I visited this place one month ago. I had botox on my forehead. I usually have 50 units botox to have smooth forehead. Last month I was told I needed 100 units. I paid for the 100 units and had my botox. A few days after my "treatrment" one of my eyebrow was half of inch higher than the other. I had all my lines showed as before my "treatment". I went back to the office and I was told I need at least another 35 units of botox. After this visit my buchered eye brow went back to almost to its original place but all the lines on my forehead I paid a thousand dollar is visible and the same as before my "treatment". Apparently a botox treatment last at least for 3 months??? yes, indeed if you go to a professional place not like this. I wonder if they inject water?? I also had a cheek injections. Under my eyes now I have a bluish bag and I am just hoping not to go blind. I never had such a horrible experience ! This cost me over $2000 to ruin my face! This is a place I would NEVER EVER go again!!!! I am thinking to write to better business bureau too because its unfair to take peoples hard earned money and not to give service!!! I am very upset and disapointed !

I went here for a consultation for my lips and under eyes. The hostess was kind and the consultant was very honest. I didn't feel pressure to proceed with a procedure and was educated on different types of procedures I could get done. I decided to go ahead and get juvaderm lip fillers especially since they were offering 50% off for the 1st syringe. Elizabeth made me feel really relaxed and comfortable during the entire lip procedure. She was patient and explained each step of the process for me since this was my first time. I am considering going back for more fillers because of her. I have nothing negative to say about the experience and the staff. I don't think I can justify paying full price though since I know a friend who had the procedure done for less than what I paid and I was discounted 50%. But again, Elizabeth is awesome and I highly recommend visiting skin vitality because of her!

My experience today was more then what i expected. 1st off the place is beautiful and you walk in feeling comfortable and at ease. 2nd. The crew in st catharines location is beyond wonderful and i truly mean that. There honest kind upfront and well educated in there fields. Knowing that alone makes me feel more confident in there services..today i did my cool sculpting and i felt like i was in a hotel being pampered..i watched net flix..who does that??!! My technician Alora clearly knows what shes doing and talking about and shes very gentle and kind. She guides you with the procedure and she really wants the best for you..i Appreciate that because not many out there do. Michelle and Laine made me feel great and didnt hesitate answering all my question as i had a lot..the price is more then a bargain for what you are getting and people should know this because to go under the knife would be triple the amount..A special thank you to Eileen! Shes beautiful in and out as of all of the staff there and its not fake you can see it and feel it..Eileen had much patience with me as i was very skeptical and bombarding her with questions..however she answered them all! I went today for the first time for Botox . The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and informative . I also spoke with I believe the manager at this location and she was fantastic . She was very inviting and made me feel comfortable. The nurse who did my Botox was very informative. I will say she wasn’t that pleasant and was not polite . She was abrupt and flat out said “ if you can’t afford this “ because I stated I didn’t want to get more Botox then she suggested . Other then her rudeness my overall experience was great ! First and foremost the staff handle you with respect and kindness which is very important as these services are highly private and sensitive - well done! Secondly, I was looking for non-invasive techniques with lasting results and the Venus Legacy plus Laser Hair Removal both provided these results. Third and final praise is that I had results in areas adjacent to the areas of my main concern for enhancement. My only suggestions for improvement are: 1. Assessment should be more personalized to include if it appears more than one set of treatments will be required. I understand that response is very individualized; however, an experienced technician should be able to foresee this. 2. High cost of Venus Legacy treatments make it out of reach for most people's budget and disappointing if you need more and cannot afford it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS “medical clinic”! I went in to get a lip filler Wednesday June 12 and was told that since I am not sure if I’m allergic to bees/wasps that they would not be able to give me a filler without a doctors note. I was very accepting of this. I found it strange though because I’ve been receiving fillers for the past 8 years from different clinics, in specific Toronto where I was residing. They suggested a “lip flip” done with Botox. I agreed and paid the $50.00. Everyone appeared to be professional and was pleasant initially. Friday June 14 I woke up and was experiencing numbness under my eyes and cheeks. I was concerned and called the clinic. I was told that the nurse on duty was busy at the moment. Saturday June 15 I phoned again and got forwarded to the RPN that was on duty. I explained to her that my face was numb under my eyes and down my cheeks and it was very concerning to me. She told me “I’ve never heard of numbing in the face from Botox before so it must be something else unrelated, we won’t look at you for at least 2 weeks after your initial appointment. Book a follow up appointment with the receptionist. I don’t have any answers for you”. She totally fluffed me off with no regard and never even bothered to follow up with a higher hierarchy. I got transferred over to the receptionist and told her how unhappy I was with the customer service from the nurse. I did not book a follow up appointment because at this point I do not trust this clinic. I called back again the same day and asked to speak to the nurse again because I wanted some answers. I was told she was busy and the receptionist promised me that she would follow up with me. I asked the receptionist politely that I would like the nurse to ask her superior about my face numbing. No call back, no follow up! Completely unprofessional! Where does this leave me? Unhappy customer with a numb face! I am in the process of medical treatment. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

