If I could give more stars to Dr. Brissett and his team, I would. I have been a loyal patient since 2015. Since then I have had both surgical procedures and minor cosmetic injectables performed. Hands down, they are the most caring and professional team around. I never feel like I am visiting a medical office; I am greeted warmly and always feel like I'm just with friends. Andrea is a fabulous patient care coordinator; she is so personable and caring. Ms. Regina, Mayra, and Rachel are lovely medical assistants and always explain what they are doing. Annie is the most fabulous esthetician. I drive from Friendswood for facials with her, and they are the best I've ever had. Truly the staff is just exceptional. However, the most impressive thing about the office is Dr. Brissett. As a healthcare professional, I am very critical of bedside manner and technique. Dr. Brissett has the best chair side manner of any doctor I've ever met. He is funny, warm, caring, and truly listens to your concerns. In addition, his work is flawless and is a true artist. If you want to look your best, he is your guy. I've referred my friends, my mother in law, and my own mom to their office. Just fantastic!

It's not often I visit a plastic surgery office but this office was worth the visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and had great welcoming spirits. The Patient Care Coordinator Andrea Farrar and Dr.Brissett provided the best information and knowledge regarding the services of interest. I have seen Dr.Brissett' amazing work and know first hand that he is extremely skilled and is a true perfectionist. I have also had an opportunity to visit with Annie and she is a very skilled Esthetician. Overall, my staffing experience with Regina, Myra and Rachel have been absolutely wonderful. I only went in for an initial consultation for cosmetic surgery. The office lobby appears clean and gives a modern feel. The atmosphere is quiet and not too busy like other medical offices meaning a short wait time. Dr. Brissett is very personable, professional and detailed in explaining realistic expectations. I liked how they took Pre-op photos to discuss what I wanted to change about myself. Treatment planning/costs were explained clearly. Nothing to do with Dr Brissett personally but the only thing I didn't enjoy was that I do not like going to the medical center since I live an hour away. Methodist hospital was confusing and the instructions in the email didn't tell you how to find the office. Plus I wish I could've gotten an earlier appointment (they didn't have openings) because now-subsequent available times for surgery gets pushed further out.

I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Brissett and his entire team in words. The entire process from the initial consultation to my post operative appointments, everything is done professionally and with genuine care. Andrea, Rachel, Regina, Dr. Brissett, and the entire team are all so good at what they do. Choosing Dr. Brissett for my ethnic rhinoplasty was the best decision I've ever made, and I mean that! Despite having what is considered an ethnic nose with super thick skin, I am amazed at my results! I've wanted a rhinoplasty since I was 10 years old, and at 20 I came to Dr. Brissett and finally got what I always wanted. A cute, straight, structured nose, that is fully functional and I can actually breathe better now after surgery! I'm 6 months post-op and I am so blessed and beyond satisfied with my results. A quick story to show how genuinely amazing Dr. Brissett is: My first night home after surgery, my nose and face started hurting like CRAZY, and I was feeling all the pain from the surgery despite taking my prescribed pain medication. I came to realize that the pain medication was not working with my body, and I was in tears from all the pain I was feeling. (WHICH IS A HUGE NO NO because it was making it hurt even more) It was 10:30 at night, but I still called the office, and because the office is connected to the hospital, the hospital staff contacted Dr. Brissett, and within 5 minutes, Dr. Brissett FACETIMED me, and called in the nearest pharmacy so I could get different pain meds! At the time, because of the pandemic, the latest pharmacy was open until 11 pm, and because of my awesome surgeon and his genuine care for his patients, I was able to get my pain meds within minutes, and the pain totally went away. Recovery was so smooth. It was completely painless, and all my post-op appointments so far have been so amazing, because the entire staff has become like family to me. These are genuine, warm people who are passionate about helping others feel confident , and if you're looking for a surgeon who is a master at his craft, and also has a heart of gold, Dr Brissett is your guy! 11/10 recommend

I loved that he gave me realistic expectations and did not rush me to go under the knife (unlike other doctors) I had Rhinoplasty March of 2021 and everything went smoothly. I have tried to call several times and getting a call back seems to be a challenge. In addition, if someone even pickup, you are hold to 3 or 4 min. Maybe Dr Brissett is a good doctor but the front office response, is not the best. I have decided to go with a different doctor. They really need to get better at responding to callers in a timely manner. It's definitely not their strong suit.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Brissett for reconstructive plastic surgery after suffering a very severe dog bite on my mouth and cheek. It is difficult to find the words to thank he and his staff for their encouragement, support, and care during that ordeal - Dr. Brissett quite literally gave me back my smile. Dr. Brissett is top of his field, yet still humbles himself to his work. He listened to my concerns and always took the time to explain what steps he would take to restore competence (making sure my mouth functioned) and aesthetics (making me look pretty). My nose had been bleeding for 4 days, and I spent about 5 hours in the Methodist Emergency Room, but never got to see a Nose Doctor. I ask for the contact information for a Nose doctor, and they did give me your name and number. I called about 3:30 p.m. when I got home from the Emergence Room, and your lady said if I could get to your office by 4:00 p.m. you could see me today (Friday). I was a little late as Pearland is a hard drive to the Medical Center, but you and your staff did a great job and I was back home by 6:00 a.m. with my problem solved. Great Job, and Thanks! My experience with Dr.Brisset’s procedure was great. I had a rhinoplasty. I was very nervous the day of the surgery but he talked to me and made me feel comfortable along with his staff. The recovery processes wasn’t that easy you will feel discomfort and maybe a little pain, but the results will be worth it. Having been married to the medical community I’ve had the opportunity to interact with a wide range medical staff and the staff will many times make or break even the best physicians. Andrea, Regina, Rachel and Roxana are not only personable and knowledgeable but they genuinely care about the patients. I hate to tell you how many years I’ve seen Dr. Brissett but he has almost 0 turn over during the time I have known him and I can totally understand why. Houston does have great doctors but they’re not as accessible/understanding of their patients needs/ etc. if The staff is not good.

When I walked into Dr. Brissett's office two years ago, I was very anxious. I had a significant cancer spot on my forehead and had no idea what to expect. IMMEDIATELY I was greeted with warm, caring smiles from his beautiful staff. Roxana, Andrea, Regina, Rachel and Annie treated me as if I was a long time friend! They know my story and I feel their compassion each time I walk into the office! As soon as I met Dr. Brissett and he explained his plan for me, I was instantly at ease. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and he truly cares about his patients! He truly cares about me. I still visit for follow up care. The drive is well over an hour. The attention and care I receive is worth every mile! There are many plastic surgeons to choose from in the Houston area BUT there is only ONE Dr. Brissett and I am so grateful he is mine!

The only reason why I'm giving this two stars is because of the nurse and receptionist they were extremely professional and nice. I chose Dr.Brissett because he was an African American doctor and it's very hard to have our concerns to be heard because being an African American woman they rarely believe what we say in the medical field. As soon as I got to the back the individual taken my picture as I explained to her my issue seemed as if she didn't believe me but as soon as I got to the back and was seen by Dr.Brissett he gave me the feeling he didn't believe me as well and after explaining to him my issue I was giving some basic items to go home with and said to come back. I'm on the hunt again for a doctor who believes me. I'll update again soon.
