10/10 would highly recommend coming here for whatever dental work you need done. They have really nice and welcoming receptionists that are really helpful. I’ve been here a total of 3 times twice with this wonderful lady named Stephanie. Who takes really good care of me every time I come in for cleanings. The other time was when I had my wisdom teeth extraction done which I loved how convenient and quick it was. Healing process wasn’t bad at all. Best place I’ve been to so far.

I've been here a few times now for teeth cleaning and to have a chipped tooth fixed. Dr Christian Chao was very professional and explained what had caused it, offered advice on how to stop it from happening again. He was very thorough in making sure I was happy with the end results. This has been the standard treatment I have felt from all the staff including the hygienists. Everything was explained and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Great service, I will be back again.

The hygienist Lindsay did a great job, she let me know what she was doing as she worked and showed me some before and after pics of my teeth. Both times I have had a one hour appointment and walked out on time, and with everything completed to the highest standard. One on one time with the dentist is also a huge plus. Love this place, the staff are incredible talking to Joanne during my cleaning was hilarious and it felt like I was there for 10 Minutes. Stephanie is another great dental hygienist. The clerk ladies made it so easy to book my appointments while feeling safe with the COVID protocols. Thankful they do direct billing with the insurance company. I have searched 20 years and went to many places but I finally found this is place I love most. They have many staffs that many ppl can get in at once and save so much your time. They uses all high technology and they so patience. Their places so clean and everyone to nice. Parking is easy as well and Northside no headache traffic or parking issue. They actually fix my teeth after 3 time my other dentist fail. I impress the doctor so patient when put needle. For first time I don't even feel nedele and she make it extremely slow so you don't even feel a single pains. I am so impress about everything here. I am so gald I gave it a try and this is will be my new dental forever. P.s my other dentist always put 2 needle for each filling tooth but this doctor here only put 1 and I still dokt feel and single pain lol. Wow for first time I am go to dental and never feel any happier or scared to go back :) I love my doctor. Sorry I forgot her name ????. But I sure they all will be good. I don't mind to try another dentist here is my last dentist busy. I love how professional everyone there are. But thanks for everyone and you guys will see me again!!!! <3

I have been quite fearful of the dentist over the years and once I came accross Albany Dental, I will never change clinics again. The staff are warm and welcoming from the receptionists, Nora and Suzy, to the office manager, Meaghan, to the hygienist, Steph, to the assistants, Anna, down to the amazing and professional dentist herself, Dr.Nanji. These women are all very patient and kind and explained every step of everything to me over the years to ensure I was aware, comfortable, and not anxious. They keep the office extremely clean and follow all COVID protocols so I feel very safe. They explain the direct billing and ensure I’m aware of any costs that I may encure before a procedure, and they are lovely to chat with. If you want an amazing dental team, this is the place to go to!

Been going to Albany for about a year or 2 now the customer service is absolutely best I’ve seen The office staff is very considerate and kind, also the hygienist and Doctors are top notch Had to come in for an emergency appointment on a Friday and then had to come in for cleaning on the Saturday. The dr who fixed my filling the day before came in on his day off to make sure I was ok. The atmosphere is great a really warm place to be. Wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else the whole family goes

Honestly the best dental place I've ever been to. They are fast and efficient and always friendly. They always explain to me what will be happening before the appointment and while they are doing things through out the appointment. I would get so much anxiety going to the dentist before. But they make me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. They don't judge your teeth and just want to help you get to your teeth goals. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Albany Dental for over 3 years now. They are always so very kind, understanding, accommodating and extremely professional. Stephanie and Jan are both amazing and competent hygienists with outstanding skills. I can’t speak enough about their kindness and understanding. All staff at Albany Dental always greet me with a smile and always make me feel welcome and at home. My dentist is Dr Nanji but I’ve also seen Dr Le and Dr Brar who are all outstanding dentists. I never have any issues with any of my dental treatments. I usually have anxiety with dental appointments but when I get there, I no longer feel any stress. I’m always give excellent care and attention. I highly recommend Albany Dental for all your dental care needs.

I highly recommend Albany Dental to anyone who Is looking for a new office! All the staff members made my visit feel very comfortable from start to finish. Not to mention all the safety protocols they have introduced since the pandemic. I recently had a check up with Dr. Nanji and cleaning with my hygienist Joanne. Dr. Nanji did an excellent job at explaining to me what treatment was recommended and why. Dr. Nanji seems like she genuinely cares about all her patients, I’m so glad I found Albany dental! Joanne, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She was always checking in to make sure I was doing okay throughout my appointment, she was very gentle, easy to talk to & explained the importance of oral health. I really enjoyed the before and after pictures she took of my teeth to show me what was being done during the appointment. It really shows how great of a job they do. Thank you Joanne and Dr. Nanji for you’re hard work!

While I loved my previous dentist, their prices were getting too high for me so I had to look around for a new place. This was my first time at Albany dental and I have no regrets! The staff at Albany dental are awesome! Stephanie, my hygienist, did a great job with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Nanji was so friendly and talked me through everything she was looking at in my x-rays. This was also one of the best experiences I have had while getting my filling done. She was gentle and kept me calm while numbing me and during the procedure. I'd highly recommend Albany dental!
