I can honestly say that dr yazdani probably the only plastic surgeon I would let touch me here in London. I've had plastic surgery for ear reconstruction due to a dog attack. I've had alot of surgery as well due to my crohns and colitis. Dr yazdani a fabulous dr and talks things through and if its something he feels another surgeon better for the job he'll refer you to them. Next to dr Thompson in Toronto yazdani the one I trust here.

Dr. Arjang Yazdani is a horrible doctor. He will perform a surgery he doesn't know well on a patient instead of referring them to a specialist in the area. He will not explain the procedure to the patient and then blame everything on them when things don't turn out as planned. He used rib graft to fix my broken nose three years ago, left me with a hard rock nose that was upturned, warped and too long for my face. The swelling lasted for long months and my upper lip went numb for almost a year, that is a very rare complication of Rhinoplasty that almost never happens. The hard rib graft restricted my smile as it prevented my upper lift from moving up. My case was too difficult for someone of his skill and instead of admitting that he gave me an unnatural nose physically and functionally. I fell into depression after what he did and it took me a few years to find the courage and research into a Dr. that can fix his mess. I found an amazing specialist that was able to take all the rib graft out and give me a natural result. The amount of swelling and bruising after my second surgery was so minimal that I realized Dr. Arjang Yazdani had absolutely no idea what he was doing. DON'T ever let him touch your face if you are considering facial surgery. Find a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in the area and who has done at least hundreds of the procedure you are looking to get done, even if your have to travel to Toronto to get it done as I did.

DO NOT LET DR. YAZDANI TOUCH YOUR FACE. He performed rhinoplasty on me & completely botched my nose & did not own up to the mistakes he made. He will try to con you into making you think you're wrong & that your nose or whatever procedure you had done was amazing. He does not take you seriously at all when you raise your concerns & repeatedly told me I am "obsessed" with my nose & that I have been complaining about the bump on my nose for months now. I honestly do not know why anyone would want a bump on their nose. He is a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional doctor who does not know how to perform procedures but pretends like he does to get your money. Please do not make the same mistake as I did, instead of raising my confidence, he did the complete opposite & I wish I could go back to my old nose & actually do research on a doctor who has lots of experience doing rhinoplasty & who does them well. All I wanted was a normal nose & he did the opposite, BOTCHED MY FACE. I do not trust him at all, & no one should. I know other people who have gone to him & the procedures he has done did not even show effect or they did not turn out how they actually should. Worst plastic surgeon & other staff as well. This whole process has been so stressful when it should have gone smoothly & resulted in me being happy with my nose. I was more confident before my surgery than I am now & he ruined the way I see myself as well as my self esteem. Many people I know have pointed my nose out & all the flaws out & I completely tell them the truth that he ruined my nose & this is not what I asked for. He told me he can do a revision rhinoplasty even though he does not see anything wrong with my nose and that there is no guarantee on what it will turn out like. WHAT PERSON COULD TRUST A DOCTOR AFTER THEY SAY THAT. There are many, many more complains i have towards Dr. Yazdani & his staff but at the end of the day I just want to say DO NOT LET HIM PERFORM ANY SURGICAL PROCEDURE ON YOU. You pay so much money & for what? a botched nose. He will say everything & anything to make you seem like the person in the wrong & himself as right.

Don't go to Dr. Yazdani if you need actual help. ZERO communication from him or his staff, my GP had to call their office several times to find out any information on my extremely necessary breast reduction surgery and after being told that a consultation WOULD be set up (WOULD not MIGHT) He gets a call from Dr. Yazdani's office MONTHS later saying that he wouldn't even meet with me for a consultation because my height and weight didn't meet his standards. His office assistant was rude and unhelpful and the only explanation she would provide to me is "He has his standard and his cut off point".

I got Breast reduction done about 2 weeks ago. Honestly dr yazdani isn’t bad however can lack in communication witch was stressful for me. In case anyone is wondering your surgery time is likely not going to be confirmed until the Monday the week of. As far as how everything is going I would say great he and his team did a fantastic job every thing the day of was so organized and my new chest looks amazing! I also almost instantly felt relief off of my back and neck and shoulders. If anyone is scared don’t be it’s so worth it.
