I am amazed with the care. I am a new patient and have recently moved to St Albert. My wife and kids visited Dr Jessica and found her to be very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent care. I visited Dr Sherry. The experience was amazing. Dr Sherry was kind and explained everything to me. My hygienist was gentle and scaled my teeth without any discomfort. I hear stories of people having awful experiences with their Dentist all the time. Cost, complications, schedules, you name it. Sherry is the exception. I started seeing her when I first moved to St. Albert in 1998 and still see her to this day. This included times when I did not live in St. Albert (2005 – 2010). I would go out of my way to see the team because that is exactly how they operate. As a team. Best service and not trigger happy on intrusive procedures that may lead to further complications. Aware of current and future technologies available (I had Invisalign in 2003, long before it became the norm). Strongly recommend this establishment.

I started going to Otara last year and they have been fantastic! Dr. Sherry is great and takes time to answer your questions and make sure you're comfortable with everything. They even have heated/massage dental chairs which are lovely! St. Albert Endodontics is in the same office space and they were equally fantastic. Overall I would definitely recommend!

All of the staff at Otara are super friendly, especially with children. Both of my children love going to the dentist because of Dr. Sherry and Nicole, one of the dental hygienists there. The service is professional and efficient. I cannot believe how painless Dr. Sherry can make a procedure that caused pain in the past with another dentist. Highly recommend Otara!

I recently had an appointment with Josie and she helped to educate me and ease my concerns on a number of topics. She was sincere, empathetic and very positive. I would highly recommend this clinic! I would highly recommend Otara dental to anyone. I have been treated by Dr. Sherry Dick and her team for over 5 years. The treatments have been well explained, well priced and most importantly, excellent! Dr. Dick is an excellent dentist with a wonderful chair side manner. Her staff are exceptional, and their skills as hygienists and technicians is impressive. Dr. Dick hand picks her staff and ensures they are very skilled. I had my cleaning recently, and Carmen provided, by far, the best cleaning I have ever had in my 50 plus years. Having been in the military for a couple of decades, I have been treated by a wide range of dentists. Dr. Dick is the best of them all! You won't be disappointed by going to Otara dental for all your dental needs!
