At 52 years of age once my decision was made to have a facelift, the next most important thing was to find the right Doctor/Surgeon I was prepared to put my complete trust and faith in. After all, you’re looking for an Artist to work on your precious canvas and make it a work of art! When I first met Dr. Ehsan Jadoon I was drawn to him immediately by his genuine warmth and down to earth nature. He wasn't there to give me any type of hard sell surgery in fact he encouraged me to initially try minimal rejuvenation procedures such as Botox and fillers to see if I was happy with them before I made the decision to go ahead to the next level of surgery . Over the next 12 months I built a wonderful rapport with Dr Jadoon. He always explained procedures to me in detail, fortunately detail that you didn't need a medical degree to understand. I was never rushed or pressured in anyway, I was impressed with his level of knowledge and above all else I value honesty. Dr Jadoon was always very open when discussing limitations and expectations and it only reiterated to me that this Doctor knew his field well and that he was definitely the man for the job. On the day of my surgery I was so blessed I had chosen Dr Jadoon because his kind and compassionate nature helped put me at ease, he was extremely patient with me and his level of skill and commitment to excellence in giving me the best possible job outdid my expectations. I had been warned that afterwards I would be questioning myself as to “what was I thinking” “what the hell have I done?” “I would hate the world” and with complete honesty I felt none of the above. If anything I was thinking “wow I thought this was going to be a lot worse and I had worked myself up for nothing” There was no extreme pain, certainly a little discomfort but nothing that mild pain killers weren’t able to help manage. Every day post the surgery Dr Jadoon telephoned for regular updates on my recovery and his availability and accessibility is another reason I was happy with my choice of Doctor. If I have any concerns I know I can reach him or his staff immediately. It has been a month since my first surgery and I recently had my first Fraxel Laser Treatment to rejuvenate my aging and sun damaged skin and I am looking forward to seeing the overall result in the next few days. In summing up I can only say that Dr Ehsan Jadoon is an amazing doctor and I could not have asked for anybody better to perform my surgery and treatments., I am so grateful to this man because I can now look in the mirror and see a younger me. I was given first class care and Dr Eshan Jadoons artistry as a surgeon is second to none!

Thread lift lasted one week maximum, other surgeons and nurses have since told me that the Dr should have never performed this treatment on me, an 18 year old at the time, and that what I was hoping to achieve was impossible with threads. Was around $2500 from memory which ended up being money wasted

Nice people, good experience. I was just disappointed that I was sold products that is widely available on Amazon for much less. I don't mind supporting local and paying more to a degree. Unfortunately the price difference was a bit too much. The other issue is I thought i was being sold a products that is reserved for professionals to supply which you would think is higher grade than mass market products. Maybe this has always been a marking trick but one would hope not.

I have had three visits with Dr Jadoon this year and the results have really impressed me. I had a severe illness that left me hospitalized and in a coma for over three months at age 27 . I lost a ridiculous amount of weight due to this coma and when I woke up and started rehabilitation to walk again I saw myself in the mirror for the first time. I had not an ounce of fat left anywhere- including my face -I was a walking skeleton . I looked (and felt) so much older than what I was. As I recovered and started to slowly gain muscle and fat again I did start to look much better, however ,my face had lost all volume and never really recovered to my former healthy, glowing ,full and firm face of a 27 year old . I was drawn, and thin in the face with shallow troubled eye sockets .My skin stretched over bone and I had also in the coma had paralysis from the stress on my left side of my face making it slightly asymmetrical . Don't get me wrong -I was thankful to be alive but I felt sad that I didn't look like me anymore. For ten years I was incredibly self conscious and felt very different I put it to the back of my mind and just got on with life. I was recommended Dr Jadoon by some friends and made an appointment on a whim and spoke with him about my very personal concerns not expecting that he would be able to help at all. He is very kind, knowledgeable, confident and very approachable. He reassured me he knew exactly how to make me feel myself again. And he did - the results are amazing and are very natural looking results. I am so thankful. I trust him 100% as he is highly experienced and really knows what he is doing when it comes to this type of body work. If you are looking for "the right doctor" to work on your face or body then look no further - you have found your guy!

