worst doctors for rhinoplasty. Promise me to straighten my nose and fix the nasal congestion. But only did half of the job, took a catridge from my ribs for nose tip and it has been 4 years it hurts when i do exercise. Rude staff and specially this so called Dr. Mounsey. He does not listen what you have to say, i regret till this day. Im leaving a comment after 4 years because i knew nothing can be done. Still living with same nose and still have breathing problem.

About a year and a half ago, I saw Dr. Mounsey for a rhinoplasty. A friend recommended that I come in for a consultation, and after doing extensive research on his website, found that Dr. Mounsey brought a lot of experience. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable, as he knew a lot about nasal surgery. I wanted to improve the shape of my nose tip, because I thought it was too wide. Dr. Mounsey did a fantastic job and my results are excellent. The tip is narrower and looks great on my face. I recommend that anyone considering a rhinoplasty schedule their own consultation with Dr. Mounsey.

I liked him very much in no rush explains things to you, the only thing i hate is trying to contact his office, his secretary is never available to answer the phone, they have no voice mail, and you can't even email his office, i think they need to get with it, email and voicemail. Would save me a couple of trips up to his office just to get an answer to a question from his secretary.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. She never provided us with a surgery time. I had to call the day before surgery and figure out the time. They never answer phones and DON'T HAVE VOICEMAIL. The woman named Tricia can be very unpleasant to deal with. I had raised some concerns about my child'd health and the surgery time. She then proceeded to compare me with other mothers. I tried to stay as calm as possible but she was very short with me and made rude remarks. TRICIA IS IT REALLY YOUR JOB TO COMPARE PARENTS? May be thats why you can't be productive and keep patients up to date. STOP COMPARING PATIENTS and you will be able to focus better on your work TRICIA!

It seems I did not have the same experience as some of those who commented below. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon that is actually concerned about your well being and not your wallet i would highly recommend Dr. Robert Mounsey. I had a great experience from the consult to recovery. His team is great and make you feel comfortable and calm during the whole process. Thank you Dr. Mounsey for giving me my confidence back.

Had to follow up three times before they send my MRI requisition to the hospital. Turned up to my appointment and waited two hours to see the doctor. He told me nothing could be done but they still tried to get me to book a follow up for the $. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Horrible experience! Doesn't listen to anything you're saying. Insert a tube in my nostril without explaining what he was about to do and why he was doing it. I was gagging and tensed which makes it took even longer. If there was some pleasant communication the experience could have been different. Did nothing for me, told me to come back to see him, not happening. Finding myself another Dr. Not a pleasant person and no empathy!

In March, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Mounsey. I had an injury to my nose that caused a curvature and breathing problems. Today, I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Mounsey. He really addressed all of my needs and then some. A doctor friend of mine recommended Dr. Mounsey, and after doing my own research, felt like he was the best fit for my needs. My nose looks straight now, both from the front and the profile. Even better, my breathing issues are gone. Not only did Dr. Mounsey correct everything I wanted, he was kind enough to explain the procedures in detail before getting started, so there were no surprises. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my own experience, so I just want others struggling with nasal issues to take a minute to discuss their options with Dr. Mounsey, as well.

Dr. Mounsey was the surgeon who performed my rhinoplasty on January 5th. He was recommended by my ENT, and that was a great gift. Dr. Mounsey was very informative and helpful. He explained all the details about removing the growth in my right nostril. I was expecting the worst, but was lucky enough to actually get the best. This was such a scary procedure for me, but under Dr. Mounsey’s care, I was comfortable. I am pleased with my results and happily spread the word about Dr. Mounsey’s skill and artistic touch.

Doctor himself needs some training how to be organized, then he might be able to teach his staff. Been busy not a good reason to be sluggish!!!

