This place has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered They have horrible customer service nobody acknowledges you till it’s time for you to come to the back, when the receptionist sits in the front the whole time. Then once they take you back after you’ve already waited 15 min to get back to the rooms I waited 35 min just for the doctor to come in. I also was told I had to pay all the money the day of my apt even tho I had good insurance. The refused to let me get a payment plan. I do not recommend coming to this office.

Dr. Terrasse is the type of person that was born to be doing he is doing. He is an excellent, straight to the point, personable doctor. I and two other women in my family had breast reductions done by him and all three of us were listened to, respected, cared for, and treated as we should be. He doesn't beat around the bush which is the type of personality you need as a surgeon. If you are serious about the type of procedure you want and want an honest, wonderful doctor, go with Dr. Terrasse. He's not just fun and nice to be around but he does excellent work and is willing to answer after hours calls no matter how much you bother him if you have any concerns, and will put your mind to ease. I highly recommend him for any procedure. I have a friend that had cancer and had a reconstruction done by him and she couldn't rave about him more. Go with him if you want truly amazing service. His staff is very wonderful and sweet as well. His office is clean and very cutely put together. I couldn't speak higher of him.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Terrasse for skin cancer on my nose tip. I was scared and worried. Dr. Terrasse was so thorough and thoughtful. He explained the procedure and put me at ease. Can I give more than 5 stars? I found Dr. Terrasse and his staff to be caring, thoughtful, and competent. I was coming in from a previous dermatologist diagnosis/treatment option experience that had left me scared and nervous. Dr. Terrasse spent time with me explaining my options and he was very tolerant with all the questions I asked. He was very thorough. I left his office with a scheduled appointment for an excision and frozen section procedure to be done by him and felt like a bag of rocks had been lifted off my shoulders. He performed the surgery on my nose and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you everyone at Terrasse Aesthetic Surgery for your kindness, compassion, empathy, and wonderful work. I went to Dr. Terrassee for my breast reduction and it has been life changing. I am only 5 days post surgery and I look and feel amazing. His office staff went above and beyond to make sure my procedure was approved and covered by insurance. I am 32 years old,145 lb and was a size H. I needed advice on what cup size to go down to and he advised going to a full C. This was the perfect choice for me. Dr. Terrassee Always made me feel comfortable. He's very professional and I felt prepared and in good hands the entire time. My breasts are finally proportional to my body and I couldn't be happier. I never write reviews but after my experience I knew I had to share my outstanding experience. I came in to see Dr. Terrasse as a new patient. It was an emergency as a dog bit my face and I needed stitches. First of all the service was outstanding. Being that the doctor was booked solid for the day they managed to get me seen within a half hour. When I arrived the place has such a warm feeling it calmed me from me crying in pain. They immediately put me in a room that was pre set up for my needs. The patient examination chair headrest was something I've never experienced in any other doctor office. It was the most comfortable headrest. Every doctor office should have that head rest! It's the smallest details that made this place so amazing. Things you don't ever experience in other doctor visits. I don't know about anyone else but I'm terrified of needles. Knowing I would need a injection to numb under the lip (the dog bite split my upper lip in half). I didn't feel a thing when Dr. Terrasse preformed the injection. I thought my face was going to never look the same but the moment he finished and I saw myself in the mirror I could never repay him for the unbelievable work he had done. Thank you Dr. Terrasse for everything! You truly have a gift!!
