(Original) Le service reçu ma famille et moi de la dentiste et les hygiénistes-dentaires a toujours été incomparable. Toutefois, l'accueil au téléphone laisse à désirer. Il y a comme parfois un grand manque de courtoisie et même de respect.Je ne sais pas si c'est le comportement affiché envers tous les clients. Je voudrais ajouter que j'ai dû annuler les rendez-vous que mon épouse avait pris pour mes enfants pour le mois de novembre et ne plus prendre un pour moi car la personne au téléphone a été désagréable dans sa façon de me répondre.
