We took our 2 1/2 yo daughter here for her very first dentist visit. They were fantastic! They were very patient with her and made the visit much less stressful for our daughter. The tech went through the process with our daughter and what she was going to do and use for the visit. Dr Haruta was also fantastic and took his time with us. My wife and I both had dentists out of town in London, but have changed to Dr Haruta.

I hadn't seen a dentist in a disgusting amount of time becuase i was a lazy scumbag. My mouth was all jacked up in a real bad way. Instead of shaming me for my foolishness, Dr Haruta and his team pretended that i wasnt a scrublord mega loser and treated me with dignity and respect. After several visits my teeth are now repaired and I can eat several of my favourte foods without discomfort. Also my wife says I'm very handsome. That last part isn't super related, but now I'm handsome and I have functional teeth that don't look like someone jammed the contents of a gravel pitt into a gum line. Thanks Dr Haruta.

I wish there was another couple of stars to add to this review. I have had more than my share of "great" dentists in the GTA but I had to come to lil old St Thomas to find the very best. Dr Haruta is a magician. For about 3 years I had this pain in one of my teeth. No solution to this until I moved to St Thomas and happened upon Dr Haruta. Yep he solved it! He does everything extremely well. And what staff he has. The wonderful Kristin. She is professional, thorough and absolutely the best person to have working away inside my mouth. Lets not forget Lindsay of course. The first and last face you see at the dentist. So poised and professional. Never loses her cool and absolutely pleasant no matter what. I don't even mind giving her hundreds of dollars when she asks.

Dr Haruta and staff are always so professional and caring. Offering top notch customer service and putting patients needs at the forefront. Dr Haruta is amazing at explaining what's happening before he starts his procedures and always puts you at ease. I feel very comfortable everytime I'm there. His calming demeanor and soft spoken voice has a way of making you relaxed when you may otherwise be very nervous. Dr. Haruta has been my dentist for the past 28 years. He is a very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and honest dentist. When I am in his chair, I feel completely relaxed and quite often I doze off. I don't feel the needle at all as he is painless and gentle. Five stars to all the staff also. They are extremely friendly and helpful and always listen. I just had a filling today with Dr. Longay, who always does an outstanding job with freezing for a very comfortable experience, has a calming personality and I’m very happy with the high quality of work. The hygienists do such a great job and take great care! Reception staff are very helpful and efficient. I like that they offer early morning appointment times too. I switched to this office from a different practice many years ago after a friends recommendation, I’m so glad I did! A big thank you to the entire office for always being the best!