Not sure if it was becaus I was new but the staff were much friendier to the existing customers (making sure they were comfortable and providing cups of teas) and were served in a timely fashion! I had to wait 40 minutes before I got called in and people who came after me got served before me! Dr Jadoon seemed very disinterested and did not explain the procedure or risks related to it, and even made unfriendly remarks which I thought was quite odd as I had read the reviews here before I had booked the appointment! And those reviews were all very positive! ???? Wonder if he only treated me that way and why?? However there was a Scottish(?) doctor there whose name skips me atm, was so friendly, supportive and courteous and kind! This was my first time having this procedure done and I was anxious and in a lot of pain post procedure. Dr Jadoon just left the room after making rude remarks and was never seen again whilst the Scottish doctor was there giving me a cold flannel and plenty of much needed TLC! I thank you so so much for your kindness and support! Doctors like you are rare to find. As a long term sufferer of acne and skin issues my experience at Medaesthetics Subiaco was traumatising. The "doctor" told me he could solve my acne in a one-one-one consult with him. Anyone who experiences acne knows there is no cure as such, it's just manageable. $1000 later I bought the products he recommended (that solved nothing) I was booked in for a laser treatment and the main doctor was there and invited a trainee doctor in who asked so many questions of me, including pointing to my treatment area and asking "What is that?" I was so embarrassed, even though I was paying top dollar for the treatment. I also have burn marks on my décolletage from the treatment sold to me. I 100% do not recommend this place. Avoid!

I originally started going to MedAesthetics for botox about a year ago, but have gotten so much more out of my visits than I expected! I took aesthetics in college, which pushed me to try botox to fix the lines I have that run across my forehead. Harley has been super professional with me during every visit. There's always a review before we start that goes over why I started getting treatments, and if it's going the way I'd like it to, or if I need to make any changes. I'm never surprised at any point of the procedure because she verbally prepares me for every step and is very informative if I have any questions or concerns. Not only does Harley make sure I receive proper aftercare instructions, but the team also sends me an email if I need a reminder to refer to after my appointment. I'm never disappointed in her work! I've switched birth controls twice since I started going to MedAesthetics, and my skin has not been happy. The team booked me in for an optic slim facial scan that helped me target problem areas and gave me an in depth look at what I needed to change in my skin care routine. I could not be happier with the Neova and Rejudicare products that I walked away with. My skin looks the healthiest it ever has, and I will NEVER be going back to Sephora for skincare. I'm now a part of the MedAsthetics membership plan, which helped me space out the cost of my treatments and skin care each month. After doing several exercises and dieting, I realised that my chest's rather feminine appearance would not go away from exercise alone. A friend recommended to me Dr. Ehsan Jadoon for his excellent results in treating gynecomastia. I flew from Adelaide to Perth to undergo the procedure under Dr. Jadoon. The staff at Medaesthetics were very welcoming and the clinic's ambiance was exuberant. The whole surgery was under local anesthesia, and painless. Dr. Jadoon used liposuction to remove the fat, and a minor incision to remove the glandular tissue. I experienced no pain throughout the procedure. After recovery, my chest appears more firm and flat than it did before, with all thanks to Dr. Jadoon and his wonderful team at MedAesthetics. I would highly recommend Medaesthetics for all cosmetic and laser procedures.

Dr jadoon and his team went above and beyond to make sure I understood at initial consultation. He explain my options gave his expert opinion, also explained any risks involved. The price is affordable and clearly informed. I found I did not need to consider another clinic, nor think twice for any other surgeons opinion to clarify the procedure. I was in competent hands and put any concerns I had at ease, he made my choice very easy. Dr Jadoon's demeanour I thought was quiet funny but also very professional at the same time. He pays special attention to any imperfections which showed he takes pride in his work and reputation. I loved that I could walk in and pretty much walk out on the same day and be in minimal pain and small down time. Everything was efficient from method an techniques to his friendly and educated team. My results after recovery are more then expected. I am overwhelmed and grateful with the choice I made to go with Medaesthetic clinic and I have Dr jadoon and his team to thank for it. I will continue to have many more treatments or procedure through Medaesthetic clinic and would have no issues of highly recommending to other people for the best results in Perth.

I had my first Medaesthetics experience with Lisa. I received the BBL treatment on my face as I had a few sun spots that I wanted gone. From the get go Lisa was professional, understanding and gentle. I was quite nervous before the treatment but she was supportive and explained the process thoroughly. After months of consideration finally went ahead with liposuction on stomach and hip areas. Dr Jadoon presents a relaxed and casual atmosphere but highly skilled in his field. I was able to see visible improvements immediately , although full results will be in about 3 weeks . Only slight discomfort experienced that evening - which was to be expected ( was given painkillers, but didn't need to take any) , tiny incisions, no bruising and only slight tenderness in my abdo area for a couple of days - so, so pleased with my results. My only regret is not having this procedure years ago.

I saw the Doctor Jadoon back in 2018. Although the Doctor and all the team was friendly, he performed on me different procedures to improve my acne scars ,I had no unreasonable expectations , but with all honesty I had no significant improvements. I did multiple sessions of Tca cross, the doctor performed a scar excision, scars incisions and Co2 laser. I feel like the scar excision and Tca cross did more damage than good and the laser made no improvement (note that I did one session of laser only). I am not sure if an other doctor could have done better, but in my case if have found that it was definetly not worth the costs neither the discomfort.

