I'm a college student that lives 400 miles from home for 8 months of the year. I was told that I cannot have them transfer my allergy mix to another allergist and I must come home every 10 weeks for a new serum because it's a "three to five year commitment" that they neglected to inform me of when I initially went in for an allergy test and signed up for allergy therapy. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Dr Obermeyer removed half of my diseased thyroid a few years ago. He did a superb job and barely left a scar. Big difference from my cervical fusion scar!

I find it very disturbing that that the office manager treats her employees like garbage.. even in front of patients she is a very disrespectful person nd I wud NEVER work 4 someone so rude the rest of the office are very respectful ppl and the docs r amazing.

My daughter had a deviated septum repaired. After she continued to have sinus issues and pain she sought out a second opinion. The new doctor said there was a large bone spur that was never removed. He advised us it was so large that it had been there for years and couldn’t believe it hadn’t been removed.

The older blonde receptionist is extremely unprofessional! I was supposed to be a new pt. this morning. I arrived twenty minutes early for paperwork, as instructed. I was informed that, not only was my appointment NOT today, but the doctor was not even in. Now, mind you, I am not from the area... I searched for a clinic, not for a specific doctor. I’m unsure how I, then, was able to write down a specific doctor’s name, when I knew of none. But I digress. I asked, politely, how the information had been so wrong. She stated that it was my fault (she made the appointment). I reminded her that I specifically re-read the information given to me, as I customarily do, when I made the appointment only a few days before. She rudely stated, without making eye contact, that she would be happy to write it down on a card for me. I told her to cancel the appointment! Now, I understand that mistakes happen. But, typically, an apology is offered and there is a sincere effort to rectify the issue. NOTHING. My time and money is too valuable to waste. ***And, FYI, as a potential new patient, if the first person to greet you is rude and, seemingly, incompetent, what is the probability that the same patient would then have much in the way of future confidences with their initial and follow-up care.

Adminstrative Assistant

Receptionist, office manager audiologist specialist very rude and do not return phone calls. They are very Unpleasant Jackie and April, they do not listen when being spoken too and do not care if you are a patient . I sure hope they do not treat their family members this way. very shameful behavior and unprofessional.
