I interviewed four plastic surgeons here in San Antonio and Dr. Albright was by far the most professional and informative. During our consultation I didn't feel rushed at all when asking all the questions I had he was very patient with me. He explained everything in detail and concisely. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the office and didn't feel overwhelmed as I did in other offices. The staff is amazing and so sweet especially Francesca who is always available for any questions you may have and makes you feel truly cared for. Being a nurse myself I do a good amount of research and am very picky with my physicians. But after long thought and prayer I chose Dr. Albright as my surgeon and I am so happy I did! Not only do I feel amazing after three babies but I am so confident in my new me and I know I couldn't have done that with just exercise. I lost a total of 50lbs after having my babies and had loose skin in my abdomen and deflated breasts. We decided to do a breast lift and abdominoplasty. My results speak for themselves and I am down four pant sizes. I am a more confident woman now and love my body for what it did and look forward to what it can do post-op. I was so happy with my results that I even recommended my sister to him and he did her surgery as well. When people ask me who I recommend, hands down I always tell them Alamo Plastic Surgery!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my person experience with this place. I recently had a breast augmentation with a lift. I am still recovering and LOVE how they are looking! (So does my husband lol) Dr. Albright and his staff have been wonderful, friendly and very professional. Dr. Albright is basically the fairy godmother from Cinderella. After 14 years of my stomach looking like a deflated balloon, he waved his magic wand ( skillfully performed abdominoplasty and diastasis recti repair) and made me feel pretty and comfortable in my skin again. Recovery was perfectly timed since it's so hot and soupy outside, I had the perfect excuse to stay inside and rest. The staff at Alamo Plastics is second to none. They're very professional while also being warm and friendly. I think they're my new best friends. I have worked with Dr Albright for several years in Iowa before he relocated to Texas. We really really sad that he left here as he brought such an elevated level of care to the patients we took care of here. He always was very kind, thoughtful , and listened to his patients. He communicated well with patients and staff alike. We were always kept in the loop for surgical planning so we could be efficient and thorough in delivery of care. His work was superior- when patients left the Operating Room, they looked how you wanted your finished product to look. You were proud to be a part of that patients care and felt good about how that patient would perceive their reconstruction/surgical outcome. He had a artistic view of making tissues move and realign in a more appropriate manner. He was a surgeon I wanted to refer my family to for care- which is why we were so sad to have him leave here, but totally understand wanting to be closer to family. If anyone had concerns about going to him- know that he built a very busy practice in a very short time because word of mouth is powerful. And his stock was very high quality here. We wish him well in his practice not only because of surgical skills, but also because he is a high quality individual as well.

Have confidence in knowing Dr. Albright is the BEST plastic surgeon in the state of Texas! I cannot express in words how wonderful my experience with Dr. Albright and his team was. After breastfeeding my children, my breasts went from a good B to an A cup that I could barely fill. For me, having no cleavage made me self-conscious about anything I wore. (Swimsuit? Forget it.) I started looking into a breast augmentation and knew that it was something I wanted to do. However, I was worried about whether they would look natural? Will they be too big? Will I be able to flaunt my chest when I wanted and conceal it when appropriate? Questions like this refrained me for years from scheduling a consultation. A couple of months ago I began my “research” for a good plastic surgeon. I probably read every review about every plastic surgeon in the state of Texas.. After reading Dr. Albright’s amazing patient reviews and seeing the before and after pictures, it was clear who I wanted to preform my breast augmentation. From the start, the experience was amazing and the staff (Juli and Joey) were just incredibly sweet and helpful. As a busy mom with young children, they made the whole process so smooth and easy. I was able to make appointments and ask questions simply by texting them whenever was convenient for me. That alone made my life so much easier. During my pre-op appointments Dr. Albright was always so thorough. He answered any and every question I had, and truly listened to what I wanted to achieve. I showed Dr. Albright photos that I’ve had saved for years of what my dream end result would be. He knew exactly what to do… I trusted his work and did not go against his advice. I am currently almost a month post op and all I can say is he knocked it out of the park. I keep doing double takes in the bathroom mirror because I just can’t believe my body could actually look like this. He truly is an artist. Dr. Albright raised the bar and exceeded my expectations. I was shocked how painless the surgery was. Just one day after my surgery I wasn’t even taking Tylenol anymore. I was back to my mom duties just 2 days after surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Albright. I don't even know where to begin, getting surgery to me was always just a dream and never something actually in my reality but this year things changed and I was finally able to give myself the extra confidence I have always dreamed about having, absolutely everything from the moment I reached out to this office till even today two weeks after my surgery it has been a fantastic experience! After contacting and researching several other practices I was starting to lose hope in finding a place where I was comfortable to get surgery done then I happened to stumble across Alamo plastic surgery and immediately knew this was the place for me.. from answering all of my crazy questions in person through virtual consultation and through text they were there for me 100% made me feel like an individual as opposed to just another number coming in to get surgery done. The entire staff was absolutely amazing so friendly so accommodating so professional all around. Jump forward to my actual surgery date and even the hospital staff had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Albright how they love all of his patients and that he goes above and beyond to do things that other doctors do not like the awesome little bear hug blanket that you get while you're waiting so that you don't get cold cuz it is chilly back there. I had nothing but the best team in my opinion performing the surgery and providing me with my post-op care they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and once I was discharged and at home they checked up on me and continued to be there with any other additional questions that I had. Just went in for my two-week check-up and I could not be more thrilled amazed excited thankful and appreciative of how everything turned out I absolutely love my results and can only imagine how much more I'm going to be in love once everything is settled! There’s really no need to go anywhere else. So I scheduled a consultation in Jan of 2020, and Franchesca was sooo nice and welcoming. I called a couple other offices and either they were way over the top, or just didn’t seem very friendly. Not this place!! Franchesca asked me what I was interested in, and was genuinely excited for me to come in. I got to the office & it was setup beautifully! Heather & Ana greeted me & made me feel welcomed! When i had doubts about implant type, he totally could have convinced me to choose a more expensive option, instead he steered me towards what made sense for me, my budget, and my expectations. The staff was so involved, and good w/ communication. I have wanted this procedure for over a decade, and been to several consultations, this was the ONLY place I had 100% faith in. I’m a mom, and although every surgery has risks, I felt confident that not only was I going to get nice results, but I would wake up from surgery!!! I spent a lot of time not totally happy w/ my body & I am only 5 days post op, but already feeling better! I am waiting to heal up more and plan on going back to get a bbl. My experience at the Alamo Plastic Surgery office has been nothing but top-notch! As soon as you walk in, you understand why they won #1 Best Cosmetic Surgery (Best of San Antonio 2021 Winner). They have earned the outstanding reputation and brand they have created for themselves. Dr. Albright has addressed all my concerns and inquiries. The customer service is exquisite; the follow-up and constant communication have reduced any amount of nervosity I could have experienced. Before my appointments, any questions were answered via text, making it straightforward, and it relieves you from having to hold any questions until your appointment. My suggestion for any patient is to make sure you read the user-friendly documentation Dr. Albright and his team took the time to create for their patients. Everything is there. After researching and finding that 8 of 10 women regret not getting a bigger implant, I decided not to be part of that metric and go for a bigger implant (525 ccs). Dr. Albright and his team went over the expectations of what a bigger implant would entail and the care I would need to have with them (nothing out of the ordinary), and I can not say enough how happy I am with the results. I highly recommend the Alamo Plastic Surgery; I am positive you will have a great experience as I have had.

