I met Dr Brackstone after my mom was referred to her by the family doctor for a breast lump. My mom could not have asked for a better doctor and surgeon! Dr Brackstone is the kindest, smartest, and down-to-earth doctor/surgeon I have ever met. She and her team treated my mom with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. She made every effort to greet my mom at every appointment even though I am sure she is a very busy surgeon. Dr Brackstone explained things in simple non-medical terms and I was able to explain to mom what the doctor was saying. She took time at every appointment and never hurried us. Our family doctor said she was top-notch in Canada, and I believe it, having met her! My mom and I thank you, Dr Brackstone, for being the kind, gentle, patient, compassionate doctor that you are!

Dr. Brackstone has an amazing comforting approach and she takes the time to give you the details and options. Muriel is very empathetic and has the knowledge and expertise to get you through all the obstacles that can arise. I am so grateful to have Dr. Brackstone she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!
