Dr Tran is very warm, friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. I was nervous about my procedure but he walked me through every step and I fely very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Anytime I had a question afterwards he got back to me in record timing even after hours. If there’s anything worse than one, I will give it! I was charged $120 for consultation with a very rude attitude from the front desk. Dr Tran was behaving like he did me a favor, very rude himself. Charged over $800 for a small cyst removal with poor closure and post surgery care or instructions. Dr Tran could not wait to dismiss me. I felt bad the entire time I was there. The attitude displayed by Dr. Tran and the front desk is very poor.

I was told there was no charge for a botox consultation. After the Dr talked at me fast he say ok! you ready sit in the chair you can have the procedure now I'm like um wait what hold on. He walked out the nice lady from the front desk walked in to get my payment I'm like I wasn't really ready today she said don't you wanna look pretty? I'm like pretty! this has nothing to do with being pretty (she has to just be talking) .End of story they started talking Ming lee or what ever and then she say I gotta pay for my consultation cause he came in the room. I felt cornered and wasn't going to leave alive so I payed.

I was called for an interview and was told to come in at 11 , I then waited an HOUR to be moved to private room and was told the hiring manger would be in soon. For me to wait for 20 minutes for her to come in . It is now 12:20 . The first I was asked if I spoke Spanish not even a hello. Then to be questioned how much my schooling cost, how much my I owe my loan each month , and how long I have to pay it off. Which is very unprofessional as this has nothing to do with the position of hiring on my finical status. Halfway through the interview I knew I would NOT like to work here. She was very rude, and inconsiderate of people time.

My boyfriend cut his hand very deeply and went to the ER to get it stitched up. They told him to follow up with a plastic surgeon. I did research for him and picked this plastic surgeon because of their positive feedback. When he got there, he had to wait a hour to been taken back and then another 30 minutes in the room to be seen. The Doctor just came in and just looked at it and said it healed fine and that's it.... My boyfriend can barely move his finger and he got no tips on what to do or how to improve it. For the amount of time he spent and also the money - to get no personalized care... I'm very sad for him and disappointed he didn't get better care.

$80 consultation fee (which I’ve never paid for with any other plastic surgeon or dermatologist) to discuss the Botox I wanted. Then they wanted to charge $325 an area which is insane and estimated $600-$800 an area for filler. My plastic surgeon in North Dallas, who’s amazing is way less ($10 a unit, usually totaling $200-300). I was trying to find somewhere closer, but no thanks; I’ll drive. After I said everything was over priced and walked out, they called to tell me they had a different price for Botox. Seriously? Why can’t you just be upfront and have one price?? Or even better, be like everywhere else and charge per unit giving the unit price over the phone instead of making me pay $80 just to get a price!

After years of contimplating breast augmentation- I decided to move forward and chose Dr Tran. He is such a delight and knowledgeable of his field I knew he was the best person for the job. Within a week of meeting him I had the the augmentation and back to work. Surgery was Friday and I returned to work on Monday. I can’t belive how good I feel and how great I look. My wife had her implants replaced 2 years ago. I accompanied her with all her appointments which is how I got to know Dr. Tran and his staff. He is sincere and professional, but most significantly is an experienced surgeon. He really cares about his patients. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife's procedure met her expectations, and that she was happy and fully satisfied. It was a 5 star experience for her. I am not one for cosmetic enhancements but my wife encouraged me to have lower and upper eyelids surgery since I have ptosis, especially in the right upper lid, barely any muscle left. Because I have confidence with Dr. Tran, I had the procedure performed several months ago. Dr. Tran called me not one but two consecutive days after my procedure to check up on me. When I had my follow up appointment, Dr. Tran was not satisfied with my right eye and scheduled another surgery so he could make the necessary adjustments. With this experience, it validates that he truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. I would like to also acknowledge Dr. Tran's wonderful, accommodating staff. They're awesome!

