Unfortunately I was assigned to Dr. Alanna Yip who I had an invisalign consult with, I paid $98 for the consult because it was not covered by benefits. After I went to get a second opinion I opted to transfer my consult to another dentist but St. Albert Dental Centre refused to sign the paperwork. I lost my $98 consult and to add to the negative customer service experience they continued to call me and email me a year after I had asked to be removed from their calling list.

All the dentist and dental hygienist are amazing. They are very thorough when explaining procedures and ask if you have any questions in regards to what they recommended. Person at the front counter was VERY rude. -Demanding that I wait outside the office - Ignoring me when I am asking simple and straightforward questions - Refusing to inform me which station my 7 year old daughter was in - Yelling at me as I went to help console my daughter who was having teeth pulled - Purposefully delaying afterwards as I paying for the service ....as if she was self-justified to impose some kind of 'punishment' upon me. Strongly recommend customer service training! And as for the owner's response below, I was fully compliant with all health recommendations of the Province of Alberta as the person at the front counter was duly informed prior to her rude behavior. This would have NEVER happened with Dr. Long still around. Our family has been going to St. Albert Dental for close to 35 years and this recent treatment exemplifies just how badly this dental office has fallen. Do not go here if you are looking to be treated with respect!

Very disappointed. I have been going to this practise for the last 23 years, never had I had to go in a second time to get my teeth cleaned, but when I went the told me that I may have to come a third time. I have never ever had to have my teeth cleaned over three days. When I complained about it to the hygienist and told them that I wanted my teeth cleaning completed today or I would take my business somewhere else they told me to leave. My time wasted and not even an apology. Spend $600 dollars for an incomplete job. WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN THE 30 YEARS OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. SHAME!!

My dental hygienist, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process and new equipment being used in detail (how it worked, benefits, etc.), and provided helpful tips on how to prevent pregnancy gingivitis as I'm almost 7 months along! She was gentle and efficient, would highly recommend having your teeth cleaned here!

Since Dr. Long sadly passed this place has really tanked. Dr. Yip is greedy, wants to complete work that is not necessary and when questioned she has no proper explanation. This has become an untrustworthy place. Our family has been going to St. Albert dental for over 30 years and now we will be finding a new dentist. Very sad.
