Great service! I received a promotional ad for a great price on Botox service and decided to book in. They responded quickly and personally via text to work out an appointment. I was pleasantly accommodated for wanting to schedule an early appointment that wasn’t immediately available. I was welcomed by very friendly and personable staff. The receptionist was especially wonderful. I appreciated the carful consideration they put in to understanding my medical history and the knowledge they had for how specific services may not be effective for me currently in relation to possible complications for my condition. I booked with Christina and she was so great at moving quickly and gently for a virtual painless experience. I had a budget and expected to only be able to get a small area of work done, but to my surprise, she did all of it and more. It’s been several days and I already can see a huge difference and her placement for injections was SO ON POINT that she corrected uneven areas from previous clinics work. Thanks a million ladies!! I will be back and I will stay loyal to giving my business and recommending your services!

She was very knowledgeable during the consultation. Instead of trying to "upsell" me, she was upfront about a concern area (forehead wrinkle lines) not yet needing treatment (Botox), which ultimately saved me money. I trust her completely and will be making Etanda my permanent place for injectables.

Went today to try and see if I like botox. The front receptionist was so nice. I felt welcome right upon arrival. After some quick paperwork my appointment started exactly on time with Christina. She explained everything and went to work. It was really no more painful than a bad mosquito bite at the worst and at times I could barely feel it. And the whole thing was quick! I was out and ready to continue the day. Botox does take a week or so to show results so I will update later.

I’m writing this review so that other people don’t waste $350 on the chemical peel. First of all the customer service here is amazing, Kelsey is awesome. She gave me a chemical peel that didn’t work the first time and she redid for free a few months after and I barely peeled again and the blemishes on my cheeks are still very dark and visible. All the pictures in the brochures show people having an amazing peel but the peel doesn’t work on dark skin and I’m really sad and disappointed.
