I am so disappointed in the billing department for Blue Water Surgery Center. I received a bill for $613 and when I called to see what was going on with the bill, the lady that processes them told me they had applied that amount to my deductible. When I asked for clarification because the insurance company had paid a second bill and I hadn’t received anything from the insurance company in regards to the first one. She told me again that isn’t was applied to my deductible. I called the insurance company to verify that they had submitted the first bill only to find out that they never did. When I called back the lady was very rude. Good thing I called the insurance company because the bill was paid in full. I did not owe $613.00! Anyone using this surgery center should always check with your insurance company.

Have had 3 surgeries here and I am always super impressed with the atmosphere. They establish great patient relationships as soon as you walk in the door. From the RN, CRNA, Anesthesiologist to the Doctor they were all amazing and made me feel comfortable and not like just another number.

I have been there 4 times this year. The nursing staff is amazing, knowledgeable and kind. It's clean and efficient. They call the next day to check on you. You leave with info on your procedure and proper care and what not.
