Excellent experience every time. Friendly and professional staff. Always on time. Dr Ponce takes the time to make sure you fully understand your options. I went in with a broken bridge, he was able to make me a brand new bridge that same day, and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend this dental clinic, especially if you have dental implants.

I am a patient of Dr. Ponce, he helped me tremendously in July of 2018 at Lambton Family Dental on Exmouth Street. (Truly no words for the very, very quick, efficient, caring and conscientious help he gave me, he helped my overall health in ways I can't even fully describe just yet.) I needed a follow up from my last treatment, not urgent but I had some pain. I was referred over to Clearwater Family Dental by them to likely see him sooner. I was met with a very friendly staff member who was able to book me in the next day, first thing in the morning! Again, not an urgent situation by far but obviously more convenient to have it dealt with. Upon arriving at this office for the first time, all staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was also honestly impressed with the modern, clean and just classy, high end looking office that you most definitely notice as soon as you enter. Like the majority of visits, from my experience, you get a quick, short assessment and then are booked to come back to deal with it. Dr. Ponce had me in and out of the chair in only a few minutes, the issue 100% resolved, zero pain during or afterwards and now the problem is gone...so simply. His bedside manner is so incredibly kind, needing to give me just a small amount of freezing, he so genuinely apologizes, yet he's fast and gentle so I felt nothing...but it is the sincerity in his voice and demeanor that makes one trust him even more and you know he really and truly cares. Although Dr. Ponce runs and/or works out of several offices, I will gladly go wherever he is, he truly is a phenomenal Dentist with an impressive office here at this location with great staffing choices made as well.

So glad I found Dr. Ponce. As an autistic person, I have a really hard time with dentist appointments. I struggle with anxiety leading up to them, sensory overwhelm while being treated and intense burnout afterwards. Dr. Ponce has excellent bedside manner, gives clear explanations that are able to ease my anxiety, and provides whatever sensory accommodations are needed (low lights, headphones on, calming video, laughing gas, the works). All that my autistic brain needs to get through it. His whole staff is very trauma-informed, so supportive and respectful. If you are on the spectrum, have dental anxiety or past medical trauma, I would highly recommended Dr. Ponce.