This place is the best and they make it affordable. I used to go to dermatologists for treatments but the SVC is so much better. If I could leave zero stars, I would.... I cannot comment on the treatment as we didn't even make it that far. You will want to read this entire review. 1st visit was canceled because they didn't have the laser machine at the office. Rescheduled. 2nd visit they couldn't perform the operation as I had too much sun exposure which no one warned me about. Rescheduled. 3rd visit got canceled THEY DAY OF, after me limiting my sun exposure for a week. It was canceled because they didn't have the laser at their office, AGAIN. After that I said no more. They still charged me for 2 visits which totaled over $300. I called their office to have it removed, girl said she would have to talk to someone and call me back. Never heard back from her for 2 weeks. I ended up calling my credit card company and am currently in a dispute for the over $300 charges which I never received one single treatment.

Before receiving treatment I was asked to pay first, which I thought was unusual. Very professional nurse consulted doctor, in which I was not able to receive treatment.(health history). Before I begin please see that I am not one to typically ever leave bad reviews. It's been a year now since I recieved small area cool sculpting on my neck area to avoid the 'double chin' effect. After a few phone consultations with Veronica she told me due to my age and how serious the area of concern is, I would only need one session. After going into the clinic and sitting down in the chair about to start, the lady told me I would likely need more than one session. Which is ok, but I would've liked to know before this point. She assured me I would see some results, just perhaps not to the extent I was looking for, and not to worry it can take 6 months to a year to show fully. 1500$ and a year later; there has been zero change in how I look, not even the slightest improvement whatsoever. Unfortunately it was an expensive lesson to learn. I hope others will read this and look into alternatives to help them with their insecurities as I will soon also be too.

The whole experience was not ideal. I live outside of St. Catherines in a smaller town but that being said St. Catherines, Hamilton and those surrounding areas are the closest 'cities' that I tend to go to for services so it was about an hour drive to get here for me. The drive is fine not complaining about that at all, however my appointment was at 4pm and I wasn't seen by the nurse until 4:55pm. And I didn't finish until 5:50. I came for filler, so the procedure time was fine as it usually takes about an hour. But for the other hour of my time there I was just sitting in the waiting room, they made me pay first which is unusual and had I not paid I probably would've walked out before even getting to filler because I was sitting there for so long. I went to the bathroom near the end of my filler and as I was walking out, the manager, owner, who knows was essentially telling the nurse to hurry up.. hurry up a MEDICAL PROCEDURE. I understand there are other people in the waiting room now, waiting for their appointments that were also probably scheduled an hour ago but medical procedures should never be rushed, the person performing the procedure should never feel rushed.. this is when mistakes happen. In my opinion, the manager, owner, who ever should be scheduling the nurse at least an hour and a half for each patient. This would allow a proper amount of time to discuss desired results, allow her to get ready, time for the procedure and time for anything else that may come up in the appointment. She'd then have proper amount of time to get things organized after a procedure as well and prepare for the next. I don't know I wish I looked around at a few other places before coming here. I also want to add that you go into an 'office' or something before you even see the nurse and essentially tell this person what you're there for.. but then you literally repeat everything you just told this person to the nurse anyways... so it's literally it pointless in my mind and I have never experienced that in all my years of getting filler lol it just felt super all over the place and chaotic to me I don't know.. I've never ever felt rushed in an appointment before, I've always been told to take my time if I get a little anxious or nervous during an appointment lol because this still happens even though I've been getting filler for like 5 years but yeah I don't know just bad vibes super rushed and I feel like they're over-scheduling themselves. As for the filler results themselves, they're fine, the nurse was super nice. But I am going this weekend to the Lip Doctor in Mississauga to have him fix up the edges of my upper lip as they appear super sunken in (no filler was applied in these areas) and filler was just applied to the middle so it looks a bit weird. BUT I am very happy with the filler I got in my smile lines and mentolabial crease (area between your chin and lower lip). But yeah I don't know a super chaotic experience, the room is also uncomfortably small and claustrophobic. I also wanted to add that my mom and dog were in the car waiting for me the entire two hours lol which is crazy and I felt so bad.. for what was supposed to be a 45-60 minute appointment. I just thought I'd share this experience as I really did trust the reviews for this place when booking but yeah this just wasn't an ideal experience. I'd also like to add that I am from Alberta and just here visiting so that's why I didn't go to my usual spot(s) but yeah it was just crazy because it's always been such a simple, quick and easy procedure that yeah I really wasn't expecting this whole chaotic experience lol. Hopefully this helps someone when making a decision to go here. 10/10 do not recommend.