Dr. Albright is by far the best medical personnel I’ve come across. His bedside manners are that of what you don’t find in the medical system now and days. Being diagnosed with breast cancer young was a shocking and frightening realization! From the moment I made the first phone call, Dr. Albright’s office immediately turned my fear to hope. Francesca was so warm, friendly, and compassionate and made me feel like they wanted to help me. Great experience with Dr. Albright and his team! Highly recommend!!! I’m almost 10 weeks out from my breast augmentation, and I could not be more thrilled with the results!! A little about me….I’m 45 years old, mother of two, thin and fit (5’8” and 142 lbs). I nursed my kids for 5 ½ years straight. I had a nice breast shape (no lift needed), but my breasts were small with no upper pole volume. I wanted my breasts to be more proportional with the rest of my body and look good in the top portion of my bikini. I work out regularly and eat healthy, but there is NO amount of exercise that you can do that will make your breasts larger! HA!! Thus, I decided to research doctors in my area for a breast augmentation. The entire process with Dr. Albright’s team from initial consultation to post-op appointments were spot on. During my initial consultation, Dr. Albright met with me for over an hour. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and give me a detailed list of the pros and cons for this type of surgery. He definitely wanted to make sure I was well informed before making a final decision. I had a hard time deciding on a final sizing choice though. I didn’t want them to be too small or too big…Dr. Albright helped me narrow down my choices to two that would fit my narrow frame well but were still within the initial size range I had given him. I’m super happy with my final sizing choice! It is perfect for me!!! He definitely knows what he is doing! I’m excited to see my final shape at the 4-month mark when I return to Dr. Albright’s office for post-op photos. I interviewed three doctors (2 in San Antonio and 1 in Austin) before making my final decision. One popular SA doctor doesn’t even meet with patients during the initial consultation but instead uses one of his medical assistants who helps you pick your sizing and answer questions. This medical assistant couldn’t even answer some of my questions and had to call the doctor while he was in surgery. Obviously, this office did not give me a very warm and fuzzy feeling. Wouldn’t patients want to meet with the ACTUAL doctor BEFORE making a final decision to book their surgery? My sister also helped me narrow down my final doctor choice. She’s had three breast augmentation surgeries (initial saline, then switch to silicone, and 15 years later, a silicone replacement). Needless to say, she has done a lot of research over the years. She chose Dr. Albright from my choices based on his website, teaching experience and patient reviews. I planned my surgery date for the week before Thanksgiving. This allowed me a week and a half of recovery time before going back to work after Thanksgiving break. I was still a bit sore even returning back to work at this time, but I took it easy and didn’t overdo it. Every week hence has been better, and I have had more energy and less tenderness. At about 8-9 weeks post-op, the tenderness is all but gone. I’m back to working out again too but taking it a bit easy on the upper chest exercises. If you have any hesitancy about breast augmentation, definitely make an appointment with Dr. Albright anyway. He will be patient and answer all your questions thoroughly. You will not regret it! Actually, you will wish you would have done it sooner!!!

I had an appointment 08/28 at 330 that was rescheduled vi text for 09/03 245 and then rescheduled AGAIN for 08/31 at 330. Franchesca proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that I didn’t make it to an appointment at noon that I didn’t receive a confirmation for:then advised (by talking over me) that I’d have to pay 100$ for a reschedule and chuckled about it. This team is all about the money! I have 3 days with 3 different times and no confirmation email sent!
