Hello... I'd like to leave a review for this lovely group of ladies at Slipacoff Dental Centre. I'm not proud of it but I took a 20 yr break from dentists as I was terrified of them and their offices! Two years ago I bit the bullet and made an appt with my husband's dentist office as he always spoke very highly of the staff there. Right at the hop, Katie the receptionist was so sweet, kind and lovely that it made such a difference being able to make the actual appt. When I got there, I had to fill out the paperwork. This was when they had me sit in one of their rooms to fill it out instead of filling it out in the waiting room. I believe they thought I was so nervous that I'd do a runner, lol! They weren't wrong, I thought about it, lol. As soon as I met the first hygienist, I thought ok, she's nice. Then I met Dr. Katie, let me tell you, she is wonderful!! She seems as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. So sweet, kind, gentle and for some reason I felt it easy to put my trust in her. I had some issues to get dealt with... after every one of them, Dr.Katie actually called me at home to check on me! I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, understanding, patience and respect! That being said, I would urge anyone who is struggling with fear or anxiety about seeing a dentist to seriously call this office. I am truly appreciative and grateful for all the women that work there, as it has made a huge impact on me and my experience. Truth be told... I will never be excited to go... but their kindness makes it so much easier for me to be able to go. Thank you so very much to all at Slipacoff Dental Centre! Had been in pain for a while prior to my visit so went in anticipating more pain and that the procedure was going to hurt yet I felt absolutely no pain at all. I saw Dr. Ekaterina this morning to have a crown replaced on my back molar. I was happy that reception called me the prior business day to remind me that the appointment would be roughly 2 hours in length so I was prepared for a longer visit. What a great appointment! Dr. Ekaterina gave me a blanket and dark glasses while she was working. The numbing gel and freezing allowed me to experience NO pain at all, and I was actually able to fall asleep in the chair while we waited for the porcelain crown to be created with the high tech machine. I also really appreciate that she explained everything as she was doing it so I was never wondering what was happening. I would highly recommend Dr. Slipacoff and her staff to my friends and family for any future dental restorations.

“I feel better about myself now that my teeth look traighter ". I cant stop smiling!!! - I found the alignment trays easy to keep clean. -Mostly pain free process. Only the first few days with new trays. The pain was more discomfort and mild. - I had no difficult with keeping the trays in and only keeping them out for meals. I found myself not snacking as much as I usually would. During this process I lost a little weight and decreased my late night snacking. -at work I get told I have beautiful teeth by customers and It makes me so happy I decided to get my teeth straighter. No return visits or temporary crowns. They even show you how its made. The tech used to map the new tooth is pretty neat as well.

Dr. Ekaterina Slipacoff was absolutely amazing with our daughter. Our daughter needed quite a bit of work and has a disability which includes sensitivities to different sensory stimuli. Dr. Ekaterina was so patient and gentle with her. My daughter felt comfortable and had a tremendously positive response to going! She had to go back multiple times for work on her teeth and never once was unwilling to go back. Dr. Ekaterina worked miracles with our daughter. She is amazing with children! The staff at the office were amazing as well. They were incredibly kind and understanding. The reminders for appointments were very helpful as well as the flexibility when scheduling appointments and needing to reschedule. My daughter will always be seen by Dr. Ekaterina from now on. (We had seen two other dentists who were unwilling to work with our daughter in the way that we hoped. Dr. Ekaterina exceeded our expectations and was so kind and compassionate towards our daughter, which allowed our daughter to trust her enough to let her do the dental work). We cannot thank Dr. Ekaterina Slipacoff enough!

If you are looking for a child/family friendly dentist, I suggest you try this place out. Staff is very knowledgeable and the office environment is clean and modern. We’ve been attending since 2012. Just a few days ago, my 10 year old son fell off his bike and broke 2 of his teeth. I called the clinic and was able to get in immediately (wasn’t expecting to especially with the Covid-19 pandemic). Dr Tyler called after the secretary gave my son an appointment requesting for pictures. After looking at the pictures, we were asked to come in immediately so that Dr. Lennie will have enough time treat my son. Dr Lennie did an amazing job, and took his time to explain what he was doing to him. They made him feel really comfortable. I am super thankful for the care he received.

Both Dr Lenny and Dr Kati are excellent when it comes to getting the dreaded needles for novacain as they are absolutely painless. The quality of work done on bridges and crowns has been excellent in my opinion and they have allowed me to take up to six months to pay for the services rendered. This is great seeing as how I do not have dental insurance and it makes the financial part of this more bearable. Lisa at the front desk has always been very tolerant of my many questions and options that I might have when it comes to paying for the services rendered. The entire staff is always friendly and accomodating any time my wife and I have come for appointments. Dr. Katie Slipacoff and team were wonderful through the entire experience! She explained the procedure prior and took her time. She wasn’t rushed and made me feel safe and in good hands. She was gentle and showed great care and pride in her work. I would recommend her for any dental work including major surgeries. She made sure once done that I was doing well and took time to go over all the after care I would need to keep up on. I healed nicely with minimal pain and swelling and I believe this is because she made sure the procedure was done properly and didn’t rush.

This was my sixth visit to my new dentist and this young man has a great set of hands and a chair side manner to match. He replaced two old crowns (45 years) that had decay underneath. I now realize that my first old crown was messing up my bite. My back teeth on the left had not been able to touch together for so long i thought it was proper. It feels so good to be able to touch all my teeth together. I have no insurance so they found a way to use the Cerak(sp) machine and take the lab out of the equation reducing the price to a more manageable level. Painless dentistry at its best.

Just hearing the word root canal makes one anxious. However my experience was absolutely pain free and with no discomfort. Even 24 hours post procedure I still had no pain. It was like I had nothing done. Dr. Ryan was amazing always making sure that I was doing ok during the procedure. I had 2 onlays done today by Katie Slippacoff & her team. She is such a great dentist in every way. She is professional, does such a great job and is a very sweet person. I have no worries when I am in her care at all.
