Nurses sat in the other room watching funny YouTube videos while I had to deal with my kid's recovery. With my child in my lap, I had to ask them loudly for items like wipes as they infrequently came in to check on us. The recovery area is shared with an other parent and child coming out of anesthesia so they feed off each other's crying. Make sure you bring a second person to help.

ASC and staff are amazing. Reasons are as follows: 1. Easily accessible - unlike a hospital it’s free parking and located on major routes. It’s not a maze to get to or to locate within the building. 2. Clean. The facility is extremely clean, as it should be. Walking into the waiting room, patient rooms, and surgical suites is comforting knowing the extent of cleanliness that is attained. 3. Staff. Nurses and front staff are friendly and genuinely care. You are not a number, but a human. Happy nurses, in my opinion, mean a good workplace where they are respected. They are also understanding of your ridiculous behaviour coming out of anaesthesia. 4. Recovery. Very attentive staff during the recovery process. You are not left to sit alone. I started feeling what I thought was chest pain after surgery and they investigated with an ECG. Today was my second visit to the ASC, and both times they exceeded expectations. If you are ever nervous about attending this private surgical suite, there is no need. You are in good hands! Nurses, doctors and support staff who genuinely care.

The nurses were great and Dr lam is amazing so Glad my kids have him as their dentist.

My friend had surgery here and she said all the nurses and staff were lovely expect the receptionist... when I came in she was super condescending and kinda rude towards me and a mother and her child. I think the little girl was getting surgery and I feel she was really cold towards them.

We had our 5yr old son's dental surgery there. I understand that we are one of many, and they do this every day...but to us parents and the kids this is a once in a lifetime (hopefully) experience..the dentist was kind and informative however the nurses were a bit cold. From the time my son woke up kicking and screaming to the time we were ushered out maybe 10 minutes have passed. Also the children are all close by and everyone is screaming... which not only scares them going in but also scares them as they try to recover . I hope he never needs any more work done but if he does, we won't be back. All in all this was a traumatic experience for us both and it felt factory style.. in 'n' out.
