Booked an appointment with JD just before COVID restrictions tightened, which caused my appointment to be cancelled. As soon as restrictions were lifted, I was contacted to re-book the appointment. Having a design already made, JD was very good at translating the my digital image to a workable stencil, and eagerly fixed a couple minor misprints when pointed out. Being my first tattoo, JD was very understanding, explaining every step of the process and narrating everything he was doing so I knew exactly what to expect and the reasoning behind it. The design was executed beautifully and the after-appointment care was carefully outlined and followed up on to ensure the tattoo healed properly with minimal discomfort. 10/10 will be using these guys for future work, and would recommend Maximum Colour Ink and JD Seeber for a tattoo any time.

This shop’s unprofessionalism shines through not only their social media posts, but their lack of willingness to work with an unhappy customer, and threats of “slander.” Slander refers to an untrue statement, trying to speak poorly on a businesses reputation. In the case I’m referring to, (as shared online) a customer was unhappy with her service and shared her experience on a social media platform — after trying to rectify the issue with the shop. Watching this shop respond has been beyond embarrassing. I would NEVER be a customer here; management is extremely unprofessional, and the tattoo in question is an absolute mess.

Marina is a dream to work with, I admit I was extremely nervous about getting a cover up (first time getting one). Marina floored me with the new design it was SO much More than I'd thought possible. Had JD for my first tattoo got a palm tree on the forearm I’d say about 4 weeks mostly healed The tattoo was faded worst than my mothers jeans from the 70s. Have had multiple tattoos after that with a different tattoo artist and I’ve not had any fading what so ever:( 200$ For the palm tree and got it covered:( not coming back that’s for sure. Update : I enjoyed the work I got done there, but was disappointed that my tattoos lost a lot of ink during the healing period and then when I asked for touch ups no one got back to me at all. I feel like my emails were ignored or not willing to give touch ups at all

I had a great experience here. Cole was so patient with me when I needed a break. Marlina and Sherri were awesome in talking with me and keeping me distracted near the end of the session when it started to hurt more. Marlins even grabbed some lidocaine to help get me through the last hour or so. Cole was super fun to talk to and really laid back, and clearly did an awesome job. When I told him what I was after, he took it and ran with it and it’s better than I could have ever imagined. Bonus was being offered cookies and some juice to keep my blood sugars up. It’s a super nice shop, very relaxing and open. You don’t feel like you’re being hidden away or a burden on anyone. These artists actually care about their work and it shows in every way. Will be back!

A very open and clean studio, very bright and orderly. I just had a cover up done by Trina and it was fantastic, she was very thorough with getting a design i liked and then sizing and such before we stencilled. After 4 hours i have an awesome cover up that now after almost two weeks has already been healing fantastic with no issues. Great artists in a great space!

I had a piece on my arm that I wanted to add to, and I have been looking for a local artist that could be flexible and make my vision come to life. The entire process was easy and pleasant from start to finish! I booked a consult and within a couple days, I had spoken with Trina and she began working on my ideas. She got me booked in less than two weeks later. When I got to the shop, everything was clean and immaculate. The rest of the artists were super friendly and awesome! Trina showed me her ideas and I was blown away! Absolutely stunning piece. We were able to cut them out and work it all around my existing piece exactly how I wanted. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL management and social media. Although i am not a client, I have witnessed what this company is doing to a previous client ON SOCIAL MEDIA because they had a terrible experience with an artist here and left a bad review. The company is THREATENING the client with lawsuits just because they spoke their truth and instead of handling it professionally face to face with this client ASAP, they are doing it on social media for the whole word to see. #1 thing you learn in business school is word of mouth travels fast. Personally, as a family member of someone who owns a tattoo shop and has tattoos herself, that outline looks busted up as hell! If your artist couldn't give the client what she wanted, they should've said they can't do it. Stop deleting comments/bad reviews and blocking people. This company removed their reviews on Facebook because they refuse to accept the criticism and admit to their mistake. Take the bad review as a learning experience. Yes your shop is paid by the hour, but then your artists need to learn to communicate with their clients better: listen and learn what the client wants and tell what the artist rate is, then discuss budget and put a time limit on that budget (never go over that time limit unless discussed with the client. if you go over, that is 110% the artist's fault). Communication is key and this company clearly does NOT have the professionalism to do that. I wouldn't want to ever get a tattoo done here because if i left a bad review, I would be getting threats! Absolutely NO WAY do i recommend this place to anyone!

Not a current client here, but have been following their artist's work for a while. After seeing how the owner/management and social media coordinator handles any conflicts with their clients I would not want to risk getting a tattoo done here. Conflicts should be handled ONLY in person between the client, artist, and shop owner and not on social media (including posting the clients private information: name). Just very unprofessional and a red flag to me. Thank you, but i will be looking else where.

My friend and I went today to get our septum, and nostril pierced here. Sheri was our piercer, and she was so comforting with whatever questions you had throughout the whole procedure. If you’re a first timer going to get any nose piercing like me, she walked you through all the steps before and doing the he piercing. I would highly recommend going here!

Such a friendly gourp of people I felt so comfortable, and when your sitting on a chair for 5 hours with someone feeling comfortable is pretty important. You have no business being in any field having to do with customer service since you lack common sense and decency. This is terrible business practice and not even remotely professional. Went in for my doubles and my tragus piercing, my tragus was pierced crooked which was very disappointing as my last experience was very good. I also had a friend book to have her septum done and the piercer did not show up.

Entering into the "unknown" I must admit I was hesitant in finally deciding to get my first "tat" Of course I chatted with friends who have them and did some research.... I finally made the decision to proceed and reached out to Maximum and an artist there named Denis. After having a consult with him and visiting the studio I felt way more at ease. The studio is very professional as well as the staff I met. Denis described the procedure in every detail. He is very meticulous, easy to talk to and and coached me through my first tattoo !!
