My first experience was excellent however I did find it very expensive as I do not have a 'dental plan'. I was there for a checkup and cleaning. I realize, this being my first visit, extra things were done including X-rays and significant documentation of each and every tooth in my mouth. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. Although there was no additional work to be done, it was strongly suggested I come for semi-annual visits to the dental hygienist in order to monitor gum recession, etc. While this would be ideal, I am not sure if I can afford to do this twice a year. However, overall, I was very pleased and will definitely be staying with Nuvo Dental.

I recently went to Nuvo Dental and was please to encounter such friendly and helpful staff. You see I have a real fear of dentist's. The staff put me at ease and asked what my fears and concerns were which really helped me. You see I actually came to this office as this is where my sons dentist is at. What a fantastic dentist he is. If you need a new dentist I highly recommend Dr Brett Shkopich . He rebuilt my sons teeth and did a lot of work on them . He actually called me after hours at home to see how my son was doing. He actually cares about his patients. You can't put a price on that . Well done Nuvo Dental. I'll definitely be back . ????????

The hygienist Nadia in this office is super in her technique and attitude! Very professional and friendly! The experience with her is smooth. Look back, it is not worthy to pay double price at periodontist office, and even disappointed sometimes. I strongly recommend Nadia! The relaxing clinic environment is a bonus!

I had no problem with the dental service or work done on me. The reason why im giving only three stars is because I have 100% dental coverage but for some reason they charged me beyond what my insurance covered. I have had the same dental insurance since I was born, and Ive been to 5 different dentists. This was the only one that I had to pay extra. Not for anything special either, just for an examination, some x-rays and a cleaning. Only $20 here and there but it adds up quickly, and really is it worth loosing your full coverage patients. If you have 100% coverage on your insurance, you should know that there are places just as good that don't ding you extra. This dentist is for people with money to throw away.

WOW. What a clean, friendly, super new clinic. The décor and equipment is amazing. Plus it's housed within a small mall with a few novelty shops and restaurant/bar. Nice if people are waiting for you or you want to grab a bite or shop around after your appointment.

I am a chicken at the dentist, but even though the work they did was pretty extreme (in layman's terms, they had to split my jaw to place an implant), I had very little anxiety and absolutely zero pain throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Diener and the staff!!

On jan 22 2019 I switched to Nuvo Dental for my dental needs. Like most people I was really really nervous about my 1st appointment with them. Well let me share they are 5/5 for me. I arrived & parked out front & my vehicle stalled.. Great, now I am stressed even more. I go into the office & explained about my vehicle & they called the parking lot staff to advise not to tow my vehicle..2nd they called Honda Canada so I could get it boosted. 3rd the dentist came downstairs to see if he could get it running...no luck but i appreciate him trying. 4th the staff were so caring & helpful. Nuvo Dental is the most comfortable dental office I have ever been to in my life. I have always had a lot of anxiety visiting dentists and after bad experiences elsewhere, I decided to try Nuvo Dental. They are the best! Their staff are very friendly and welcoming. Their lobby and waiting area is open and calming. No dental smell, quiet, you do not hear a bunch of dental machines running and things that cause more anxiety. Super comfortable chairs, super nice doc's. I cannot say enough how great my first two experiences have been already. I was eager to book a cleaning and for the first time ever, I am looking forward to a dentist appointment. Thank you!

Demeaning and insulting is the only way to describe the attitude ! After spending over $8000.00 in dental work I was advised to expect return visits for adjustments. During a visit the dentist insulted my intelligence with his advice and demeaning tone. I was humiliated and advise anyone not to visit nuvo. In hindsight I thought it was okay to pay higher fees for high end service only to find I made a huge mistake. There are other choices in St albert and my family will seek another business.

I am so glad I chose Nuvo Dental to call when a crown on my front tooth broke, because I found Dr. Brett Shkopich. He did a wonderful job on that crown and has since done a couple of fillings, a tricky root canal, and another crown for me. He is very self assured and and passes his confidence on to his patients which makes visits to the dentist worry free. The staff at Nuvo are knowledgeable and friendly and I do not hesitate to recommend them and Dr. Shkopich to anyone who wants a better than average dentist.

Needed an emergency appointment for a bad toothache. Took me in the same morning I called and were able to start a root canal when it was determined what the problem was. Dr S was able to relieve the pain for me and book me in for a second appointment to finish the job. I appreciated not needing to wait for another appointment to start the process. I really liked the staff and the dentist they were very friendly and informative as well as professional. I liked how they didn’t push any other procedures, or try to sell me something I didn’t need, they gave me an exam I had my teeth cleaned and they told me what was important to what I needed and any thing else was up to me, the dentist recommended a night guard because I grind my teeth at night but he didn’t push it, it was my choice.. Now of course if I had had a cavity I do realize I would have to get something done soon, but thank God there was no cavities.. The cost wasn’t bad considering I hadn’t gone to a dentist in four years.. I would really recommend this Dental Clinic and their staff they are very good!

I was looking for a second opinion for a procedure which I was referred to an oral surgeon. From the very first phone call the support staffs were helpful and informative.
