I found Dr. Geroulis to be very knowledgeable and he understood where I was coming from while providing input based on his own expertise. However, a portion of my surgery didn't happen as discussed, and that was never conveyed to me when the surgery was over. What's more is that I feel as though what I paid for wasn't what I got, and it was a lot of money to me. Each follow-up appointment was extremely rushed (no "how are you feeling?", "this is what you can expect...", etc). Communication was great before the surgery, but once it was over I felt like I wasn't a priority anymore.

I visited Dr. Geroulis's office for a non-surgical, minimally invasive procedure consult and had an A+ experience thus far. I will likely move forward with the procedure in the coming weeks, but I chose to travel to Dr. Geroulis even though I live in the city where you think there would be the best options (and there certainly are great ones) because he specializes in facial procedures and has cutting edge technologies and advancements available as well. His work appears to be quality and natural. The goal is to look great, naturally, like you've never been touched! At my consult Dr. Geroulis and Rona were attentive, listened to and address my concerns, gave honest, realistic recommendations and feedback, and were educational and fair. I write very few reviews, for anything. I was referred to Dr. Geroulis through a friend, and admittedly, I was anxious about the whole idea of getting my eyes "fixed." Dr. G, and his entire team, were incredibly professional, and I've been thrilled with the outcome. My face looks 10 years younger, and I don't look exhausted any longer. This is not just a job for Dr. G. He made himself available for calls and texts, after hours, and he is deeply invested in his patients. Not sure whether he is more of an Artist, or an Engineer, but his skills are absolutely exceptional. I'm in the business of assessing people all day long. Dr. G and his team are phenomenal, full stop. My neck is next, Dr. G - so expect a call in about 4-5 years :-)

The procedure we selected for treatment of wrinkles around my mouth area was not effective. At no cost to me, Dr. Geroulis offered three additional treatment to see if the efficacy could be improved. It wasn't. At no cost to me, Dr. Geroulis suggested 3 other treatment options. We selected an option that I felt most comfortable with and we will give it another try. I have always found Dr. Geroulis to be honest and true to his word. I would NEVER trust another surgeon with my face or body!