Very unprofessional staff. I went in on 12/19/18 for a touch up on my eyebrows, had never been informed from day one when Peni did my eyebrows that I needed to pay for a touch up because this was an agreement between she and my sister. Well, waiting to get a touch up, one of their staffs comes in the room and tells me a touch up is $200 I asked to speak with Peni, she never came in the room to speak with me. This is not good business and I wouldn't have never gone if my sister had not recommended them. While waiting to see Peni, another staff member quoted me $150 for a touch up lol. I ended up going to an AWESOME plastic surgeon in Plano, they did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows. I wish I had gone to them before waiting my time. Please make sure that if you are going to do personal business with anyone that you confirm that everyone is on the same page.

I lived with the pain for so many years that it was commonplace. I feel like I have a new lease on life. I am not one to rate anyone online but the over the top treatment by his entire staff and the results of my surgery would warrant as many stars as the scale has. I could not be more satisfied.

My 76 year-old mother was referred to Dr. Tran by her dermatologist for excision of a cyst on her back. At the initial consultation she was required to pay a co-pay in order to schedule the procedure. They required her to pay $325 for the co-pay. In the following days my mom asked for copies of the privacy and billing paperwork as well as a break-down of the charges. She was particularly concerned about what was covered in the procedure. They refused to provide the documents. The billing department asked the doctor directly and he refused to provide the billing information. On the Friday before the procedure (three days before the scheduled procedure) she asked to cancel because of the lack of courtesy and integrity she experienced. She asked what the inconvenience fee would be and she was told that she would forfeit her entire co-payment. This doctor is keeping my mother's money because she doesn't want to have him do the procedure. She's on a fixed income and uses medicare (and the Humana supplement) for her healthcare. It is unconscionable that they would do this. It is WAY beyond what would be expected and it just proves that this doctor is more concerned about lining his own pockets than he is about caring for his patients.

I would give 5 stars, but I have a very difficult time getting in and out with my appointments. They are almost always running behind. I guess it’s because he is in high demand!

Apparently Dr Tran has enough business and patients because they didn't want mine! I had a consultation scheduled for today, I waited 40 mins and was never seen. The rude lady at the front desk with braces blew me off when I asked her about my appointment. I'll take my money elsewhere, there are plenty more to choose from!!

After a phone call to our insurance concierge to locate an in-network plastic surgeon to repair a past skin cancer surgery on my husband's face, we were elated to learn that Dr. Tran is not only local and in-network, but comes highly recommended. So, we made an appointment. When we arrived the receptionist said my husband was already checked in and handed him a clipboard full of the usual paperwork . When my husband approached to turn in the papers, he was informed that he needed to pay $180 to see the physician. I overheard and asked 'why?' To which the receptionist replied, you are out of network and you haven't met your deductible. This was wrong on a couple of levels. Firstly, our copay for specialists is $50 (deductible does not matter here). Also, my husband had spoken with our insurance concierge to get the recommendation of Dr. Tran, so we knew he was in network. Each and every time we asked the receptionist for an explanation of the charges, we were met with a different story and not one seemed to be true. When we discovered that we were not making any headway and the receptionist would not look at the possibility of having made a mistake, we canceled the appointment and walked out. When we arrived home, we contacted our concierge who reiterated what she had before. She contacted the doctor's office and then told us that the receptionist would be calling to apologize and reschedule. The receptionist did call, but did NOT apologize and had the audacity to say we needed to determine what we would owe in order to see the doctor! She obviously did not hear anything our concierge had explained to her! We will not be back.

After my little sister‘s best friend got a mommy makeover I was obsessed. I went to several plastic surgeons in the Plano area where I live, and nothing felt right after about four consultations I was ready to give up. After talking to a coworker she recommended Dr. Anthony tran who had done some Eye work on her mother. Her mother was extremely pleased, and this means a lot because she is the type that hates everything! So I decided to make the drive out to Arlington and from the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable and confident that I had finally found a plastic surgeon! Dr. tran was not only so personable and friendly but so was his staff! Dr. Tran was much less costly then the average in DFW. All the follow up care was provided in the initial cost and I got my surgery scheduled for two weeks from my initial appointment. My recovery was much harder than I had anticipated and Dr. trans office was texting me, talking to my husband and and checking in on me every step of the recovery process. I resolve her absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend getting a tummy tuck with a breast lift and liposuction enough. Dr. tran personally customize my plan and gave me so many options to meet my pledge it means he is always in such a good mood and remembers your name every time you walk in. It is very rare to see a doctor answering phones and being so hands-on in the day today operations of their practice!