So when I got my nose done by dr mounsey I was excited because I have a big nose with a huge bump in it from a car accident... taking off my nose bandage I was not happy none of these problems were fixed all he fixed was he made my tip of the nose alittle less fat. (Which is a good thing) but I asked for a smaller nose with the bump taking out .. now i have two tiny bumps on my nose that look like zits under the skin (there the bone) which wasn't there before . So he fixed 1 problem out of 3 and made another .. there goes 8,000$ out the Window :( still hate my nose and out that money . All he said to me was you can't get perfect results ... so upset

I just waste my time going to this doctor, he does not show any interest in my condición and is very unfriendly. He only see me for 5 minutes every appointment. He did nothing for my condition.

Three years ago, I saw Dr. Mounsey for a revision rhinoplasty. I found his office online, after reading about his extensive experience. He mainly does surgery, so Dr. Mounsey seemed like he was the doctor I needed. Unfortunately, I had not been happy with my first nose job and needed a surgeon I could trust to get it fixed. During my consultation, Dr. Mounsey showed me before and after pictures of what he could do to my nose and how it would look in the end. I really liked this and felt like I could trust Dr. Mounsey. My surgery turned out really well. My nose is much straighter and I can breathe so much better. Anyone thinking about a rhinoplasty should consider a consultation with Dr. Mounsey, as this is his specialty, and he has the ability to bring out your desired results.

Receptionist is extremely rude, she's not quality to represent the doctor at the front-end, she's bad for business. She insulted me on the phone all because I call to get the direction to the clinic. I was so upset that I just turn around and went home. If that's the first impression I get, I couldn't be bother.

Dr. Mounsey is an experienced plastic surgeon and provided me with the new nose that I was wishing for. My rhinoplasty was six months ago, and my nose has healed nicely since that time. I originally found Dr. Mounsey through online research. He had the experience I was looking for, as I had broken my nose as a kid, which left it twisted inside. My results look great and my breathing is so much better. I totally enjoyed working with Dr. Mounsey, and felt comfortable with the way he made sure I was completely informed throughout my rhinoplasty process.

It has been more than 18 months since Dr. Mounsey performed my rhinoplasty and I am still excited about my results. Today, I feel like my nose is smaller on my face and looks much more defined. Originally, I came across Dr. Mounsey online, and after scheduling an in-person consultation, found him to be very professional and kind. Today I breath better, look better, and really overall, feel better about myself. Since I had such a good experience, I am excited to let other people know about Dr. Mounsey for themselves.

Not a good experience to have first time surgery with this doctor he just like to visit the patients once a month, and taking less than 2 minutes to discuss the issue So I had the surgery and after visiting him for 3 times after the surgery I noticed that I still have the same issue that I used to have before surgery, and he try to say everything is okkkk But after talking to him finally he told that surgery was not successful and the only option that I have is to use a bottle spray all my life That’s was absolutely unacceptable and I can see he doesn’t care about patients Stayyy away from this doctor!!!!

Doctor is great, he put tubes in my daughter's ears twice with no issues, but the receptionists here are awful. They are never available by phone, don't have anywhere you can leave a message, and are rude when you finally do get a hold of someone. After another rude conversation this morning, I think I am done with this office. Earlier this summer we were booked for a follow up appointment on a day when the Dr wasn't even working, and when I called the next day and asked why we were booked when he was away, she was very rude to me and told me it was up to ME to follow up on my upcoming appointments! I can't even get a hold of her to ask a question, how the hell am I supposed to confirm my OWN upcoming appointment? And isn't it supposed to be the receptionist who confirms it WITH ME, not the other way around??? I gave them one more chance after that, but today she was rude again so I'm done with this place. Also, FYI the appointments are NEVER on time, so plan to wait a couple of hours unless you've got the first appointment of the morning. TLDR; Dr. Mounsey put tubes in my daughter's ears twice and did a GREAT job - but the receptionists here are awful.

Gave me a disease at the ENT Clinic. Can't swallow. I'm Dying, His secretary never answers the phone. They have no voice mail. I keep calling and calling but she is always away from the phone. U can't get a message to him. God Help me!
