Today, was my first experience with AW Plastic Surgery. I did my homework and read reviews for multiple places within New England. I chose AW Plastic Surgery based off of the many five star ratings. Let me just say that it was 110% worth my trip from Maine. I had never had cosmetic work done before so naturally I was quite nervous. Well, that nervousness didn’t last long. Tracy, was so comforting and friendly while doing the initial questions before the doctor came in. In walked Dr. Wilson and I just knew that he’s an absolute gem. Hands down. His personality, compassion, methodical thinking was all very well rounded. He preformed a non surgical nose job on me this morning (with Tracy). Dr. Wilson walked me through the process and was honest about the tweaks he was going to make today and explained the reasoning why. He also had left me with the option on my two week follow up to tweak it some more should I desire it. At the end of the day, I am so glad that I trusted Dr. Wilson to perform my non Surgical nose job. I look like a beautiful updated natural version of myself. My best self! I have been sitting on this review for 1 1/2 years. I went to see Dr. Wilson and I initially only wanted breast implants but wanted to ask him about performing liposuction as well to my hip area. At first he told me that the lipo could actually make the affected area look worse, but after examining me he seemed confident that it would be beneficial. After researching it more on my own, I decided I didn’t want to risk having my body look worse after surgery so I wanted to decline the liposuction procedure. When I told him this, he rudely responded “WHY?” And then proceeded to reassure me that it would come out fine. This should’ve been my first red flag as I felt he wasn’t really listening to what I wanted. My second concern was with the size of my implants that he helped me pick out. I was worried they would be smaller than what I wanted, and I brought this concern up to him several times. He finally stated that he refused to put anything larger in me than we had discussed. Again, I trusted his expertise. To make a long story a little shorter, the liposuction he performed DID IN FACT make the area look much worse and deformed looking. And my implants are way too small which is exactly what i was afraid of. I refer to them as “training implants” :( I would highly recommend that if you’re looking to have a major cosmetic procedure done that you avoid Dr. Anthony Wilson’s practice. I think if he had listened to my concerns I could’ve avoided this mess and the depression that followed after being stuck with unfavorable results.

Very disorganized. I was given a virtual consultation appt. for a rhinoplasty, which I waited 3 months for. They then began to send me emails about coming in person, so I called to clarify, wether it was virtual or in person... they then told me that they’d have to cancel my appt because dr. Wilson doesn’t do rhinoplasty, and then they abruptly hung up without apologizing. I was trying to get this done prior to my wedding next year, thank you for wasting my time!

Even though I live in Boston where there are an abundance of practices I actually drive from out of state to see him because he is the best! I’ve been seeing him for a few years now for occasional botox and fillers, but most recently I came in for FaceTite and Morpheus8. I’ve always been very self conscious about the loose skin on my neck after weight loss and unfortunately I was not a good candidate for a lower face lift, so I was more than thrilled when Dr. Wilson recommended this new, non-invasive and less expensive alternative. During my consult he was very informative about what I would expect during and after the procedure. While I was having the procedure he was very careful to make sure I was feeling comfortable. After my procedure I was provided with after care instructions and the staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I’ve since gone back to have my bandages removed and I am so happy with the results! Dr. Wilson definitely helped me choose the right service for my needs and the whole experience was great. I will definitely be back in the future for more treatments, and in the meantime I make sure to recommend AW Plastic Surgery to my friends and family!

Dr.Anthony Wilson is a wonderful addition to the seacoast. After spending two decades driving north or south to see a competent plastic surgeon for various needs, I discovered a gem right in our home town! After a disappointing and out of proportion filler job done elsewhere( my first) I was skeptical of trying any more procedures. We also decided to increase my CC’s to more of a desired look that I had wanted during my first surgery, but was denied based on my anatomy. I can now confidently wear strapless dresses and bathing suites without the need for an uncomfortable push-up bra to manipulate my breast placement. Dr..
