I won a gift certificate that Revita generously donated to a fundraiser that I attended. I got a 1.5 hr microdermabrasion facial. Hannah did an amazing job with the facial and took the time to give me a tour around the rest of the beautiful building. I will be back.

They totally burnt my legs while I got my lazer hair removal done this time. They had done a great job when I used to go 3 years ago but this time was horrible. I had it done about a month ago and I still feel numb. The owner had the technician call and apologize (even though I left her the message) and they said it was my issue as my skin must have changed???? Never would I go back. I may have if they had a little more remorse or reimbursed me for the services.

I absolutely love my experience with Revita! I have been doing my laser hair removal and this is the only place I have been able to see quick & true results! The technician mentioned that ownership has recently invested in the highest quality machines. Apparently their laser machine is one of its kind within London, and it delivers!

The staff and service is incredible and they take the time to educate and empower clients with the knowledge necessary to provide what is needed. With state of the art machines and an amazing atmosphere (the renovated church to a spa is like nothing else in London), it's definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Owner seems to want to overcharge because she can? I called twice and both times the prices increased somehow. The girl who answered the phone was very short and did not know the answers to any questions I asked. Either they don't know their prices or they just want to rip me off. I have heard numerous stories on how the owner overcharges for little to no service. Very very disappointed and will make sure to tell others to stay away.

I recently had a procedure completed at Revita Medispa and was overcharged. I later requested that they reimburse me the amount I was overcharged and they refused. I was following the pricing on their website and they would not honour it, they acknowledged via email that the website pricing had not been updated but insisted they would not provide a reimbursement for any kind. They also charge a $50 consult fee which is waived if you have a procedure done, but the consult didn't even include any detailed analysis of my skin. My skin wasn't looked at at all, only 1 or 2 questions were asked of me and no follow up paperwork was given to me on how to care for my skin after the procedure or what to expect. In hindsight I should not have proceeded with the appointment. It took them two days to get back to me when I had questions about what to expect after the procedure. Very poor customer service and not proper business protocol to advertise one price and then charge another.

Overpriced and doctor doesn't know his job not happy with service.. To all the ladies with skin issues, scars, wrinkles, acne...look into liquid DMSO...in health stores. .it works...no one tells you about it .. especially doctors

I was having horrible back and shoulder pain and couldn't get in to see an RMT anywhere in London. Was finally able to book an appt the next day at ReVita with Marlene. Marlene was amazing and asked many questions with where my pain was and reasons behind it. 50 minutes later I was back to my pain free self! Highly recommend. Clean modern environment.

I highly advise anyone looking for a “mole or lesion removal” to stay away and look elsewhere. I went back when they were located on Oxford Street. I went there for a “simple procedure” according to the doctor. I had a sebaceous cyst on my cheek that needed to be removed. The doctor failed to stitch the area correctly, and advised that I go to a walk in clinic to get the stitches removed. When I went to a walk in clinic, the doctor there was shocked at the failure to stitch an area up correctly. Only half of the wound was stitched. I know have to live with a scar/hole on my cheek due to the incompetence of this doctor. Please stay far away from this place!

I went to ReVita Medical Spa and Lily treated me like a god! I had laser therapy to remove a blemish on my cheek, Lily explained each step of the procedure without being overly detailed. I loved the end result and thoroughly enjoyed the process.