My body type is not right for this program yet she pushed and told me I would be a great candidate. Thousands of dollars later no results. Do your research. For the money I could have done lipo. Edit: they never followed up, yes Covid happened but they still could have. Save your money. They may be incredible at other services but I feel as though I was duped.

This place is great! Perfect location. The staff were super friendly and caring and I felt that they really did want to take care of my issues and facial care problems and I felt very comfortable laying it all out for them. They were able to address some of my growing wrinkle lines, or wisdom lines (whatever you want to call it ;), and they even suggested some other treatments to take care of some sagging skin that no amount of exercise and eating right can change. I went and bought 50 units of Botox and they only ended up using 40, so I am saving 10 for another visit to maybe touch up in a month or so. I can always add to it and keep it on reserve for me there they said as well. I also decided to try out the Venus Freeze for a trial on my underarms which I can't seem to tone up the skin just right. It was really warm and hot, but they said that's so the heat will break down the layers of fat deep under the skin. It felt quite nice and so I went ahead and bought 4 treatments for the Venus Freeze and I will purchase more if it works on slimming down my upper arms. I will be back. Thank you Skin Vitality for finding treatments to make me feel good again.

I have visited skin vitality on four separate occasions for lip fillers. The first two, I saw Louise, the NP. Lovely woman and knowledgeable. My third visit I had an RPN inject my lips. Upon healing, the injections were too high and above my natural lip line and I had a visible indentation and notable line near my Cupid’s bow. Skin vitality assessed the damage and initially said that nothing could be done unless I paid for another syringe. If I had not persisted, my emails would have continued to be ignored and phone calls not answered. My lips were fixed. Albeit in an unfriendly environment for some reason. As a practicing RN and service recipient, I would recommend the following before choosing this provider (and others) for any service. 1. Ensure you understand that if you are not happy with a result, for example with my lips, that YOU will have to pay to have them fixed at Skin Vitality despite how often of a customer you are, have been, or would have been. 2. Ask about experience/portfolio/references for the injector. There are many of them with inconsistent quality in service provision, and you want to be sure you will be happy with who you have to prevent being unhappy with your results. 3. Meet and consult with a few providers prior to selecting a company. Just because they are at the top of an advertisement or a large corporation, doesn’t always make them better. Remember that this is my individual experience. Good luck in finding your right provider!

Scheduled an appointment for lip injections but the results disappeared a few days later. My friends started asking why my lips looked normal after the procedure and enticed me to complain. It was like purchasing an item in a store but leaving without it. I was told by their professionals that it would last 6 to 9 months not 6 to 9 days. When I requested a solution I was told that I could endure the 50% promotion once again. What?? You have my money and I have empty promises. This is an unfavourable solution Skin Vitality. A refund please.

Highly disappointed. Poor service. Where to begin? First off they are way overpriced by 200/syringe. I had Botox and fillers done and still had lots of movement and wrinkles after my nurses touch up. My nurse did not follow up with me in 2 weeks as she said she would and after I clued in to the time gone by and how disappointed I was with the results I emailed her advising her that I was not happy with the results considering the amount of money I paid, I think for thousands of dollars I should be 100% happy with my results. She responded that I should contact the office to make another nurses touch up. I went in and the nurse working advised me that it was my fault that I let so much time go by and that the forehead Botox doesn't last long (it's been a month since my original appointment, results should last 4-6 months) and that she could do more but I would have to pay for it. Why would I invest more money when I wasn't happy with the results to begin with. Not to mention apparently the results only last a month lol. This place is such a money grab. They wasted my time by telling my to make an appointment for a free nurse touch up just to try and blame me and get me to spend more money. Don't waste your money with them there are other places to go. Also don't trust the positive reviews, they bribe customers with a free face mask if they leave a Google review.

