I recently visited Mission Hill Dental for my regular check up and cleaning. They came highly recommended by a friend who "has been going to them for years" and I couldn't be more pleased. The last dental office I went to was well received and had a huge amount of google reviews. Unfortunately, I found the experience there was rushed and impersonal. What a contrast to Mission Hill Dental. Dr. Dimitrov displayed a calm confidence. There was an issue to remedy from a past situation and he gave the matter his full attention. As good as the dentist was at Mission Hills, I found Jocelyn, the hygienist/receptionist, to be above excellent - whatever that category would be called. I could write a short novel of how she excelled in every way I could think of. From her help during the booking process, her care during the exam, her technique during my teeth cleaning and her conscientious communication throughout the whole process. I felt like I was a favorite relative coming in for an appointment. Together with Dr. Dimitrov, all bases were covered to solve the issue I had as well handling routine matters. Like my friend who directed me to Mission Hill Dental, I now also highly recommend this dental office. Edit: I have gone in for my dental cleaning and have to say that I was again pleased with the receptionist and a different hygienist I had. Sadly I cannot recall their names but it would seem everyone is excellent at this office. Great service. Pleasant and positive environment.

I have been seeing Dr. D for years! My whole family sees him and I would recommend him again and again to anyone who is looking for a thorough dentist who knows his stuff! Everyone in the office is very professional and you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect. His prices are better than majority of places and he is one of the most knowledgeable dentists I’ve ever met. Some dentists just want to quickly get the job done but I can assure you that this dentist puts his heart into his work to make sure you will be given the proper treatment. Staff are top notch. Everything is crystal clear with Dr. D he says it like it is. I would highly recommend this dentist for anyone looking for a dentist you can trust !

I visited Mission Hill Dental Centre on Thursday January 21st 2021 for an annual check-up and an annual dental cleaning. While was in the dental office, I also had an assessment of future dental work. The Dental Tech did an amazing cleaning of my teeth. For a patient in his mid 70's I can state without any reservations, I have never had such a thorough cleaning of my teeth. At the end of my dental assessment and teeth cleaning, I enquired about the future dental work and the timing that would be required to complete the dental assessment - future dental work. This explanation was provided by the dental staff in detail along with a promise that a cost estimate for completion of the future work would be provided. A dental visit is not my favorite activity; however, this was very helpful to understand both cost and timing that will be required to address upcoming dental work.

This dentist and office deliberately deceived my daughter, stating that her insurance would cover work that they knew was outside of her limits. They did not inform her of the number of procedures they were completing and did not get her consent. They just care about dollars! Doing unnecessary work and maxing out insurance claims. DO NOT GO HERE!
