I have Dercums disease and you would think that in a city like st. Louis there would be all sorts of experts on even a rare disease like that but there isn't. Dr. Wright not only knew what the disease was he was able to locate problem areas related to the disease that would have gone unnoticed that he'd not examine to me. I'm happy to give him five stars for lipedema and dercums disease he is someone I'm happy to tell my friends about

I’ve been here for two things, lip injections which went really well loved my results and liposuction. First off WOW dr Wright knows what he is doing and has an amazing team. I’ve never had any surgery before so I was very nervous but his nurse Kiley answered all my (many) emails in a timely friendly manner. The pricing was well within my means and they offer options. I am so happy I found Dr. Wright. I suffered from pain, swelling and bruising in my arms and legs. Despite desperately searching for answers at other doctors’ offices, I was made to feel like my pain and weight gain were either in my head, or the result of a poor diet and lack of exercise. I knew how hard I was trying, so I kept googling. Luckily, my search led me to Dr. Wright. I was subsequently diagnosed with venous insufficiency and lipedema (with secondary lymphedema). I felt such relief to have a real diagnosis by an incredibly caring physician. Dr. Wright listened to me, and compassionately told me it was not my fault. It’s a hereditary condition that affects mostly women. We started conservative treatments for the lipedema, and I have undergone EVLT and sclerotherapy for my veins. Dr. Wright also performed tumescent liposuction to remove the painful, diseased fat from my arms. I have full range of motion in my shoulders, and have no pain! The results are amazing, and I cannot wait to start the surgeries on my legs. Dr. Wright has quite frankly saved my life. He and his staff (especially Crystal) are exceptional, and every visit they have put me at ease and are working toward improving my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Wright and his wonderful staff.

I found Dr. Wright and his staff to be very friendly and easy to be around yet they were all caring and knowledgeable in dealing with my problem. I have chronic venous insufficiency. CVI is pooling of blood in the lower leg due to vein damage. In my case, improper functioning valves caused by blood clots. Dr. Wright used a method called sclerotherapy, along with wearing compression stockings, to help ease my vein problem. I would highly recommend Laser Lipo Vein Center to anyone with a vein problem.

Terrible service all around. Dr. Wright and his team have made it very clear over the course of a year that they have 0 compassion or toleration for patients with disabilities. From our first time trying to contact them they have insulted and mocked my partner for her disability and refused her treatment on the basis of it, in spite of us going the extra mile and doing everything they asked to get approval for the treatment. Very unprofessional behavior from the staff. If you're disabled, I suggest going elsewhere because even with approval from 2 doctors to get a diagnosis they'll still reject you.

Horrible experience. I am permanently numb in my left leg thanks to him. I was told by other more competent doctors that he turned the heat up too high and damaged the nerve. Please think twice about going to him. He apologized at the follow up appoint and had the nerve to want to work on my other leg. Then I received a bill for the follow up appointment when the only reason I went was to have him look at my leg which he messed up on. REALLY???
