Very sincere doctor and very attentive to his patients!

Had a heart attack, in this guys care, waiting, waiting for tests...three msgs on his phone, begging receptionist for an earlier tests than December 2021... and still no phone call to check on meds etc, if there was another cardiologist in this city I'd highly suggest seeking their care.

The competency of office staff, with booking and keeping appts does not reflect well upon the Dr. Waiting for months, only to have appt canceled. Do what they tell you to do, cancel the appt, then ignore phone calls. Months for family dr to get results from tests. This 1 star rating is directed only to office staff. Months later, I have yet to even meet Dr Farag.

Everything was great... until they decided to take it upon themselves to book appointments and discuss my business with unauthorized proxies. Icing on the cake was the receptionist in not so many words calling me, and the proxy they used liars; to save face.
