My family transferred to Jensen Lakes Dental when our past dental clinic closed. I really dislike changing clinics as we have to go through the process of filling up forms, xray, initial assessments which costs a lot of money (not mostly covered by insurance). But Jensen Lakes Dental initiated that they contact our past clinic to get our documents to help cut costs. Wow! I didn’t even mention it. This is so helpful for us as we are 5 in the family. Add to that their modern clinic vibe plus happy people!

The staff are very helpful, professional, and kind. The space is beautiful and clean! The equipment is all new and state of the art. The dentist and hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. I switched dentists to come here and love it! I brought our two elementary aged daughters here and the finally love seeing the dentist. Also you get a free whitening kit on your first visit that works super well, so even another reason to give Jensen Lakes dental a try!

I debated this review for a little while, decided it was time to share my true experience. At first I thought this was an amazing dental office however to be quite honest, I won't ever go back to Jensen Lakes. I've had my fillings fall out that were done resulting in major pain and discomfort, one in particular had a large piece chip off while eating stir-fry for dinner, I had to get them redone. Not only that but where I was having severe tooth pain, that I continued to be told was nothing was actually a baby tooth that was DEAD!! I needed to get a root canal on this tooth & pay another dentist for more x-rays. Yes, as an adult I am unfortunate enough to still have two baby teeth. I have a deep pocket of infection due to it sitting there dead for so long, it's now being watched closely (even after a course of strong antibiotics). The root canal may not be sustainable due to this being left for so long. 10/10 never going back there again. Huge disappointment knowing the lack of effort that went into my dental care.

Dr. Pham and Dr. Park were wonderful, not only were they super thorough and kind, they answered all of my questions! They were also very up front about the process, cost and outcome of the procedure I wanted and actually suggested a less expensive one rather than selling me on the highest costing procedure. My daughters both needed a baby tooth extracted before getting braces and their previous (I say previous, bc we are switching to this dentist as of today!) could not fit them. After my kids appointments today I could not be more impressed! From how friendly the receptionist is to how patient the doctor was! One of my kids has celiac and the hygienist went through all the products they planned on using and even contacted a manufacturer for ingredients to ensure they were gluten free. Super impressed and will recommend to anyone as we are moving the whole family to this clinic!!!

The best experience in a dental office! Fay was amazing handling the paperwork and appointment changes as a new patient. In fact my whole family has moved to this office. Amanda was incredibly professional and she made the cleaning simple and enjoyable quite frankly. Dr Pham explained everything she was doing during the exam and was not in a rush. She differed some small things for later giving me great confidence to keep coming back to see her. I’m telling everyone about this new beautiful clinic in Jensen Lakes St Albert. My son had a filling done today and it went very smoothly. They were very aware how anxious my son was about the process. He asked a lot of questions and they were very kind to him. They told him every thing they were doing in ‘kid friendly terms’ and he left after the appointment with a smile on his face and a pocket full of toys from the surprise chest. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is ‘dentist anxious’.

Super friendly reception staff! Very kind, thorough, and professional dentists and assistants too! They are always fantastic with my kids, and they are very patient with us when I have to bring the whole family in! Free teeth whitening with cleaning is an awesome perk!!