Waste of money. I’ve spent around $3000 (10 sessions) for a Brazilian laser hair removal and there is still a decent amount of hair left. For the cost I assumed when I signed up through Skin vitality that I’d be very happy with the results but that’s not the case. This place is a scam! I went in for a 'consultation with 1 free treatment for absolutely no charge' - this is what they told me through text message. I got there and it was basically a high pressure sales pitch. I felt so uneasy about the whole thing. She gave me the price, which was more than many other places and said I could finance. I was curious to see how much the financing would cost so she did a credit check for me. She assured me it was just a credit check and I would not be charged. I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING and ended up declining the service! Well apparently she actually put through an application for financing and now the financial company has been charging me. After the first charge I contacted the financial company and they told me they had been requesting my signature from skin vitality for weeks and they had to charge me because they couldn't push it off much longer. Why didn't skin vitality tell them I didn't go through with the procedure??? The financial company told me they would refund me and they have not. I was just charged AGAIN which means skin vitality did not cancel the application like they had promised. They try to scam you into to over priced procedures and then when you decline they charge you anyways!!

I first went to Skin Vitality for Cool Sculpting on my ABS. I absolutely loved the results. It helped get rid of the stubborn fat, which was difficult to lose after having babies. I just purchased another treatment package to have cool sculpting done on my flanks. These two areas have always been a problem area for me, no matter what size I am. I am currently going for skin tightening treatments on my face and feeling great with the results.The girls at the clinic are wonderful; always very professional and the receptionists are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable just walking into the clinic (which at first, was not an easy thing to do). They've been very helpful, and always very encouraging. And bought their facial serum which was 35 at one time but the price had skyrocketed to way over 100$ It was still the same serum and same size. I have since changed my serum to Lovetica which is an all natural serum that is made in Canada and the price is 19.99 for a 40 ml bottle from Amazon and is shipped to my home in 24 hours. That price includes the tax and shipping. I have now been using it for almost a year and it has taken 15 years off of my skin. I am 52 and get mistaken for someone in my 30's always. I feel so much better using a natural Canadian made product for pennies a day that works wonders instead of looking like so many women that have that obvious unnatural look from getting injections full of scary ingredients in their faces and lips. I am so thankful that I found such an amazing product that is more than fairly priced. I would recommend women and men to stay away from this clinic that is robbing people and not being truthful about all the extra costs for results that make you look worse.

RUN DO NOT WALK ! They told me I needed 58 units of Botox in my face I’m 34. Me not being educated I believed them and I did NOT need that much (a second professional informed me) I still had all the wrinkles in my forehead all they did were my 11’s and crows. 6 months later went to a referred professional and she gave me 50 and got rid of 11’s my crows and all forehead. These people will scam you.

Be careful purchasing package deals. Upon your return visits you always have less available than expected. Every visit I have had to correct them with how many units I still had, always less. I will not be returning to skin vitality again for this reason.

Terrible terrible terrible. Prices are marked up and then they give you a "discount". I went in for lip filler. Initially you have a consultation with some woman that is not even certified to do injections. After you agree to go through with the procedure, you are brought to the front to pay before your receive your treatment. Only after you have paid you meet the nurse. The nurse I encountered was AWFUL. She didn't ask what my areas of concern were, she just proceeded to inject me. She poked my lips 4 times and I was done. This was the most rushed process I have ever been through (I do filler often). If this wasn't bad enough, I had minimal results and whatever was there diminished within a couple of months. I should have never strayed away from my original clinic. Don't let the "50% Off first time client" get you, it is NOT worth it.

Went on Ideal Protein lost about 45lbs I look and feel great. The is food is delicious. Alexis is great coach and couldn't have done it without her help.The rest of girls there are the best. Plus I am getting laser too. Thank you ladies for all your help and support. Maybe I will try some botox next.

I had booked an appointment for the fraxel lazer therapy and was very excited all month. However I get to the appointment and the receptionist says that they had cancelled my appointment. I was confused because I had never recieved notification of the cancellation until I arrived for my appointment. The receptionist told me they are no longer providing the fraxel therapy due to covid restrictions, which is understandable, and she tells me that I shouldn't have been booked for the appointment in the first place. I had already paid over 600 dollars, but the receptionist would not give me a refund in the clinic, she said I would have to go through head office. The customer service was prompt to respond, however they kept on trying to get me to book another appointment, instead of giving the refund. After much Back and forth e-mailing, they told me to talk to the financial department, who has still not responded back. Overall I'm let down because I was really looking forward to this treatment, but the lack of clarity, and professionalism makes me hesitant to reschedule. Update - Sarah from customer service as been great to deal with and rectified the situation for me. I have recieved a full refund, and will be hopefully booking in the future!