Have received treatments over the last few months by Dr Jadoon. Not only does he inform you of all the information you need to know regarding your treatments and your skin, he is very honest and will let you know when a treatment is not suitable for you. He is hilarious and absolutely puts your mind at ease when you are feeling nervous. You are in very safe hands as he is very skilled in all the treatments on offer at his clinics. Personally I have had several laser and skin treatments with Dr Jadoon and couldn’t be happier with the results. Especially since attending another laser clinic prior who wouldn’t help treat me as they said it would be a waste of time and would not work. In fact, this was not the case at all. Have been to MedAesthetics for two services....one was their laser hair removal and the other was for two rounds of coolsculpting. The facility is very clean and the staff are very professional and always confidential. The laser hair removal is quick and lasts several weeks. After approximately 5 treatments, I believe I am pretty much through. The coolsculpting was not as successful as I would have hoped, however, I have to remember that I am a 61 year old woman and I will never have the body (flat stomach) of a 20 year old. I am quite pleased however with the results and I feel more confident at the beach and in the clothes I wear. Thank you MedAesthetics for jobs well done!!!

Definitely recommend! I have done blue light treatments in the past for acne which worked wonderfully for me. I had been having treatments for my acne scarring for over a year by Dr. Jadoon. There was no information following up the results from any of my treatments, no comunication.. While having subcision Dr.Jadoon was willing to allow a nurse to also do subscision on my face, who herself mentioned that she hadn't performed this procedure ever before, I feel this should be confirmed with the client first of all. At my last appointment he made a remark of filling in "my crater" .. I feel this is innapropriate to say when a person is very self conscious about they're scaring and also while having extra staff in the room. I also asked some questions regarding the different types of lasers and he just laughed, this does come across as unprofessional. I haven't seen any improvements after 5 sessions of subcision, TCA & Co2 Laser. There are many negative reviews on this page regarding acne scaring. No surprise. Please don't waste your money! NOTE: I just wanted to make clear that I had all my treatments performed by Dr. Jadoon at Medisculp (the other clinic he owns) As I'm sure the clinics response to this review will be that "they can't find my name matching their patient record" They seem to respond this very often to make it seem like your not a genuine patient. The staff gave me thorough explanations of the benefits of a particular eye cream that would reduce the wrinkles around my eyes and I purchased the obagi eye cream. I recently went to see Dr Jadoon to discuss the possibility of having upper eyelid surgery. My eyes had a droopy effect and I felt something had to be done about them. The initial consultation put my mind at ease as I was satisfied that I was in extremely capable hands. I was informed of the procedure and how painless it would be and that the down time would be minimal. So I booked myself in and it has not even been two weeks and I see a marked improvement in my eyes. Dr Jadoon is very approachable and has a gentle manner, nothing is too much trouble and he genuinely cares for his patients and their needs and expectations. Initially I had a good experience with this team. Until things went wrong. Once things did not turn out as expected there was no course for remedy. Just the offer of a refund and shoved out of the door. It has been over a month and I still have not received the refund promised. *Edit* I received the refund after over 2 months... Yes their procedures come with a warning. however as soon as its not all rainbows and sunshine they do not want to truly help it get better. While their reception staff are friendly and happy to take your money. If it is really the solution to a sensitive problem, you seek. Don't expect to be treated than anything less then a number through the door. *Edit* If there was a way to lower the stars to zero I would. I have been contacted to ensure I received the refund and I did. While still I have nothing bad to say about their reception staff (they are only doing Thier job) they are doing an excellent job. Their only concern was a positive review. They are the beautiful face of the company. My only gripe is with the way the way their "medical professionals" Dr. Ehsan Jadoon have treated me in relation to a seemingly small issue. Pushed out the door and literally told to seek help else where. Not even a courtesy message from Dr. Ehsan Jadoon who wanted nothing to do with my case. So if you're looking for good reception staff they are on the money. Sensitive cosmetic surgery where you want to be treated than more then a number. I'll be listening to receptions advice and looking somewhere else. This is my honest opinion from my experience with their company and I would appreciate not to be hounded again for a 5 star rating.

Just weeks ago I had upper eyelid surgery and the results are fantastic. I had hooded eyelids which caused me to look tired, and I was unable to wear eye make up, particularly mascara, without it ending up all over my upper eyes after a short time. In my initial consultation with Dr Jadoon, he explained what would be involved in the surgery, in a relaxed and caring way, so I didn't feel at all apprehensive about it. Dr Jadoon was wonderful, so gentle and caring, making me feel totally comfortable throughout the whole surgery and recovery process. I had minimal discomfort during surgery, absolutely no pain at all. Following my surgery, Dr Jadoon offered his recommendations for future possible treatments that would be beneficial to me, without making me feel obligated to agree to them. The atmosphere at Dr Jadoon's clinic is very restful and relaxed, all the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Ash and Christy have both been so helpful in providing advice on skin care and available products. I won't be going anywhere else for my skin care in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jadoon and his staff.
