I’m trans and went to Dr. Asaad Samra for my FTM top surgery. He’s super understanding and just overall fantastic! He was able to get me in fast and it’s exactly what I wanted. My life has been improved immensely thanks to Dr. Asaad Samra! If you’re looking for transitional surgery I highly recommend him!! My scars are thin and minimal. All the workers in the office are polite and kind!

Great surgeon, better person. After I got hit in the face with a baseball last Friday night, Asaad came in to his office at 9 am on Saturday morning to fix my lip. Not only did he do a great job, but he did not even charge me for an office visit today when he took my stitches out. He genuinely cares about people and I can't thank him enough. If I ever need anything like this done again, he is absolutely the first person I'm going to call. Thanks again Dr. Samra.

I been a fan of Doctor Assad Saamra for couple of years now. I remember the first time l went to see Him it was before my 40th Birthday, l had broken the first eyes corners lines and It was the pushing time l needed on trying to get away of those parentese lines around my mouth that had appeared uninvited too! So l searched as much as l could for reviews in doctors around me and l came across the Saamra Family. I called and asked for an appointment with Doctor A. when l went in and asked for his honest opinion in what he could do (without any surgery), to magically give me a few years back from the mirror. He was, hands on , the best in the business and did an excelIent job. Right there, l started my ‘cosmetic affair with Doctor A.’ From there on l had my first relationship with Ultherapy. I even brought my mother over when she came to visit me from overseas. A Year later l had a needle biopsy, followed by an infection and a Breast augummentation that was followed by more complications and personal dissatisfaction over the years getting worse , in a new consultation with Doctor Assad at the plastic surgery Side (this time), l explained my historical Breast drama and my expectations, he listened patiently and talked about couple of options. A month later, l had my surgery done and today post 7 weeks, l can say then I am completely pleased with my results and grateful to Doctor Assad. My sister, my Mom, my best friend are also impressed with the beautiful work and my husband is so happy too. Thank you Doc!

Several years ago I visited Dr Asaad Samra for a consultation on a tummy tuck. It wasn’t the right time and mentally/physically I wasn’t ready for it. At the beginning of this year I revisited the idea and went back to discuss the procedure/options etc. Driving there I remember thinking there is no way I’m gonna follow through with this but let’s take it step by step. From the minute I walked in their office my anxiety about doing it lessened and lessened. From the moment I met with the MA, Jessie and then ultimately Dr Asaad Samra, I knew I was in the right place. It felt very relaxed, comfortable and they put all my fears/concerns at ease. When I walked out that day I knew I was pumped and ready to do it. Every step of the way from beginning to end was “enjoyable”. Who says that about surgery? lol! The staff at the office was amazing, professional and comforting. The day of the surgery each and every person who helped me along the way was 100%. They were all so lovely, friendly and made me feel calm and at ease. Then of course there was Dr Asaad Samra, he has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. You feel like he is family, he really genuinely cares about you. Always listening to what you have to say, and talking you through any doubt or questions. The part that sticks in my mind is laying on the OR table and feeling that he was holding my hand assuring me it was all going to be ok, right before my anesthesia kicked in. The post op staff was great and helped me through recovery, etc. As for the actual recovery from the procedure it was very “pleasant” for what I thought was gonna be horrible. I did not have an ounce of pain, and I did not rely on the pain meds. It was very manageable and easy. It’s important to follow instructions and follow the protocol for recovery. I cannot recommend Dr Asaad Samra enough. No matter what procedure you may be thinking of doing electively or not, you are in the BEST of hands with him and his staff.

Dr. Sal Samra reattached the tendon on my right thumb. Not only did he do a great job, his staff in Holmdel and at the Surgery Center were Awesome. They were as helpful and professional as a staff could be. They are a credit to how an office should run.

I had renuva injections with Dr samra...I’ve had in the past with other injectors and they were super painful and lots of bruising but dr samra was so patient and gentle with injections. With Dr samra there was no bruising. I can’t wait to get more done with him!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. “A”. I had to have mohs surgery on three spots on my nose at my dermatologist. Given the severity of the wounds, I went to Dr. A to repair them since they were literally gaping holes. During our consultation, I appreciated that Dr. A gave me the best and worst case scenarios for what type of repair surgery may be needed. After he saw the wounds, he gave his suggestion of what he felt the best repair solution was, which was skin grafting, but not before making sure I was comfortable with it and that all my questions were answered. He is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, talented and honest. I am now 2 months out from my repair surgery and the results are incredible and better than I could have expected. To go from having huge gaping holes in your nose with exposed cartilage from skin cancer, to minimal scarring is something only Dr. A can do!! Amazing.

I highly recommend Dr. Asaad Samra for plastic surgery. After I lost a significant amount of weight (170lb loss) I had a lot of extra skin to be removed from my abdomen. He was able to remove 9.5 lbs of skin from my abdomen and I am now able to wear my 2 piece bathing suit I always dreamed of wearing! The scars are very minimal and his work is amazing. I am going back for the skin on my arms to be removed next. I have full trust and confidence in him as a doctor. The Samra Group is an amazing family of doctors with an outstanding and friendly staff. Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