Only came here because my dermatologist recommended him to remove a cyst from my scalp near the hairline. I should have checked him out more beforehand. He is out of network for my insurance so I had to pay an exorbitant price for a simple procedure. They want cash payments and charge a fee for credit or debit. My receipt was a handwritten slip of paper; not a computer print out. Feels like a money laundering scheme. When the cyst was removed, I was not numbed enough and it was quite painful. He used a staple to close the incision and I had to return today for the removal. My appointment was at 8:30. I sat in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes before I approached the receptionist and questioned whether or not I had my time accurate. I was placed in a room and waited 30 minutes more. When the "doctor" finally came in to remove the staple, he thought I had two incisions instead of just one. When he removed the staple, it was almost as painful as when he removed the cyst. Extremely unprofessional treatment. I would give less than one star if possible. Run away and find a more reputable location!

My name is Terry Kiesel. Today is June 12,2017 let me tell you what Dr. Anthony Tran has done for me. He has a great office staff that knows you when you walk in and they don't treat you like a number. He is a great Dr. His work is great. I had issues with my back hurting between my soldiers. I had a breast reduction with a lift.and it has been over a year and my back between my shoulders don't even hurt now. I could not believe how much relief it was to have it done. I am so glad Dr Anthony Tran did such a wounderfu job. I am not in pain or do I have to lay on a heating pad or find a bottle of bengay or icy hot to use. He is a caring Doctor and he knows what he is doing. He makes sure it is done right. He takes time and consideration on what he does. He does a great job. Now that is not the only thing he has done for me. He has done a tummy tuck almost a year ago. I have lost 45 lbs and in clothing size I went from size 20 down to 14 in dress most of my shirts went from 2x to a large and pants from 20 to 10 to 12. Oh I feel so much better. I will recommend Dr Anthony Tran to anyone He is a good man and knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr Tran. For making me feel so good about my self. He has made me a new person. You are Awesome. I made an appointment for a consultation which they charge $80. They made it clear that if I didn't go ahead with the surgical procedure I could use the $80 towards something else in their clinic. A week after my consultation I decided to hold off on the surgery. I called to schedule an appointment for botox and be able to use the $80 already paid. To my surprise, NOW they disclose they will only apply the $80 towards any treatment over $1000. Very disappointing!!!! If I would have known that upfront, I probably would have chosen to go elsewhere, where they dont charge a consultation fee. Dont lie to people just to get them in the door!!!!Very deceiving!!!

I did lots of researches, read lots of reviews from other doctors before I decided to choose Dr Anthony Tran. I don’t know why he has some bad reviews here, but he treated me with lots of cares, detail explanation. And on top of all, his tummy tuck and liposuction works are very well done on me. My husband and I love the result so much. It is a big transformation not only for my body but my soul. I am so happy, confident and feel positive everyday after the surgery. One of my friend who had tummy tuck at Dr.Tran office referred me to him. I was kind of scared having a big surgery but he explained everything and made me less stressful. It was painful for the first two weeks but with a very stretched stomach from four nearly 10 pound children and a weight average of 130 pounds, I did it! I reviewed many sites, pictures and my final decision came from observing my friend who had the procedure through Dr.Tran , I wanted to do the surgery. Wow, does it change your life! Dr. Tran did a tummy tuck and lipo on my girlfriend. She had previous scars from her gastic bypass, he redid her old scars making them look ten times better and a unbelievable job on her tummy tuck and lipo. I would recommend him to everyone. The office staff were very nice too!
