I've been seeing Dr. Mills for over a year for breast reconstruction after having a double mastectomy. He has been great through this entire process in spite of the road bumps we've hit because of my health problems. Good news - reconstruction should be done after Jan 1st. Dr. Mills has been patient and giving me the absolute best care medically and cosmetically. His staff is fabulous as well. I definitely recommend Renaissance plastic surgery to anyone going through breast cancer as well as anyone just wanting to get plastic surgery. Quality work and emotional support.

She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I made my first appointment. During my initial consultation, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Craig. He and his team of nurses walked me through the entire process and made sure that I was informed before making a decision. I felt 100% prepared for what was going to happen the day of the surgery. Dr. Boschert is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. But the schedulers (Christine being one) are UTTERLY rude. I called to reschedule an appointment and spoke with the other scheduler, and she was rude too. Tone of voice, disposition, all of it. To the extent that I just disconnected the call. I’m not sure what type of salary these women receive, but they need to realize that they don’t work at Walmart. The clients at this company pay between $3000-$12,000 for cosmetic procedures, some even more! This is not a chump change business, these are luxury services they are providing. So the customer service should match that. To be honest I’ve received better customer service at Walmart. I’m a former client, but will NEVER give this place another dime of my money.

I really love this place! I had my first breast augmentation in 2014 with Dr. Craig and he did a great job but having it be my first procedure, I was afraid to go “too big”. No one knew I had implants because it looked so natural. Now, 4 years later, I’m finally ready to go bigger and I couldn’t be happier with the results and of course, went with dr. Craig again. He did an amazing job and i catch myself constantly looking at the great results. Now, I got the surgery on a Thursday and was able to return to work the following Monday (but I know everyone recovers differently). Dr. Craig is experienced and straight forward. He is not afraid to tell you what won’t fit your body or what’s too big/small. The staff is also amazing, right from calling in to make a consultation to the nurse practitioners (who I called A LOT) tjay helped with all the questions that I had prior and after to surgery. I’ve never had a bad experience here and would go here again if I decide on another procedure.

Because of the way the consult went I am choosing to get a fractional laser treatment from this spa. I am highly sensitive to the way I'm treated and listened to by a doctor and this was outstanding patient care with excellent information provided during the consultation. I went to 3 other surgeons within 2 years and did not feel that connection plus was told I needed a lift and was baffled by that bc I am not large chested at all simply deflated from having children and breast feeding. After having the app realself which I would recommend to anyone wanting a surgery. I found reviews about Dr B and even spent lots of time researching him and talking to patients who went to him. I had my mind set to meet with him and saved for a whole year to pay cash. From the first moment I met him I knew he was the surgeon for me and when I told him 3 others told me I needed a lift he was even baffled. My husband came with me and he was even impressed by him and that is saying a lot. Everything was smooth I didn't even need any pain meds only the muscle relaxers. I visited Dr. Boschert after losing quite a bit of weight. We spoke together about a tummy tuck & a breast lift with augmentation. On the days prior to & on the day of surgery, Dr. Boschert and his staff gave me time ask any questions & also went through exactly what I should expect during surgery & during recovery. I had a terrible experience. Dr. Craig was recommended to me by his partner Dr. Mark Boschert, to do a browlift. Unfortunately Dr. Craig, didn't know what he was doing. In the first surgery he lifted my lateral brows so high I looked like Dr. Spock from Star Trek, while not doing anything to the medial brow. I had multiple people tell me I looked worse then I did before, which was horrifying, since the main reason for the browlift was vision related, and I was a pretty girl prior to this surgery. Then he did a revision cutting my whole head from ear to ear, leaving a permanent scar the size of a silver dollar in the center of my hairline. Not to mention the somewhat thinner scar from ear to ear. That happened in 2014, and my hair never came back, I had to do a combover for years to hide it. To add salt to the wound he still didn't lift my brows right, and he left serious scar tissue in my scalp and forehead area. He charged me a great deal of money to do it, and even made me pay the surgery center fees again after his mistakes. Then the Anesthesiologist gave me narcotics after Dr. Craig was told I couldn't take them or I might die from a prior experience years ago. I had to crawl out of the surgery center after that second surgery literally, while the nurses made my husband pay extra money, since Dr. Craig went over his time allowance he told them it would take. I was in and still am in serious pain from what he did at times. I cried for 3 years then went to another doctor and had a browlift again. The new doctor was able to fix my brows and close some of the scaring on my scalp (he said I had a massive amount of scar tissue in the scalp and forehead region). However, even after a third browlift and another scar revision, I still have at least a dime size scar in the middle of my head. Which can be more easily hidden now, and I had the area tattooed to add color to the dime size white scar in the middle of my head. My husband worked hard for the money we paid you to maim me. Then after the second browlift surgery at Renaissance Plastic Surgery, multiple nurses were saying they never did browlifts there to begin with. So why did you take the job? Easy money at my expense? I feel so exploited, and I implore anyone to think hard before they get more than a breast enhancement with this doctor.

After worshiping the sun all my life not realizing the damage it was doing to my skin. I would look in the mirror, and shutter at the person looking back at me. I felt like I looked 80, when in fact I was only in my early 50's. I spoke with Dr. Craig several times regarding an Erbium Laser to my face. Finally at the last Annual Appreciation party he ask me what I was waiting for? That if there was a perfect candidate for this procedure...it would have my picture next to it. Dr. Craig explained the procedure to me in depth, and reassured me I would get the results I was looking for. I had the procedure done in December of 2014 with Dr. Craig, and Anne Strate and it was the BEST decision I have ever made. The down-time I experienced was minimal, but the result were maximum. At my last check up with Anne, I asked to see my before and after photos. I cried when I witness my beginning photos, I did not even recognize that person. It was exactly what I was wanting, not a different looking face. Just my face but without all the sun damage, and wrinkles. I have wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. After I had kids, there was no doubt that's what I wanted. My husband surprised with a consultation with Dr. Craig for Mother's Day. Fast forward to 3 months post op and they are L I T E R A L L Y perfect. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was more concerned with the shape than the size.
