I went a few years ago I got charged the 70. for the for the first visit and then they said come in for the smooth bean which was 200.00 so I went and got told when I was there for the smooth beam that wont do you have a lot of redness you need the other beam for 400.00 then come back for another 300.00 or so. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off the facials were great but when it comes to getting something done I don't like being toyed with and I had no redness at all so taken advantage of me wasn't going to work never went back ill keep my money thanks.

I have been going to the Cumberland laser clinic for years. I started over 25 years ago for small broken capillaries in my legs. Over the years I have relied upon the lovely and talented Dr. Cumberland and her expert nurse staff to help keep my skin and appearance as youthful as I can. Dr. Cumberland really takes time to analyse and suggest the best treatment possible. The nurses are all very kind, knowledgable and very competent. They are also up to date on the latest treatments. I highly recommend.

I have been going to the Cumberland Laser Clinic for many years and they have been a godsend for my damaged skin problems. They are genuinely concerned about each person and have always had time to answer any question I had. The prices were what I expected for the level of treatment I received. Appointments were not always on time but then there were times I knew the person after me was pushed back so that they could do what they had to do for me.... so I didn't mind.. Speak frankly about your problems and concerns; they will listen and try to help.

Went for consultation this morning to remove fatty deposits under my eye She tells me machine is broken and not sure when or if it will ever be fixed ... Why didnt they tell me that when I was making appt. Instead charged $75. Plus tax I got quotes on juvedurm and botox and lazer hair removal I will not be going back there

I have been into Cumberland laser clinic a few times, but yesterday was an unpleasant experience. I had a consult in January to discuss options for an area on my face and booked an appointment for March to have the simple procedure done. When I arrived, I was called out of the waiting room at 11 but Dr. Cumberland did not enter my room until 1:00 pm. So I waited 2 hours with no apology whatsoever. Then Dr. Cumberland proceeded to tell me that the filler I wanted to have done would not do what I expected, despite the fact that in my consult in January she said it would give me some results, enough to satisfy me until I can get another, more effective treatment done. Then she told me that her time was valuable, completely oblivious to the fact that I was left waiting for 2 hours in the room with no apology, for an appointment that didn't happen. She made me feel like I was the one who misunderstood the consult, when I know that I did not. I give 1 star only because I have to. I would give zero if I could.

I am writing this review for my Mom. Dr Cumberland keeps her looking beautiful and younger. She believes everyone in their golden years should get the Co2 Laser Treatment as well as Fraxul treatments. The staff are very helpful, happy and knowledgeable. The way my Mom looks today,, (amazing) she owes it to Dr Cumberland and her wonderful staff and her state of the art equipment. Much Love.

I was a bit hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I had an amazing experience! I went in here looking for a service, but Don was very honest and said that I would not be a good candidate. She could have easily made 10K out of my procedure (like other consultations who I went to and they tried to sell me on it). I definitely will be recommending them to family and friends because they are honest, knowledgeable, and very personable. Thank you times infinity for being so real in a beauty health industry where most businesses are just chasing profit.

I was referred to this clinic by another doctor for a laser treatment for facial vein. After waiting for the doctor more than 20 minutes, they told me that because I am not a PR or Canadian citizen, they cannot provide the treatment to me!! (Their insurance does not cover potential risks for patients that are international). BUT I had to pay 90$ for the appointment. Seriously? many people are international here. At least you can ask on the phone before giving an appointment and not charge the person for nothing.

Every appointment I have, I have to wait in the exam room for at least an hour for the doctor to show up. I have had MiraDry, a mole removal, Botox and Juvederm done here. MiraDry went well, I only sweat a little bit now. Highly recommend. However my experience with the injectables wasn’t as smooth. I had a consultation for Botox and Juvederm, where Dr Chaddah told me she would use 8 units of Botox @ $10/unit and give me 1/2 syringe of Juvederm @ $240. I went into my appointment and she added 4 extra units of Botox without telling me. I then went to pay and the woman told me I owed double what I was quoted before. I did not have the quote with me and had to argue with the woman for a bit. She eventually spoke to Dr Chaddah and agreed to charge me what I had been quoted. Dr Chaddah was supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy to stop cold sores from appearing after the trauma to my lips. That prescription was never sent through. A month afterwards I went in to have a mole removed. It went okay. However, at the end Dr Chaddah was upset that I had paid our agreed upon pricing for the injectables in my prior visit and demanded that I pay the difference of $60 that very day. I was happy with the MiraDry and Botox, but I will not be back.

I have always been pleased with results and the care from Penny as well as all the ladies on staff... I am one who depends on an experienced Dr I can put my trust in and I have never been disappointed...

I went to this clinic twice for acne facials. My first experience was satisfactory, the aesthetician talked too much but she gave me a proper hour and a half facial that I paid for. The second appointment I made was with the same aesthetician but was very disappointing. She spent only 40 minuets on my facial, and skipped more than half the steps that she had done at the previous facial. This made feel very unsatisfied because I didn't leave with the same refreshed and clean feeling I did before. I was still made to pay the full $107 on a careless, quick and unthorough facial. I felt she just wanted the money and didn't care for my experience or skin. If I remember correctly I believe her name was Tammy. There were only 2 medical aestheticians and one of thier names starts with a T. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get thier money's worth.
