I was going to another dentists office and found the dentist to be impatient and really quite mean when i would get anxious and shaky. I found the staff here to be super freindly, from the receptionist to hygenist. The staff here seemed to be very friendly with eachother and with the patients. Dr Chevalier was also very kind and though he did mention additional treatments that I would eventually need he did not push for me to book everything right away. I have to get 2 fillings and they made sure to book extra time for me because I do not freeze easily. I highly recomend this office to anyone new to London or looking to switch to a denists office that is more patient focused.

First time visiting this office for a checkup and a cleaning. Dr Jake was extremely comforting and professional. He answered all my questions and provided me with a great expierence. The hygenist Jessica was extremely thourough and gentle. Also the front desk staff (Carly) was very nice to deal with and worked around my schedule to book the appointment. I 100% recommend this dentist to my friends and family and I am looking forward to going back there for another cleaning and checkup. Keep up the excellent work guys!

The friendliest, most informative and comfortable dental clinic I have been to! Dr. Chhibbir, Jenny and Carly were amazing; I was super nervous but they were so reassuring and patient with me that it wasn't an unpleasant experience at all. They let me know the costs and answered all my questions straight away so I didn't have anything to worry about. I'm very pleased with the experience & recommend the practice, especially to someone who's nervous about the dentist. (:

Everyone was very personable, and I got an awesome sonicare electric toothbrush included with my new-patient exam! I’m happy I switched to Wellington Dental, and convinced my partner to switch, too. He was diagnosed with a cracked tooth and quoted for a 2k crown at a different dental office. Wellington Dental’s more experienced dentist was able to fix it as a cavity because it was small enough of a crack to do so. They saved us over a grand at Christmas time! It isn’t the fanciest, biggest clinic but, if you can save $1000, fancy isn’t that important. They use the surround Xray machine, but they also take little images of your teeth to show you what they find, which I really liked. Each exam room has its own Hepa air filter, and is separated by clear flaps to keep you safe from COVID. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you to the team at Wellington Dental for your speedy work, kindness and for caring about everyone’s bottom line.

I was referred to Wellington Dental by my roommate. The moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted right away by a very friendly receptionist (Carly). She went over the whole process with me and explained how the billing would work with my insurance. Next I met the dental hygienist (Jessica). What a wonderful, kind and friendly lady. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and was very thorough while doing the cleaning, and wasn’t rough or forceful at all. I next met Dr. Jake who was very kind and so personable. You can tell he really cares about his patients. The team at Wellington Dental work like a well oiled machine. It seems like they all get along and really respect each other. You can also tell they all enjoy working together from when they interact with one another. I realize going to the dentist is not something many people enjoy doing but I have to say, going to Wellington Dental felt more like going to a spa rather then going to the dentist. I am 60 years old, and going to the dentist was never a great experience growing up. I was told to be brave and don’t get freezing. Now over the years I have had many different dentists, and often left the office with white fingers from holding the chair so tightly. (Although I do get freezing now,lol) Now I have been twice to this office and I must say the moment I walked in was greeted with s big smile from Gabrielle, and hellos from Jessica. BEST dental experience EVER ! I was out of town and ended up with two broken teeth. I'd been waiting 9 days for the "earliest" appointment at another clinic and finally it was just too painful to wait another day so I went over on Google, read a few reviews and Wellington Dental stood out. I am SO glad I found them. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. What would have taken me multiple appointments was resolved in one visit. Everyone on the team was kind, gentle and so thorough. They explained every single thing and gave me a head's up whenever anything was going to be uncomfortable. Hands down I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. Seriously fantastic.

Phenomenal dentist. I am new to London and this was recommended to me by my realtor. They were very accommodating and still took me in after being over 20 minutes late. Carly at front desk assured me it was ok and to still come in when I called saying I was late and no need to rebook. The hygenist Danielle answered all my questions and was very informative. Price was very fair, and to top it off I got a free sonicare toothbrush for being first time patient. Other dentists take note, this is how you run a dentistry!!! I just finished my third appointment here at Wellington Dental. Everything about my experiences here has been comforting and always putting my anxieties at ease. The receptionist Carly is very pleasant to speak with and she has helped me out a great deal with coordinating appointments and my insurance company. Jessica and Danielle are both very informative hygienists who work incredibly diligently to make sure my oral hygiene is on the right track. Dr. Jake and his assistant Jackie are phenomenal and have gone the extra mile for me!! Together they all make a great team and if I could give this dental office a higher rating I would.
