I had an emergency and I had to cancel my appointment several hours before scheduled. When I called they said it was OK no problem. A week went by and they contacted me by phone to ask me when I wanted to reschedule I said the beginning of August. She told me then that I would have to leave another $100 deposit because I didn’t tell them 48 hours in advance. It was certainly unprofessional for them to not have told me when I cancelled that my hundred dollar deposit would be void, and the fact that they didn’t tell me I had to give them another hundred to make another appointment. They also charge you before the treatment. After two months my lips have already lost everything! The product does not stay and the results do not appear at all for the price. I had to go back to another clinic 3 months later, much more professional, they show you all the products they use and show you that they have filled the full syringe well and well. Before and after they show you the syringe, this time I use a half syringe and wow the result 10000x better, my lips are much luscious and more beautiful with a half syringe, how is it that a syringe complete didn't even give half the result i had ..? In short I am not the 1st to say it but unfortunately the results only last 2 - 3 months if it is not less and I do not think that they inject the quantity requested and paid .. I do not recommend naked universe face for lip injections, I am very disappointed as much for the result as for the price, I pay 1 full syringe for NOTHING. L’infirmière ne m’a montrer ni le nom du produit ni la quantité qu’elle a mis dans la seringue. J’ai payer le prix d’une seringue complète et je doute fortement qu’elle a injecter tout le produit que j’ai payé. En plus ils vous font payer avant le traitement. Au bout de deux mois mes lèvres ont déjà tout perdu! Le produit ne reste pas et les résultats ne paraissent pas du tout pour le prix. J’ai du retourner dans une autre clinique 3 mois plus tard, beaucoup plus professionnel , ils vous montrent tous les produits qu’il utilisent et vous montre qu’ils ont belle et bien remplie la seringue au complet. Avant et après ils vous montre la seringue, cette fois la j’ai utiliser une demi seringue et wow le résultat 10000x meilleure , mes lèvres sont bcp plus pulpeuse et plus belle avec une demi seringue, comment se fait t’il qu’une seringue complète n’a même pas donner la moitié du résultat que j’ai eu ..? Bref je ne suis pas la 1 ère à le dire mais malheureusement les résultats ne dure que 2 - 3 mois si c’est pas moin et je ne pense pas qu’ils injectent la quantité demandé et payé .. je vous déconseille univers nu face pour les injections au lèvres, je suis très déçu autant pour le résultat que pour le prix , j’ai payer 1 seringue complète pour RIEN.

I went to the clinic with my husband It looked super clean, classy a very elegant place that you felt confident putting your body in their hands. The service was amazing as I was greeted with and excellent quality espresso. My first appointment was with Melissa who was very nice a professional. My husband asked questions to make sure We were in good hands and she answer all of them patiently. So there we are as my husband got his forehead lines done. When my turn came I expressed I desired to look less tired and to retouch my lips, I also addressed my issue of having to retouch every 3 months therefore she recommended I visited Dr. Damian Naqvi whom was very professional at first glance yet the more I spoke to him the less confident I felt as he was talking bad of all the other Dr. and clinics I had previously visited. And to be honest his job ended way worst than everything else I had experienced and very expensive as normally I pay 50% less than what he charges for a better job He insisted on my lips only being retouch probably after 4 months and they only lasted 4 days. So I called back asked to see him and I was denied as he was always busy and by the time he agreed to see me again there was a misunderstanding with my pricing for my seringue. Anyhow what made me mad and what makes me want to warn you is that this doctors pretends to be the best thing out there trashing on other people’s careers with such arrogance therefore I just want you to be careful if you ever visit this clinic. Everytime I ask informations about a service or a product, they are very patient and answer all your questions. She reached exactly the look I wanted for both procedures. The staff is extremely professional, they take good care of you and most importantly they know what they’re doing. Of course it isn’t cheap. But would you really trust someone who charges hundreds of dollars less than the average market price? No me neither. I’ve learned with the years that prices are all relative to what kind of services and results you get. I like that every time I go there, whoever I see really takes their time. I don’t feel rushed and I have plenty of time to ask questions and get reassured if I have any concerns. The only thing that bothers me a little is that they ask you to pay in advance. It makes me feel like a peasant right before getting my 800$ injectables (if you know what I mean). The whole experience of being in the clinic was amazing. Staff is friendly and the place itself is beautiful. However my lip injections turned out uneven from the start. 4 weeks later I returned and they massaged it to remove products migrations. After swelling went down my lips are still very visibly uneven. This pic is 4 months later. Right side of bottom lip is visibly bigger. The Cupid bow is definitely uneven too. One side of top lip looks totally different from the other…Honestly I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.
