I had an infection in my wisdom tooth and was in a lot of pain. The receptionist didn’t seem to care and I felt like I was bothering her to make an appointment sooner. Didn’t go out of her way to check for any cancellations etc. and spoke to me in a condescending way. Second call I made 2 mins later was another clinic that was more compassionate and they asked me if I was in pain, booked me in the next day and my wisdom tooth was extracted the same day. Customer service was like day and night. For me it’s not about getting an appointment soon but about how you deliver the message and customer experience.

I was relived to find the staff were very friendly and supportive -at all levels, from reception to the dentists themselves. I visited 3 times over the course of a month -consultation, procedure, and follow-up inspection- and each time the service was attentive and expedient, especially the procedure itself. I'm a new recipient of benefits and have never used insurance to cover the cost of any service before. So extra big shout out to the reception staff who not only made the admin painless, but helped me to actually understand what was involved with processing an insurance claim, especially what would be required from me. Because they always sent reminders before each appointment -including what was helpful to bring (ID, insurance info, etc) I always had what I needed to make sure each step was handled in a timely fashion. I really don't enjoy dentist visits, but these guys made everything so much easier to handle. I highly recommend this clinic.

Amazing place! I was so scared to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and Doctor Albert Hadid, was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and listened to all my questions and concerns and was really good so that on the day of my surgery I was not scared! (Ok maybe a bit scared) Highly recommended! So I took the laughing gas with full knock out and I fell asleep and when I woke up, it was all done and no pain at all!! It was amazing! Next thing was the pills which I took right on schedule even in the middle of the night as this is very very important to keep the pain away. However I stopped the codeine on day 3 afternoon as it can become addictive and switched to Tylenol which was more than enough for the pain. Don’t take codeine for more than 2.5 days unless u really need it!! It turns into morphine in ur body and it’s an opium!!

All staff is super friendly, competent and professional. I have been a patient of both Dr Philip and Albert Haddad and their top priority is to listen to the patient & get the job done right. They know their stuff and they are excellent at what they do. The office manager is lovely and always willing to answer my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Staff are incompetent. Submitted our claim before the procedure occurred. It was a complete waste of time to fix this with my insurance company. When I tried to fix the issue the Staff manager showed no empathy and was cold. It took months to correct on my end because the dentist’s staff kept submitted the wrong claim. Unreal.

Dr. Philip Haddad at YTDS is one of the most patient and meticulous dentists I’ve met. My RCT tooth needed a crown. Due to the tooth’s unusual anatomy, to preserve the natural structure’s longevity it was recommended that I had the crown placed by a prosthodontist instead of a general dentist. I was referred to Dr. Philip from a friend who highly praised his work. From the moment I walked into Dr. Philip’s office, I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff and cleanliness of the space. The office is equipped with modern technology. I was seen by Dr. Philip on time at every visit, and email appointment reminders were sent a week prior. Dr. Philip presented an effective treatment plan and designed the crown in a way that circumvented painful crown lengthening gum surgery, which was proposed by another dentist previously. He made sure the crown’s colour shade blends in naturally with the rest of my teeth by taking pictures and sending them to the crown lab. The crown was finished on time per Dr. Philip’s specifications and fit my prepped tooth well with minimal adjustment. Before the final crown was cemented, Dr. Philip showed me how it looked in my mouth in a handheld mirror, to make sure I was happy with it before taking the permanent step. He triple-checked the occlusion with floss, articulating paper and shimstock (“tap, tap”) to ensure the interproximal contacts and bite are good. He also took the time to retrofit my Invisalign Vivera retainer to make sure it fits the crown. The end result is fantastic. The crown looks and feels great in my mouth. It’s made of strong, high quality PFM and I chew with it with confidence. Even though no local anesthesia was used during crown placement (it was offered but I declined), I hardly felt any irritation afterwards. Dr. Philip has excellent chairside manner. He patiently replied to all my questions and provided detailed followup explanations. I appreciate him taking digital intraoral images and showing them on a large HD screen so we can both clearly visualize the teeth's condition during his explanations. Dr. Philip is also a great conversationalist who puts anxious patients at ease before starting dental treatment. I’m glad that Dr. Philip took on my complex case. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Philip Haddad to my family and friends who are looking for an experienced and friendly prosthodontist who always listens to his patients and commits to impeccable results.
